the food is top quality as always, lovely staff excellent service. We had no cash on arrival so they bared with my mum whilst she found her card and allowed over the phone payment; very hospitable people they gave me extra naan and even got me chocolates for my birthday as a gift how lovely! thank you so much xxxx also the aloo ghobi is so amazing!

Well, it was cold, the portions were small and worst of all...THE ORDER WAS WRONG!!!!!! I’ve eaten butter chicken all around the world and they gave us what appeared to be korma. We were hungry so we ate what we got. This was through Uber So it was expensive for two people. It was worth no more that £10 TBH. I don’t know how they got so many good reviews...I must assume they are fake. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!

Me and partner have been ordering from grove spice for just over a year when me and my partner moved into the area we were very pleased with the food and the service we received and were happy we had found a excellent Indian take out restaurant. That was until last month we ordered our usual dishes which was a chicken korma, lamb biriani, Bombay potatoes and sundries such as rice, nan bread and popadom. We had paid and were excited to eat the food arrived we had one mouth fool and were nearly sick! The potatoes tasted horrid, the korma sauce looked strange and the meat tasted old! As well as wet flour filled nan bread and stale popadoms we were shocked. We rang grove spice immediately to express our disappointment and to ask for a refund so after weeks of being uncooperative . Today the have refunded £18 when our bill was £25 to say I’m disgusted is an understatement. Terrible food! and even more terrible service to loyal customers! Food was okay, but not very hot. Too much oil, which was badly leaking from the packaging. Shrinkflation going on with the bhajis and samosas. One hour delivery, but very local.

Was recommended to try Grove Spice by a friend. Have to say it was a very pleasant experience. Asked the Chef to customise the dishes to our palette and have to say it hit all the right spots. Will visit again when we're next in the area. Keep up the great work...

Been to this restaurant for over 13 years now and never fails to disappoint but one little criticism the coconut naan used to be full of coconut which as really juicy and lots of flavour but now hardly has any coconut nut :( please go back to the original:)

This restaurant offers a freebie. Either drink or food. If you offer a freebie at least stick to your promise. Little things like this ruin an otherwise good experience.

A bit disappointed ordered garlic naan but the garlic must have fell off in transport not very hot when delivered a bit tasteless won’t order again

(Last night) The food was good as usual altho I tried two new items. Ive had roti from a different culture & the taste was not the same as that. Onion barji...not sure about that either. Not rating those two items today. And i will test them again later today. With that said Grove Spice I cannot reccomend highly enough as what i normally order is consistent for quality of taste everytime without fail. Delivery time, i cannot complain about either food was piping hot & delivered early.

The curry was nice itself and the onion Bhajis were amazing, however I had ordered poppadoms and they were all stale and my Nann bread was quite doughy so I couldn’t eat them :( which was a shame as they are both my favourite things to have with a curry...is there anything you can do about this please?

It was ok. Had to reheat the rice when it arrived. It was really bland this time which was disappointing. Delivery driver also expected me to leave my house and walk up the driveway to get to him which i couldnt do as i have a little one inside. He rang me to let me know he was outside but when i opened the door he wasnt there. He was just waiting in the street for me to come to him. Bit unusual

Food was excellent as always (their Bhajis are the best around!!) but best of all, having accidentally given over an extra £10 without realising it the restaurant called me to notify me and dropped the extra money back on another delivery round that evening!! Truly brilliant and honest customer service and we will of course continue to use them!

Really disappointed.. we use to get good twice a week from here. Now I won't ever order again. Really poor quality.

One of the best tasting curries. Chicken was tender, sauce was not salty (experienced this at other restaurants, yuk) Rice was cooked properly and I even got 2 free poppadoms. (Excuse the spelling) Definitly recommended

There was a whole conamon stick left in the sag paneer which should've been taken out. The lamb bhuna was just lamb swimming in fatty oil. The rice was fine but everything was cold. Not only that the delivery drive was incapable of delivering food to my door because he was scared of my westie puppy! I think a new job is in order?! Never ordering again and wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!!

Never go here. The food is terrible and tastes disgusting and makes you sick. Worst Indian food I've ever had.

The chicken was hard and bone-y. Wasn't soft and moist like you expect butter chicken to be, was burnt on the few pieces it had. There was a literal half inch of grease/oil on top of the chicken before I stirred it. It didn't even have a tomato/creamy sauce. The sauce was sweet and chunky with pieces of (maybe?) onion? Worst butter chicken I've ever eaten.

I originally ordered my meal and it came within 1hr 15mins, when it arrived it was missing the keema Nana, so I called and they said by the time the driver gets back it will be ready and out to you so I agreed 30 minutes later I phoned to cancel it because I had eaten my main meal, they said oh we're sorry but it will be there in 5 minutes another 30 minutes later it arrived!!, I contacted Just Eat and explained everything they called the restaurant and they refused to refund the price of the Keema Nana, I feel I was forced to still accept it and I feel they were wrong not to refund the money the Just eat team gave me a voucher for the keema nana as the obviously agree with how I feel..... I won't use or recommend them yeah the food might be ok..... if you get it all!!!! but what BAD customer service

Well I only ordered a small meal so how they got it wrong I don't know and I live literally opposite! They forgot my rice and when I called they were quite short with me and said it would be at least 5 minutes not bad in hindsite but by then the rest of my meal would be cold and I heard nothing more from them so half a meal for me! i ordered online got a 10% discount when spending over £25 it states free bottle of coke or side dish so I ordered extra spent £27 food turned up half cold I had to hot it up in the microwave it was tasteless hardly much flavour at all very oily my plate had a puddle of oil on it wasn't nice to see and to top it all they didn't even give me my free drink when I rang they made some excuse about set meals don't get free drinks but didn't tell me when ordering,the young men that answer the phone have an attitude sounded abit abrupt and rude they wont be seeing another penny from me
