The fries were lovely and hot and unsalted (salty sachets supplied) which was very nice!Only criticism is that the chicken fillet burgers were rather hard on this occasion. But they were at least nice and warm!

Delivery was fine. Food was disappointing chips too hard ribs very dry and I didn’t even eat the chicken. Last time I order from there.

my food didn't come, it says delivered but noone came to my door and no food was left here.

The chicken burger was absolutely inedible. First off there was nothing in the sandwich other than a wooden chicken patty and bread. No sauces, condiments, or the cheese I paid £0.30 extra for. The chicken in the patty was extremely hard and dry, I couldn’t even chew it. It tasted like something that has been left outside then reheated in the microwave for way too long until it became brick hard. The only reason I’m not giving this one star is because the chicken nuggets were okay.

Very rude staff, I'm only speaking about that particular branch, I've never had a bad experience with other Morley's branches, but this one in particular need to know themselves, I used to be a regular customer before I stopped coming, one time I ordered a BBQ chicken wing's meal, the stupid guy messed up my order, I went home, and I discovered it was hot wing's, when I returned, I told the guy it was the wrong order, he grabbed the hot wing's bag out of my hand, threw it in the bin, and gave me the BBQ in a rude attitude, the j**k a** is very lucky I wasn't in a bad mood, and it was a busy friday night, I would've BLASTED him proper, who the hell does he think he is ??? And they had a habit of provoking young teenager's, the staff better careful they don't get something thrown over the counter, or the shop window's get smashed up by the youth's, the staff are very rude and are not trained to speak to people, if they worked for a big company like KFC, they'll be sacked💯

Staff are rude no customer service what so ever

I ordered chicken and chips, and when it was delivered the chicken was SO spicy. Considering the chicken is not advertised as spicy (like the hot wings are) I really wasn't expecting this. I cannot eat spicy food so have ended up not having anything for dinner. Very disappointed

The food was a bit salty but good

ive ordered from here before and the food was fresh and we even had the red Morleys box...this time it was some any fried chick box...chips tasted stale and chicken was mediocre....very disappointed. people pay money for good food sort it out

Food was awful. Dry chicken, could barely eat it.

The chicken burgers are totally dry and burnt. The lettuce is stale and has gone off parts on it. Even the burger bun was burnt. And the chips were dry, crispy and burnt. Totally disgusted and could not be eaten. Had to be thrown away. The best part was the can drink.

I live locally and the food is good. But not much else. They're so mean and look for any ways to get money out of you. Won't swap items on a meal for the same price, but will take items for half the value. They're also overpriced online so be very careful when ordering etc. Personally, I am going to avoid spending money with them

I ordered food for collection via Just Eat. However my order was not processed and they were already closing the shop when they were supposed to still be open. They told me to get a refund from Just Eat and Just Eat is refusing to refund.

I was waiting 1hour and 45 minutes for my lunch, of which when it was delivered, my break was over. Not impressed with this service and it was cold

Ive ordered 2 chicken burgers 3 separate dates. £40+ none of the chicken was edible. None. It would be good if I was replacing the soles on my work boots 🥾 I took them back this time & they refused to replace them. 30 excuses. I left without the food or money back. -10 ⭐️

False advertisement- I went to order 2 chicken strip burgers and fries but they took wrong order and gave me steak burger and coke. They did not bother to apologize. P.S It happened twice. I am not going back in again. Worst experience.

Today i buy vegg burger with chips but burger was very rubbish nothing inside only mayo and veg tikki no veg's even fries was burn red colour and he did not give me sause anything how can eat one more thing the guy on shop was aged and he was't understanding what we need even repeat 3 time and at least he show us by finger which you told very bad food not even get one star

The worst chicken and chips ive ever had! Ordered 3 piece meal. Chicken was soo dark, burnt so there hardly any meat left on it! How did they even delivered that? Who cooked it? A blind person? Never again!

Very undercooked food when and got food one other occasion and the chicken with all pink inside but I thought it might just have been one of a Cajun where it happened but went near this morning to get food and all of the chicken would pink inside made me feel ill the next morning on the other occasion and today as well don't recommend ever go in there for food the worst place ever to get poisoner uncooked chicken wings 🤢🤢👎👎

the fillets are defiantly smaller the buns are same and so much mayo just goes everywhere the spicy fillet today was dry and over cooked and tiny .. chips were quite cold .. normally really happy but quality was same today

Good standard food and fast delivery

Last night, I ordered chicken burger and chips and ended up waking up with a high temperature, fever, diarrhoea and felt like I was gonna die. They've done this to me before years ago. I just remembered. They're disgusting and have the worst customer service. So rude!!! I've learnt my lesson. Never again.

It was a very bad experience & they are very much rude. And over priced to £4 for just 2 pieces of chicken in chips. And when I told them I payed £3 just last week. I was told i it was not so & I said I come here after work & have been payed this pirce all the time. The guy then started to tell one of the other in his language what was going on. So I would to anyone be careful on what you order from there.

Never received my order the driver delivered it somewhere else or just kept it for himself.

Amazing chips good chicken nice amount of drinks but I didn’t get drumsticks but still the chicken they gave me was really nice I’m sure to visit Morley’s again.

Thier wings are seasoned to perfection.

There was no meat on the ribs. Sort of batter/paste covered in sweet bbq sauce. Unpleasant. Sorry my opinion.

Stumbled in here after a night at the Fox and Firkin - was pleasantly surprised by the food the chicken was delicious, crispy and well seasoned. Infinitely better than the nearby KFC.

ARRIVED BONE COLD!! I was hungry and Morley’s were not answering the phone after attempts to call them so I ate it after warming it up, that’s was the worst mistake of my life I had FOOD POISONING I WAS EXTREMELY POORLY. DO NOT EAT FROM THIS PLACE

Tasty food and very fast service. Have tried treir BBQ ribs, chicken strips and fish & chips. Place was not too crowded both for lunch and dinner. Cash only.
