We had lovely food, and Vinny was our server. He was very attentive and provided excellent customer service.

Vinny was great! He was very kind and tended to our needs fast and efficiently :) 10/10 experience, my friend and I were very pleased.

I came here with my family at night starving looking for a halal friendly restaurant. Vinny, our waiter was extremely sensitive towards our religious dietary requirements and ensured that we were served food which was cooked in the oven without any other meats.

The service was excellent & the waitress who served us was especially charming & helpful. We all enjoyed our food & there was a good choice. The only small problem we had was in understanding all the different menus. The toilets were very clean. An all-round good experience 😊

Food arrived very quickly and was very good, staff were very friendly

We went to this restaurant for a quick brunch. The restaurant is located on one of the top floors of Westfield Shopping Mall. We ordered Beef Stufato and Chicken Milanese. We didn't have to wait long for our food. The Chicken Milanese was very tasty, thin and even cut chicken, and very crispy. I would have given a 5 star for this food. The Beef Stufano was very compact, the beef stew was very soft, the food was delicious. But for some reason I was bothered by the strong taste in the stew. I think it was from the tomato sauce. It seemed like a lot of tomato paste was added to prepare the dish. I would give it a 4 star. Overall, the food and service were very good. Even though the restaurant is located on the top floor, it was very crowded.

Our waiter Harpreet was very helpful.

What an amazing experience to be served by Steven. He was super attentive, funny and he made us feel special. Best service I ever had! Our food was delicious, pizza Primavera is always a good choice but this time was super tasty. Thank you & see you soon

I visited Zizzi with my friend before going to the Cinema. We were attended to by a gentleman called Kaynaat, and his staff. They were very attentive, with excellent service. The food was good and I enjoyed the banter that Kaynaat and I entered into. The restaurant was busy, but that did not distract from the quality of service. A very enjoyable visit. We will return, next time we are in Stratford.

Steve was lovely, great personality and very helpful. Food and cocktails was great too, highly recommend!

Food was Very bad. Normally when we go out with my partner we go to fast food chains and we wanted to try a resturant this time but was very disappointed. We got salmon which was big as my middle finger was a joke to be honest to even serve that. I run restaurant my self to and the salmon we serve is double the size and they charge more !!!! Service is something else some Indians working and they give great service to people from there own country which was sitting next to us and ask them if everything is good etc but they didn’t ask us anything if we enjoyed or would like anything. God help the owner I know it’s hard to deal with staff at the moment but very very bad service. When it comes to food I wont even give it to my dog. Good luck !

My only criticism was I felt a £1.95 charge for soda water to make my spritzer was excessive. I’ve never been charged for it in other establishments where I regularly go.

Tried Zizzi in Westfield for the first time ordered dinner and drinks was very good. Had a sea bass which was amazing. Side salad was gorgeous and simple. Tasted very fresh. 😍

Took my daughter for an evening out at Zizzi in Westfield shopping centre in Stratford in January 2024. The food was amazing, the service great, and the atmosphere just right. It was a lovely evening out, my daughter and I had a great time and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Aida was amazing, her service was fast, she was very kind and attentive to me as well as the staff. There was a mistake with my meal which wasn’t the staff fault and Aida made sure to help me sort it out, she continuously checked in to make sure I was well and if she can help me with anything further. Thank you SO much Aida! She is a huge credit to the team! I’ll be back just because of her x

Came today with my daughter as we were coming to Westfield for some shopping our food was excellent lovely pizza and chicken on a stewer which was very good. Our waitress was lovely

The food is good, but the attendance is not good. During the payment, when I request the remove the service tax, the employee told me a lot of reason that was dificult to remove, considering that is a optional tax if you don’t like the service.I don’t recommend this place.

I went to rhe Westfield Stratford Zizzi for lunch with my friend and our waiter was a gentleman called Happy. He was amazing from the moment we came in. He provided great service, nothing was too much for him! So thank you Happy, you are a great asset to Zizzi and how customer service should be!

This review is based on a visit to Zizi's almost a month ago. I've been meaning pop a quick review, but I never got around to it, until now. What can I say? My ratings say it all. We decided to go to Zizi's when we visited Westfields Stratford, and as we have previously been, it wasn't a difficult choice. There are so many food options in and around Westfields, and you are spoilt for choice. My partner and son love pasta and pizza, so for us, it was an easy decision. The usual suspects are Ask Italian, Pizza Express, and Zizi's on the top floor restaurant section. On arrival, we were seated quite quickly. They weren't as busy around 12 pm. The food was hot, very filling, with large portions, and deliciously tasty. We enjoyed our individual meal orders. We spent around an hour and a half there and never felt rushed even when it started getting busy after 1 pm. In the past we found the service a bit slow, but on this occasion, they were staffed appropriately, and even when we needed something extra for our table, like black pepper, olive oil, tap water, etc, a simple raised hand, and with a minute or so we were attended to. Even getting the bill at the end didn't take too long. I feel that their service has definitely improved. Kudos Zizi's. All round a great dining (lunch) experience, and we will definitely return when we find ourselves back in Stratford and Westfields. So, I have this thing where I always go check out the restroom facilities of any establishment we dine at. A clean, fresh-smelling, and tidy toilet tells me a lot about how an establishment is run and their view on hygiene, etc. No problems here. I have included a few pics just for those who are interested. I always wonder why the toilet bins in restaurants are always so dented...had the same experience at other similar establishments at Westfields. Strange. One last point, on the bill, you will see they add a team tip of 10%, which in principle, I do not have a problem with it as I always tip at least 10% anyway. It's just funny how they say it's optional, but then it's automatically added. I suppose if a customer feels otherwise, they may ask for it to be removed. I'm not sure what management's view is not this and as I said, I have no issue with it. Something to consider for those who don't feel a 10% tip has been earned. The bill (pic included) isn't cheap (£75 for 3: two adults and one 11 year old. We didn't even have any dessert). I don't think post-Covid-19, etc, prices have come back down - my personal view. So, for many, eating out may be for special occasions only. Overall, a great dining experience, I don't always give 5 stars for Food, Service, and Atmosphere. Keep up the great work, Zizi's. It's highly appreciated and valued. We definitely recommend this Zizi's for a super dining experience 👌🏽.

Came to Zizzi’s for my birthday before I go to see a performance, Aida and Marko went above and beyond for me to make my birthday special. Amazing customer service and they were so attentive, they deserve a raise! They made sure I didn’t have to pay for anything because of my birthday which is so sweet. This is the place to visit!

A bit meh, to be honest. Food is okay but the service wasn't great. Cocktails are clearly from a pre-mixed bottle. They don't accept Blue Light cards.

Paid for the bill with cash but was told by the server that they could not give change. Very suspicious. Also had to order a coffee three times for the order to be placed through also.

A venue I visit monthly, meeting up with a friend for lunch. The staff are attentive and friendly, especially Happy, who remembers us and our drinks order.

First of all not sure why this would happen but the service and overall experience led us to walking-out of your restaurant. Myself and my Dad came in to enjoy some Italian food. We were sat down on a nice table and the person that gave us the table then left and we have not seen her again. We’ve waited about 15minutes to see if someone shows up to our table so we can order. Bear in mind the restaurant was very quiet (about 5 tables) We have seen a waitress or a manager not sure what she was being on the phone while looking at us multiple times clearly seeing we’re looking to order and did not bother coming over. After another 5 or so minutes I walked over to ask her if there are any servers who can come over and she told me to order through qr code which did not work because the table was closed and no one told us to order through qr in the first place. Overall negative 10 experience. We walked out and went elsewhere. 👎🏼
