Avoid this restaurant. We just went for a dinner and the staff been ignoring us when we wanted to make the order. Unhelpful !

This place has gone down hill since Colin left.. I used to enjoy his Yorkshire biscuits

Cool idea, it is very fun to sit down and refresh yourself or even have a snack while having fun in the park. You can comfortably sit both inside the cafe itself and outside and admire the view of the lake.

Visited with a friend and had some quality food. I had wings with bbq sauce as a stater, and smothered platter as a main, my friend had fish/onion ring like type starter, and mixed grill as a main. Two things I noticed why this place might be getting negative reviews and why I not giving it five stars, firstly a minor concern for me I felt was that they seem understaffed it was a busy Sunday afternoon another checkout open and one or two extra staff would of made ordering easier. Secondly and the primary reason why I cannot justify giving this place five stars and considered knocking it down to three, is the prices 1 main 1 starter 1 drink and spending £30 per head, is not great, particularly the starters I feel were over priced, four chicken plain roasted wings with some heinz bbq sauce on top, for £6.15 felt rough, the drinks also seemed higher priced then say a Weatherspoon's the mains were quite large and more value for there price tag, I still recommend this pub, and will try it again might just be about knowing what to order and what not too.

Yeah, when the food is still stuck together from when it came out the freezer, not good. Saw the staff being really rude to another customer, not really justified and I'm happy for staff to give as well as they get normally.

Went in for a funeral Wake food served was good sandwiches were standard Hot selection chicken chips onion rings pizza all hot and tasty Unlimited tea coffee if you wanted BUT!! Bar was woefully understaffed for a Friday evening Meaning a looonng wait for a drink from bar And the toilets left a lot to be desired Gents stank and paper strewn all on floor Ladies were closed so they were using the disabled toilet Not my first time in this place either But it’s definitely getting worse

Staying in the Premier Inn, I thought that it was a quick and good option to eat in the restaurant across the parking. I was wrong. Only one guy behind the bar during rush hour on a Wednesday night and about twenty customers waiting to order drinks and food. And since a lot of people wanted cocktails, it took quite a while to prepare the drinks. There were other members of staff walking in and out of the kitchen, but no one felt inclined to help the man who was rushed of his feet behind the bar. No manager to be seen as well. Many people gave up waiting and just left. So, poor management and staffing issues is losing this place a lot of business. I stayed and after a whapping 25 minutes I could order. The food was alright, but quite expensive for what is on offer. More than £17 for a beer, six tiny chicken wings and some calamari. And the toilets looked like the cleaners are on a six month Sabbatical as well. You are better off at the McDonald's across the road that does offer service for their customers.

Tables look like they had seen more wars than dinners Cutlery if they had been polished hadn't been polished properly, stains and watermarks on them. Chairs hard and uncomfortable Interior dated, in disrepair and felt unclean. Christmas lights left up Holes in the walls where curtain fittings was It seemed only half of the staff had competency and an appropriate amount of training. Staff not given proper uniform so half look scruffy with mismatched red shirts. A few seem to be very confused about every task and when they went to clean tables they put hardly any effort into it and only half of the tables usually cleaned and cutlery/napkins never replaced. Cauliflower cheese the worse ive ever had and I love Cauliflower cheese Ice machine was a mess Dirt particles in drinks from coke machine. Vinegar was fermented. The carver was sloppy and messy with the carving and made me hold the plate They serve Strongbow on draught but not darkfruits which is disappointing Toilets falling apart All toilets were blocked and in a disgusting condition. Feaces on wall that had been there days atleast The only Dryer was out of order and no hand towels were supplied 2pm 04/08/2024

I really liked it. The staff is amazing, she was super nice to give clean unused cutlery so my son could serve himself because of his allergies. I have nothing but good things to say about the place. Will definitely come back.

I've never been hear before it was my first time visiting this place it was really nice kids liked the food and the staff we're very nice and polite and helpful aswel I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Had a 50th golden wedding anniversary, private room for about guests, staff was brilliant and food was delivered quickly and hot. 👏🏻

I have visited this restaurant in the morning for our breakfast. The chef Jolita was excellent and the breakfast was amazing. Atmosphere was very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place for a great time and amazing food. 😊

Perfect for a quiet chat with a friend for a good catch-up

I've been here quite a few times and it's generally a nice place to eat with family and friends. Although a few weeks ago, the service at the bar was very slow. I had people served before me and when I pointed it out the second time I received a frosty reception. There were two young guys serving behind the bar, both definitely need to up their customer service skills and the way they approach customers. They would either completely blank you, or when you did manage to get their attention they would reply in an abrupt manner. The first time it happened the bar wasn't busy at all, the second time I received an abrupt reaction was when I pointed out that I was waiting first The bar was staring to get busier then, but I'd already been waiting since before other customers had reached the bar.

Brewers Fayre in Beckton provided an exceptional dining experience for my mum and me during a difficult time. After experiencing a fire in our house, the staff went above and beyond to look after us, offering not just excellent service but genuine care and compassion. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed warmly. The staff were attentive and understanding of our situation, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism were truly heartwarming. The food was delightful. Everything we ordered was fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. I was served by a lovely woman named Charlotte who had a bright smile. She was very helpful, very polite! The food was delicious and I will 100% be returning in future with my GF!

Drink was reasonably priced compared to other London pubs. Service was good too.

1 star is a compliment, terrible food . My burger gave me frost bite and the chips dislocated my jaw..would go back again but only to find my teeth.

Good place to meet and relax near Beckton Station and shopping

Just what you want from a breakfast buffet. Plenty of meat to eat. Unlimited teas. A good price. Its got it all. Black pudding was the main interest of going to a brewers so definitely worth a shot if you fancy 4 hours of black pudding and sausage sandwiches. All the staff I talked to were friendly and it seemed reasonably clean. Based on the breakfast buffet, so not sure how the rest is.

The service for food or drink is abysmal I was stood there for 14 minutes letting people pick what they want infront of us and having no urgency about them with some just going round collecting glasses and not helping reduce queues with 3 tills available

I want to try something more from the food box, can I have more variety to snack on with beer, smoked fish and dried and mesic dishes... The service is good and cultured, the staff is nice Lithuanian...👌

Came for 18th brithday lunch, on 12th april food was warm not hot at all, bar staff was very good, mens toilet was disgusting and very dirty and not clean at all, this place definitely need a revamp,

Booked a room and was meeting friends in the Bar at 7pm was having a good evening until went to get a drink at 2 minutes past 10 only to be informed they closed at 10 we said we never heard the bell ring and the barman said we don't have a bell ! We looked round at the board on the wall with the closing times it states 10:30.The barman and manger seemed to think it was funny that we could not get another drink. I went to reception to complain only to be handed a leaflet from the receptionist with the closing time at 10pm I said a bit late now why was this was not given to me when I checked in. We wished we went somewhere else beware of closing times

Shocking service. Waited 20 minutes to get served to no avail. And this was during a quiet service. At one point the bar was completely unmanned. Ended up leaving and won't be returning.

Today, March, 2024 Update since last review: Fairken Airw, bbq chickin was orrible, droier than Hamiltons slicks on an Abu Dhabi F1 track day. Geezer staff in thair wur laaaaaarvelee cushtee. 12 May 2023 Hungrier than the strictest of followers at the end of ramadan i decided to craft my very own bespoke piece of human food history. There was an extremely comfortable, queen sized portion bed of mash, TWO smothered in bacon, cheese and BBQ sauce drizzled chicken portions, a beautiful salad positioned at 90⁰ to the datum and a slice of bread, exquisitely seasoned with the very same garlic that possibly ended Count Draculas very existence. In short, the most perfect meal any alcoholic beverage could request as a final meal.

The worst place I’ve gone to eat the staff are rude.I went there with my family food came out 45 minutes later it was cold this one staff with one tooth not sure what his name is he’s was extremely rude he was serving me and just left to go on his phone and I was waiting for him to serve me for 30minutes and his attitude was horrible.I do not recommend this place whatsoever .I will be writing to Hr about this.We also got food poisoning from this disgusting place.

Lovely and affordable buffet with a great variety. Inclusive of different kinds of tea and coffee as well as good variety of juice. Everything you'd need for breakfast is available and it is regularly restocked. The fact that kids get to eat for free too is such a bonus!!!

Went for a sunday roast which was fairly standard, nothing remarkable however it did take FOREVER for the carver to get the meats carved and kept trying to pressure us to get the turkey (which was very dry) when we walked in we got ignored and waitress actually looked disgusted with us which was upsetting as we watched her be very nice with other customers. felt very micro aggressive. process for ordering was also not explained to us as she told us to sit somewhere with a vague gesture and then just ignored us

Went there last week. The food was delicious and we will definitely go back with the kids as they have a lovely playground outside. We would like to thank chef Ion for his great hospitality. He was passing by our table and he stopped to make sure that everything was ok.

Staff were very friendly, a special mention to the chef Ion who made our dinner extra special with his personal approach and care. We had and absolutely amazing evening here and definitely coming back.

Kitchen “lost dinner ticket” therefore dinner was over an hour late while rest of group i was with ordered, received and eaten their food by the time mine was even getting cooked, we asked 2 the staff twice to double check on my food and only after the second time did they inform us of this “lost ticket.” Just to add salt to the wound the FOH staff were very unwilling to help and showed no signs of even remotely caring about our inconvenience, it was extremely unhelpful that nobody seemed to be able to string a full sentence together in english. After explaining our problem to one of the staff members we were not in any rush to provide any compensation or apology for their mistakes. Overall the service was shocking, the food when it finally arrived was edible at best and overpriced. Would not recommend

Great staff and good ambience and wonderful food and only one this was John Smith was not available, so i had head up town for it in Miller's in East Ham.

Organised a wake to the tune of almost £700, food was late and there was barely enough for half the guests, plenty of money went over the bar and staff could not care less. Please don't expect "plenty of food" simply not the case. Half of mourners got no food at all. Management were in complete denial.

There were many families with young children here but the vibe was not too noisy. A nice mixed East London gathering. I will definitely come back. Great food. Great atmosphere. I had a complaint that I had ordered food and I thought that the rather harassed cashier (there were a large and VERY noisy and boisterous group there) had taken my order and I had paid for it. We called the manageress over and this absolute legend sorted it out in minutes. Thank you to her and them. 17/02/2024.

The service from most of the bar staff can't be faulted, however the service and standards from the kitchen left a lot to be desired, including having to wait over an hour between my main and dessert

We had loved Winsor House, the menu had a good range of choices, the staff were friendly, service is quick. Also kids like the outdoor playground. Sometimes it could get very busy and things can get messed up, otherwise we always enjoyed coming here. PS we haven't come back for a long time, after a rather unpleasant treatment by a member of the staff :(

Visited many East London pubs but this must be the most uncomfortable especially towards closing time on Saturday when the bar staff ay they are closing at 10.30 to avoid the fights🙄

Visit this branch in Beckton on a regular basis. Staff are always friendly. Hot food is served and is very fresh and nice especially at lunch, 2 meals for £11.49.

Went for the unlimited breakfast on a Sunday morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was relaxed and suitable for children.

After visiting today I would like to say the staff were outstanding. One member of staff was leaving and stopped to serve us with no hesitation and the lady that I assume took over went above and beyond to make sure our experience was good.

We went for Sunday lunch at 5.15 to be told they had finished for the day. So we ordered a vegan and chicken burger which wasn’t very warm when it came out. Had to ask for cutlery and sauces. Service was appalling and the staff didn’t even look like they wanted to be at work.

I have been to the Brewers Fayre Beckton several times over the last few weeks for the 'all you can eat' breakfast. The atmosphere is very much to my taste as is the food. I leave well fed and watered for a very reasonable price. I intend to be a regular customer. Today though, I went for the carvery and again was very impressed by the entire experience. I'll probably end up going in the evenings for a booze up as well at this rate. Five stars all round.

The manager and Orinta are both very attentive, great customer service and are good with supporting food allergies/intolerances. I love this place so much I came here for christmas day this year and it was wonderful. They cater well to vegetarians with alternative bacon and sausages. Great place for children as they eat free at breakfast, with free colouring sheets and there is a playground!

Excellent time spent at this restaurant. We had a Christmas dinner with about 29 people and the way the staff members handled the whole night was amazing. Thank you to James for the fantastic mocktails and attention to detail. Thank you Emmanuel for the brilliant service and great management. It was a night to remember and all thanks to you guys. Absolutely terrible service by bar staff. They would rather watch football/chat to colleagues or play with there phones than do their jobs. Certainly could do with a lesson in manners Will not be staying at the Premier Inn next door again due to the poor service here.

Had the Christmas turkey dinner, it was just like I'd cook at home, lovely meat, roast potatoes, gravy was gorgeous had to order extra and the staff were fine with that.

we used to like going here every week, the haddock was off we both ate some of it, we got it changed, but no advice from kitchen staff about food poison and what to do, Blaise attitude, won’t be going there again

absolutely awful - went for a xmas party, ordered food shortly after we arrived however took two hours to finally get there. they then told us that half of us had to go get our veggies & stuff from the carvery bit even tho they said they would serve us, got me a vegan chicken that i didnt want and so they returned it, still didnt get my food & then 20 minutes later i asked and they proceeded to say “oh did you still want that?” what a joke of a place, servers have a horrid attitude & the 4 stars for atmosphere is only because we made it fun. yorkshire puds were doughy, cheese wasnt even melted & they gave me a scrawny piece of bacon for my smothered chicken. avoid.

Messed up my food order, then came out with a little bowl of mashed potatoes. The toilets are disgusting, and someone actually sat on the loo with the door wide open! I couldn't get into the toilets I had to move 4 chairs that were blocking it? And staff could quite clearly see this. This place is going downhill. 1 bar person serving at 5pm when it starts to get busy. Food has all gone up and portions gone DOWN....... This place needs a good shake up.

Had a table for four and ordered our meals to come out at the same time, we asked numerous times for this to happen. Mine and the wife's meal came out after about 20 minutes, then our friend's didn't come out until I had finished our meal, over minutes later. So they cancelled there meal and got a refund. None of the staff were interested. The table beside us also had the same problem, and the pub was very quiet.

Came for breakfast this morning with my daughter and received brilliant service throughout by a lovely woman named Sharon. Couldn't ask for a more better service. Thank you Sharon :)

Staff are friendly and helpful. The food is nice and I felt at home.

As soon as we walked into Windsor House, the atmosphere is nice and calming. We was greeted by a lovely lady called Mandy who had a polite and lovely manner. she made us feel welcome straight away. Charlotte who served us at the bar, greeted us with a smile and a well pleasant manner. the food is outstanding, tender chicken and steak, also the ribs. everything was done to perfection. Mandy and Charlotte made us feel comfortable and for my 1st visit made us want to return again soon. overall everything about our experience was amazing. worth every penny spent. value for money. Mandy and Charlotte deserve the recognition for their outstanding customer service.

Fish and chips was a large and tasty portion, me and granny shared one and was enough. :)

We per booked for a table of 16 and we got here at 5.20 they never had a table ready for us so put us wherether they could sit us we ordered food at 5.30 and 2 hours later we was still waiting for food it was cold and 3 people from our party was still waiting come 8.10 was a absolute disgrace!!!! asked for a refund but they are unable to issue it

We booked a table for 16, this included a 2year old a 4 year old and the birthday girl of 7. We arrived at 5.20 as we had small children to feed. We had ordered by 5.30 and waited for our meals, and waited and waited. 3 of us were served within 20 mins, after an hour we questioned where our food was they replied its coming despite serving people who came after us. Eventually after asking and asking and then speaking with the manager the rest received their food at 820, including the 2yr old who had eaten from everyones plate as she was hungry....utter disgrace!!!!

Really helpful staff with ordering especially James. Our children are fussy and the order even though complicated came out exactly as we asked. Thanks
