Este lugar es genial. Al entrar, el ambiente te sorprende como íntima y tranquila, al ser iluminado y sencillo. Sin embargo, cuando el camarero vino a nuestra mesa, quedé muy sorprendido al saber que no se sirve alcohol -, lo cual es extraño, especialmente para un restaurante indio. Ingleses encanta tener cerveza con la comida india, después de todo. Sin embargo, no permite que en su interior, y hay una licencia sobre un minuto bajando la calle puedes conseguir.Si estás bien con esa disposición poco usual entonces tienes un buen tiempo de espera. La comida es de muy alta calidad. Teníamos sag puneer, pollo tikka masala, a tarka daal, pero el ganador fue el pollo al vindaloo, que era intensa, pero delicioso, y el pollo era de excelente calidad.La factura fue una verdadera sorpresa, muy razonable. Tres de nosotros y un montón de comida fue todo menos de £50 [obviamente ayudado por la falta de alcohol en el menú]. El servicio era atento y amable, y muy agradecidos por nuestros elogios en la comida.Sin duda lo recomiendo y todos dijimos que volveríamos. Mientras que estés bien preparado para [O] la situación alcohol, tendrás una comida estupenda.

The place wasnt overly busy 4 tables with around 6-8 people on them but only i server and 1 person behind the bar area serving soft drinks,everyone was moaning about that they ordered when we arrived our table was not even ready and was told menus and drink order to follow,well 20 minutes later i had to go to the bar to get drink i got menus myself and asked for some popadums while we waited another 20 minutes passed and some soggy popadums turned up,it was really too much for us so we uped and left with no apologises from the staff,its under new management ,sadly the old management knew what they were doing unlike the amateur staff that were working that night

Pero, no había comido todo el día y tenía un montón de trabajo por hacer, así que me pareció que las cosas en el menú para realizar el corte, de hecho llegó a alrededor de 17 gbp. Me dijeron 45 minutos para la entrega. Pedí a las 6:15 pm. No estaba encantada con los 45 minutos, pero de nuevo, era malísimo.Yo comencé a trabajar y era interrumpido por un fuerte estruendo en mi estómago. Miré mi reloj: 7:05. Fui al vestíbulo, ciertos mi chico entrega fue por allí. Nada. Yo llame al propietario y dicen que son super lleno y el chico a la izquierda. El lugar es 2. 3 kilómetros de mi hotel. Yo le pido un descuento y, después de mucha negociación, conviene golpear 2 libras de descuento sobre el precio.Otro 10 minutos pasa y estoy alteradísimos. Me dan una llamada y salir corriendo hasta el aparcamiento (2 c). Es la conducción decía que está justo saliendo ahora y estará allí en 10 minutos. He tenido. Yo les digo a cancelar mi pedido. Me volveré a comer en el restaurante del hotel, que es lo que debería haber hecho sangrienta en primer lugar. Estoy peldaño trasero dos veces y, al final, conseguir la comida para 10 libras. El conductor estaba visiblemente descontento. No sé dónde se produjo el fallo, pero el 95 minutos para la cena es inaceptable.La comida fue absolutamente deliciosa, de ahí las 4 estrellas.No volvería hasta que puedan solucionar sus operaciones.

Been meaning to go in the place for months and finally went on Saturday ... a party of 6 and we booked the table last week .... we were running 10 mins late and called to say this ...when we arrived our table wasn't ready and we were left standing for about 10 mins this even though the place was half empty.Anyway we sat down for 15 mins and asked for a soft drink ( you take your own alcohol ) this was greeted with if you want a drink your have to go to bar we are short staffed we the asked for menus and after another 15 mins theses still hadn't come the table next to us asked for ice some half hour before we were told and still that hadn't come ( the staff who were on duty were rude and very unhelpful and take it from me we will never visit this place again ) were never eat so I cant mark this but I wish I could give zero for service SHOCKING and I can now see why its always empty !!!!!!!!!

Some people may like this Pakistani as They do some dishes very good but some of them are OK. But its not bad for once

The extra 10 min wate was so worth it! Omg best takeaway in the area, brilliant food, good service and them Bombay potatoes! Ooh so happy will order again! Highly recommended!

Not the best experience I have been told !! My first ever British Indian food experience and apparently it's not the best according to my British friends. Inside it was cold too.

Tuve anteriormente para llevar de Amir, ordenados, que era excelente. Así que mi madre pensó que estaría bien ir a cenar por mi cumpleaños. El restaurante está decorado en un estilo moderno y los asientos muy cómodos. Cenamos en un miércoles, no estaba lleno, pero este es mejor para mi madre, que es difícil de escuchar. Te dan dos cortesía Poppadoms (esto fue suficiente para nosotros dos). Para nuestra principal Pollo Jalfrezi, tuvimos y Cordero Pasanda, con Okra (Bindi), champiñones arroz y un Peshwari Nan. Toda la comida era extraordinariamente bueno, el arroz estaba lleno de setas frescas y cilantro. La Okra era cocinado a la perfección (No goop) y las dos platos de carne eran fantásticos. El servicio era excelente. Este restaurante sirve carne halal y no sirven alcohol, lo cual me fue como yo no realmente como el alcohol con la comida rica como curry. Sirven una selección de cócteles sin alcohol, que tenían un precio razonable pero no me apetecía. Recomiendo encarecidamente esta pequeña joya de restaurante (su comida para llevar es también excelente y llegamos bien caliente! ! )

Excellent food again from Amir's, highly recommend. After trying many different curry takeaways/restaurants through Just Eat Amir's is the only one I order from now as the quality and service is fantastic.

Really nice food, awesome paneer, the best i had here, naan were too hard and too chewy, but still good! Piri piri chips was very very very bad, cooked maybe days ago, for the rest all very nice, helpful staff, good delivering time as well!

Generally the food was tasty although the Meat Samosas were a little too spicy, the Onion Bhaji's overcooked and the Naan undercooked. The delivery was late, 5 minutes before the delivery time was called to say they would be 7 minutes but it took another 30 minutes to deliver so the food was cold.

Second time ordering tried it once before on an off chance, loved the food so ordered again.

Food quality is generally good, however there were a few issues, ordered Garlic Naan but Plain Naan was delivered, Lamb was tough in the Balti. Will try again as enjoyed the flavours.

Tuvimos un primer y un segundo plato y un lujo. Bien cuidado, comida sabrosa, no la típica vuelta street house curry. Probar, porque no hay muchas casas de curry decente en la zona y alrededor de la Excel.Baje en la estación Canning Town, a 3 minutos a pie.Usted necesita traer su propia cerveza o vino, pero esto hace la factura tan barato.

The lamb meat in the karahi smelled bad which means it was not fresh at all and must have been too old or not kept properly refrigerated. Salad vegs were not fresh either, paratha not made properly. I don't know what else to say. Food is below average.

Quality is usually great! However, this time it was not as good. Disappointed on this occasion.

Every dish apart from the saag aloo was lovely and full of flavour and spices.. The saag aloo really needs improvement - literally just tasted like strong spinach with some potato. We mixed it with the chicken balti to give it some flavour but won't be ordering that dish again, which is a shame as I've never had a poor saag aloo and doesn't make sense as the other dishes were so full of spices. It's like they forgot to flavour it... The tandoori roti was kinda dry and falling apart but perhaps next time I'll try the chapati instead. Otherwise so lovely - long wait but came on time that was predicted and really loved the fact the salad wasn't in a plastic bag but a nice box! Free poppadom was a bonus too.

El restaurante tiene un gran interior - combinación de estilo moderno y de la India. Es muy buen aire acondicionado. El servicio era muy amable y agradable ayudando lo a elegir según las preferencias personales. Además, ajustados al gusto comida al cliente. El servicio nos trataron con cuidado durante toda nuestra visita. Las comidas eran muy sabroso y las raciones eran bastante grandes. Según la recomendación servicio pedí Cordero Rogan con pan roti, que era una combinación perfecta para alguien a quien le guste la comida picante. También tienen increíbles cócteles Mango lassi.

The chicken pasander was very bland. I have had much tastier pasanders elsewhere. Naan and rice were good. As was service.

The order to delivery time was really quick and within timeline. However the food itself was a bit disappointing. The Mutter Paneer was very sweet as if they put sugar instead of salt in it. Chicken Masala was decent. However, there is a real scope for improvement.

Food was decent. Service was good considering they had 2 staff members short due to calling in sick. Dident like the strawberry daiquiri as I felt it was a little watery. Overall a really nice place with decent customer service with good food so would recommend others to go.

Was staying at Holiday Inn around the corner from the restaurant and popped in one of the evenings to be pleasantly surprised with the whole décor of the place. As it looks completely different from what you expect it too look like from outside. The food was amazing and the customer service was on point. 100% without a doubt the best Indian food experience I have had in a very long timeLoved the Blue Lagoon Mocktail keep up the good work Guys

The king prawns were more like baby prawns. Chicken briyani was tasteless. Too overpriced. The family naan for £2.99, I was expecting 3-4 seperate naan's but i got only one "large" naan. I will NOT be ordering from here again

Containers were strange - a plastic tub with film cover that was ferociously hard to get a grip of. Quite oily, but did taste better next day as often the case with Take-outs. Rather lukewarm.

Food was delivered 35 minutes late and the order was wrong. Called them up and told would be another 45 minutes so drove round there myself and collected the order. Got home and they'd still left an item out. Very poor service.

Will defo order from here again. Food was 5 stars, hot fresh, flavoursome. The chicken Phaal was so spicy and delicious. I would order from this place every day if the delivery minimum was dropped down as i am a single person who can't eat 15 pounds worth of food on her own.

The curry just wasn't great quality

Flawless. The delivery was within the time frame, the food was very well presented and cooked, the curry in a vacuum pack to avoid spillage and the food was fantastic in quality. Worth every penny and while I rarely give such good reviews, this place warranted it. Best Indian in Canning Town area!

Cheesy chips need more of the fine cheddar

I did enjoy it. Cheese naan and milk shake was nice and the rice. The chicken tikka masala the was ok but far too runny, not quite enough flavour and the smallest portion I've ever had. My only gripe really.

Ordered a Vindaloo with rice, samosa's and drown rolls. All were delicious and came in a quick delivery time. Great amount of spice to the dish, would order again!

Had food from here for the first time tonight having driven past it hundreds of times on way home to new development 5 mins away. Ordered a takeaway and it was ready in time and served by a v friendly manager who I felt was sighing inwardly as he took a call from someone for an order of two burgers and chips. Had a lamb karahi and dhaal makhani with a couple of veg samosas. The karahi was tasty though would have preferred a few less onions. The samosas were good if slightly greasy and the dhaal was well cooked although perhaps too creamy for me. This is a Pakistani restaurant and I wish they'd have a few more traditional Pakistani dishes on the menu, not just the standard 'Indian' madras etc etc. I think they'd be popular. Overall, would order again from here.

Staying at the Holiday Inn Express and noticed Amir's restaurant just round the corner so decided to have dinner there this evening and what a great decision it turned out to be!Without over exaggerating, we both commented after cleaning our plates that we had just eaten our best Indian meal ever! We had the Chicken Korma and the Butter Chicken along with a Garlic naan, a Cheese naan, a portion of chips and 2 soft drinks and our bill was just £22.....fantastic value.Couldn't recommend highly enough a visit to Amir's restaurant and will visit here again the next time we are in London. Just to note, they don't serve alcohol, it's bring your own but that didn't bother us.

The food arrived 45 MINUTES late and the food was so cold that I had to chuck it in the bin as my microwave wasn't working. That's the reason I ordered a curry, in the end I had to order from another shop so I could eat with my friend as our dinner was ruined. I called the shop as well but no one picked up. I was really looking forward to the food as I heard a lot of good stuff from this restaurant. I don't think I'll be ordering again.

Normally Amir is very good and fast, having ordered from them number of times, but last night the tikka was uncooked, not edible at all, rest ok, not great as other time

The food tasted ok but it had the worst delivery service. It took more than a hour to deliver and then I received a very rude call from the delivery driver that he is not able to find my home though I only live 500m away from the restaurant. When the delivery came it was the wrong order instead of chicken biryani I received vegetable biryani. So I again had to wait for the ordered biryani. Unfortunately not ordering again.

I think this place used to be a pub that closed down that has re-opened as an Indian restaurant. It is barely visible from the main road by the tube station, so is a little difficult to find. I was staying locally so thought I would give it a go. As mentioned in previous reviews, I guess they don't have a licence so you will need to bring your own, or I recommend the Mango Lassi. The food tastes very fresh and was above average. It is a few minutes from the local Holiday Inn, and it is worth the walk. It was rather quiet when I went - most trade was from takeaways.

Ordered and delivered within 30 minutes. Vindaloo was really nice and spicy. Chicken Karahi was excellent. Best curry house we've tried in East London. Will definitely be ordering again.

The food is good, lovely flavour. This delivery was spoilt because they delivered an hour before it was requested (when I was out) and then I had to play catch up with deliverer who would not remain in one place. Shame. Will think twice next time.
