My order was over 30mjns late! But if you say your food was late you don’t get to give a review! Food was LATE! I ordered deep pan! And received thin! I WAS a regular customer!

Details.... this isnt the first time these jokers have ripped me off. Ordered food for pick up 22:30 arrived at 22:20 to find shop closed. If i could give them a minus review I would. Found another customer waiting outside for their order paid for but shop shut. I want my money back!

Ordered a takeaway which was accepted. Money is taken and then the order is rejected 10 minutes later! Says money will be returned within 5 days. If you can’t deliver then don’t take the money!!!

Food didn't arrive. Then a very rude man took the phone call when I asked where the food was. No apology, he just blamed the delivery driver and refused to send out another. Actually, looks like a lucky escape anyway, judging from the other poor reviews on their food.

My waffle was very cold I didn’t even bother eating it the white sauce was cold banana everywhere.

Crappie food they can not even clean the floor

Local Sardinian restaurant that's been there a long time. Very good food, not cheap though. 2 course meal £32+ and no 1 course available. Do serve Pizzas at set times, contact to check. Was there on Valentine's Day so difficult to judge service as they were very busy. Good selection of wines, including Sardinian. Again not cheap.

The service attitude is very bad, don't come here. The food is not good, expensive and tasteless. It's unfortunate if you have to come.

Customer service: The man on the phone was rude and disinterested in answering questions regarding my dietary requirements even after explaining why I was asking him the questions. I hope they find someone who can communicate effectively with customers or train this individual so they improve as it is off putting for customers. Delivery: Food arrived on time and the delivery person was patient, professional and respectful. Food: There is no doubt that they can cook well. The beef in black bean sauce was lovely. But the vermicelli noodles were ruined as the kitchen crew should have been more careful to make sure everything was cleaned thoroughly. As the picture shows, I got stainless steel scourer in my food, which is not only risky but also careless! It was a waste of money in the end. Luckily I had the black bean sauce. But I hope the customer service and kitchen’s vigilance improves as they are good cooking.

I went to get some lunch from here, and i wish i hadn't. Once i see the lamb kebab i should have just turned around and walked back out the door it was so dry as it was left over the heat so i had second thoughts of getting chips & battered sausage, the chips had no flavour what so ever even though i got salt and vinegar (i couldnt even taste that) and i believe the oil must of been weeks old as for the battered sausage the batter wasn't the best in the world but the sausage had all the flavour even a hint of salt. I would avoid this establishment at all costs and a tip for the owner of the business quit while you're ahead before the food standards agency shuts you down or you lose all your customers.

A little gem in Ladywell. Splendid rear garden which was just great in the sun - with a good amount of shade. And the coffee was really, really good.
