Absolutely terrible first time after 25 minutes wait they brought a burger that was completely overcooked with tiny bits of old lobster you could tell it’s from leftovers complain to the Manager had to wait another 30 minutes for them to bring again a burger that was so overcooked it was like a piece of wood And they had the audacity to charge service charge and the bill We used to go to this place quite a lot but never again it was pretty much empty with terrible staff they were chatting when the food was waiting for them to deliver unbelievable

We were here for the first time 3 years ago and definitely had to come back again. The food was once again fantastic and the service from our friendly waitress Lubi really impressed us. Everything is great! We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

Burger and Lobster is beside Hyde Park. The restaurant offers fresh lobster. Food quality is superior. What makes this place exceptional is the service. The waitress is very friendly and attentive. She gave fair and real recommendations on menu choices. Her service made this restaurant worth for a second visit! Her name is Lubi. The restaurant is a bit noise during peak hours. Apart from this, all is good! Recommend to try this London Lobster experience.

In my humble opinion, it is not worth trying at all Save your money and go to any other restaurant, this one has no taste or price I paid 300 riyals for two meals that do not make you fat or make you feel hungry, and I wish the taste was worth it
