Very nice flavours in the food, good portions, friendly people working there. Payment had to be made by internet banking transfer or cash rather than card. Overall it is a very good Chinese takeaway.

The sweet and sour chicken was so hard I could not eat it, the rice had a disgusting smell. I threw the whole thing in the bin - what a waste of my money

Ordered take out from uber eats. And there was hair in my food. Woman was rude and arrogant on call and hung up. There was literally hair in my food and uber eats wouldn'y compensate me either.

Today was my first time purchasing a takeaway following the positive reviews I read beforehand. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the food which had no taste much less flavour! The customer service is also much to be desired not to mention they only accept cash. I am genuinely sorry to leave such negative feedback but I have to be honest particularly for anyone else who may be purchasing for the first time.

The type of place with 100+ menu items. Not the tastiest but gets the job done.

I am quite disappointed as this has been my local Chinese for the past 20 years as there are new owners, most customers within the area were not aware or no sign was put up just notice a new lady at the front with 2 children I continue using the service because maybe it was a family transfer but once we have our takeaway will gradually notice the food taste was completely different. When you try to approach the lady at the front desk gets a bit aggressive when you don't agree with her Friday was very disappointing for me. 3 times my orders were incorrect and someone's hair was in the food no apology was given.

Food always ready within 20 minutes, staff are lovely, the food is delicious, would recommend!

The woman who runs the place tries her best but always seems very stressed. The last three times we've ordered food the order has been wrong. Last night this completely ruined my son's celebrations because he couldn't eat any of what was supposed to be his order. Food was average and I was quite sick this morning although I can't be certain that was because of their food. But it was so much better pre-lockdown when it was under different management. Unfortunately last night was probably the last chance saloon. We have been regulars for years but I don't think we will go back now. It's a lot of money to spend on food you can't even eat.

Live local but never gave this place a try until today, was pleasantly surprised. Food is tasty, has wok hei and portions are generous. The sweet and sour sauce is legit tasting and isn’t neon red like other takeaways. Recommend the sweet and sour chicken balls, salt and pepper squid (super crispy), chow mein and special fried rice. Will order again next time to try different dishes :)

We ordered takeaway a few days ago and the food was excellent - very fresh and tasty! We had vermicelli noodles with prawns, beef with green peppers and black beans, szechuan style chicken and some rice with vegetable. We will be ordering again in the future.

We placed an order for £70.00 , the chilli shredded beef did not arrive. I called the akeaway saying this to the owner, she said will send it in 10 minutes. We waited called back and she then accused me of lying. I cannot believe this then she realised she was discussing someone else's order with me instead of apologying she continued to be rude. My recommendation is do not order as they will disrespect you as a customer RESPONSE TO OWNER 28.02.2022 You did not offer to make me a new one when I called the second time to follow up the missing item. We waited almost two hours and I called back and you then called me a liar and did not offer to me make and send the missing item.!!!

Best Chinese in the area in my opinion, and I've tried them all 🤣. Decent portions, good prices and really tasty food! Looks like some of the bad reviews are specifically when ordering via Just Eat. I always pick up myself and haven't really had any issues.

Top little takeaway with all the classic dishes. We had all vegetarian options and were very happy with it all. Cheap prices (ring and collect- don't deliveroo) decent portion sizes (lots of rice), nice friendly staff. Three treasure veg was brilliant!

Started buying from this shop for about a month now and so far have not been disappointed

Recently changed owners and you can tell. I’ve ordered three times since the change and everytime had problems when ordering. It’s like they don’t know their own menu. The prices are the same but the portions are definitely smaller (rice specifically) and tasted as if it had just been thrown in the microwave before picking up. I also had some stomach problems after eating, but don’t want to rush to blame them. Disappointed to say the least. I will have to find a new Chinese now after eating here for years. — They always tried to fix the mistakes when brought to their attention but especially after the smaller sizes and lower quality of food, I’m not sure it’s worth it.

It's ok here and has some nice dishes but unfortunately their rice is always clumpy and they do not deliver or take card. I do think they need to move into the present times with technology! Overall it's a nice convenient, friendly local Chinese with some good dishes although with that being said I do usually stick to the same dishes each time I buy from here.

Good food, the egg fried rice was surprising, not dry at all. The duck was dipped in a tad too much BBQ sauce I thought but that was the only downside.

I have been using this takeaway for 20 odd years and in all those years have enjoyed delicious food every time we've ordered. we don't take a chance anywhere else because we know we are guaranteed a good meal when we buy a takeaway from here. The king prawn fried rice is one of my favourites along with the salt n chilli ribs and the salt and chilli prawns. But we order right across the menu and have never been disappointed.

I have never found another Chinese restaurant as good as this for the all the usual takeaway food. The value for money is excellent and the food is a higher standard and more tasty than all others making it worthwhile for me return here whenever I can, even though I now live 10 miles away in Purley. I have been going here for over 30 years, I have never found anyplace better from this lovely family run takeaway and at best other restaurants can only match the quality of food and the service.

It's a family run Chinese take-away! All the usual dishes, the squid with chilli is superb, fried rice's are tasty and a great accompaniment. Sweet & sour chicken is reportedly very nice, no MSG used here also. Always busy and as a consequence ingredients seem fresh. My favourite in the area
