My waffle was very cold I didn’t even bother eating it the white sauce was cold banana everywhere.

ive been noticing the portions have been getting smaller

Tasty but not worth the price, a very small portion, they look like donuts cut into pieces and heated in the microwave

I did not receive my order!! The driver has stolen my food!! How is the driver able to accept food if he didn’t have a code??

I was missing an item and haven’t been refunded

The pistachio tasted off on the milk cake that was not right at all I had to throw it in the bin straight forward

Visited on a Saturday night, was quite empty which was very different experience form Some of the usual busier places. The music was extremely loud which made it difficult to hear. There was a big selection of deserts, I chose the white chocolate cookie bueno dough with ice cream, this was served piping hot and was delicious. I do think it is overpriced but as a one off treat it’s worth visiting

The craps were very tasty and good I immediately ordered a second one and good service

serious issue I experienced with my recent order placed through uber eats The kaspa’s failed to adhere to standard food packaging protocols. The food was delivered in a plain cardboard box without any protective bag or sealed packaging. This lack of proper packaging raises significant concerns about food safety and hygiene. It made the food vulnerable to potential contamination, tampering, or exposure to bacteria during transportation. Due to these concerns, I had no choice but to discard the entire order to avoid any health risks. I also contacted the restaurant directly to inform them of this matter, but I believe this issue needs to be addressed at a broader level to ensure compliance with proper standards for food delivery. I kindly request that you investigate this incident and ensure that all restaurants are instructed to meet strict packaging requirements. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust you will take the necessary steps to prevent similar incidents in the future. Looking forward to your prompt response.

The man did not deliver my food yet the status said delivered, I am not very happy.

Waited 1 hour we came 2 families bring 1 item after 20 minutes another item all customers were complaining couldn’t manage 3 tables nothing is organised I feel sorry my money I won’t come again

Please avoid this terrible place as their service absolutely bad will never visit again

Wrong order I don’t like that one waffle was rock hard

cookie dough nothing like the photos and gelato? you will never receive any kind of gelato as they advertise instead its just a basic mr whippy if you really are gonna get a cookie dough just get the cheapest basic one it is literally no difference.

The manager Simon there was so professional and attentive when I popped in for a quick treat. Will be back to sample some of the new desserts on the menu

Very lovely and friendly staff, clean restaurant and great tasting waffles and ice cream. Love this place as it feels calm inside great place to get together and chill for a while whilst enjoying a sweet treat

Drinks missing 25% of it’s content, ordered with tapioca pearls but had none inside

Looks completely different to what the picture showed, got soft serve instead of the Oreo gelato for the Oreo dough, just tossed in the box, just a mess in a box

Nice and welcoming atmosphere! We were served by Samon who treated my daughters like princesses. We had a massive waffle with all the topics they liked and the new pistchio cronut. All yummt! we had an amazing time. Lovely service Thank you!

Martin was absolutely amazing with he’s outstanding customer service. From the moment me and my family entered Kapsa’s to the moment we left. Taking our order and constantly checking up on our family to ensure we had the best time. Impeccable! Best ever Kaspas experience!

Service is horrible at night. Guys at the place said they only accept cash so my partner went to the cash point to retrieve cash. They then said they had to round the order up to the nearest pound because they didn’t have any change? They stated that my partner should just order from Uber eats next time. They all seemed unbothered, not friendly and made a joke about giving me £4 back for a £50 note even though the order was £17 in total.

I didn’t receive my order and the restaurant didn’t help. I am still waiting on justeat to respond to my email.

over the years if definitely tastes like a very cheap version of cookie dough , and they have become very stingy on the ice cream don’t even fill up the pot , it’s not like the money or products are coming out of their pockets.

The order never arrived so I’ve spent money for items I didn’t receive. The driver pulled up in a local area for at least 10 minutes and then disappeared, marking the order as delivered. I called the restaurant who said they’d call me back but didn’t

I recently had a disappointing experience with my order. I ordered an Oreo chimney cake, expecting it to come with the advertised ice-cream filling. However, when I received the order there was no ice-cream filling inside. I contacted customer service and provided evidence clearly showing that the cake was missing the ice-cream filling. Despite this, my request for a refund was denied. The lack of transparency and unwillingness to provide a valid explanation has left me deeply dissatisfied.

I received the kaspas bag but the entire cookie dough was missing the only thing I received was the empty box + ice cream

Shout out to Sumaiya!!! Our visit would not have been possible without her! She accommodated 14 children and 4 adults all on her own!!! I watched her prepare all 18 meals all on her own efficiently with not a problem at all!! This woman deserves a raise!!! I am just speechless with the amazing service she was able to provide solely on her own! Thank you for the great service and food!

Fix the AC and sesting ASAP guys it's letting you down.

Staff was polite , helpful , kind, professional and serviced us very quickly. The hot cookie dough in bueno and oreo flavours was aesthetic in its presentation and didn't falter in flavour. The apple crumble tart hit the spot and fit my expectations of it perfectly.

Lovely as always! Long time regularly. Staff are always super kind and I can't get enough of their boba slush 😙
