Best idli/dosa spot in Lewisham! The sambar is excellent and the owners SO nice. My husband, my son and I have been coming here for a few years and it never fails to lift the spirits on the greyest and coldest of London days. A real gem.

A must-visit authentic South Indian cuisine. Vibrant flavours, aromatic spices, and warm hospitality. Crispy dosa. Perfectly spiced sambar and chutneys. Idlis are soft and fluffy that tastes just like home. Their POTHICHORU is a must try item. And if you’re not sure what to try, just ask Goban chettan and he’ll enthusiastically guide you through the menu. He is the heart and soul of this establishment. His warm, friendly, and talkative nature makes every visit feel special.

Absolutely delicious - we had the veggie lunch (2 curries & rice, but she gave us another to try!) and masala dosa, everything was really flavourful, friendly service, generous portions, I'd be a regular if I lived in London!

Ordered a lunch platter that was on display, but turned out the dishes were old and had gone bad. The shop owner showed no remorse and charged pretty much the original rates after reducing some petty money.

Extremely friendly owners and awesome food! I made a mistake and thought they gave me meat when I asked for vegetarian but it turned out to be Soya 🤣 embarrassing, but seriously good food and inexpensive. Thanks again :)

Simple, cheap and delicious South Asian food, with very friendly service. I had the two veg curries and rice deal, a bargain at £6. The potato curry was rich and fragrant, suitably filling the meat size hole in my heart. The lentil was also great, and the staff threw in some beans as a welcome free extra. The stacked plate came served with a spicy riata packing just the right level of heat. Staff were smiley and cheerful, keen to see that I enjoyed my meal. Would definitely go back

Was planning to order multiple mutton biryani for my upcoming celebration, luckily I was clever minded to check out the food first so I did. I went and bought mutton biryani large and muttons rolls. I came home and warmed up the mutton biryani in microwave, sat in the garden and upon one scoop the mutton is dry like it was put in the freezer for many days and biryani rice is disgusting with no taste but only the green cardamons giving out the flavour the rest is rubbish. It was burning my stomach and everything was dry including the rice so I am assuming they had put in the fridge for many days and resell. The mutton rolls - I can't complain it was very good and cheap for the long size, it must of been made by a professional unlike the mutton biryani, who ever made that doesn't know how to cook and needs to go back to cooking school. Never going to buy food again from here but I may buy mutton rolls taking the risk.

Taste was ok. Lot of improvement needed in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Sambhar has big size vegetables and less curry. Dosa was ok. Idli portion was good. 5 idlis in one plate for £4. Despite asking for warm food, they did not do it. They also take cash ONLY.

Dined at this restaurant a few weeks ago and was quite disappointed. First of all the restaurant was freezing, my husband and I were so cold we had to leave our coats on. We enjoyed some of the food, but it lacked the spiciness and zing we prefer when we have Thai food. Wont be dining here again, sorry :(

I have been ordering from Wing Lee about 3 years and their food is always amazing with the best local prices and flavours. Today, I tried the Malaysian style Ho Fun 🍜and was absolutely delicious, one of the best Ho Fun I had in London and I often eat at Chinese restaurants. Their curry is the best also 🤤. Best local Chinese takeaway with out a doubt.
