Amazing itsu, service is fast and polite every time I've visited. The blond lady short hair, was lovely and helpful when I forgot to request a receipt and changed my mind. Definitely my go to place to grab food for lunch. Perfect!!!

Paid extra for spicy sauce. Didn’t receive spicy sauce. Staff started an argument with me rather than just acknowledging a minor mistake. I was baffled by the rudeness of the chef and server, along with the refusal to do the absolute minimum. I will not return.

8£ for a "chicken teriyaki" which had 5 small pieces of chicken on top and just rice + rice + rice.. Sushi pieces tasted refrigerated and not fresh 4.39 (eat in) for a chocolate mousse smaller than a standard yoghurt. Tables were disgusting, very sticky and with hairs stuck in.. Service is bad, some items you have to pick up yourself from the shelves , other items we have to wait at the till.. All over the place, not clean and food quality is low Expensive considering other places around, quantities served and quality.. Won't return Blonde young lady was friendly

Whenever I work in Nottinghill, I always stop by for lunch. The food is delicious and you always can find something for yourself. It offers cold and hot meals in reasonable price. It has large sitting space upstairs that is not too busy. The stuff is very kind, they always greet you with a smile. Grażyna, the shop manager is really helpful, she explained me the itsu app, so useful to have it! I'm definitely going to come again. Thank you

I'm a recurrent customer my 7 years old boy love itsu He feel itsu like homemade food. When he was sick all week I was there buy the food for him is the only food He ate in all week. The stuff is amazing super friendly and super helpful. Always ready for help and support the customers. Amaizing atmosphere in the place.

Itsu just stole me!!!! Itsu needs better customer Service and hospitality personnel. I’ve just been charged for a lunch I did NOT have today; nobody knew how to refund; they tried and charged me again. Told the manager is only around on Monday. Front of house just said: I don’t know how to do it, next please! Would this not be theft? This is my question to you itsu! Young, inexperienced, people that don’t care to be the face of the company . I’ve been charged, left with NO FOOD TO EAT, stressed, wasted my time ( it took a gooooood time) and was charged again! Again!!!!!! I hope the company has some sort of compensation! 🙄

I remember the excitement when Itsu first opened in Notting Hill Gate, friends were talking about this new sushi restaurant ... perhaps it was one of the first branches to open? There seems to be an Itsu in most busy parts of London now and it's less a restaurant (even though you can sit in, of course) than a healthier takeaway option. I love their sushi selections (plenty of choices for squeamish people like me) and have eaten my way through most salads. Notting Hill Gate doesn't have much excitement to offer but I am always happy to find a reason to stop over.

Tried the new warm salmon bowl with veggies and rice. It was pretty filling and tasty. Good deal for the price. (6.99)

Useful fast food quality of some products seems stable across multiple shops but quantities differ eg famous chicken coconut soup is quite nice. At Notting Hill shop 3x more.chicken than on King's road

Petit restaurant rapide sur la route vers Nothing hils. Le libre service est une bonne idée 👍 le lieu est cool, et soigneusement décoré. Repas classique sans plus, cependant trop de coriandre (si j'étais eux, je me passerai rapidement de cet aromate car très mal supporté par une majorité de personne, j'ai eu l'impression de manger du savon). Bien pour manger sur le pouce.

Been coming here regularly and Store Manager Anya never fails to light up the room with her warm welcome and service. Very friendly and helpful staff too. A pity Itsu has made so many changes to the food menu over the past 2-3 years - they’ve removed my favourite chilli chicken udon and significantly reduced the amount of protein and fibre in each dish, substituting with more carbs and low value items. I understand higher cost of supply chain but it doesn’t seem reasonable to increase cost to consumers AND decrease quality of food at the same time. For example, removing the chicken off the chicken udon and replacing with gyoza is not a 1 for 1 replacement. It does not make sense why it should cost close to £9 per pot with 5 pieces of spinach leaves. I hope itsu can look into reasonable portion sizes and nutritional value per pot - it’s really declined tremendously in recent years that it’s making it hard for me as a loyal customer to want to return to itsu frequently

The rice with chicken tastes like dog food with wayyyy too much salt I know the food is not prepared on site so it’s not their fault but there are limits to how disgusting fast food can be . It is clearly not fresh. until now I came every day but I think this is defo gonna change . The team changed and so has the taste of the food.

This Itsu is my favourite for a number of reasons. 1) Its clean, fresh and fast service 2) the manager Grazyna is such a credit to the the company. She goes above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble . Infact she helped me to best use my app. A prime example of a leader who rolls up her sleeves and gets stuck in. 3) Its super reasonable in cost and has the best rewards platform. I leave feeling full and happy, thank you Notting Hill Gate itsu <3

It's an Itsu, so all as you'd expect, but a really nice upstairs seating area that overlooks the road. Good vibe.

It seemed like such a cute spot for lunch out with friends. There is a ton of nice seating inside and it isn’t too crowded. The service is timely as well and the food is decently priced. However, the food itself was completely flavorless, lacking all seasoning. Would definitely not recommend the 374 Veggie Gyoza Crystal Noodles. Overall, it seemed great, but in reality the food was quite bad.

Mala, sin sabor, sin ganas, sin nada. Industrial al máximo. Servicio? No hay Ambiente? Mesas sucias, pegoteadas y piso sucio.

Itsu ist eine Fastfoodkette für asiatische Noodlegerichte. Mehrere vegane Gerichte werden ebenfalls angeboten. Das Bestellprinzip ist von den großen Hamburgerketten abgeschaut: Mehrere Terminals zum Bestellen und Bezahlen. Einige Minuten später kann man sich das Essen vom Counter abholen. Entweder zum dort essen oder als Takeaway. Alles wie zu erwarten extrem durchstandardisiert. Das Essen ist insgesamt lecker. Allerdings gibt es nur eine Unisextoilette für das gesamte Restaurant, das wohl etwas weniger als 100 Gäste fassen kann. Für gelegentlich ist es in Ordnung.

Ok-tier food for the price, but small portions and not tasty

After finishing my lunch in itsu, i was on my way back to work and started packing outside my belongings. And suddenly ununiformed guy started saying its for customers only. I said i am a customer i am finishing my eating. I checked history lanyard and it was security. Because i did not know who he was. He introduce himself as. Ahmed or Mahomet. Tall curly hair guy. He looked confused. I told him to speak with Spanish manager i spoke earlier if i was a customer. He recalled him but started threatening to call police, and ecict me. I decided to make a complaint. I went inside and told managers that they need to resolve this. But instead they said it was misunderstanding. While the security guy wsd still harassing me. I was in shock. I worked in security for 3 years and that's a conduct breach. When i tol that i am gonna ring head office about neither security stopping harassing me. Neither managers acknowledging that i was a customer and security harassed me for no reason. I hope owners read this. Because i am running a bussiness and this is just over the top damage to franchise. 1/5 so the owners speak with managers. The other manager girl tried to resolve but didn't have understanding of the situation too. Terrible experience.

My go-to place for healthy Japanese nosh. Eat in or on the go. Reasonably priced always fresh.

Wasn't that busy and food was tasty and quickly served. The table sauces were a fun addition to the taste but the base chili was fine. Loos are upstairs and the delightfully decorated and sofa rich area looked great. I wish we'd gone up there immediately.

Itsu è uno dei posti dove ci piace andare quando siamo a Londra, questa volta per cena e questa volta (per la prima volta) a quello di Notting Hill Gate. Innanzitutto, la posizione è davvero comodissima, vicinissimo alla metro ed in una bella zona. Il locale è grande, offre molta varietà e si può ordinare con monitor, il piano di sopra ha anche una saletta. Nel complesso la qualità del cibo è buono e pur essendo una catena merita davvero. Consigliatissimo.

If you’re a foodie that has experienced cuisine from Greece, Italy or Spain - save your money from this place. The food here is topical seasoning (sauces or similar) that isn’t seasoned through. There was absolutely no flavour in my meal (from a foodie perspective). Definitely caters to the non-foodies alike.

The delivery time kept changing and the order came 2 hours later than the expected time. The delivery guy had so much trouble finding the place which was so unprofessional and frustrating as i had to be somewhere and made me even more late

The miso soup is ok as long as it hot but nothing special. The sushi is ok for this kind of fast food sushi restaurants. The atmosphere is also better than other, very nice decor. Service was quick.

Skrubbsulten familie på tur koste oss med asiatisk mat. Delikat og super rask servering. Mange veganske og vegetarianske alternativ. Det ble nydelig sushi, risebowl og nuddelbowl med saftige dumplimgs. OBS En halv time før stengetid er det halv pris på alle ferskvarer!!

As for a dine in place, it’s not as an attractive as it used to be before our visit time was around 16:00 and upstairs sitting area was closed for it’s customers. The other time we visited around 21:00 it was packed with people waiting for a discount with 5 boxes of sushi each, it looked as it we bumped at the soup kitchen for unemployed, it didn’t feel comfortable staying in.

Very tasty dishes. And the facility itself is calm.

For an Asian place, I'd say it's ok. No options for children and doesn't have many options anyway. If you really like sushi and other asian food, go for it. If you don't, just go the the McDonald's 2 meters away.
