Order a too good to go order shop was closed as i got there at 22:25pm as my order was at 22:30pm till 22:45pm there have all day to cancel the order there are rude waste of my time and money just thiefs there are

Details.... this isnt the first time these jokers have ripped me off. Ordered food for pick up 22:30 arrived at 22:20 to find shop closed. If i could give them a minus review I would. Found another customer waiting outside for their order paid for but shop shut. I want my money back!

Order never arrived after waiting 2 and a half hours. Tried calling the restaurant and no one picks up. Unacceptable

It was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The chicken fillets were dry, bland, and overcooked, making them hard to eat. The wings were equally disappointing, tough, and lacking any taste of chicken. To make matters worse, the chicken used in both the fillets and wings didn’t taste fresh at all; it felt like it was old and poorly handled. The chips were the final letdown. I wouldn’t recommend anything from here.

Absolutely rubbish, all burned bread and chief. Disgusting, never order again from here.

Unbelievably rude bunch as others have said. Got to the order desk and was waiting for well over 2 minutes while one was playing on his phone and the other just walked by many times. Twice I had to say out loud "can I get some service here" before they paid me any mind and the one on phone didn't even bother. I had to repeat to the one that served me several times before he got the order. How they stay open with their level of ridiculous customer service I will never know. Never again.

Ordered a burger without mayonnaise as allergic ! They sent the burger with mayonnaise!!!!! Proper joke!! They need reporting

We wanted 4 burger meals and 2 6 piece nugget meals, all with drinks and he gave us 4 burger meals with the drinks, made us pay for 2 drinks, and gave us 1 6 piece nugget without the rest of the meal. The burger was the size of my palm, it was so small like a kid size portion with adult prices, and the chicken in it was so dry and hard. The chilli sauce was labelled mayo and the actual mayo tasted horrible, the chicken nuggets tasted like fish, and the water tasted bitter. 2 of the staff were so rude and got our order wrong 3 times despite us being very clear and then stared at us eating which made us uncomfortable. The tables were unclean as when we walked in, the table had leftover food and we had to clean it ourselves. If I could rate it less, I honestly would.

Good ambiance with a varieity of food menu especially in chicken. We tried burger and fries , they were really good and I will sure visit this restaurant again

Poor customer service. 2 out of 3 members of staff were very rude and clearly lack basic communication skills. Order was incorrect 3 times, did not receive the correct order at all, but they still charged up to £40. They refused to accept they were wrong, instead they headed to the back and proceeded to watch us eat. Prices are ridiculous for the portion sizes. Honestly you’re better off going across the road to McDonald’s.

They then went to their little corner at the back and started watching us eat! Prices are ridiculous for the portion size they give, and food is extremely dry! Avoid at all cost. If you want your moneys worth go to Morley’s or across the road to McDonalds even! Complete rip off!!

Wrap half size like wrap in other shops but two times more expensive. Much better to go to Morley's then here. NOT RECOMMEND!!!

People were polite. The food was good, I loved the chili, it's not watered down or mild. Although the table could have done with a wipe or two it's not a major issue. I was more than happy with the food, I was more than happy with the service, I am more than happy to go back and eat there again.

I had a chicken burger meal here last week and now I am suffering from severe salmonella food poisoning. The chips were also hard and stale, please don’t eat from this place as the severity of my illness is not worth it

Small neighbourhood shop on lewisham. Desi management, halal food. Good variety on the menu. Less cost but small serving sizes , food was a bit oily but fries were awesome, crispy fries without oil. I would give 3 stars. Food was ok with small serving size but at the same time cost effective pricing so guys its upto you. Shop is open till 10 pm so even when others are close, u can have fast food here. Don't mind visiting again.

If you want a nice quick meal go go Chester’s made the food every quick however fillet burgers are a bit small and the wings taste a little off but overall it was really nice went with a friend and nice energy reboost after shopping! The customer service was good as well you can’t go wrong with a chicken and chips also lived the high chair in the seating!

A very clean dirty chicken shop, the seating and tables were all clear of rubbish and dirt. The menu had a good choice of products. The staff were nice and helpful. I ordered the spicy chicken burger meal, food took about 5 mins to be served. Starting with the chips they were 5*, nice and crisp, soft inside. The spicy burger tasted nice however was tiny! the actual chicken burger was almost paper thin. After the meal I was still hungry. I would suggest ordering regular filet for a more substantial meal. Worth the visit if local.

Came to this chicken shop ,order the grilled burger omg couldn’t believe found hair inside my burger .honestly I don’t know why this shop is still open would never come again Avoid this shop absolutely zero for hygiene.

Second time ordering from here and fantastic stuff as always. The chicken is tasty but could be slightly bigger. The fries are amazing and have a good crunch. Love the spicy rice, well-done to the gentleman who cooks it. Will order again.

Chips were really tasty and cooked well but the spicy chicken wings were not cooked well you could see the light pink meat when eating

kfc prices for cheap tasting chicken... i think when you buy kfc or nandos you know there is slightly more accountability and often smaller chicken pieces because of less intensive farming, but at Chester's the wings were bloated like ultra intensively farmed cheap wings, while costing the same as kfc. You may as well go KFC

A fast food restaurant location in Lewisham street market. A small/medium size restaurant with different seating. The place looks fairly clean and the service was quick. The chicken fillet burger I bought tasted good although a little salty. I would visit again if nearby.

First let me start by saying I never write reviews but for this i’ll make the exception. Upon my first visit to Chester’s in lewisham I ordered a go too order of wings, chips and a strip burger. Starting with the chips they were 10/10 , very little hint of grease, light and fluffy yet with the right amount of crispy. The wings were sorts and fell off the bone seasoning was usual and does the job. My only one problem ( and a very small one) was that the strip burger had too little mayonnaise and failed to balance out the saltiness from the chicken. Other than that bun was fresh, chicken was tasty and arrangement of lettuce was top tier. Will 100% be going back again -👍

Chicken was small and bit dry, the chips were not as crispy on the outside as wel, you can tell they were not fresh.

The food was well packaged and you can tell it was fresh. Everything tasted wonderful and I’m so happy I got to break my fast with their food. Jzk.

It would be better if they prepare the food that has been ordered. If I need fries I will order them . You should not be putting in undercooked fries with my potato wedges order which I have specifically ordered, just so it may be easier and/or cheaper for you Otherwise the food is good. Just stick to what has been ordered and if you cannot provide it don't list it as an option in the menu!
