I won a competition on Instagram Me and my two guests were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. A lady, her name began with L? Was very accommodating, making us laugh and feel comfortable.. the manager even came over not only to say congratulations but to recommend dishes & cocktails which we were very grateful for. We had oysters, wagyu beef burger, lobster…all of which we had never tried before & wow it was incredible. We will be back next time we visit London. Thank you to all the team. Served by Racid, great service! Tried the set menu as we were't too hungry. Smashed wagyu burger was okay but not great. Desert was not good. Cheesecake consisted of whipped cream cheese out of a can with some biscuit sprinkles and strawberry jam. Please correct me if this is incorrect. Please improve the set menu. Thanks

The food was amazing as usual, all 5 of us on the table had a great experience, however the reason for the 5 stars was truly cemented by the service. Adri was hilarious, charming and extremely attentive. I can't say I've ever felt the need to write a review simply because of the service. She managed to make us all laugh, helped us with recommendations, shared a few travel stories all while providing efficient service without compromising quality. It was truly inspiring to see someone who is clearly so passionate and takes great pride in their work. Great food, great company, outstanding service and a wonderful experience as a whole.

Been to the Knightsbridge branch a few times and the service hasn’t always been great or attentive . Not sure if the management has changed since we last ate here, but it seems better in-terms of the staff and managers service to customers. We had great service from Oliver, he was very friendly and helpful.

The lobster roll is so delicious. There is enough lobster in it and it is plump, so it has a good texture and is delicious!! The bread was baked really well. It was slightly crispy on the outside, but not hard, and the smell of butter was really nice. The garlic lemon dressing served on the side was savory and made the roll softer. My husband had the classic burger, so I took a bite and it was just delicious, not overly salty or greasy! The oyster is also super delicious♡
