Located in a quiet street in one of the best parts of London, this luxury boutique hotel is a few minutes walk from Sloane Square in Chelsea and close to both the King's Road and Knightsbridge. Originally four grand Victorian houses, the 56 bedroom property offers upscale accommodation. The comfortable public rooms still have the air of the opulent lifestyle enjoyed by well-heeled Londoners at the end of the nineteenth century. Afternoon tea is very popular here. Highly recommended.

I booked a stay at 11 Cadogan Gardens for my mother, who visits London only once a year. As this is a special occasion, I wanted everything to be perfect, especially the view from the room, which is very important to her. I chose a Superior Queen Room based on the description that promised "Views over Cadogan Gardens or Chelsea rooftops." I even added a note kindly requesting a room with a view of Cadogan Gardens, if possible. To our dismay, the room assigned to my mother had a small window facing an indoor, enclosed area with a wall and pipes directly in front of it. This was certainly not the view of Chelsea rooftops or Cadogan Gardens that was advertised. When my mother kindly requested a different room, she was asked to pay an additional charge per day. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering the high rates of this 5-star hotel. To address the issue, I visited the hotel and spoke with the receptionist, who insisted that the view from the room was indeed of Chelsea rooftops. This was far from the truth and felt like a blatant misrepresentation. It's unacceptable for a 5-star hotel to have such misleading descriptions. We paid a premium for a special experience, only to be let down by deceptive advertising and poor customer service. 11 Cadogan Gardens, please update your website to accurately reflect the views from your rooms out of respect for your clients.

We stayed in one of the apartments for a week while we stayed in London with our three teenagers. We absolutely loved this part of London, our apartment, and all the staff at the hotel and restaurant. Everyone was quick to help with any need or request while we were on our stay. We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The fold-out couch was perfect for one of our children, and it almost felt like we had a three-bedroom apartment for the week. My only recommendation would be to add a new carpet. Every detail was perfect and new, but the carpet looked worn and dirty. It did not bother us, but it was just one area that could be updated. It was great to have a spacious home base with two bathrooms and a full kitchen. We also loved that our teens could freely walk around the area and never feel worried about their safety. Every person we talked with or ordered food from went above and beyond. This hotel made our trip! Go and enjoy your stay!

Excellent service received for my private dining event on 22 May. I love that 11CG sent me pictures of the table setup before the event to ensure that I was happy. They went above and beyond to deal with the intricacies of my event e.g. receiving and managing flowers and cake. Big thanks to Tatiana, Anissa, and Maria.

I went to the Cadogan Gardens to celebrate my daughter's 20th birthday. We enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea served by Azim, a lovely gentleman, really polite and always coming to check if we needed anything. He was patient since my mother cannot speak English and explained everything calm and slowly I strong recommend the place, excellent service and food as well

Overall – I would not recommend people to stay here if you want high end service or amenities despite it markets itself as a luxury hotel. Front Desk - During check-in we were told our stay had breakfast included but at check-out we were told it was just for the first 3 nights and would have to pay for the other days. There was no effort to remove any of these hidden breakfast charges until pressed to issue a correction on the bill. Additionally, I told them it was our honeymoon and there was no note or any welcome gift for us which was a surprising lack of hospitality given the hotels positioning as a luxury boutique hotel. Housekeeping - Throughout our stay the room did not have satisfactory service; the refresh of bed linens and room cleanliness were lacking. During our stay there were 2 separate occasions somebody entered the room ignoring the do not disturb sign hanging from our door. They would also leave the cover blanket and throw pillows on the ground of the bedroom and later put them back on bed which we asked them not to do. Room Service – Kitchen is closed overnight and they only offer a sandwich or salad for food. We tried to order something overnight two times but nobody answered the phone to take the order. Room – Stayed in the Signature Suite on the 2nd floor which was spacious and well furnished. Bathroom had modern standup shower with two shower heads (1 overhead rain and 1 handheld).

Most uncompassionate and sterile hotel management I have ever come across. I am a travel agent and had a booking at this hotel to do a site tour (no discount was extended to me), and I unfortunately had a medical emergency a few weeks prior to my trip. I contacted the hotel and provided medical records and they refused to provide a refund, allow me to alter the date or even offer a slight discount for a future trip (I had booked directly with the hotel as typical there are benefits to doing so, but not here). Never have I encountered such indifference to ones situation in my many years in the industry. I have advised all of my clients to not stay at this hotel. Be ware, if you book a stay at this hotel, they don't care if you even have a death in the family, no exceptions unless you book a refundable room rate. You would expect better from a Relais & Chateau..

Alla ricerca di un bar per conversare con amici, ci siamo imbattuti in questi ambienti accoglienti abbastanza eleganti e old stile. Personale cordiale e buon servizio nonostante l'affluenza del periodo festivo. Consigliabile, è inoltre situato ai pressi di una strada pedonalizzata dove insistono una serie di negozi appena ristrutturati.

Teníamos muchas esperanzas en este lugar, ya que es un lugar tan hermoso. El té en sí era encantador, pero no se ofrecían rellenos, así que cuando hacía frío, eso era todo. El té de la tarde llegó rápidamente, pero después de servirnos, nadie vino a ver si necesitábamos algo para las próximas 2 horas, por lo que el servicio fue deficiente. La comida en sí no era nada especial: el tartaleta de cebolla estaba destinado a ser sabroso, pero definitivamente se hizo con pastelería dulce que le dio un sabor extraño. No había un número par de bollos simples y frutales, y como solo comía bollos simples, fue una decepción. Finalmente, las mini tartas de queso estaban descuidadas, la base no estaba horneada o estaba completamente mal cocida, y era imposible sacarlo del plato sin aplastarlo. Tampoco tenía un sabor brillante. Solo nos dieron un vaso de agua cada uno cuando lo pedimos y, como se mencionó anteriormente, durante dos horas nadie vino a ver si necesitábamos algo. Llamado para tomar un té alto, pequeño entorno aislado en un hotel boutique. Buena selección de sabrosas golosinas, una pequeña pero adecuada selección de tés. Precio razonable.

Cenamos allí ayer como un cumpleaños especial. La habitación era oscura a la llegada sin atmósfera/música todo lo que podíamos oír era el personal en la recepción. charlando El servicio era lento y uno de los miembros del personal era más intención de Richard asegurándose de que sus amigos eran cómodas disfrutando de su té de la tarde fue ajenos a la otros clientes que pagan para cenar allí. Extremadamente grosero! El personal, con excepción de las mujeres una camarera inglés eran más intención en charlando en el vestíbulo que es donde tuve que ir si necesitaba algo. Sólo nos preguntó si nos gustaría nuestro té repondrán cuando nuestra comida ha sido consumido y el agua que pedimos nunca llegó! Los bocadillos eran floja y pasada y los bollos bastante duro, y en mi opinión dificultarse. La clementine as zippers era la única cosa agradable en la etapa. Ciertamente no es el nivel de servicio que cabe esperar de un establecimiento en una zona tan prestigioso
