Staff members ignored my warning that the salad contained mouldy vegetable fragments and continued working there. Additionally, many plates were filthy and unclean. Horrible, I won't eat there ever again.

AVOID PIZZA HUT! We have recently visited this place and here is outcome on 14/02/2024: 1. Wooden tables are so dirty, because of the age and numerous factors that never been vanished since restaurant opened, feels very sticky. 2. Quality of wooden tables, well, if you are hungry and you don't have place anywhere to go to locally, think carefully before order anything from them, even glass of orange juice choose can make you day unsatisfied which can't be finished. 3. Prices, 2 portion of pizza is £40 incl unlimited salad as they are claiming. All vegetables doesn't look fresh, and no testy at all. This salad will be nice serve in the farm for the animals only. 4. We complaint about food, staff doest trained how to deal with complaint, just running away, no compensation offered, saying sorry, no friendly place at all. Think before cross this place and remember u pay for the name not the product they are offering/selling.

Rude staff doesn’t like the pizza there was nothing in the salad bar disappointed so much never going back to Pizza Hut again.

Went for dinner. Staff was a bit inattentive and careless, more concerned about their own private conversations; kind of difficult to catch their attention. At one point of the waiters sat down at a customer table, resting. Food was a bland and tasteless as well. Will not go back at any of their branches.

Extremely bad service Rude staff ,will not visit them again. Charging more money for less food in the name of COVID 19.

Horrible customer service paid twice for the same meal still cant get my money back even after giveing my bank statement he was rude and still no apology he kept us wait 2 hour just for a pizza. Second time we went my autistic daughter was cry he ask for me to bring in proof which i did and he strated to speak in his own language which i understood as i speak his language as well which is urdu my husband dose not but he quickly saw they were being so rude as they were making black hate comments which was so rude as i understood everything they were saying. He made me feel like i was in the the worng by asking for my money after 4 day of it been taken.i traveled very far with my child and my husband and we only wanted a pizza which lead in to something so horrible i would not recommend any one with child with special needs go ther they have no management or any respect for the venerable. My daughter was left cry with no food and they charged me twice disgusting i pleaded with him to give my money back as he took my last money second time my bank is disgusted with his service and saw the video which i will post soon i hope they realise they are big company and when they treat ppl like that after they pay it disgusting behaviour

We had a pleasant meal and the waitress was helpful when we had to wait for 2 of our party to arrive..We had various meals between us, including ribs, lasagne and 2 different pizzas and we enjoyed all of them.. There was ample parking but a 3 hour time limit, so you have to keep an eye on the time. Overall a very pleasant evening with good food. We would have tried some of their desserts (which sounded delicious) but a birthday cake had been brought along to share.by our friends.and served at the table by our helpful waitress.

We arrived at around 6.30pm and it was quite quiet. We were seated and ordered. Then around 7pm it started to get really busy!! The food was delicious, piping hot and looked appetizing. The salad bar was fully stocked and was tipped up 3 times in the time that we were there. We had a discount code which was an amazing deal!!! Would definitely recommend this place!!

The lunch Buffet here keeps me going back for more. moderately priced and the staff are very friendly.

The worst one i ever tasted. I had was Haiwan pizza it was ham and pineapple too much salty. My friend had veggie pizza she like hers. The lady serving us was Sharmin she was Ok. This pizza hut is not near me.Salad is Ok.

Decent pizza, our waiter was good, pleasant waiting staff, food was relatively quick and decent in taste. The staff behind the tills when I paid were incredibly rude. They were having their own conversation while I waited to pay. I had to interupt them so I could pay. When I ordered the food I asked about the student offer, I was told that I can only use it on meals which are not on offer. When I got to the till this changed amd the women very rudely said no, completely refused the idea and I had to pay full price. I am not happy with that particular womens service and the fact that i wasted money.

In the holidays this place gets busy because it is a family place. The pizzas are good if you are looking for the 'american diner junk pizza' kind of thing. If you are looking for gourmet though don't go here. Prices are reasonable.

Me and my friend visited this restaurant for lunch. When we entered the restaurant there was a long queue and the restaurant was very busy, (it was full of families with young children as it was the school holidays). We got seated straight away though as there was only two of us. The salad bar was filled with a variety of vegetables and was easy to get to. Getting to the pizza however was a nightmare. The queue for pizza was very long because families were putting loads of slices of pizza on their plates which meant the pizzas ran out quickly. The staff kept topping up the pizzas while I was in the queue but when I got to the front of the queue the margherita pizza (my favourite) had ran out again so I had to wait ages for a fresh batch to be cooked. Being at the front however meant I had hot pizza. The buffet was delicious though and was very cheap which I thought was very good value for money. I would recommend this restaurant but I would say avoid going during the school holidays!

The service was alright, typical of pizza hut, it was a busy day so I guess that was to play the new menu isn't as great as the previous one

Staff were very rude. Did not want to serve us just wanted to go out the back, no smiles off them. Food was okay but went cold quickly because the restaurant was freezing

The restraumt is very clean, the staff are friendly and polite and we were served quickly. I think the prices were good as the food was delicious. Will definitely go again.

Whenever we've been to this Pizza Hut we always get a sit. The staff are good and all the salad bar gets refreshed and everything was excellent.

I have been here a couple of times before with ta whole family so we hv been ordering whole pizzas. This time as it was just me & my husband we went for ta options of hvg a buffet. It was so uncomfortable to even approach ta food or drink as it was over crowded. The place is not spaced properly for a buffet system. Ta salad bar, drinks & ta pizza is all squashed in a corner. The pizza was cmg out so slow too. I MISS MY GALLIONS REACH BRANCH.

£7 for Pizza buffet and eat as much as you like salad before 3pm every day. Freshly made pizza, pasta and variety of dressings

Went during non busy time on a Wednesday at 3:30pm and we seriously thought that we were on the set for Walking Dead. The staff were so slow and unenthusiastic it was painful. They purposely avoided eye contact at all times so they did not have to deal with our order, our bill, our very existence. Seriously need some customer service training. I know it's only Pizza Hut but the pizza isn't free! BTW the pizza was very nice

i been in pizza hut in tottenham hale...and i sorry to say the first thing you notice is the floor ...really old,really dusty.the service was average...i felt like to ordering in a mcdonalds but with table service.the pizza was good....the prices...well...cause there is free fill ...unless it wouldnt be ok.i dont think this brand gonna survive in a few years.

I was today to eat to the restaurant because pizza it's my favourite and every week I make delivery few times from same company,but to the restaurant I will never go in my life,it was the worst pizza ever,to much tomato sauce on the base,you can feel and smell,I couldn't eat,the ketchup it's the same(I prefer from Heinz,if I pay 10£ for a small pizza at least I would like to enjoy my food) and the guy who serve me don't know how to explain.very disappointed! !!

First it was 10mins than 20 and then 45 minutes until we would have been able to get served. How many empty tables do they need before they could seat a few people? The service was terribly slow I was totally shocked by the lack of attention I recived during my wait. I shall never return to such a disorganised restaurant never have I received such poor service!!!

I went with my family to Pizza Hut and had to wait at least 1 hour before I was seated. When we did eventually get a table the waitress was quite rude and again we waited some time before our food arrived. I love the food but hate the time it took for us to get a table and for our food. This was first and last visit to Pizza Hut.

Visited here after taking the children to newham city farm as it was close and cheap. We chose to have the lunchtime buffet which was poor. Wasn't a lot of choice of pizza and seemed to not be making them as quickly as they was going for a busy half term weekday.

Been here quite a few times with family so knw the drill of the place! As always good pizzas and friendly service. Only thing service little slow however they were quite busy as it was mothers day... Cookie dough yummy

We eat at lunchtime and as I said it was ok. The staff were friendly the buffet was reasonable. It was exactly as we expected.

This isn't the pictured restaurant, rather a standalone restaurant in a retail park. It is a completely standard Pizza Hut: clean, pleasant service (a tad slow on this occasion, but not so in the past), bog-standard pizza, reasonable salad bar. It's main redeeming feature is if you're driving home from the Excel centre and want to see your van from your table, this is basically the only choice before you get to the M11.
