There were almost 40 of us in private function room for a hen do and we didn't stop laughing from start to finish. Cocktail masterclass and staff were amazing, really making the effort to ensure we all had fun and putting up with our heckling! Would recommend for sure xx

Had a delicious meal at The Fox restaurant. They accommodated my keto requests easily (and deliciously). My server, Jermaine, was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. One of the better meals of my visit to London.

There were 36 of us that enjoyed a cocktail making class for a friends hen. An absolutely fabulous afternoon and evening. Had our own little room downstairs and food was also great. The staff were the best part of the afternoon. So much fun in the class. I laughed so much. Thank you.

Great business model is to “accidentally” charge international customers twice. I mentioned it several times over week while there, said it would eventually be removed by card company. Best 30 quid tip ever.

Last Saturday we held our friends Hen party at The Fox. We were given our own room with our own staff. There was Prosecco on arrival and we had a Cocktail Masterclass which was absolutely amazing, followed by a pre ordered meal. Everything was handled so well. I will definitely be using this venue for future celebrations. There were over 40 of us and the staff almost felt like part of our party.

I had a really pleasant experience enjoying a Sunday roast here. The meal was delicious, and I highly recommend it if you're in the area. The drinks menu offered a great selection, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Definitely worth a visit!

Extremely convenient location if you are around ExCel. Had a quick bite and a pint. We were seated fast, and got our drinks quick. Had to wait a bit for the food due to a larger order at another table but not excessively. Appetisers were delicious(chicken pops, calamari and shrimp) as for the main course we opted for traditional fish and chips. Food was ok but nothing special. We liked the pint glasses so the staff was super kind and gifted them to us. Music was on the loud side but overall was a pleasant experience.

Cold..old ...tasteless burger...maybe worst I have ever had

Ordered loaded Nachos which came out uncooked and full of oil. Hardly any cheese and sauces. Complained and asked for them to be remade and the Nachos still tasted full of oil. Was not a pleasant after taste. All of my work colleagues agreed that they were the worse ones they've ever had. Would come back for drinks but not food.

Went to this pub after searching area for a drink this looked like the only place around on a Tuesday night Walked in it said please wait here by to be seated after a few minutes decided to just take a seat in the bar area as soon as we moved the girl that had looked at us twice decided to dash from the other side of the room and said it says wait to be seated my response was well you looked at us twice and didn't come over but after eventually sitting down she says I will be back to take your order when your ready decided want we wanted in probably a minute or so but 15 minutes later she came back and asked what we wanted gave her our drink order and she turned and went off without even asking about my food order and the clue that I wanted food I was holding a menu in my hand she got about 20 yards away and came back and pronounced sorry I forgot we don't have any Guinness so ordered a bottle of wine and told I will get the food order when I come back she came straight back to announce sorry we don't have any glasses you will have to have plastic glasses it will was at this point I walked out never to return for my further 3 days in the area bad service, extremely grumpy member of staff stay well away Very rare for me to give such a bad review

Came to The Fox on Thursday 20th of February with a few friends hoping for good meal. Unfortunately, it took forever for the food to arrive, I think the team was short staffed and the food was just bad. Really disappointed and hurt honestly. Won’t be back.

Do not bother. We had been at an exhibition and decided to go to The Fox for a snack and a drink. On arriving we asked the lady behind the desk/reception area for a table for two in the restaurant area, without even lifting her head to look at us properly, she continued to do what she was doing and stated that there were no tables for two, which we could clearly see that there were, and told us quite rudely to try the bar area. We should have left at that point, but we just wanted a seat, drink and a snack. I got us two glasses of wine, nothing special and ordered a Barbecue Chicken Pizza, as there was no pepperoni left, and a portion of chips. What arrived, and it seemed ages was the most sweetest, bland/beige looking pizza we have ever had the misfortune to eat, I should add, we did not eat it all. I did complain, and was told that he would tell "someone",,,,,, NEVER AGAIN.

Brilliant food, brilliant service and reasonably priced drinks for the location. Only downsides are the lack of regular maintenance to the male toilets resulting in some hideous looking toilets, which, for a reasonably quiet 1pm Thursday visit is rather disappointing. Glasses were also unavailable due to a broken glasswash meaning plastics were used for the beers we ordered, although of course i have sympathy for this situation and is not a main concern for anyone wishing to visit this venue in future.

Was working nearby. Always closes at 9.30 despite Google hours saying 11pm.

Went to the Fox for a dinner reservation originally booked for 6pm, which we pushed back to 6:15pm after visiting the F1 exhibition at ExCel. Upon arrival, we were first told that the kitchen was limited, and then, just two minutes later, another hostess informed us that the kitchen was closed. I would understand if we were walk-ins, but given that we had a reservation, the lack of communication was disappointing. A heads-up beforehand would have been appreciated instead of wasting our time.

16£ for a pint of beer and 2 soft drinks, with this price the place should be at least a bit more clean and tidy. Better skip.

Sunday lunch with family. Lovely venue good atmosphere. Our food was delicious! Roast was so good and the starters are deffo worth another trip just for those Will go again for sure

Very poor. Great location and lovely looking pub however that is where the good bit ends, sat down to eat. Waited 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive, we were then there for nearly an hour with no sign of food. People who had arrived after us had actually sat down eaten and left in half the time we were there. Chased up with members of staff, who continued to recall that they will talk to the kitchen, only to see the staff walk around and take more orders. Ended up walking out in the end.

It was very cool experience especially with the staff member SULTANA ,she is really cool and provide good orders service. I really appreciate her.

Ordered pizza and after 30 mins I asked and it “had never even ordered”. Took 10 mins and got a refund. Pointless visit.

We ate here on a Sunday afternoon/evening, it was a lovely relaxed atmosphere, the staff were friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the reasonably priced food. The music was great, not too loud and could able talk without having to shout.

1 star is me being generous, food was dreadful, sat for 2 hours we never had any plates collected at any point just sat staring at my uneaten plate of food then when the deserts come out after waiting nearly an hour for (ice cream may I add) we had to just make room amongst all the uneaten plates of food. Alright for a pint but bring your own pack lunch if you plan on eating.

I have given 2 stars only because the lady who came over to resolve our issue was friendly and refunded us, but the rest was shocking. Poor and slow service throughout. There were 6 items on the children’s menu, after ordering were then told 3 of them were out of stock so had to change our order. The food came out suspiciously quick, as in microwave suspicions. Childs mash and sausages, no veg, mash was whole grain mustard mash (good luck getting a 7yr old to eat hot mustard mash) that had been microwaved, sausages inedible (even by me and I eat anything). My rice was hard and solid, soggy veg in the Thai curry. Waste of £37 should have read the reviews before going in.

Food was shocking. Precooked and microwave rice and that was all stuck together. Chicken really hard and dry. Thai curry sauce poor and full of soggy veg. Would absolutely not eat here again.

Staff are good, food is terrible

We just had dinner in this pub and the food was awfull. We ordered buffalo 6 wings, half roast chicken and a pizza. The wings were almost cold and you could taste they were reheated (had they stale taste), the pizza tasted and had the same texture as an Iceland frozen pizza and the chicken roast was tasteless. The only decent thing were the fat chips and the blue cheese dip. The overall service was ok, the location looked nice, but the toilets were dirty. Oh, and somehow my 6 wings turned out to be 6 and a half since I found another half eaten wing at the bottom...

Wonderfully attentive and helpful staff. Quite a long wait then told some items were not available. Further long wait for the food to come out. I’m also told the female toilets were a disaster area.

They serve frozen pizza that is just heated up a bit. Ridiculous

I'm not sure if it's just today - 27 December - but food was really bad. The fried chicken in the burger was nearly completely black, suggesting that it had been fried in old oil, and the chicken wings tasted so bad that I only ate one or two and left the rest

Freezing cold , no atmosphere ..sat down ordered drinks to be told no pizzas or burgers available ...OK not end of the world ..order starter to share came out with our mains ?? May aswell call it a side then. No apologies ...our daughters meal came out and it was obvious it had been heated up as the chicken escalope was hard ..really disappointed its a shame as nice area but was let down on our day out ...

Booked for 2.30pm....tried to order Pizza...few mins later - sorry no pizza only margarita....OK I'll have chicken and chips......few mins later - sorry no chicken....asked what have you got - answer weve had a busy lunch service! We never got the drinks we ordered... Then the waiter who had looked nonplussed the whole way through said well there's plenty if other places to eat....not great experience. Toilets dirty - would NOT recommend!

Service was awful. We ordered starters and a main. It wasn't busy when we were there but service was slow. Our main courses turned up before starters therefore we refused to have starters in the end! We sat for ages waiting to pay and in all honestly we could've just got up and walked out but we stood at the desk in the end waiting for someone to take our payment. Will not be returning!

The worst pizza I have ever had in my life. When we entered the server told us that they have a special deal tonight: 2 for 1 pizzas and the same for cocktails. We ordered drinks and started looking at the selection of pizzas. When I went to order a pizza I was told that there is no more pizza. It was just the beginning of the evening..

We went to the Fox after 2 of our group had competed at the Hyrox event as we found the fox to be the nearest venue, the building was lovely and looked busy. We requested a table for 5 and the very busy young lady done well, as she had to clear and clean 2 tables. We ordered drinks and food and was pleased with the menu. After eating we then we’re hard pushed to find someone to pay, we found our lovely girl and she took our payment , however this poor girl looked totally overwhelmed in all that she had to do and feel that a lack of visible floor staff ( we only saw 1 waitress,1 serving the food and 1 clearing glasses…..eventually) this put a lot of pressure on staff both taking and bringing out food orders. When you have such a busy event that had been going on all day , enough staff should be employed to cover.

Pitiful portion and arrived tepid. Orange juice and lemonade was undrinkable. Staff were good and it is dog friendly, hence rating. Food and drink poor quality.

Atmosphere was very lively and busy, food was good, staff were... Less so, a tad rude and flustered to be honest. prices were overall not too bad. Building and facilities were good. Overall would recommend for a pint and some grub.

Has the feel of an airport pub .. but cold and without the selection of drinks you might expect. Kind of like a pale imitation of a wetherspoon pub and managing to make wetherspoon look good. 1 person serving on the bar so predictably took an age to get served despite it not being particularly busy at all.. go upstairs to tapa tapa and order drinks there instead

Honestly, I really hate writing bad reviews, and I usually choose not to write one rather than post a negative comment. But unfortunately, this time I feel compelled to share my experience. This review isn’t about the lovely blonde waitress or the bar staff. They were all fantastic and deserve 5 stars for their hard work and dedication. They did their best to make our visit pleasant, and I truly appreciate that. We decided to give this place a try despite the negative reviews, thinking that sometimes people just have bad days. However, this review is mainly directed at the owner of the restaurant. It feels like you don’t care about your restaurant, your staff, or, most importantly, your customers. The heating was broken, and instead of making sure customers stayed warm during these cold months, there was no effort to address the issue. We visited on Sunday, 10.11, and it was so cold that my parents were freezing. We were simply told to wear our winter jackets. The waitress, who was understanding, suggested we come back once the heating was fixed. Unfortunately, when we returned on 15.11, the heating still wasn’t working. This time, we decided to stay because my dad really wanted to enjoy some chicken wings on his last night. It wasn’t as cold this time, thanks to the pub goers creating some warmth, but the atmosphere was even worse. The live music was so loud that we had to scream to hear each other, and I woke up this morning with no voice left. While the singing was amazing (10/10), the volume needs to be toned down. It’s a pub, yes, but it’s also a restaurant. If you have a designated “restaurant area,” treat it like one. There was only one waitress doing everything. She was amazing, fast, and efficient. I don’t know her name, but she deserves a raise. She managed to take orders, deliver food and drinks, and even tried to clean tables. The fact that there wasn’t more staff to help in such a large place is frustrating, but she handled it well. The bar staff was also incredibly friendly, which was a nice touch. Now, about the food. Honestly, I’m at a loss for words. We paid £19 for a large portion of buffalo chicken wings, which should have been worth £10 at best. Buffalo wings should be saucy and flavorful, but these were underwhelming. The blue cheese sauce was dumped on the plate. We finished them because they didn’t taste bad, but they weren’t what we expected. I had the salmon with creamy spinach and mushroom orzo pasta. The salmon was dry and super bland. The “creamy” orzo pasta had no cream in it. It was just butter with a hint of parmesan cheese. There was hardly any spinach, and the 3-4 slices of mushrooms barely made a difference. The entire dish lacked flavor. Basil herb crust that didn’t even taste like basil, no seasoning at all. I did mention this to the waitress, and she responded professionally by apologizing and checking with the kitchen. The cook claimed he put in double cream, but it was clear that wasn’t the case. Having worked in restaurants for years, I can tell the difference. That being said, there were some highlights. The BBQ wings were delicious, and the chicken poppers were also tasty. The waitress, once again, was wonderful. She took the salmon away and brought me a perfectly made fish and chips, which was exactly what I was hoping for. To the owner or managers, please take this feedback seriously. There shouldn’t only be one waitress working in such a large place. Get the heating fixed, and decide whether you want your venue to be a restaurant with live music or a nightclub. We want a great dining experience, and unfortunately, this visit left much to be desired.

Terrible atmosphere and the rudest bar staff ive ever encountered

Nice little pub/restaurant. Cozy atmosphere. Went both for a meal and for a party night both of which were really fun.

We had a poor experience at The Fox. It had a real low cost wetherspoons feel to the pub; sticky tables and chairs, cramped restaurant seating and poor service. My wife and I arrived after visiting an exhibition at the excel. We were seated promptly but had to wait about 20 minutes for a drinks order to be taken. The waitress who seated us arrived back and apologised for the lack of service and she told us she was not aware where her colleauges had gone; well I could have told her as we could see them chatting behind the bar. We were unable to order the food we wanted as they had ran out of that food and with limited vegetarian options on the menu we had to order some nachos to share. The nachos were quite poor and we did not enjoy them. 2 stars for the members of staff that did interact with us were pleasant, professional and apologetic for the situation ans standard of the experience.

Cramped and claustrophobic, during busy nights generally impossible to move. Security will usually actively try to wind you up and be as awkward as possible to get a rise out of you hoping you react. Takes forever to get served and for the prices isn't worth the hassle. During the daytime, it's usually fairly quiet and the food isn't bad however. I've just had enough bad experiences over so many years that I just actively try to avoid the place where I can.

(Writing on behalf of my partner) The girls toilets are absolutely vile. Covered in sick, toilet seats falling off and no toilet roll (you are expected to pay a toilet attendant for toilet roll.) Attempted to stand in a corner outside of the crowd (in the smokers area) to avoid the business of the area whilst booking / waiting for an uber and was ushered out the way into the crowd where I did not feel safe (I explained this to the guard). Ushered back inside to leave through another exit. However, as I approached to leave the pub via the exit that he said to use I was then pushed backwards into the pub by a blonde, female security guard without explanation (my friend had just walked past her without any issues). I said to her calmly not to put her hands on me (as I had done nothing but try to leave the bar) and told her to use her words to explain but yet I was ignored with no response after having her push me away from the exit I then returned to the previous exit, tried to explain to another security guard what just happened who told me I had to stay and talk to the manager but I told him I had an uber to catch to go home but he wouldn’t let me leave until I said no a few times and then finally left (via the smokers and the initial exit I was at) and was finally allowed to leave. I was having a really fun night until this moment but unfortunately the venue was let down by the security guards who are supposed to keep us safe and as a female I would have hoped the security guards would understand not feeling safe in a busy crowd and seeking a safe space to wait for an uber home

We really enjoyed large gatherings here, outdoors in the front was lovely in good weather around tables with next to know traffic, right outside ExCel. When it was busy, the queues for drinks were very long and took ages to get served. There was live music, which was Awful ! So outside was better, couldn't hear it! Otherwise a good experience :-)

Let's start with the positives (which won't take long!) - We arrived without a booking and were seated really quickly. - the location was good for somewhere to eat after an exhibition. That was unfortunately as good as it got. - Cod and Chips - the cod was actually burnt and saturated in fat. It was inedible. -Brought me a bottle of wine instead of the glass of wine I had ordered. -Got my husband's order wrong. He wanted the Steak, they brought him Steak Sandwich. They could have clarified what item he wanted if they weren't sure. - my children have food Allergies and they didn't follow their own Allergies procedure which is documented in their Allergen Matrix book. -kids Sausgae and Mash marked in allergen book as Soya free however the Gravy had Soya in as daughter had allergic reaction on the way home! -Service awful. I asked for the bill, waitress brings over the card reader with the amount pre entered. When I asked to see the actual bill (to make sure they hadn't charged me for the bottle of wine I didn't order) before paying she actually huffed, slapped her leg and stormed off. Absolutely awful, my recommendation is find somewhere else to eat !!!

Right opposite the Excel centre, we went in after getting off the tube, to have a sit down and drink. Staff friendly and helpful.

Sat for an hour with no food, waitress forgot the drinks. Had to ask for knifes and forks and was given a fist full whilst they laid the other tables up. Even the other waiter referred to it as " they have taken the piss". Now Sat with incorrect meal and only half have arrived.

What a god awful bar. Served by the most grumpy bar staff. The bar is inadequately staffed and they clearly don't care about customers because all they do is serve people who come for events at the Excel so they don't have to worry about returning customers. Avoid!!

The average bar near an event venue. Super close to ExCel so simple choice to get here.

The fox has really gone down hill. The staff standing behind the bar kissing their teeth at customers and eating / playing with their phones. A very clear agenda on who they serve first. The outside is feral now, 2 guys brought their own boom box to play outside smoking weed, zero management, really messy, drinks served in any old glass….pre covid the fox was great.

Restaurant has blue sofas with bedbugs in I was asked to not sit on them by the Starbucks staff

This review is for the bar / restaurant: service is non-existent: restaurant was almost empty and they were still not able to serve customers. Asking for ketchup with the fries represented a major challenge for staff. The burger came just like that on a plate, no knife, no napkin. Other patrons were loud and enjoying (playing music on their phones non-stop). Avoid this place!

Great location if attending a conference unfortunately that’s it. Waited to be seated as its table service, nobody came so grabbed the menus and sat at a table. Ordered food at the bar, food eventually arrived, two out of the 4 dishes were cold. Pizza was very ordinary, would not recommend.

My husband and I had been to the excel centre for an exhibition, we looked up some local pubs / restaurants for a bite and a drink to finish off the day. When we got to the fox we thought it looked really nice. Which the settings inside was so we thought we was on to a winner. There wasn’t anyone at the welcome desk nor a sign to say wait to be seated so we found a seat and spoke to a member of staff to find out of it was a case of going to the bar to order or table service, by which it was table service. At this point the pub wasn’t particularly busy. She had taken our drinks and food order, to be fair the food had arrived really quickly, but after 30 minutes and still not received our Drinks we followed This up with the waitress, a further 10 minutes later we still didn’t have them by which point we had already finished our food. We called over who I assumed was the manger and told him, after 45 minutes we finally had our drinks, unfortunately it wasn’t the experience we had been hoping for, the food wasn’t very nice and a massive delay on the drinks.

Im actually changing this review after many years from a 5 to a 2 star, the place has really gone down hill, I've been coming here since it oppwned as the fox, when it was a really good pub with good food, drink and comfortable sitting areas, it's now a poor attempt at a restaurant (Whoevers idea it was to do away with the sofas needs talking to). I ordered 2 drinks and 2 pizzas, the guy taking my order looked as if I was asking him for a drink from his own fridge and his pizza he was gonna eat when he gets home. When he finished my order he just stared at me and said "it will be with your shortly" to which I asked confused "do you bring the drink over to the table instead ?" he then said I can do with an annoyed face, (either give me my drink or bring it over I don't care) when the drinks came, 1 of the drinks was wrong and 1 pizza didn't even turn up, (how bad at your jobs do you have to be to mess up a 2 drink order and a 2 pizza order???? ) when I asked where it was, I never got an apology to say they forgot they just said it will be a bit longer. (20 minutes after the 1st pizza was placed at the table). Definitely the last time I'll be going here.... really disappointing as I use to drink here alot when I was younger and through it might still be a nice place to go.

Sign says wait to be seated, which we did. The waiter took out drinks order then never came back. 20 mins later we went up to the bar and he said oh yes you have to order here, which we then did (and took our own drinks) the food was ok but took a long time to come. Then a couple came in, were given water (which we weren’t) and their orders taken from the table. Terrible service

We had a lovely experience today. Leah was fabulous- attentive and friendly- nothing was too much trouble. Great venue, very spacious and child friendly which we needed. Food and drinks good quality and not overpriced. Overall a brilliant experience. Thank you.

If I could give this no stars I would. The toilets were absolutely disgusting. I am sure the health people would close them down. If the toilets are like this I dread to think what the kitchens are like. They were so bad I couldn’t even wash my hands. My own germs are probably more cleaner. If the toilets are that bad imagine how the food is ??? Avoid the place at all cost

What a shame. It was very quiet in the Fox, we were seated immediately by a great member of staff and the food was great, no issues there. The problem was, we waited more than 20 mins after we had finished our main. We were going to order a desert but no one came to our table the staff were all sat around the bar so I got up, walked over and asked to pay the bill. I tapped my card and the guy behind the bar asked me if I wanted a receipt to which I said no. I walked back to my table, my wife finished her drink and we walked out. We managed to walk across the road when a member of staff ran out and shouted to me that the payment hadn’t gone through, in the middle of the street! How embarrassing! Not impressed at all. Up until this point it had been a decent experience. I put the same card in the machine and put in my pin, it worked fine. The only reason why you are getting a 2 star and not 1 is because the first member of staff who seated us was great and so was the food but the rest of the experience - 0 stars. Very, very poor you made me feel like I had done something wrong - ruined my night!

A bit harder to find but Im glad we reached this pub. They serve the best Guiness beer I have ever drunk. Guiness here is perfectly smooth and creamy and you can really taste the difference. If you love Guiness you must visit this place. The price was also good.

Nice bar just outside the excel centre and custom house station. Attended an event there and the staff were friendly, quick and efficient.

These guys at the Fox are just amazing! Everyone is so helpful and makes the whole process from start to finish a great experience. You guys worked so hard and absolutely pulled it out the bag and I promise next year I will do a much bigger pre-order! See you in 2025!

I visited back in February, it was London vs wales in the six nations. Food was great, such a lovely setting. Staff were lovely and had great conversations with them! Had amazing banter about the rugby match as I am Welsh and it was an overall great experience

We were ignored by the staff and not served, even though there were only two other couples inside. After 10 minutes we left because we felt we were treated rudely.

Was massively underpoured when ordering 2 doubles i saw the bartender fill a single measure up to the 20ml line for both drink, i asked him to correct and he did but still only up to the 20ml line. I then watched him proceed to do the exact same thing to other customers throughout the night. Baring in mind the fine for underpouring is £5000, i would make sure my staff are doing it right

When you have a ticket to an event they host they will still ask you to buy another ticket on the door with a marked up price. They used to host a really fun comic con after party but year upon year it gets worse and worse with more stupid rules and restrictions. They oversell tickets, have no courtesy for customers and the fact comic con ends at 7 and they expect you to be there before 9 is stupid. Horribly rude staff and security. I'm not sure if it's been taken over by new management but as a customer since 2012 it's just turned into a complete mess. Please don't give them your money. I know it's tempting because it's con but they just take advantage of that fact and have no respect for comic con customers. We are all just money. They don't even spend it on a good dj.

Booked the fox for an after party after comic con!! They over booked and caused massive overcrouds!! Obviously over booked and poor booking!!, they wouldn't allow me food in which I completely understand that's the rules!! But I asked them to keep my food which was fudge to the side which I paid £20 for and I asked them to keep it to the side and write on my name which they did only to find when I came out they have thrown away my possession which I asked them kindly to hold for me!! And spoke to the manger only to get a strug of the shoulders and an apology which isn't good enough!! Beyond let down and horrified by the service and the organization of the after party event!! Would recommend going elsewhere!!

The service was very poor. After a stressful exam we went to this place to have a good burger. We ordered the southern fried chicken burger. It took more than 40 mins for it to come. The coleslaw was not fresh and the chicken was so dry and bland. The chicken seemed as if it was cooked in old oil or something. The entire burger was not at all tasty for all five of us. After paying the bill, we told our waitress about it and she dismissed it with a carefree 'thank you'. It was not at all worth the fourteen pounds. I will not recommend this place to anyone, especially students after an exam at the Excel centre.

Literally the worst food experience ever. Order took 45 minutes and 2 chases to receive only 1 out of 4 pizzas. The 1 that arrived was essentially raw dough with some semi melted cheese on top. 2 more arrived barely more cooked with raw onion on top and the 4th has yet to arrived. We cancelled it… Staff didn’t care and seemed genuinely surprised we did. If this was my only experience with pizza, I’d choose steak and kidney pie next time.

Nice pub. Really appreciated how knowledgeable one of the staff members was about gluten free/coeliac. Their chips are safe, as fried in a different fryer from other stuff, and their wings are safe too and prepared in a different area.

This is not a hotel, but a restaurant only needs to change the trade. Very welcoming staff, freshly cooked food, and nice coffee to finish the meal

Had a Saturday lunch. Food served cold - saw it sitting in the bar waiting for the chatting bar staff to bring it out. Just handed it and no service saying how to get cutlery etc. Why can’t they be interested in providing a service? Quite processed food, bland. Advice: Find don’t eat here.

A place where they ran out of coffee before 11am and making few teas and pouring few glasses of soda takes 25 min. The staff know that they can capitalise on their place being one of the very few in the immediate Excel area and are abusing it to a full extent

This is the worst food in London with London prices. I will never come again.
