Horrible menu, it’s all made from dough and pasta, ended up paying a fortune eating bread and bread and nothing else, I do not advise any one stepping in Zizi it’s wasting money. Tall male waiter threw our order on table and gave us side dishes in an in respectful way Horrible experience Only one lady was so good and hospitable and the rest had no smile on their faces. Do not step there please

I chose the 3 course set menu. The prawns were nice but not sure what the sauce was meant to be, all I could taste was oil. They don't have much vegetarian option like other pizza places (pizza with lots of vegetables and normal cheese) so I went with the vegan and requested it with normal cheese, it was alright, wouldn't go for it again. The highlight was the lemon cheesecake with lemon sorbet, absolutely delicious. *** Please note not to exchange your Tesco point to voucher if you have set menu as it is not valid on it *** I'd like to say a huge thanks for Laura, the service manager, she showed excellent, 5 star customer service skills.

My experience at this restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived until I left, I felt welcomed and pampered by the food and the service. We have been served by Steven. He was amazing! Zizzi exceeded all my expectations. You do not often find a place where every element comes together so perfectly. Highly recommend Zizzi at Westfield Stratford in terms of food & service.

Amazing. The food is very tasty, the service is very fast and everything happened in seconds. We are served by a very nice and well mannered boy called Marco and he made sure that throughout our dinner we liked and enjoyed the food and drinks. I feel great and I am always very impressed with the service at Zizzi'they always make me feel special. I am very satisfied I recommend it👌

Very busy today but seated very quickly. Service was fantastic and thank you to our server who was very patient. Food was yummy. I had prawns which were lovely, calzone was very nice and the brownie was delicious. Recommend the set menu for good value for money.

Laura is a so lovely! We are from Brazil and came here again. We have been here in octobre 2022, Laura served in that time.

I had the meat balls, and I thought the portion was small and very bland. I asked if they would do a lasagna as a children's portion for the children's menu, for a child was told wouldn't be a problem. Then told it would be, so child had an adult lasagna. Was annoying. Experience was below average and will not be going back.

Really nice venue, staff and food

We came here before leaving london for a meal and we started off with a nice waitress but she went and ate at another table when we had our starters and the lovely Bastien took over and made our visit 10 times better. It seemed that he was covering 3 peoples sections whilst the others were at the table eating which is a shame as he was running around trying to keep everyone satisfied (and doing an amazing job). He is an absolute star and Zizzi’s is lucky to have him. please reward this lovely, kind and gentle man x

Great food and great service. The dish I wanted was unavailable but they made a couple of changes and made me a slightly amended version, which was lovely. Dessert was very nice. The lunch menu is good value for money.

After being so unfortunate in the past with other restaurants on Mother's Day and their lack of customer service due to being overwhelmed, my son treated me to Zizzi's in Stratford Westfield. We were shown to our seats by a lovely waiter and made our order with the lovely waitress who welcomed us with a smile. I decided to opt in for the Mother's Day Menu and had the pork belly with a drizzle of honey, green beans/spinach and roast potatoes. An absolute favourite meal and throughly enjoyed it. Even though they were busy, it didn't stop the service from being fantastic by all members of staff who served us. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for making my Mother's Day so beautiful. 5*.

We had a veg rustica pizza and ravioli, both 10/10. We even got extra parm for the ravioli. We were served by an indian person, and his recommendations very perfect!

Was told that we couldn’t order a 3rd starter as it was too much food. Server was insisting that we would waste it. We hadn’t even ordered our mains terrible service. What I choose to ordered is my choice I’m paying for it. I don’t intend to waste food but the fact we ordered a starter each and a something to share I don’t think is unreasonable.

This is one of the best Zizzi restaurants! Me and my mum had a wonderful meal there on a weekend. The service was very fast and staff were friendly. We would both highly recommend for a meal out.

All I can say is wow best restaurant iv ever been to At the end of the evening I asked for the manager (to tell him how nice our evening was made by our server Jelraj and how perfect the food was and that our party of 12 would definitely be coming back again He thanked me for letting him know and then gave us all a free shot the nicest bit was that he and Jelraj joined us and also had one with us Thank you for such a lovely evening and making my daughters birthday even more enjoyable

Service is terrible. The QR code didn’t allow us to order so I called a waitress - short with glasses and dark hair - she just brushed me off and went about doing other things for 5 minutes (we counted) - fair enough if I hadn’t called her and she was busy, but she saw me, and then went about putting forks away and talking to the bartender - not really high priorities. Poor service, so we just got up and left. They also took a while to seat us even though we were the only people waiting and there was plenty of empty tables.

My Sister and i went to Zizzi - Stratford on Valentines day to celebrate her birthday and my belated. The food was spot on, served hot and tasty (my photos do not do it justice) . ALL the employees that saw us smiled and asked if we needed anything, which is so rare, usually, at other restaurants those who aren't manning your table tend to be indifferent and ignore you- so they al deserve a massive credit, as, as a whole team they are splendid. However i must give a particular shout out to Steven - the manager was brilliant, the best customer service we have ever had, he was attentive and gave off a very friendly, genuine personality. He not only made us feel special when the restaurant was quiet but kept coming back to check in, chat, make sure we was alright even once the restaurant got extremely busy. Thank you for making our celebrations special - we will definitely be back

My birthday was amazing at Zizi. From the Staff who were so friendly & hospitable. The strawberry mocktails was sweet & sharp. Freshly made foods, the garlic bread & pizza I ordered was so huge I took some home in a box. I Had to make room for my dessert. Which was scrumptious Will be returning again with family & friends. Plus I used the Zizzi Zillionaire club app to recieve my main mean FREE!!..10/10

What a fall from grace. last visit to zizzi franchise. The food was awful. The pizza was very sweet as if sugar had been spilt on it. The waiter was disinterested and meh. No welcome or service manner. Not impressed. I spent near £57. 1 pasta, 1 pizza and two beers.

My family went to watch basketball at the Copperbox and walked through Westfield looking for a restaurant. We picked Zizzi and so pleased we did. There were 11 of us, we hadnt booked but they made us feel very welcome. The manager Steve was a great host. We will definitely come back. Thank you.

Well its not my first time in Zizzi its mostly good food especially this Westfield branch which is at Stradford. There was a chicken skewer I didnt like , not because it was bad but it was not my taste and the immediately gave me something else on the house . I was very satisfied.

Sorry, no pictures this time. We were too greedy ! Had a dinner date with a friend. She is vegetarian and I am vegan so that was the perfect place. We started with the meatless meatballs which were delicious with garlic bread. Then my friend had the vegan rainbow lasagna (delicious!!!) and I had the winter zuca salad which was as delicious. We finished with the raspberry cheesecake , served with a lovely sorbet. Staff was lovely in particular Bastien who went over and above for us. Thank you !

Amazing food, amazing service! It is way better than any other restaurants around. Big “thank you” to the manager - Steven for his professionalism. He knows how to run business to make guests feel happy. Pasta, deserts, prawns, salads- everything sooooo tasty! And PIZZA just WOW! Never been in any chain restaurant which I enjoyed that much! Nice atmosphere as we were never rushed at any time and felt very comfortable eating here. Great location inside the Westfield shopping centre. The waitress was fantastic, had a great sense of humour, we celebrated our Xmas on New Years Day and it was a great laugh. The food was wow! A bit pricy but yum!

We didn't have a booking, but a table was found for us really quickly. We received a good service and the food was very nice. We had King Prawn Spiedini, Mozzarella Arancini, Meatballs Casareccua, Garlic bread, and Truffe Carbonara. The only down side, a Team Tip was added, which we asked to be removed. We did leave a tip, but one we chose. Would recommend to friends.

However, the bruschetta left me wanting more, as the portion felt small and not worth the price. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the service. We waited 45 minutes for our food without any apologies for the delay. Additionally, our table lacked basic amenities like a knife and fork, which further affected the overall dining experience. Despite the flavorful dishes, improvements in service and attention to detail are crucial for a more satisfying visit.

Great welcome and service by attentive staff!

I visited with my 2 year old son and my husband, they gave us a very spacious table and the staff was very friendly and helpful with my son. The food arrived quickly and it was delicious 😋. We will go back for sure!

Steve and his team were very accommodating to a same day table reservation for 15 people. The team were friendly and attentive. The drinks and three courses were served to everyone in a timely manner. Enjoyed the little details to the table, such as the party hat. Everyone enjoyed their food and we are thankful for the complimentary Prosecco we received. Would definitely recommend a visit and would certainly come back. Thank you to Steve and the team for a lovely evening.

I just had a lovely time with a bunch of fellow mental health colleagues thanks to great food and fast, attentive, but unobtrusive service. My calzone was juicy, crisp and generously filled; feedback from our large table was very positive all round. We had a generous slot for dining, too, something I don't take for granted at a busy Italian on a Friday night, never mind this time of year. I'd go again, and bring friends.

Initial service friendly and food good, but let themselves down as we had to chase drinks (after food served) and then would not provide coffee at end of meal, "bar too busy". Left a sour taste. The drinks service should be considered an integral part of the dining experience.
