Wonderful staff! Brought my dog with me & a kind gentleman brought him a little bowl and some treats right away. The food was delicious and the drinks were lovely!

One of my fave pubs in London. Perfect little garden on a sunny day too. Brilliant atmosphere, great food and fab service from the bar staff and especially Karolina. Looking forward to coming back soon.

I've once again returned to my favorite neighborhood in London, and popping in for a lovely drink is always a must. The Builders Arms is a place that gives me serious déjà vu—it keeps calling me back. This time, I managed to sit outside in the small courtyard, enjoying a couple of drinks. Karolina and her colleague (apologies, I can't remember his name) made me feel truly special—sometimes a simple smile goes a long way. As soon as I'm back in London, I will definitely visit again!

Staff are brilliant, as are the spicy Bloody Mary’s. I love the Builders! Carolina is always particularly helpful to all the guests

Looks nice, decent menu, has a decent pub ambience, but only the one beer on cask, disappointing because. Needs a better selection of beer.

I loved the roasted aubergines. The fish and chips was exceptionally good too.

Miguel, Dani and Cat have served me numerous times over the previous few months, and every time has been delightful. The customer service is pristine and its always a pleasure to come to the builders. On top of that, the food is incredible. Great place to come to if you're in Kensington.

Our family’s favorite pub turned second kitchen. You can always expect great food, drink and atmosphere all thanks to everyone who works there. The staff are truly the heart of the Builder’s Arm. Dani has taken care of us since day one causing us to become regulars and book multiple special events. PS: The Sunday roast is a must!

I recently visited The Builders Arms in Kensington for a Sunday roast, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The service was poor - after taking our order, the staff didn’t check on us at all. No one came back to see if we needed drinks or to check if everything was okay during the meal. It felt like we were completely left alone. The biggest issue, however, was the roast itself. We ordered two sharing roasts (£48 each) and one individual roast for £22. Given that the sharing roast costs more than double the price of the individual one, you’d expect a significantly larger portion - but that wasn’t the case. The sharing roast for two included just one piece of stuffing and one pig in blanket to split, along with only four roast potatoes between two people. Meanwhile, the individual roast had four potatoes for just one person, but no stuffing or pig in blanket. The portioning was completely off, and everyone left still feeling hungry, which really shouldn’t happen at that price point. For the cost, we expected a well-portioned, satisfying meal, but instead, we got an unbalanced, underwhelming experience. Combined with the lack of attentive service, it’s not somewhere I’d be in a hurry to return to.

A huge disappointment, the aged beef (Sunday roast) was very bad. I won't come back.

Excellent choice of keg ales, great friendly staff. We ordered from the lunch menu and were disappointed, though the mains, especially the pie looked good.

Popped in to this pub for lunch while shopping. Was very busy so we knew it was going to be good. Ordered shareables (not off the main menu which also looked very good) - the sourdough bread bowl with Gorgonzola and rosemary - it was amazing; the chicken skewers and Parmesan fries were also good.

I’ve been here a few times and the staff are always very friendly and pleasant— id recommend the Sunday roast and the lamb main dish if you’re ever visiting—as I live around the area the staff also told me about the different associations I could join for discounts as well.

Came in with the Mrs after a long day, had been suggest to me previously bu some friends. The guy that served us Miguel, was amazing. Friendly and efficient, what else could you ask for after a hard day. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back!

The atmosphere is very calm. We come from Spain and the waiter has made an effort to speak to us in Spanish. There is a blanket on each chair in case it gets cold. It is not a cheap place but not excessively expensive either. We had two beers, a Coke, a water and a snack for £25.

Attended during the Ireland vs France game as I wasnt able to get to Dublin in time. Met Miguel who was just a gem and was the one of the best barmen I have been served by in my short time in Kensington. Recommended me a great pint which I did end up changing to all afternoon. Will be revisiting for the great service. Food was good

Staff were welcoming from the moment we entered, we came in looking for a table for two at a busy hour and they were very attentive at all times and took care of our needs. The food was also excellent in particular the brisket pie along with a nice selection of beers. Big shout out to our waiter max. Highly recommend

Service was pretty bad. They were out of several dishes from the main menu (which is only about 12 dishes in total might I add)...at only 6pm...and we were only told AFTER we ordered and it was sent to the kitchen that they were out of it. They also didn't accept a photo ID of a 20 year old to get a single beer, nor his college ID, even though he was also was with this family. On top of that, the waiter guy with curly brown hair disappeared for 25 minutes and had us waiting all this time to get the check. Would not recommend.

I've been visiting the Builders Arns since 1983 and recently popped in for a drink as I was in the area - I would recommend it, tucked away South of Kensington High Street its a smartly decorated pub with a nice atmosphere, great selection of Beers and the food is very nice indeed - give it a try

Really nice pub, nice environment, located in a really good area Scotch egg was amazing and come with some kind of pickle relish, I had tried the cheese and the fries with cheese and was really good as well. I will definitely comeback

The staff were really lovely and accommodated a last minute requested from my husband to alter the dessert to a birthday treat 😊 lovely and bussing atmosphere. We went on a Monday night and it was quite busy so I’d recommend booking ahead to be safe. Lovely food overall. We enjoyed the chicken skewers, scotch egg was okay - a bit dry! We enjoyed our mains too - classic fish & chips and chicken Milanese. Lovely night overall.

We were visiting from the US. We came for dinner and drinks before a show. The servers were SO nice to us. The restaurant was packed, and we were 15 minutes late because we got lost on the tube, but they still accommodated us. They were so helpful in helping us pick from the menu— the lamb was delicious! I would have liked a bigger portion, but the food was delicious. We would love to return when we visit London again!

Pre-dinner drinks for my husband's birthday. We reserved a table in advance and this was well organised. I would not have been able to stand for the duration without a table booking due to my disability. The staff were exceptionally efficient and welcoming. The bar snacks we had were very tasty. Came into the pub Thursday night, had a lamb rump and fish and chips. It was the best lamb rump ever cooked perfectly and the fish and chips was also very good. Dani was very lovely and friendly.

The pub was among others that had been suggested to me, so it was chance that I went. It was a good choice: Really nice welcome, good service and good food. The piece of cod for my fish and chips was one large piece, and the appel crumble dessert was good. And I did not have to choose between ice cream and custard - I got both. And I like the beer too
