I recommend this amazing pub to everyone, the staff are every one professional the bar tender Oscar him knows how to work in professional manner. I met also the manager and she is just amazing l also recommend the restaurant the dinner was just perfect.

Cosy and festive 🎄 vibes during December for a meal with friends. The fish and chips (half size) was good. Cocktails were tasty. Sticky toffee pudding was okay. Service was good.

A very busy, friendly pub with excellent service but £24 for the smallest steak and Guiness pie (not very good either) ever and a thimble of mash, is ridiculous. Most of the other food is expensive as well.

I’ve been to this pub before and loved it… I wish my recent experience was even half as good as the last, as the service left much to be desired. Our waiter, Oscar, was exceptionally rude throughout the meal. Not only did he lack basic manners such as accepting a swap for chunky chips in replacement of the skinny ones on the menu, only to be told once the food was put in front of us that it wasn’t feasible. But hey, Sundays in london pubs are busy and I get it - people have good and bad days. However, my Dining experience was brought to an abrupt halt as he also slammed down the card machine without providing the bill, leaving us feeling disregarded and disrespected. Despite the decent burgers and great wine, the unpleasant experience tainted our overall impression of the restaurant. I would caution others to think twice before dining here, as the lack of hospitality from Oscar overshadowed any positives.

Great quality food and friendly service all set within a beautiful pub setting. Have been before and will come back again.

Wonderful spot for a Sunday roast and a pint of Guinness. Reservations needed for this busy spot but worth planning ahead. Excellent service and the food was hearty and warm and delicious. Sticky toffee pudding was perfect finish. Will definitely be back to try more from the Sunday menu.

Looking for a really good Sunday roast? We had a wonderful meal of roast beef and Yorkshire pudding. It was both cozy and lively at the same time. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Wait staff was friendly and helpful.

A very good Sunday roast though the gravy was a bit too rich, and only 1 small sauce cup included, so I ordered another one but there was no mention (in the menu or by the waiter) that it's an extra charge. Best roast potatoes I've ever had. Only wish instead of regular vegetables, they had hispi cabbage instead.

Me and my darling passed this drinking hole and could not help but stop to wet our whistle! The bar man was most knowledgeable about beers as my lady is particularly with her tastes of beer, he was so kind to allow us to try and he was good at pointing her in the direction of something new to try . I loved the ambiance and would have like a game of darts It’s a great boozer that I’ll definitely be back!! The only downside was the chips not salted and over priced! Otherwise this is a fantastic bar I can’t wait to return!!

A fabulous English pub with well appointed interior and bags of atmosphere. We had a family dinner her for eight people to celebrate our last night in the UK after a family holiday. It was a great way to finish our trip, the service was excellent, staff were super friendly and the food was great. The steak pies and Sticky Toffee pudding were highlights.

Food is good but quite pricey. The staff did not quite know what the special of the day was and when we got a wrong dessert, we were told that that was in fact the right dessert and only after a little discussion the manager came over and told us it wasn't and took it away, should not really have been a discussion to begin with The food took a while and wasn't really hot. Portion is also quite small. This is definitely a fancy place, but the service is not quite there. But it has a lovely atmosphere

Was very much looking fwd to a meal in this undeservingly popular pub: must be the location, decor, and preponderance of lemmings in Chelsea … Food was a mega fail, almost catastrophic. Service OK. And Atmosphere.. bla. Not entirely sure what the fuss is all about!

From the moment you step through the doors it’s a warm welcome from all staff beautiful room and atmosphere. My mum and grandma traveled from Manchester to see me in my new home London for their birthdays and I took them here for lunch knowing it would be great they were both blown away with both service and food quality highly recommend to anyone great prices great food amazing atmosphere and top quality staff. I had the fish and chips and it was delicious!, we tried many dishes and everything was amazing.

A staple for me And my family. Great for a solo meal or to celebrate a holiday or family/friend event. Josh and his team have really built the best local spot in Chelsea. Great price per head and amazing options for kids … and if you drink there are excellent options of wine and other beverages. Local Tip: reserve your table ahead for the dining area and if it is booked, the bar and waiting area is a fun scene. P.s. get the ham, egg and chips … 10/10

Had the most amazing turkey sandwich during the Christmas period! Worth the visit only for that. Great place and will surely be back soon

Food is average, service isn't great, but the atmosphere is. They rushed us to order but forgot to bring drinks. When we ordered dessert we were asked to hurry up as someone wanted our table even though there were plenty of tables free. At no point during our booking process - or when we arrived - were we told that there's a time limit on our table.

friendly attentive staff, great decor, well done gastropub menu. they had a holiday-version scotch egg (seasoning, breading etc.) that was excellent for Christmas. extensive beer list.

Overall, happy vibes! However food was small and it was not brought to our attention until we asked about the fact splitting the potatoes and was told wrongly it was for 3 when it was for 4. So not everyone got potatoes.

Whilst we didn't eat there were plenty of people who seemed to be enjoying their food. The pub was full and it was a great atmosphere. Good selection of drinks.

The service was incredibly slow and inconsistent throughout the evening. We did arrive 15 minutes early for our table, but were still seated 5 minutes late. I appreciate that this can happen especially in the busy festive period, so chalked it up to diners being slow to leave. However, once we were seated, one of our party was running 10 minutes late. We were asked 3 times where the fourth person was, but no orders except for the offer of water were taken. Once the fourth member of our party arrived, we ordered fairly promptly (food & drink at the same time), but the waiter who took our order did it all without writing anything down. This is fine, except he then forgot elements of our order, even challenging someone at our table saying 'she didn't order that drink the first time though did she' (she definitely did order the drink). The first course then came fairly promptly but the drinks were nowhere to be seen. They eventually did come, about 3 minutes before our main courses (another long wait after the starter) which seemed a long time for four drinks. Once the mains were served we were effectively ignored for the remainder of the evening. Our waiters consistently changed, no one came to ask how our mains were (which would have resulted in two people at our table asking for ketchup), no one asked if we wanted anymore drinks at any point in the night (we did - both water and more alcoholic drinks) and we had to ask for a dessert menu as one wasn't offered to us. We then had to wait again for the desserts. The end result was a meal which took 3 hours, which is ludicrous. At no point was there any apology for any of the waiting, except for our table right at the beginning. This resulted in us not wanting to pay the full amount of the discretionary 13.5% tip that was added to our bill. We would have spent a lot more money if people had been more attentive to us. In addition to this, there were 3 pieces of meat in my turkey curry which to me is a bit of a stretch considering the dish cost £25. The toilets were also in a poor state. However the food in general was good, and the dining room setting is pleasant. Due to my experience last night however, I would not recommend The Cadogan Arms to anyone, as there are far better pubs in London, offering equally good or if not better food, which are far better value.

The second I walk in a drunk man asks me if I came in to look for older men and saying other foul things that I can’t mention here. My friend walked in a few minutes later and she told me she was also verbally harassed by this man. It was crowded and workers were busy so we just went straight to our tables in disbelief. This is in no way the fault of the workers, but there needs to be at least one security man to keep an eye on people that get too drunk and start having antisocial behaviour . The food, ambiance, customer service was great but that embarassing experience alone ruined my lunch with my friend

Very busy. Nice atmosphere, a smidge noisy. Nice decor. Tasty food in the Ploughman's, but not sure it would give a plough man all the energy he needs for a day's ploughing. It could have done with more bread and cheese.

Quite an unfortunate experience as the table next to us were loud and obnoxious throughout. Their conversation reached screaming pitched and their language became filled with expletives well above the already noisy (and otherwise pleasant) atmosphere. The team did nothing to address it at any stage and even took turns joining in with it. Otherwise the food was good but we won’t be coming back.

Came in for the Sunday roast and it was amazing both in food quality and service. The highlight of the evening was the bartender Marios, he helped us choose the right wine and made great cocktails. Will surely come back here again.

Very nice pub/restaurant, which sadly seems to be suffering because of its popularity. We visited on a Wednesday evening and it was very busy. We struggled to find a table for the 5 of us to eat together but got there in the end. We also went to the bar to place our food order cos the waiter kept seeming to miss our table, and we were starving! I had the Ham and egg with chips, and thankfully, it was worth the wait as tasted delicious. Would suggest booking ahead if you are going to visit and eat there.

The food and atmosphere were wonderful and the service was exemplary. Emily in particular was incredibly attentive and bearing in mind it was a busy Sunday afternoon, she could not have been more efficient or friendly. Looking forward to coming back here again. Fantastic.

Shame you can no longer go into a pub for a drink these days. It’s all about the food and if you’ve not booked you’ve no chance. They have a restaurant at the back and still don’t keep the bar area for walk ins.

Cocktails are served in little diddy glasses, almost half the size you would see outside London, I was expecting it to be served by a Lego waiter it was that small...

Delicious Sunday roast! Had the chicken and the beef followed but sticky toffee pudding! 🤤 perfectly cooked and very generous helpings. Comes with all the trimmings. Perfect way to spend Sunday evening. Service was splendid and Phoenix attentive and smiley 🙏

Such a fantastic authentic old architectural pub in the heart of SW3 Kings Road Chelsea. Beautiful interiors. Seriously good food and the best atmosphere. Probably The Best Sunday Roast around - Need to Book !! first class service and ambiance too.

We very much enjoyed the outside area, it was definitely a busy Sunday roast lunch for them, so it was somewhat difficult and awkward to get an order in, having to shout over people having lunch at the bar. But the drinks were good, other than a pile of bins outside, it wasn’t too bad a spot.

Pretty good actually. Service was really good. Nice atmosphere. Food was excellent. Good wine. Hard to argue with.

Your doorman let your establishment down last night, 21/10/2023. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour.

Unfortunately all 1 star as the doorman was very rude and did not allow me and my father into the pub to watch the rugby. We decided to go to the Cardogan Arms to watch the rugby, when we got to the pub there was no "hello" or "evening" , a tall security man just looking intimidating and telling us "it's private" to which I replied the whole pub? To which he ignored me and just looked away , we managed to find another pub to watch the rugby without any hassle from the doormen who were actually far more polite and welcoming at Potters Chelsea than this pub. I will not be returning here again.

Overall experience was fantastic, great food and agreat atmosphere. Staff were amazing (they were really on top of my allergy restrictions). Would highly recommend.

Waiters with great sense of humour, a lovely convivial setting despite the boldness of the colours and decorations, extremely pleasant food choices, I’d totally bring anyone who wants ‘the English experience’ here. 🇬🇧 Must orders: - Paneer Curry —> balanced flavours with depth and mellow aftertaste. Lovely raita and chutneys for the complexity. - Cherry Trifle —> best trifle I’ve ever tasted. The balance of the jelly, custard, and sponge is delicately perfect. It is not as sweet as I thought it would be and the kick from the liqueur rounds up the dish wondrously.

Came here for Sunday Lunch and was very impressed with the staff. All so kind and friendly. Went out of their way to assist, got my dog water, showed him plenty of attention. The staff were attentive throughout, had a positive attitude and overall just made the visit so enjoyable. The food was divine, I usually don't like forking out for a Sunday lunch but I'm glad I did. The interiors are also stunning. A Must visit for any Londoners.

One of the loveliest pubs I've been to with the nicest staff. I booked a space for 20 of me and my friends for my birthday to have a couple drinks before going to Raffles. Despite the rugby world cup being on, the manager managed to keep our space free, and were really kind to us. They even found my friend some plasters for her rubbing shoes despite the bar being heaving. The drinks were delicious (vodka lime soda with fresh lime is my new favourite drink), and reflected a Chelsea price. Saying that, the charm of the pub, its liveliness and delightful staff really did make the night extra special. If I lived closer I would love to make this my local!

Beautifully ornate pub with really good classic food and genuinely excellent service. Describe themselves as dog friendly for friendly dogs which was super helpful for the four-legged member of our party. Very welcoming and will definitely be going back!

Looks a bit nondescript from the outside, but it's quite charming inside! Truly excellent food, cocktails, and deserts.

Waitress looked / dressed like she'd just got out of bed / that's the least the disappointment. Very greasy and salty difficult to digest fish n chips. Waitress looked angry as we didn't wait to be seated with her permission 20 empty tables. Price wow. Half a guiness, double rum n coke,+1 fish n chips : £50. And greasy. The" blues " blaring with Howling Wolf reminding us of another era. Never again. Plenty of superior alternatives for this price.

Today was my last visit to this pub. We were sat in the rose room. This is a dingy space in which we struggled to see the menu and what we were eating. Sadly the food was cold- very disappointing when a roast dinner is charged at £36. We ordered an expensive bottle of red wine which arrived straight from the refrigerator. The waiter suggested we call ahead in the future if we want the wine at room temperature. Halfway through the meal the televisions ( one on each wall in a small dining room) came on with the football showing at full volume. For a pub which is charging premium prices this was rather surprising and most unwelcome.

Service is ok apart from the fact that they don’t let you taste your wine once opened, (they offer £500+ bottles on their wine menu) the waiter just poured it in the glasses whitout a care. Fyi, the wine I ordred had a cork so the tasting was due. A big let down for a wine enthusiast. Food was all ok apart from my starter, fried whitebait, very greasy and rather hard to digest. I can still taste them 3 hours later and it isn’t pleasant. I definitely wouldn’t choose it again. Average, british pub experiece, with disappointing bits….at a premium price.

Good overall, we had a really nice waitress. Food is good too, but pricey: seriously, £7 for a scotch egg extra on a ploughman with a ridiculously small chunk of cheese? Still on the ploughman, the chef need a course on how to prepare a romaine... The deserts were nice tough and the fish and chips very good.

Traditional British waterhouse, the decor is very decadent, rich in textures, dripping in tradition and aesthetically pleasing! It's a great spot to enjoy a drink and soak up the atmosphere on King's Road! Highly recommend.
