It's a very cool and unusual pub. The food is delicious and the music is excellent. They have a live music venue downstairs, but you have to buy tickets well in advance. Highly recommended!

Very nice place. We didn't eat, only drank. But the service was super super fast and the staff was very friendly. They have a wide selection of cocktails, wine, and beer.

For the short time that I was there. The atmosphere was the best. I loved the way the restaurant was decorated. The one act I saw was amazing though. The area was smaller than I thought it would be, but that was fine.

I've noticed a consistently bad attitude among the staff here, which has been a recurring issue for several years, probably since around 2021. It's disappointing because I used to enjoy coming here before all the changes happened, but now I question why I bother. The constant repetition of the same historical facts like 'Jimi Hendrix and Bob Dylan played here' doesn’t make up for the lack of customer service.

I think that the Gooey Sticky Toffee Pudding has been the best dessert I’ve ever had

Honestly, would never have went in there if it was not for the guard who told ud about the basement. Class security! Also felt very safe with him around

Didn’t eat but didn’t want to give an unfair star rating as the venue itself was really fun. Lovely garden out back, downstairs for a gig was small and packed but good fun and the bar staff were great

The pasta of the week was a risotto. When I said, lightheartedly, that risotto was a rice not a pasta the waitress argued back very patronisingly saying that Italians view risotta as pasta. I googled this ‘fact’ and discovered that Google also thinks that Italians do not believe risotto to be a pasta. The point is irrelevant but the fact is that she was very aggressive, needlessly so, and the risotto when it came was horrible anyway and delivered to me with a sneer and a scowl.

A must go in this area, live music at night. Real English food in the day

The place is great. Good atmosphere. The dishes are great. But on the other hand disappointed with the desserts.

Beautiful pub in the Earl's Court area where you can spend a pleasant evening with live music. We ate very well, delicious ribs and shepherd's pie. On Sunday evening there was jazz music, a characteristic atmosphere with soft lights, really beautiful. Top service, I recommend it!

Excelente y transicional cocina británica, personal agradable y una increíble decoración interna británica / medieval. También tienen una sala debajo de la planta baja para conciertos, pero es necesario reservar entradas con antelación para eso. Bunch of fag it’s work at this club boys, they let a dj who play on his lap too for two hours run the show, security is a joke, homegirls brother can’t dj, and they stuck d, if your American don’t go here.

Sold out show for James McVey. Far too hot inside the basement part of the venue. There was no air con until after the gig had finished, was no use to me after. Other than that the gig was great and both supports Louis Oliver and Grace Gachot were good too

Amazing experience. Came for jazz night learnt so much from the night with the band giving a history chat as well as playing some amazing music. Freddy on the service side of business was amazing. Great place to grab a pint and take in a fun night.

Very cozy place offering the true English pub experience. Lovely staff, great food, fair prices. Highly suggested! I went for an English breakfast (12£) for the Sunday brunch and it tasted very good.

We went for a local music performance in the basement venue, so didn't try the food and there's no service down there. The venue is small so you are pretty close to whoever is performing even at the back, but it's super narrow and if crowded it's hard to move around and definitely no room to dance if that type of music. Overall cute space but depends what you're there to see

Lovely place. The food options are a bit limited, but delicious. If you can catch some live music here, I'd certainly recommend going. It can get really loud and busy, with the decor being quite busy too it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming if you're not ready for it.

Historic and iconic popular music venue in Earl’s Court, hosting a private stage for famous and upcoming artists since the 1950’s. Serving freshly prepared locally sourced seasonal foods to a high standard! Wonderful and friendly service, beautiful people throughout, great place for a great night! 10/10!

The only solice I take is the refund was issued for the whole meal from the, miserable, unengaging, hard to get attention, terrible staff. Definitely no welcome with a smile!!! Toast breaking into a million pieces only to be eaten by hand, 4 poached eggs….hard boiled!!! Needless to say im still hungry…

Cozy and unique. The hamburger meat falls apart, it is not kneaded. The ribs are worldwide. The chips are very delicious. The site is worth stopping by on any plan.

Went for a birthday dinner on Saturday night with my daughter and her boyfriend. I had last been there a couple of years ago and enjoyed it. This time it was very crowded. The atmosphere was good but the service was painfully slow. We had to ask for a menu, ask to order our drinks, ask to order food (the first course arrived after 30 minutes and we had chase our main courses about one and half hours after sitting down). Nothing was written down and there appeared to be no system for keeping track of orders, apart from "wait for the punters to chase us". However, regulars and friends of the waiting staff seemed to get served quicker. A 15% service charge was added to the bill for good measure. I received a "booking feedback" email yesterday, which merely thanked me for booking and hoped we would visit again - without actually asking for any customer feedback!

Amazing place, in terms of history and decoration. Me and a friend came in for a cocktail or two, no food. Diverse drink menu with classic cocktails, which we appreciated. They were not, however, good value for money - a £15 martini, which came barely cold, suuuper boozy (not much diluted by the ice of a shaker) and did not even half fill the (nice) serving coupe. They were super busy and loud even early in the evening (6 PM) so it's understandable, but I found it difficult to get a waiter's attention after the first order. Might be better to avoid the dinner rush crowd and pre-concert hours next time, if just going for a drink.

Monday Early Afternoon. Excellent value for money. Food delicious particularly the Brisket Burgers. Service excellent and a great quirky environment full of great musical history. Ian the Manager was very kind and took us downstairs to the stage and gave us a talk about the history and events. Definitely recommend and definitely going back.

We only knew about this place last week when doing an American in Werewolf film location. Today we came for brunch I had the vegetarian breakfast which was delicious and really filling. Great staff will visit again when in the area

My favourite pub in London. Every time I’ve been, the service, food and drinks have all been exceptional. The jazz night is amazing and the beer garden is the perfect place for an evening drink / bite to eat.

My experience at Troubadour London was excellent. The cocktails were top-notch, and the starters were equally tasty. The main course didn’t disappoint either. We stumbled across this place in search for breakfast on a recent weekend away in London. What a find! Lovely little place with a long history of famous musicians playing there. Lots of interesting things to look at inside. The breakfast and coffee are first rate. We will certainly be back!

Great food, the fries and the goat cheese salad with roasted piztachios are simply divine! And the soda is really good too. The place itself looks fantastic. There's nothing to complain about here.

Old, Quirky and authentic with fresh, interesting staff and simple but complex flavoured food. Thoroughly enjoyed the almond, chilli scordalia, olives and pita and beautifully spiced and crusted ribs with troubadour Limoncello & elderflower spritz. Chilled and knowledgeable waiters made the evening in the garden even more enjoyable 👏🏻

Nice pub, not too big. Not too small. Friendly staff, good music and a nice atmosphere. It's a great place to sit down, eat something, have a drink and talk. There's a garden seating area too. You can see a chunk of music history on the walls, too.

Great place to drink and see music. Less good place to eat. Vegi breakfast is solid, salads are a bit rough.

Met with the biggest smile and warm reception despite ordering at 9:40pm, twenty minuets before close! Really fancied some pub grub and they certainly delivered! Can’t thank the owners and staff enough for fitting us in, I know it’s tempting to refuse service towards the end of a long shift and your’e all tired but you didn’t. Thank you very very much!

Sensational Garden Burger (VG) 16.95 gourmet vegas paty & brioche, vegan cheese, house pickles & sticky red onion, bbq sauce, w/ fries The BBQ sauce gives it a unique flavor. The buns were crispy and overall not bad.

We were in town for a concert and had a wonderful dinner here before the show. Personable service, high-quality food at a great price point, and you can't beat the history. This was my kids' first experience with Sticky Toffee Pudding. A+!!!

Called in on the hoof & had a really good experience. It’s a legendary, independent music venue with bags of character & crammed with musical artefacts, as well as being a long established bar/restauraunt. My visit was for food & my meal was very tasty. The menu is straightforward & no nonsense, described as British comfort food infused with a gourmet French twist. The wine & cocktail selection was also appealing. It was quiet on my visit & service was friendly & attentive. Nice little garden tucked away at the back.

Our host/server was very calm in the face of eight people, a pram and a five year old. He brought a laid back charm that immediately brought me back to 90s Portland at the height of Grunge. With a historically-accurate blonde Kobain cut, he would expertly understand what was going on while paradoxically exuding a post-joint non-chalant confusion. It was a great night with club music rumbling from the basement. The sandwich bread was a bit dry. Good beer selection.

My two friends and I had a meal there 1st June. Very quirky, lots to look at . Staff very friendly, service good. Only thing I found a tad uncomfortable was how tight the tables were next to chairs or benches. Quite uncomfortable that we asked to move. Other than that great place.

Food was incredible. Really good and appreciated the chefs doing a gluten free version for me. Giving 3 stars as the wine was horrendous. Tried two different bottles of two different types and both were unpleasant. Would happily update my review if the wine list improves!

This place is most of all a tourist trap. The two young ladies doing the service were not interested in their job at all and should be doing something else. You cannot not tip them as there is a cover charge. The food was dreadful: salad from a plastic bag with a spill ov vinegar and some goats cheese. Soggy fries. A luke warm burger patty on cold salad and tomato. Real bad. As this is or was a famous folk club, it is of course packed. The spirit of the good old days can be seen and felt in the deco. But the rest is totally disappointing, and Bob Dylan surely would have complained about the food and service there if he were to sing there again nowadays. Left after dinner and skipped the folk singer downstairs. Seeing a guy with less than 100 views on Youtube per song for 15 pounds seemed like just another rip off after the food desaster.

The location is beautiful, it is inspiring, has a lovely garden, decent drinks and coffee. But p e o p l e really make the place! At Troubadour they are hit and miss. On several occassions they made mistakes, forgot food orders, were rude and weird. Today was the last nail in the coffin. I brought my friend to show him Troubadour, and as we are not local to the area - we had to travel. We arrived 12.20 (they open 12.00 on Mondays) and found the place closed. No explanation, no notice. The staff inside were talking and laughing, and could clearly see us, but didn't bother to open the door and chat to us. I called them, and a rude man answered the phone, and said "we decided to open from 5 pm today". He didn't apologise or offer any sympathy. It is a shame that a beautiful place is ruined by people who work there, while their main job is customer service. Oh well! 1 star for the historical door.

Very nice, cozy place - I’m not sure if there’s other times when it gets busy, but when it’s quiet, a very good place for a traditional British meal and a pint.

Good atmosphere, and good food, but the service was awful to mediocre. One guy on the floor kept pushing us if we wanted shots with our drinks which we explicitly said "No" twice and when he came back with our drinks he still went on and annoyed us with the same question, we are trying to relax and enjoy our time off, not looking to be pressured for pushing sales (your drinks).
