Tucked away in the basement of Harrods, this cocktail lounge is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, elegant, and inviting — the perfect setting for a relaxing Friday afternoon with my wife and a friend. We chose to sit at the bar, which turned out to be the best decision. The team — Hugo, Julio, and Daniel — were simply outstanding. Their kindness, enthusiasm, and attentiveness made the experience truly memorable. They were engaging and welcoming without being intrusive, and each of them went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The drinks were expertly crafted, beautifully presented, and every sip was a pleasure. Whether you’re a cocktail connoisseur or just looking to enjoy a fantastic drink in a luxurious setting, this lounge delivers on every level. Overall, it was a fantastic experience — relaxing, enjoyable, and made even better by the incredible hospitality of Hugo, Julio, and Daniel. We can’t wait to return!

I had an amazing stay at the hotel and everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We went there for Afternoon Tea and upgraded to a Champagne Tea which was lovely. The scones and cakes were very tasty. Especially the lemon cream which was served with the scones. However, the sandwiches were disappointing. They were plain and bland.

Nos alojamos en el hotel, Xenia, donde se encuentra el restaurante. Hasta ahora, solo hemos desayunado, pero el buffet es un delicioso surtido de deliciosos para empezar el día. Todo lo que usted querría en un buffet con un buen surtido de carnes, quesos, huevos y pasteles y panes / pasteles dulces. Además, fantástico café italiano también. No hemos cenado, pero siempre hay gente disfrutando cuando nos levantamos para pasar la noche.

The bed is 140 cm wide, very small! The room and the bathroom are also small. The breakfast is poor! It is in a very good location, clean and equipped.

Precioso restaurante con estilo que sirve sensacional cocina italiana y buen vino. Tiene un buen ambiente y el personal es excelente. Es bastante caro, pero disfruté de mi almuerzo con mis padres.

Brinkley's has been a Chelsea institution for decades. It is always fun. Long may it continue. I hope that they bring the other bar back into service this Summer.

It was OK... very average, and wish we had waited, as loads of good stuff near it, but we were just too hungry! Service at the till was friendly, but despite there being only one other table eating, service was really slow.. was hoping it would be worth the wait ( the food i the pictures looked amazing ) sadly not, tiny portions, really lacklustre, no chili heat... just so bland. Expensive for what it was, wouldn't go again.

Good service and lively atmosphere but it was not great value for money based off what we consumed. It’s a good one time experience from my personal perspective. The prices were extortionate (consider it the Harrods Tax). I have had the original Ethiopian coffee and it’s the best coffee I’ve ever had. We noticed Harrods Coffee Bar offered Ethiopian Coffee and I was genuinely excited to try it, even though it came with a hefty price. Ladies and gents, I would not recommend it to anyone, it was the most watered down coffee I’ve had in some time and a bad representation of Ethiopian Coffee. However, the Desserts alongside the staff and ambience saved it from being an overall disappointing experience.

We were visiting from California and were recommended The Greyhound by staff at our hotel for fish and chips – and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, perfect for an evening out. We ended up staying for a couple of glasses of red and some lovely snacks. The staff were attentive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It’s a spot we’ll definitely return to before we head home – such a great local find.

experiencia principal: Comida muy grasienta de un bajo nivel. muy muy caro y de mala calidad. precios similares a restaurantes muy buenos como la china real en Baker Street. Ridículamente caro para realmente mediocre o mal estándar de cocina. los entrantes están bien, pero los platos principales me recuerdan a restaurantes del Reino Unido de hace 49 años. Puedes hacerlo mucho mejor. No pierdas el tiempo sería mi opinión.

The restaurant located in the lower ground floor in Harrods. The restaurant served delicious and great food The staff so friendly and welcoming It’s considered as an expensive restaurant but it worth it I recommend the restaurant to anyone who’s shopping in Harrods or want to eat in Italian Cusine

Great spot. Not too casual - great evening atmosphere. Amazing sharing plates and the best hummus and bread I've had in a very long time. Chicken shawarma and barbecue carrots not to be missed!
