I ordered today pizza very fast delivered by his driver(ateef) I really appreciate him he is very friendly good service

Aamir is a top g. The place in general is amazing, and the workers always take care of you out of their own good will, no matter the situation. Tried their new halal menu. Excellent quality and really delicious pizza and sides. We tried the Chicken Supreme and Hawaiian triple loaded with some sides and cookie dough for dessert. All really good. Must mention the food was delivered piping hot by Denis, who came on time and very friendly and polite. Thank you Pizza Hut East Ham.

Box was broken could see pizza. Really wanted not to accept it but was hungry. Disappointed

Pizza was mediocre at best.... However their level of customer service doesn't deserve the 1 star. Extremely rude with no care, they'll hear the door chime and just ignore you while they chat away in the kitchen. (after some time called out hello and excuse me several times) When they do decide to come out and serve you, you'll get an annoyed attitude like you're an inconvenience to them. When they return to the kitchen you'll hear them giggling again. In the end you get an overpriced pizza that took over 30 minutes that tastes horrible.

I recently ordered pizza from Eastham, and I am delighted with the outstanding service provided by Rizwan. From placing the order to delivery, everything was seamless and efficient. Rizwan was courteous, attentive, and ensured our order was delivered promptly and hot. The pizza was delicious, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. It’s refreshing to receive such top-notch service. I will definitely be ordering again and highly recommend Rizwan and his team!

not bad if you don't mind getting alternatives to what you actually ordered. I ordered the garlic bread tear and share but got cheesy garlic bread instead which is cheaper than i paid for but didn't get notified. Does that come under theft?

Worst customer service. I went 10 minutes before closing staff was on call and came to the till he ignored me I was keep saying excuse me and went back he came after 10 mins and said it’s closed. That’s a worst thing ever I have experienced east ham pizza hut. Staff too bad

Extremely rude staff Even while explaining in the calmest manner possible that I can't order online due to issues with the website, the staff couldn't help but yell "it's because we're busy!" Honestly embarrassing

Very disappointing. ordered the halloumi fries (for £7), and there were 5 (yes, 5!) fries in total! Unbelievably small portion for the cost! the pizzas were fine, nothing special. Order arrived well over an hour after we ordered and nearly 15 minutes later than the time frame given. Side of fries was a tiny portion also. We'll most definitely be going to dominoes in the future.

Amazingly well cooked, not dry. I recommend the tear and share and to look at the deals. Almost all the original prices can be cut through deals. Keep up the good work.

This Pizza hut in East Ham, Barking road is amazing. The customer service is excellent, very friendly and helpful. I want to thank Vera especially, the manager. It has been my first few times of ordering gluten free pizza, so I needed to make sure my order was right. Vera very kindly went through the deals with me to make sure I was getting the right pizza and a good deal. She even offered for me to give her a call once I put the order through, so she can confirm and check. Absolutely amazing customer service. Thankyou Vera. I bought a pizza from here, and found a beard hair in it. Without loosing my cool called the store and explained the situation, they said they gonna sent a replacement soon. When the driver came he started blaming us of putting a hair on the pizza to claim a new one. The driver’s explanation was “our chef is having long beard not short beard “ . It isn’t my concern if their chef is having long or short beard my concern is i get what i paid for, even after showing all the photos and videos the driver left without giving us the replacement pizza. The driver who came was acting himself as an investigating officer and showed zero respect to me and my wife. As customers we expect some good from them which we don’t get in this store.

We love this pizza hut. We drive over 30 minutes to get here, even though we have a few very close by. None are as good as this place, and for the price. The guy at the desk is a happy, lovable guy. I'm sure the guys in the back have the same vibe because it definitely shows in the pizza. Great job guys, keep up the great work 👍🏻

Food hit the spot. Delivery man a little grumpy.

This is a delivery and collection only branch so can’t rate the atmosphere, but I placed my order via the app and accidentally ordered for collection instead of delivery, I called the hut and the supervisor Aamir was really helpful and efficient, he had Rauf deliver the order which was super helpful as I was unable to collect. The pizzas themselves were made to a top standard really well made. Thank you!

This place is totally scam. Last night I ordered 2 large pizza and 2 extra garlic dip(£0.99). I only received 2 large pizza. When i told driver dips are missing, driver check his bag but there was no dip inside his bag. He told me to call store and check with store. When i ring the store, the guy told me he did put dips with the pizza. And now he can’t do anything about missing dips. And cut the phone without listening to me or apologies. £0.99 is not important, every little thing and service matters. I highly recommend to other customers to visit any other store then east ham pizza hut store.

The pizzas were really well-made and of the high standard that one would expect from a Pizza Hut. I even called to discuss some queries and the member of staff was very helpful. I am very happy with this fast-food takeaway; considering the quality and fulfillment, its prices are much cheaper than expected. Not worth going to a knock-off pizza joint down the road when this Pizza Hut is here for us. 🍕

Absolutely ridiculous, ordered online(15 minutes collection time), after 20 minutes once there it's not ready, said pizza not baked properly, need to bake again, pizza oven not working etc. Basically they didn't prepared pizza. Person behind the till, was rude, rather than apology he behaved like it's my fault to being on time. No politeness at all. Very disappointed. Had to wait another 15 minutes outside with kids.. 😡😡😡
