The best restaurants in Lewisham London

Dined at this restaurant a few weeks ago and was quite disappointed. First of all the restaurant was freezing, my husband and I were so cold we had to leave our coats on. We enjoyed some of the food, but it lacked the spiciness and zing we prefer when we have Thai food. Wont be dining here again, sorry :(

The staff treat me like family I feel at home there Emily the owner I a true angle and all the ladies that work there are special people ❤️ the food 💯 try the lamb chops and best roast potatoes and gravey u know what it's all good hats off 😋 to little chef 👩‍🍳

Been a few times since moving to Sydenham. Been a good time each time. Nice choice of drinks. Good has been great and the service from millie and Devon last night was second to none. Found my new local! They won't be getting rid of me any time soon

I have been ordering from Wing Lee about 3 years and their food is always amazing with the best local prices and flavours. Today, I tried the Malaysian style Ho Fun 🍜and was absolutely delicious, one of the best Ho Fun I had in London and I often eat at Chinese restaurants. Their curry is the best also 🤤. Best local Chinese takeaway with out a doubt.

Best idli/dosa spot in Lewisham! The sambar is excellent and the owners SO nice. My husband, my son and I have been coming here for a few years and it never fails to lift the spirits on the greyest and coldest of London days. A real gem.

The food and cocktails were delicious, in particular the ceviche. The atmosphere was also very nice. Round the corner from the main high street under one of the railway arches.

What a wonderful lunch we had at Clarendon's Hotel Meridien Restaurant. The Hotel is led by legendary Ken Milton who has been there for more than 30 years welcoming guests and tailoring his approach whenever needed. We enjoyed a tasty Chicken and Apricot Terrine followed by a delicious Lamb Shoulder Pie which was the star of the meal as you could really taste the quality of the lamb meat. It was all accompained with a refreshing glass of Passerina white wine and Isabelle looked after our table with impeccable service.

Came to see a brilliant band , but the TV was left on as some guy was watching the darts, kind of ruined the small amount of ambience created by the band... this is not a venue to see a band unfortunately as the staff and managers attitude sucks.. could be amazing with the right management... feels like a naff Weatherspoons , would not recommend... lots of other local music pubs available, give this one a miss unless you just want to sit staring at your pint and watching the telly !

That was some joke jerk pork!! Better for them to tell me that it finished, instead they gave me end cuts with bone and gristle plus it had no flavour. Bloody poor pathetic excuse for Jamaican cookery. I won’t try them again. Waste of £16, I would’ve been better going to McDonald’s

Ordered this cake which arrived after 2 + hours of waiting and really disappointed by the way it arrived. I really had some hopes for my future orders but not anymore the taste is good but the way it is damaged was so bad

Excellent service and fantastic quality food. Always good value for money and you'll keep coming back to this restaurant in Ladywell.

¿Qué puedo decir aparte de repugnante? ¡Setas rebozadas nadando en grasa y descuidadas! ¡Una hamburguesa de filete de pollo que era rosa la otra a lo que sólo puedo describir como un tendón que sólo se encontró al morder la hamburguesa! ¡Y una carne con patatas fritas por 8 libras que era pequeña! ¡La vergüenza como solía ser buena no volverá a funcionar!

the food is top quality as always, lovely staff excellent service. We had no cash on arrival so they bared with my mum whilst she found her card and allowed over the phone payment; very hospitable people they gave me extra naan and even got me chocolates for my birthday as a gift how lovely! thank you so much xxxx also the aloo ghobi is so amazing!
