Fantastic pizza at Franco Manca! The service was top-notch, number 9 pizza was great. Highly recommend!

Customer service terrible. Especially male manager - I bought £20 worth of food. As it is not a restaurant but a food court you have to take your pizza on a tray and find a place to sit down. As I sat down the coke I bought slid off the tray!!!!! And went all over me. I went up to the man at the till and asked for another coke as I was wet through it was clearly obvious what happened. He refused and said he would not give me a coke. He was so rude, I resorted to tears. He then gave me a coke but his response was ‘ I can give you a coke but I now have to pay for your coke ‘. Terrible, terrible customer service.

Delicious Margherita pizza but crust was slightly thick for my liking. Good flavour in the sauce and cheese. Clean place and quick service.

Ordered a gluten free pizza and a regular pizza. They sent two regular pizzas. Asked if they would send another. They refunded only the gluten free surplus of £2. They said we received the regular pizza so we must pay for it. Super lol. Imagine.

I recently visited Westfield, Stratford restaurant for the first time with my friends, and I must say we were all very disappointed with the vegetarian options. I ordered a veg pizza, which sounded great on the menu, but when it arrived, it was a complete letdown. The pizza was overly salty and dry, making it practically inedible—not just for me, but for all my friends as well. The toppings were minimal, with only a few small pieces, and overall, it felt like a waste of money. Important :- Additionally, I ordered a lemonade, but when I took a sip, I noticed that the glass had a broken edge, which cut my lips. This is a serious safety issue that should be addressed before serving customers. Overall, our experience was far from satisfactory, and I hope you can improve the quality of your food and ensure the safety of your glassware in the future.

Service was quick but the Margherita pizza we ordered was quite average and chewy.

Dry pizza, on a cheese paste base not looking particularly fresh and with a few ingredients thrown on top. Clearly no effort or care, it just wasn’t a good meal. And a weird tasting lemonade. Yeah..not coming back.

This was one of the best Italian pizzas in London. Now, the choice of toppings are not Italian style, the quality of the products is very poor, and worse the dough itself is a chewing gum. I went all the way to Westfield, despite the fact that I hate shopping centers, just to enjoy an authentic Italian pizza, I went back home extremely disappointed 😞

Really good pizzas, well worth the money (compared to the more expensive chains one floor up), and they were pleasant, kind and fast!

Without doubt the driest pizza I’ve ever eaten. I had the Franco’s Favourite. The dough was tasty as were the toppings of Smoked beef, rocket, capers and mozzarella. There was no tomato sauce or any sauce kind of base. I only remembered to take a photo after I had a couple of hours.

Nice area in the shopping center, we ate tasty pizzas and we found a very friendly and nice staff that made we felt like at home.

We went to Westfield Stratford, fancied a pizza, and headed upstairs for Pizza Express. On the way, we came across Franco Manca, which we hadn’t had a good experience with previously but blamed the takeaway distance. My wife and I decided to give their sourdough pizza a second chance and ordered a veg special. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy the quality and found the ingredients poorly filled. My wife rated it 2/10, and I gave it a 4/10. Sorry, guys—do your business analysis and get this pizza right.

The lady at the counter was rude and didn't look like she liked doing what she was doing. The experience made the food less desirable. The pizza wasn't great either. The crust was burnt and too hard to even consume, so I had to cut the whole crust out, the rest of the pizza was alright.

There is a lady with 3 kids that have ordered a pizza, and they couldn't help her to cut the pizza for her. Even if you don't do it normally, I'm sure that your cook has a big knife that can slice the pizza for her. Come on, she is by herself with 3 kids, and you can not slice the pizza.

I have been a Franco Manca customer for years and visited most of their stores across London. This is the first time that the quality of the pizza was so low that I didn't even finish it. We had the marinara pizza and it came with nearly no tomato sauce, the dough was uncooked and the garlic was burnt. My recommendation is to avoid this venue.

A nice food court version of Franco Manca, quick service and same standard that you expect across the chain. Great quality as always, and the seating in Westfield food court is quite nice given the size and busy-ness of the shopping centre.

Great pizza and texture, just needed more flavour and had to buy sauces separately. Waited a while for the pizza as they were busy, my friends got their food first from other food joints in the court.

We were 2 people,ordered 2 Margherita. The pizza was small,the dough was still raw,the tomato sauce quite sour. I've eaten better frozen pizza for half of the price. Gotten worse over the years.

Brexit at it's best here. None of the pizza maker was italian. Sauce was saulty. Kind of indian bread more than pizza. Not as good as it used to be.

Pizza was freshly made, individual ingredients were good but for some reason the pizza just didn't hit the mark. Far from bad just above average. Took around 15mins to come and they wasn't particularly busy. Not exactly sure why. Overall just average.

The service was wonderful. I visited this establishment yesterday and the guy that served me was very personable. I ordered the anchovy and caper pizza, something which I’ve ordered before. It was pleasant. Didn’t tickle my tastebuds totally but that was down to me getting the wrong pizza for that day.

I've been visiting the startford branch for many years and always seen the same manager. I've asked him many times as you serve Halal lamb and I'm a Muslim would the pizza chef wash hands prior to making my pizza, always said yes that's not a issue. On my last visit this was not the case, I was told sorry unfortunately he can't do that as it's busy, baring in mind I'm the only customer there and nobody behind me. It didn't feel very inclusive, felt like I wasn't treated as a valued customer as it was need for me, instead he turned away my custom. So there's no point advertising you're serving Halal meat if you can't respect a customers need, a simple request mind you. So they either said they had washed hands previously and I gave them the benefit of doubt. But certainty I'll be avoiding this establishment from now on, it's sad because it was a family favourite. It's more disappointing this came from teh store manager, it's probably time to retrain him or perhaps a change of management is needed (short guy with dark hair). To all Muslim customer please be careful whilst choosing this place to dine. Absolutely horrible experience and thought others should be aware.

Had an amazing pizza (Number 10 Special). Really liked the puréed yellow cherry tomatoes. I added caramelised red onion as an extra topping to the pizza as I thought it would enhance and add more flavour to it. It was perfect!

Had pizza for the first time. I was not impressed. I asked for spiced chicken as extra and the chicken tasted blend. There was hardly any basil or any other toppings Not worth the price. I wouldnt eat again unless their menu changes.

Good taste and good service. Staff are always friendly. The quality however varies and lately has dropped. I've been coming here for almost 3 years but in the last few months, i wasn't that impressed anymore. Sometimes the pizza comes out of the over too fast and is not cooked well. Tha dough is uncooked. If it stayed in 3 minutes and bottom and edges are done but the middle is still raw, maybe the oven is too hot? Shame because the mix of ingredients is usually good and tasty

The pizza from Franco Manca was tasty and the service was great, even told me that the pizza I picked (for my sister and mother) didn't have a tomato base so that I could add one on. As it's in the food hall, you don't get the Franco Manca experience, but the food was still as good as the ones in the restaurants. The pizza really hit the spot after a long day in London.

You always know a pizza is good when their most basic pizza, the Margherita tastes so good. The sourdough was the stand out for me. The staff were friendly and service was quick. It's in the food court area, so sometimes it can be difficult to find a seat but definitely worth a visit. I highly recommend this place.

I went to this place with a friend of mine. The order took longer than what I expected for a pizza and the focaccia bread was dry.

I was there on Saturday 24/06/23 around 1 pm very busy time..but I was surprised that the service and pizza was so good,I spoke with one guy from Italy I think aldo (I'm not sure ) and he suggested me pizza number 9 and the pizza was sick ,I definitely recommend If you around Westfield.

Surprisingly one of the better Franco Manca experiences I have had. I was surprised because it is in a mall, but it was genuinely very fresh and delicious. The ingredients are the same and I think not being in a restaurant, if you collect your food right away the pizza is very hot and fresh. I enjoyed the special with ricotta. I would come back. I have been a long time diner at Franco Manca from back when it was in Brixton market so I think this one, except for atmosphere bc it’s a mall, is just as tasty as I remember.

1. Worst pizza. 2. Awful taste. 3. Overpriced 4. Pizza bread was overcooked and bitter to taste. 5. Besides being over salty, it was topped with salty fish. 6. The only thing good was diet coke(definitely overpriced) as it helped me to wash the pizza down. 7. Garlic bread was salty and the Worst I have had. 8. Awful and Worst experience.

Pizza took a long time, we saw a pizza dropped and think it was ours. Not an issue to wait for another, but they should have let us know.

They charged me 16 pounds for a small bottle of water, small flat piece of raw dough (supposed to be a focaccia) 🤦‍♀️ the surprise was the burrata. Was a small sour dry mozzarella. No service. Unfortunately I didn’t eat there because the smells of many foods made me nauseous so I asked to a box to bring with me. I found out only when I returned home. I tried to call the restaurant but was close. I know very well how must be a good burrata. First because I love it, second because I’m tour leader and guide so in Campania I used to visite with tourists group places where they made the best burrata and mozzarella in the world. Now I understood why in the other Westfield Franco manca is close.

The food is horrible, I got the halal chicken topping and it was horrible, smelt and tasted funky. I felt sick after eating it. Pizza is dead too. Don’t waste your money on this place

Mÿ grandson is very fussy about the texture and tastes of his pizza. The presentation is also very important to him. He loves Franco Manca!

They do one of the best Pizzas. I only gave 4 because they do not have their own restaurants or seated area. The service is for food court which is fine but it would be better if they get their own shop.. I love the food

They always mess up my order when I go through deliveroo, last time they put one tea spoon of chilli dip in the pot of sauce I ordered and when I called up the woman was incredibly rude and said the driver must have eaten it, why would the driver Leave the pizza but drink the chilli dip?? Not the first time Ive had an issue with the order and the lady dealing with my complaint, she just says it's not her problem, very disappointing from a company I've been ordering from for around 10 years since they started

Ordered a Pizza Four via deliveroo which is my favourite as I always get the same from the Holborn store. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed. Barely any sauce or cheese on the pizza may has well have eaten naan bread with toppings. 14 pounds down the drain

Far less ingredients that what it must. As far as I know the pepperoni pizza must have 16 pieces of salami not 8 and 30 grams of red onion instead of 5.

Usually they serve coke in a bottle at the price of £3.30. I get a can with the same price. So I asked if I can get a bottle instead. The server was not polite at all he said we only have cans and I'm not the one who is making rules. The pizza it self how on earth you cook the basil with the pizza untill it get burned and lost taste of it. The dough and specialy the edges was like having a chewing gum also the Mozzarella you have to work on it again and order a decent one as it was before. Well done Franco Manca you lost a customer who's been loyal to you for more than a year.

I was only person at counter and was rudely told to move from one end of counter to the other as i was 'standing in the wrong place'. Then ignored by next member of staff who had his back to me for ages knowing i was there! My child wanted the pizza, or I would have left immediately. The kitchen staff were looking at me bemused. Very weird passive aggressive/ racist treatment by staff

Delicious sourdough pizza. Took the vegetarian one and it was lovely. The service is super fast. Didn't like that I was told I can pay cash only if I had the exact change, which I did...but what happened to flexibility of payment for customers? What I didn't have the exact cash? Apart from that pizza was amazing!

Food was excellent, the prices was decent and the order came in decently quick. Staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to get to our order in, and understand when it was coming in a timely manor. Overall I'd recommend this place as it is pretty nice for Pizza (personally, it's my favourite pizza place inside Westfield).
