I order from here nearly daily 🫣 it's the best so I'm surprised but the current ratings honestly. The customer service is excellent and if there is ever an issue with the order they rectify it without any issue. Best pizza hut for delivery and service hands down. I have never eaten a pizza like this. It had a bad smell. I will never order it again.The management is not right, change management, this has never happened before, it has been like this for the last 2 months I called him many times, our manager behaved rudely

Had to wait a little but have to say the best pizza ever. Staff are friendly and polite. They were very busy with takeaways and I can see why best pizza to date from Pizza Hut well done boys. They even offered me an icecream tub to compensate my wait. Top lads top pizza

No chance. Despite all the promises all the above are FALSE STAY AWAY! Despite all negative reviews I had a pleasant first buy experience. The pizzas are great but a bit overcooked. I ordered pizza for my partner and I and they came on time. My partner did not realise that pizzas come with garlic powder on the top and she was not enjoying the pizza due to her pregnancy. Nayar went out of her way to resolve this situation and offer us a solution. She was polite, patient and offered great customer service. 10/10.

Worst take-out experience of my life. After a long day working at the ExCeL centre at an exhibition, after travelling over 5 hours to get there and spending all day on my feet, I was so excited to unwind with a pizza. Usually Pizza Hut is my favourite, so I thought I'd take a chance on this Pizza Hut Delivery nearby which had been promoted to me via an ad within the Uber Eats app. At first I thought I was part of some psychological experiment with Uber Eats as my drivers kept cancelling the delivery. I tried, in vain, tipping as soon as a new driver accepted my order to see if that would help the matter. But no, a FOURTH driver cancelled. After AN HOUR, I tried Googling this particular Pizza Hut Delivery, to find that I was not the only one with an invisible pizza. The drivers kept cancelling because there was no pizza to collect and deliver. I was already pretty fuming with Uber Eats at this point, despite it not being their fault. Hungry and withering in my bed, I reinstalled Deliveroo and ordered something from Dirty Vegan Burgers 🌱 by Taster which arrived in 15 minutes and was absolutely delightful. Shame on Uber Eats for not properly vetting the restaurants they work with, and absolutely to hell with this Pizza Hut Delivery branch for accepting orders they refuse to fulfill. Completely pointless. So, thank you for absolutely nothing, this place should be shut down. It's a complete farce and I'm not convinced it isn't just a dodgy cover-up.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. The food was simply uneatable, the chips cold and hard like stones, the drink wasn’t the one I ordered and the quality of the pizza was very poor. The pizzas were wet, only had one slice and threw it to the bin. I hope they give me my money back at least.

I wish i could review this pizza, but it never arrived. Made an order well before closing time, paid, somehow my tracking said that my pizza arrived….but it didn’t so I called them. First time I called someone picked up then hanged up on me, so I called a second time and they said 5-10 more minutes and it will arrive…35min later and it never arrived, the store closed so I couldn’t call them again. As a business doing delivery, if you can’t fulfill the order, just reject it or do not accept it in the first place. Now I need to get a refund and figure out what to eat for dinner since I waited 1.5hr for my food to not come. I should have seen the reviews and took it as a sign of the type of service I might encounter.

Excellent customer service from Jake. I accidentally ordered a pizza with meat & he kindly sent out a new vegetarian one. The delivery driver was also very friendly and gave a complementary drink & board games for the kids.

The worst service ever waited for an hour just to take an order in an empty queue. The staff are not at all attentive.

The most disgusting pizza I have ever eaten. To start off with they delivered the food late and when we rang to question them they lied and said the food was out for delivery. It arrived 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES later. Not only that the pizzas were cold, rock hard, squashed and soaking wet. Will never order from Pizza Hut again. Go to domino’s instead. Way better value for money and their website actually lets you log a complaint unlike these scammers.

Ordered on the phone as i had to ask specifically asked for no onions on both pizzas as my girlfriend is allergic. Both large pizzas came loaded with onion. Tried to call 3 times after delivery and nobody answered, had to bin the pizzas and eat the sides. Disappointed as a first time customer, so frustrated that they got it wrong after saying so many times about the allergy. Shame their great deals aren't backed up by great service.

Just not able to get it right. My first order didn't go so well and was wrong. I was willing to try again and see if it was an isolated incidnet. Proved wrong. After ordering a further two times, I will summarise what they are getting wrong. The menu offers a choice of pizza bases, that's nice, the sent order will be a lucky pick. Garlic bread is either burnt or undercooked, not had it just right on any order. Nice selection of dips on the menu, forget it, they won't get sent. Side orders will be mixed up, order the fajita chicken chunks, sure, send me the garlic and herb chicken chunks instead....minus the dip, which is part of the set order. The chicken comes with a dip included, how can that still be missed? Things they can get correct? The toppings are generous and correct, the drivers are friendly and courteous.

Today we ordered a pizza. It was delivered by Bala who was wearing a face mask which was great! The pizza came swiftly and it was well made with a good amount of toppings. We made a mistake online and when I called the branch the manager was polite solved our problem quickly.

I order a meal with pizza hut but for unforseen circumstances I had to cancel which was fine the trouble came when I wanted my money refunded it took them 4 months to say and to top it off didn't even offer any compensation for the matter I did text them regarding some form of compensation but they totally ignored the email. The pizza can be greasy but apart from that I personally don't think I will be ordering from them again.

I only had a small pizza today and it was what you expect from Pizza Hut, a nice pizza. But to reason I put this review today is I was served by Jake today and he knows about great customer service. Hope he share this skill with the rest of the team.

I would give 0 if I could. They frequently don't use enough toppings leaving 3-4 inches of crust. Get toppings wrong or leave things out. ( This is dayyimewdaytime staff) no sauce, barely any cheese. And customer service is awful when you do call to ask what's going on.

I've order my pizza at 21.50. Driver didn't stop to deliver in my place and at 22.50 They said they were going to make another order to be delivered max in 15 minutes. One of the delivery guy arrived at 23.20 and after asking if this one was the new order he said yes. Pizza was cold, I tried to call the pizzeria but no answer. We were so hungry that we started to eat. At 23.30 another delivery guy arrived. I told him that we didn't want the pizza and that we wanted the refund. He said it couldn't be possible. We ended up having 2 orders, and not being hungry anymore! Our night was ruined! I've called this morning again and a rude guy said he couldn't do any refund but give me a 10£ voucher instead. 10£ after spending 25£. Unbelievable.

Please close this store. Worst pizza experience ever. I got a Cold pizza where I’ve requested a stuffed crust and got a normal pizza after 1 hour and 20 mins of delivery time. Delivery chap was friendly and tried to make a fun story by saying he waited on a busy road for 40 mins - come on guys. I’m just living 10 mins away from store and not 70 miles away. We went for my sons 2nd birthday as just a little tea to celebrate, and service was just brilliant, we were served specifically by MeganP (or thats how its spelt on the bill!) as well as the other ladies on the night, but she suprised my little boy with a candle and ice cream scoop which was such a lovely gesture. Food was good, not the same as when I was young but times change! will be back.

Order from here every time I feel like ordering a takeaway. My order arrives on time and non of the items are missing. The pizza, sides and dessert are all delicious. I love the selection they have for all of them. Only complain would be that the garlic bread is a bit hard when it arrives as it goes cold by the time it’s here.

Spent £25 ordering pizza, after 2 hours wait they derived cold pizza with side (Potato Wedges) missing. No apology when called and Manager Sehzad rudely said, if I want missing item I can come and pick it up or pay £13 to get derived. Never ordering from Pizza Hut Canning Town again. Not even worth the one star but it's the lowest I can go. I used to order fairly regularly from here but no more. tl;dr - go to Dominos or a local shop instead. Order placed (and paid for) on web at 20:03 and told it may be a little longer as they were busy. Around 21:45 I phoned and was told "it's on it's the way but we don't track the drivers and we can't call them". Phoned again about 22:30 (2.5 hours after initial order) and was told "it's on it's way". When I said that was unacceptable I was transferred to a "manager" who cut me off... On phoning back I waited for 20 minutes and was then told "we delivered that at 21:00" After some arguing to the tune of "no you bloody haven't" I was told (around 22:50) they'd reprint the order and "rush" it to me "it will only take 10 minutes to do". The "manager" kept asking me how he could fix it!?! At 23:30 (3.5 hours from ordering) I started trying to call to find out where my food was. My calls kept being actively rejected until they closed at midnight. I gave up at this point and ordered from Dominos. At 00:20 the food arrived, stone cold. The ticket that the driver gave me showed that it had been reprinted at 22:52 and had then taken another 1.5 hours to get this "rush" job delivered to me. All-in-all a pizza took more than half a working day (4.5 hours) to get to me! I have never had such rude, indifferent and incompetent "service" anywhere. Avoid this place like the plague.

Order a good hour and half before you actuallt want your pizzas delivered, dont bother ordering extra cheese as there will be no difference barring that the pizzas come hot amd taste nice

Should have read the reviews before ordering. Took 2 hours to arrive, and when it finally did the pizza box was falling apart and it came with a different side to what I had ordered. AVOID.

I made an order yesterday Pizzas should be arrived around 10.30 pm. Me and my wife waited until 11.30 pm and our order wasn’t arrived yet. I called the shop, a man said pizza would have come shortly. It was already one hour late then I called half an hour later and the same guy said the same thing as he studied those phrases. I waited until 01.00 in the morning and then I went to sleep. My order has never arrived. I’m sorry but I’d never give my money to this restaurant anymore. I’d rather make a home pizza. At least I know when I can eat it. Avoid this delivery shop. I was a regular costumer for ages and now I’m so tired of their indifference. Please if you want to make an order you better buy your pizza in your local Tesco.
