Wagamama - Knightsbridge in Kensington and Chelsea

Very tourist restaurant, we ordered a B&L combo, which include a whole lobster and a classic burger, fries, salad. adding extra mac and chess. The lobster is fine but other foods are really normal, and the Mac & cheese is just some white sauce on the macaroni but no taste of cheese. dont know why so many over-ratted comment for this restaurant. Can have a try but only a try, i believe there are so many restaurants can offer much better lobster with this price.

Food is delicious, staff are helpful, my little boy doesn't know how to deal with his lobster but with the help of handsome staff named Oliver 😆, everything is done and we do enjoy the dinner. Highly recommended

Good food, wonderful service, a bit pricey

Food was ok maybe because I eat this all the time I prefer here because the staff from soho is very rude and stupid.

Classic whole lobster was good for the price, lobster roll is not at the same level with whole lobster but surprisingly their price were same. I advise you to go for whole lobster not for roll. You need to ask for lobster utensils they are not serving otherwise (scissors etc), we enjoyed during our lunch and they are definitely kids friendly

The Lobster Roll was very delicious and the Mac & Cheet was delicious. The burger was average and a little heavy.

Hello Friends, A nice surprise, a restaurant located on the 5th floor of a large commercial area, saw the address on Google maps, we had an aperitif which is a real delight made and served by a great bartender, the rest we had a burger, a real delight, look at the photos, it speaks for itself, there is a very large park a few steps away, be careful to look for parking but this should not be an obstacle to coming, it is recommended, don't don't forget to book because there are a lot of people seeing you soon for other adventures 🥳

Tasty but small lobster, burger was cooked okay but bun was not fresh and vwry stale. Chips were tasting okay. Nothing too special for the price. I have asked which wine wine goes with the dish, and the waitress said all are good and wanted to go while i was still deciding. She was coming over every 10 mins asking how food is.

Ginger was great!! She gave us a great service and explained the menu very professionally such a beautiful place for sure will be back soon !

The waiter we had disappointed with the experience. We work and live here and we speak perfect English, although we are foreigners, and the waiter did not try to understand us. He was determined to bring us food that we didn't want and he didn't pay attention to us. The truth is that it was disappointing.

Service was great. Absolutely enjoyed my food. Actually better than last time. Very comfy and welcoming Third time here now- I haved added on to this review as it seems to be getting worse with each visit. Hectic atmosphere, overworked staff- forgetting orders and simple requests. The food was salty, greasy and the lobster was a tiny portion for a whole lobster. The place also seemed a little dirty and unattended in areas. I wil not be going back. It was unenjoyable.

A dangerous restaurant on the fifth floor. The atmosphere is good, the place is large and crowded, but the Asian worker received a bad reception from the reception. We came to their house without our money, but inside the service was good, the order was not long, the food was delicious, the burgers were delicious, the lobster was delicious and worth the visit, and the prices were low 👆🏻👆🏻 And the last thing is the internet. He won't cheat again 😬🤣

My favourite place to eat in London!! Best lobster I ever had!! And Zakir at the Knightsbridge branch was very friendly and helped us with ordering the right stuff and amount!🙏

The food was great and so was the atmosphere! Wasn't so impressed with the service and how long it took. It was also my birthday and the waiter wished me a happy birthday but nobody went the extra mile unlike other places but all good.

We hadn't booked but were given high stools easily. Our waiter Lubi was lovely, giving advice, checking details with the chef - just all around friendly and attentive! The food was good too - we had the tabbouleh salad, beast burger and the regular burger.

Lubi was an excellent server. Attentive and informative. Only issue was that the service charge was 13.5% which I feel is high for the UK. I’d appreciate 10% service charge with the option of adding more if preferred.

If I could zero I would we dined here on Sunday lunch time … two us had beast burger with lobster and the other two only beef burger . The ones who had lobster me and my friend has been sick vomiting and Diarrhea nonce stop since this morning ! Definitely The Lobster !

Warm-ish welcome. Nice buzz about the place. Saturday night (7pm) so pretty busy. Decent house white, nice choice of food (we had a lobster roll and a burger). Service top. The only downside was the chocolate fondant; no melting middle and mediocre taste. Manager removed it from bill and we didn’t eat it.

The portion sizes are quite small, and unfortunately, the food doesn't justify the price. The quality of the dishes falls below the usual standard. The service is average, and overall, I can't honestly recommend this restaurant.

Overall good but a little pricey. It is what you expect reasonably good food but expensive. The lobster is good but you don't get a lot of meat out of it. The original burger is fine but your better ordering the more expensive one has a lot more flavour and the chunky chips are better than the skinny. Service was okay nothing special.

Great food! I had a B&L combo and it's a good value for its portion. I was served by Zak who was really amazing and helpful I would also give him a 5 star review for his customer service!

I was excited to taste the mac and cheese at Harvey Nicholas, but I was disappointed by the bland and pricey dish. It was not a main course, but a side dish that came with a lobster claw. The restaurant was hard to find on the top floor, but the service was quick and courteous. My waiter Zach explained how to crack the shell and scoop out the meat. It was a fun and elegant experience, but not worth £17.00. Next time, I will try something else from their menu.

Curious place inside a building. They have burgers and lobster. It is advisable to order a combo so you can try several things. Overall very tasty although the lobster was overcooked. Excellent service and overall very positive.

If you don't make a reservation and choose an expensive menu, you won't be served. Strict treatment for Japanese people, and harsh treatment for Asian people. Be prepared for it to be tough. The seats too.

I recently dined at Burger and Lobster and was left quite disheartened by the experience. My wife and I ordered a combo package, unaware of its exact contents. To our surprise, a plate of oysters was served to us. As I began to enjoy them, adding lemon and picking one up, the staff abruptly and forcefully removed the dish from our table. They informed us that it was a mistaken order, destined for another table. Despite my willingness to pay for the oysters I had touched, the staff took the same dish to its intended recipients. Out of concern, I felt compelled to inform the other customer, as I had already handled their food. Aside from this unsettling incident, the overall quality of the food was underwhelming. The burgers, a staple item, were notably bland and lacked even a hint of salt, diminishing their flavor considerably. This experience has left me with a sense of disappointment, as I expected a higher standard of service and culinary quality from a renowned establishment like Burger and Lobster. UPDATE1: Received a "How we did" email which I responded to with reservation details and all, haven't heard back. not impressed at all.

Everything was so yummy I enjoyed every dish
