It was our first time at Zizzi Stratford Westfield.The restaurant was very welcoming , quiet and very clean! There is a plenty choice of food and drinks and it tasted super delicious.Everybody was very pleased with food.Customer service fantastic.Special shout out to a nice and very friendly, helpful Portuguese waitress , Name Angelica if I’m not mistaken.She was super helpful and friendly.We would definitely come back again.

We were seated quickly but the seats were torn & it was like being seated in the "naughty corner". We ordered a bottle of Merlot. The waitress said "Malbec?" So we repeated clearly we requested Merlot. We were served Malbec. We tried to attract attention but were clearly ignorned. Evetually, when we politely pointed out the error, we were told " you said Malbec". (We'd not touched the wine) We hadn't and the people on the next table agreed that we'd been clear in our request. From then on we were basically ignored. We got our food - the pizza was burned but cold, but by this time we'd decided just to get on with it. We ate the cold pizza & drank the Merlot which had been served to replace e the Malbec. Then we waited, and waited. We weren't offered a dessert menu. We asked for the bill and pointed out that it would have been nice to have been offered a dessert menu to which, after paying, we were asked "what, you want a dessert menu now?" It's a total shambles and has gone downhill dramatically.

Such a brilliant, friendly (and hilarious) team working in the restaurant! Food was delicious as always. We love to do takeaway from here but always a lovely experience to pop in and see the team too! This is the personable and hilarious joy that all dining should have!

A slight miscommunication from one of the servers resulted in not getting our full order, but the manager quickly rectified the minor mistake during a busy period in 10 minutes, not only this but he took the time to personally apologise and even provided a 25% discount. Very good restaurant and will definitely visit again.

Visited when it was very busy. The service was actually fairly quick even though it was busy. We did not wait very long for food and when it did come it was nice and of very good quality. The atmosphere is a little flat however the music was then turned on and it was better.

Visited on the 27th May 2024 & had a delicious meal here. There was a mess up with a meal but the waiters and staff were able to sort it out they were excellent. I can’t remember the name of our waitress but she was excellent

We went there as part of a group and were seated near the kitchen. The quality of the food was absolutely spot on and in my opinion the set Christmas menu also represented good value. It was nice too being able to effectively buy a 'pint' of bottled beer (660ml) at a sensible price as opposed to two small bottles which would have come to a lot more. What made the evening though was the excellent (perfect?) service. Seated next to the kitchen it was easy to see the food coming out and being on the hot plates - unlike many restaurants we have been to the food barely touched the hot plates before it was taken to the table. As they were not in uniform I am guessing they were management - however they were absolutely all over everything making sure that everything went smoothly and very quickly. The other issue was that they were also serving drinks and taking orders as needed too, again to speed everything up. We have been away all over Christmas and have eaten out many times and this was by far the best service.

We had a really nice evening yesterday. After not seeing my friends for a long time we decided to meet up in zizi westfild. We didn't book a table but even it was a quite busy we didn't have to wait for long time. Food was amazing atmosphere relaxed and staff very polite especially the manager who gave us free shots of limoncello 🙂 We had a nice conversation about the life and a familly. Much recommend 🖐

My visit to Zizzi with my family was absolutely delightful! From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a wonderful meal. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for delicious food and a great dining experience!"

Food was good and hot. Service was absolutely terrible. We were ignored for long periods of time, had to ask to order, had to ask for condiments, had to ask to pay the bill, weren’t even offered dessert menu. They then tried to add a 10% service charge to our bill (without explaining) and made it very difficult for us to ask for it to be removed. The manager shouted at his staff in front of customers for the 2 hours we were there too.

This is a lovely restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were efficient and it was just what we needed a quick delicious lunch. My only criticism is I don't think tips should automatically be added but our waitress was good so we would have tipped anyway, it just makes it awkward for customers to not tip though as it's on the bill.

Me and my husband visited last week Friday to zizzi before going to the cinema. It was really busy but Vinny was quickly able to find us a table and the service even though it was packed was fast and attentive. Big shoutout to Vinny for the free pasta crisps and great recommendations like the King Prawn Spiedin.

We took my daughter and friends to Zizzi Stratford for a birthday dinner. The pizzas were amazing, and I loved my mushroom risotto. We brought a cake, and our waiter Vinny took his time to prepare it and to sing Happy Birthday. We had a fab time and will be back! Great service from Vinny and the team!

Best drink and best bartender in Westfield. My first trip to London and this place is amazing! I tried the new Morello Cherry Sour and had to give compliments to the bartender, Marko!!! He was truly amazing. Great service and made the BEST drinks. I can’t wait to return. Thank you so much Marko!

Outstanding! From the minute we walked through the door, we were made to feel so welcome. Vinny was attentive, but not overly, made some really good suggestions, he made sure everything was ok. SCAM, they must have surely taken advantage of the fact that I was a foreigner to charge me TWICE the payment for the menu by making me believe that the payment was refused and moreover by the MANAGER. I advise avoiding this restaurant. I told him that it would pass but they didn't want to know anything.

Marco the manager, and our service (forgotten his name) were super attentive. The ambiance was inviting, the environment was calm and friendly, the food was amazing! I literally ate myself sick. The dessert was supposed to be taken home but after one bite, it all went down into the full deep dark hole called my stomach. I usually take lots of photos but the food was so good, I forget until the end 😂😂 All round wonderful evening spent at Zizzi, Stratford.

Having nearly left because my daughter’s chosen meal was not available, Marco the manager came over and made a bespoke meal to satisfy my fussy eater. My hanging chicken skewer was amazing (only a starter but huge portion) and Marco did not disappoint with the tiramisu espresso 🍸❤️ thank you!
