Pizza Hut Delivery in Newham

This Pizza Hut is the most incompetent one of all twice I’ve ordered from them now and twice they’ve messed up the order. If you try to say anything they argue with you over the phone until you mention head office. Honestly the worst one the area

I had a vegan Margherita on a gluten free base and it was delicious.

The online order did not work, despite trying 4 times on desktop and app, with 2 different cards. Ended up calling the store and the staff picking up the phone was very helpful, assisting with the order over the phone with ease though our order is under many different deals. He took the long list order with ease and even gave dips as complementary. My flat is new and many GPS still doesn't have the address registered, but the driver Aqeel made contact with me to make sure he can reach the destination with the order. Very impressive service. Food was made very quick and accurate as well

Its the shame the customer service lets down how good the food is. On Saturday night (25/01/25) myself and a couple of friends went to order from this pizza hut. We understood that it was going to take a bit of extra time since its Saturday and its London, but still the experience was awful. We ordered through the Deliveroo app, which didn't (for some reason) include one of the bases that was available from pizza hut at no extra cost. Since the Deliveroo app was offering a deal that the pizza hut app wasn't we ordered through there and thought we could just ring up straight away and tell them the situation. We phoned through, and a woman answered that just seemed to make the whole process more difficult. She didn't understand what it was we were trying to ask, and kept asking for a door number for the order when we ordered to a hotel so there was no door number, just a name and postcode. We provided the order number from the app, which also showed up on the receipt so we know that would have been visible, and still it took maybe 10 minutes of back and forth on the phone and her going away to speak to a manager to find the order. After all of that, we were told to speak to Deliveroo customer service, who wouldn't be able to help since their app didn't have the option we were after, and it was this pizza hut actually making the food! Since it had been such a huge amount of trouble, we just accepted that it wasn't going to happen and gave up. The pizza then arrived nearly an hour late (even when accounting for Saturday night busy-ness) and when it did finally arrive, we were missing a pizza. At this point I was very angry since we had paid quite a bit and it had come late (at this point it was nearly 10pm). I phoned back, got the same woman on the phone and went through the same nonsense to try and find the order again. I explained that we had ordered 3 pizzas, which was showing on the receipt but only 2 had arrived. The colleague did not apologise, or make any attempt at amending the situation or show really any sort of sign that they had made a mistake. After even more messing around, they finally came back and gave me the same answer that I had to go and speak to Deliveroo customer service. Whilst I admit that I do not know the process if this happens, it was very frustrating to be told to go back to Deliveroo myself, when it was the pizza hut that had gotten the order wrong. Fortunately, Deliveroo was very fast with getting my money back so we could re-order. But this was just a massive cock-up on the pizza hut's end that I can't see myself ever wanting to order from there again. From the other reviews, this unfortunately doesn't seem to be an uncommon occurence.

Never ever will order from this place, rotten old meats on my last order, ham and beef were smelly and clearly seen old and rotten! You could put people's health in danger! Food poisoning! Never more 🤢🤮

I ordered a large pizza then got a medium I called up the man was so so rude he said we can't do anything g I said why not the pitza has come from you he put phone down I then called bck and got the manager and he said its fine come pick up the large the five min later phoned me bck and said I couldn't have it fuming as I have four hungry children why would you treat your customers like that I uses this place quite a lot I will be taking this further as I have been robbed terrible Iwhen I did open the medium pizza it was all sloppy and falling a part the box was dirty hand prints on it so chucked it away I run a business in the area i will be telling all my customers not to go there as they are rude I will be taking to people to come on and investigate the place terrible I will be going to head office pls pls do not uses this pizza hut you will end up with food poisoning

The food was very poor quality, the potato wedges were undercooked and the pizza was tasteless. I ordered in the past from here and it used to be good not sure what has changed, will not order again very dissapointed

Ordered a vegan pizza, arrived with a broken seal and the missing markings to confirm this is infact vegan. This dietary requirement is due to allergenic reactions and should be handled with care, this was blatantly ignored by the restraunt making me have food that is not consumable

Unfortunately the lovely member of staff didn’t want to provide his name so I could give him a review and didn’t have a name badge. He told me I couldn’t give a review as I ordered in person and not online which I don’t see why that would be an issue but okay… The member of staff that took my order was very helpful and explained the deal I was interested in to me - it’s a shame the rest of the staff didn’t have great communication skills and was left waiting 45 minutes for a pizza that I was quoted 15-20 minutes

I was asked by department at a very short notice to arrange a lunch during a very busy day. I had only 40 minutes to arrange. Whereever I tried , resturants were either closed or they could not prepare lunch with very short notice. I ordered online pizza through Pizza Hutt Barking Road Canning Town. I also ranged and Manager branch Mr Mirza picked up the phone, he was very polite and assured me that he will do his best to prepare and deliver the food ASAP. Mr Mirza himself delivered the fresh hot food within 30 minutes.We all enjoyed the food without changing any schedule of our meeting for lunch. I am grateful to Mr Mirza for his excellent service at Pizza Hutt He was incredibly knowledgeable about our food requirements and wherever I asked him ,he came to exact location in a major institution to deliver the food. I have never eaten a pizza like this. It had a bad smell. I will never order it again.The management is not right, change management, this has never happened before, it has been like this for the last 2 months I called him many times, our manager behaved rudely

Got my order through Uber Eats. The delivery guy Azad was very good and friendly.

My ice cream was missing, called the restaurant they apologise and said that the driver would delivery it as soon as he would arrived back at the restaurant. Been an hour now I still haven’t received, I was left with no option but to ask for a refund, as my cookie is now cold and I'll not bw able to enjoy it.

Edit: Not this specific branch I'm changing my review,It is for the entire chain,it is a disgrace as people are constantly getting scammed by them not delivering on their promises online, 2 for 1? not working long months ago,pizza slices? they deduct you with no warning just to spend one more purchase,first buy garlic bread? No chance. Despite all the promises all the above are FALSE STAY AWAY! Despite all negative reviews I had a pleasant first buy experience. The pizzas are great but a bit overcooked. Ridiculous service. Staff at restaurant are extremely rude and not empathetic at all. My order was over 60 minutes late. Pizza arrived cold and tasted disgusting. Too much tomato base. Waste of money. Do not recommend. Not the first horrible experience.

Really would not have minded pizza being bit late if the hut had contacted me, instead after I saw them asking how my pizza was, i was concerned that hey might have delivered it to the wrong place so I called them, very nice lady said it was on its way and would be with us ASAP but 20 minutes later I had to call them again. I really do not like complaining especially as the pizza is so good but a simple message fron the hut would stopped me stressing.

I have not received my order, it was order over 2 hrs ago then the time was changed and I rang pizza hut and was told it will be delivered in 5minutes , I haven't received. I then received thia showing me it was delivered what address was it delivered. I have just received the pizza, was talking to the pizza place and the person I was speaking to put the phone down on me. i will make a complain about this.

They cancelled my order after waiting 1-20 mins called the restaurant the response was farcical told us to reorder which we did as we was starving they said guaranteed but still 10 mins late absolutely shambles never again

Ended up with someone else’s order again. Driver didn’t care and refused to take the food away. Phones aren’t working and now I’m down £30 with food I don’t eat.

One item was missing from my order the driver said he would be back with it, been more than an hour haven’t received the item.

An hour wait for 2 pizzas is unreasonable. Dominos delivers within 30 minutes 10/10. The driver on the other hand was exceptionally! Our drink was missed out which clearly wasn’t the drivers fault - the restaurant just didn’t pack it. He apologised and said he’d come back. He returned 15 minutes later with our drink and 2 ice creams on the house. He was very polite and genuine. Very rare these days. Please give him a shout out!

I ordered pizza for my partner and I and they came on time. My partner did not realise that pizzas come with garlic powder on the top and she was not enjoying the pizza due to her pregnancy. Nayar went out of her way to resolve this situation and offer us a solution. She was polite, patient and offered great customer service. 10/10.

Worst take-out experience of my life. After a long day working at the ExCeL centre at an exhibition, after travelling over 5 hours to get there and spending all day on my feet, I was so excited to unwind with a pizza. Usually Pizza Hut is my favourite, so I thought I'd take a chance on this Pizza Hut Delivery nearby which had been promoted to me via an ad within the Uber Eats app. At first I thought I was part of some psychological experiment with Uber Eats as my drivers kept cancelling the delivery. I tried, in vain, tipping as soon as a new driver accepted my order to see if that would help the matter. But no, a FOURTH driver cancelled. After AN HOUR, I tried Googling this particular Pizza Hut Delivery, to find that I was not the only one with an invisible pizza. The drivers kept cancelling because there was no pizza to collect and deliver. I was already pretty fuming with Uber Eats at this point, despite it not being their fault. Hungry and withering in my bed, I reinstalled Deliveroo and ordered something from Dirty Vegan Burgers 🌱 by Taster which arrived in 15 minutes and was absolutely delightful. Shame on Uber Eats for not properly vetting the restaurants they work with, and absolutely to hell with this Pizza Hut Delivery branch for accepting orders they refuse to fulfill. Completely pointless. So, thank you for absolutely nothing, this place should be shut down. It's a complete farce and I'm not convinced it isn't just a dodgy cover-up.

Very late. Cold. Driver claimed to have tried delivery earlier - there was no notification to us. Missing salad when they eventually did deliver. All together shocking!!!!

Food tasted great as always but I ordered extra tomato on one of the pizza and it did not have it they put the tomato on one of the other pizza instead and there was tear and share sides which I ordered the one with the sausages on it and they gave the plain ones

Food was fresh and hot. We had the meat feast loads of meats and cheese. We also had the bbq wings. Delicious! Came in 20 minutes instead of the 45 minutes it said.

Never received what we ordered, and the ice cream that went with the cookie dough was missing, Garlic bread wasn't cooked it looked like sliced bread!

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. The food was simply uneatable, the chips cold and hard like stones, the drink wasn’t the one I ordered and the quality of the pizza was very poor. The pizzas were wet, only had one slice and threw it to the bin. I hope they give me my money back at least.

I wish i could review this pizza, but it never arrived. Made an order well before closing time, paid, somehow my tracking said that my pizza arrived….but it didn’t so I called them. First time I called someone picked up then hanged up on me, so I called a second time and they said 5-10 more minutes and it will arrive…35min later and it never arrived, the store closed so I couldn’t call them again. As a business doing delivery, if you can’t fulfill the order, just reject it or do not accept it in the first place. Now I need to get a refund and figure out what to eat for dinner since I waited 1.5hr for my food to not come. I should have seen the reviews and took it as a sign of the type of service I might encounter.

Over 45mins late. Drinks missing. Won’t be ordering again any time soon.

Cannot believe how expensive it is.
