I had a fantastic experience at itsu in Notting Hill Gate! The food was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented—especially the salmon sushi and veggie gyoza, which were top-notch. The staff were friendly, efficient, and attentive without being intrusive. I also appreciated the range of healthy options and the reasonable prices for such high-quality Japanese cuisine. Definitely one of my go-to spots in London now. Highly recommend!

I am here almost everyday and there is a reason for it 😊 I love Itsu sashimi, the manageress is sooo friendly as are all the staff here in Notting Hill. Sometimes it's the people that make the place a success, and this is definitely proof of that. I've visited many Itsu restaurants over the years, but this one stands out as the lovely woman (manager? Owner? who knows!) who helped me out with my order went above and beyond. I didn't even need to collect my meal and wait, but she very kindly brought it across to my table. The space itself is light and airy and food delicious. It's worth returning to for such service!

I was so impressed with Georgina the manageress at the Notting Hill Itsu store. She treated her staff with respect and dignity and made us feel very welcome as customers. Thus should be the way all mangers should do their job!

I organised an event for a wonderful local charity, the ClementJames Centre, here last week, The lovely manager, Grayzna, couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. The upstairs space is very spacious and sunny, the service brilliant and the food delicious. Massive thanks to Grayzna and her great team!

Fantastic place for some delicious lunches to go. Love their Thai chicken pot or Thai chicken soup Have also tried chicken gyozu, katsu chicken, veggie Thai pot, chicken teryaki, all of which are delicious. I'm a regular customer at Itsu Notting Hill Gate store, all thanks to the amazing store manager. She was super helpful during my first order when I was a bit confused. Now, I'm hooked on the chicken gyoza! No more McDonald's for lunch for me! 😌

I have been going to this Itsu recently as I work in the area. I have been served by Grazyna, and she always has a smile on her face.

The place is very clean and spacious! Very good food and well served at quite affordable prices! The staff is very friendly and ready to help you when needed especially Grazyna but also Ramona. I recommend this place with all confidence. It is the place where I eat every day at lunch time. I also recommend chicken soup!

I visit this itsu for my lunch everytime i'm in our Notting Hill office - not only is the food reliably great, but the service is on another level. For a chain to have such incredibly friendly and helpful staff, always on hand but never intrusive, is fantastic. I’ve been eating at itsu for the past month or so, I was first greeted by the manager Grazyna, who was polite and very helpful, she was knowledgeable about itsu products explained how the butterfly system worked so basically for each meal you buy you are rewarded with a butterfly on your app so depending on how many butterfly you had earned you would be rewarded with a snack or a drink and if you’d collected 7 several butterfly’s you could purchase a free meal of your choice which I have now done on a few occasions. Grazyna talked me through the itsu menu giving me recommendations as I was new to the experience. Grazyna explained how itsu only used fresh produce and that the dishes are very healthy for you, she walked me through step by step on how to use the touch screen menu. I find itsu vegetarian dishes very tasty and great value for money, I would definitely recommend itsu if you’ve never been before. All the staff are helpful, if you’re passing by the Notting Hill Gate itsu if you have the time pop in, you won’t be disappointed. Clive

I lunch there almost once a week with my friend. Korean noodle with a miso soup are my favourites. Very spacious, quiet, well lit and clean space with very welcoming and helpful staff. Conveniently located close to the Notting Hill Gate tube station. Keep up the good work.

I visited Itsu on Wednesday and had a fantastic experience! I got free meals through Vitality and was impressed with the quality of the food. The staff were lovely, the place was spotless, and the location is perfect—right next to a busy park. The sushi is definitely my favourite! 🥰
