We had an excellent dining experience, thanks to our waiter, Stefan. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. His service was prompt, and he made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. His warm demeanor and professionalism truly elevated our meal. Highly recommend asking for Stefan if you want top-notch service!

Come to eat in the afternoon on weekdays, there are not many people, and most of them come to eat alone. The service was excellent. I always ordered the B&L Combo before, but today I ordered the whole lobster grilled, which was also very good!

Visited in summer 2024 The restaurant is located on the fifth floor of Harvey Nichols. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Any error in the order, even if it is minor, will be corrected. Reservation required

My boyfriend and i made a reservation, we wanted to try lobster but the place looked and sounded like chaos since the moment we arrived.. They seat us close to kitchen. It was not environment to talk and enioy in peace which we were looking as we went on a date. People throwing the cutlery very loud, them talking to each other very loud and took 3 business day to bring me some salt. My boyfriend said that feels like we are in a fast food shop and no restaurant. Food was bland.. we order the lobster sandwich. Nothing special. The sauce was super fatty and my stomach was not good all night. I atr my food very fast as i just wanted to leave the place. We will never go back and dont go if u r planning a date.. this is not the place.

Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Service from Zak was great, as was the food but the menu had changed since we last came (many years ago) and the meals lacked a pickle side salad that they used to do. The kids burger was small for our 9yo boy who then tried to eat hubby’s lobster) but the lobster roll was delicious and the lunch deal was a great deal too.
