I recently had the pleasure of dining at Itsu, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately set the tone for a delightful meal. What truly stood out during my visit was the staff. They were exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. From the moment I was seated, they made it a point to check in regularly, offering helpful recommendations and genuinely engaging in conversation. I am a weekly visitor at this branch for the past couple of years. The food is always up to standards, but what really captivated my loyalty to this particular branch is the team. With their warm welcome and attentiveness they have achieved a sense of community where many regular visitors like myself feel comfortable and well received. This is my regular lunch place in Notting Hill, the food quality is always top notch and the service is the cherry on top. Grazyra (and team) are always at hand to help, whether it’s choice of food, help with touchscreens or a simple smile of acknowledgment. I visit this itsu for my lunch everytime i'm in our Notting Hill office - not only is the food reliably great, but the service is on another level. For a chain to have such incredibly friendly and helpful staff, always on hand but never intrusive, is fantastic. I’ve been eating at itsu for the past month or so, I was first greeted by the manager Grazyna, who was polite and very helpful, she was knowledgeable about itsu products explained how the butterfly system worked so basically for each meal you buy you are rewarded with a butterfly on your app so depending on how many butterfly you had earned you would be rewarded with a snack or a drink and if you’d collected 7 several butterfly’s you could purchase a free meal of your choice which I have now done on a few occasions. Grazyna talked me through the itsu menu giving me recommendations as I was new to the experience. Grazyna explained how itsu only used fresh produce and that the dishes are very healthy for you, she walked me through step by step on how to use the touch screen menu. I find itsu vegetarian dishes very tasty and great value for money, I would definitely recommend itsu if you’ve never been before. All the staff are helpful, if you’re passing by the Notting Hill Gate itsu if you have the time pop in, you won’t be disappointed. Clive

I lunch there almost once a week with my friend. Korean noodle with a miso soup are my favourites. Very spacious, quiet, well lit and clean space with very welcoming and helpful staff. Conveniently located close to the Notting Hill Gate tube station. Keep up the good work.

Overall my experience was quite nice. The Thai rice bowl was awesome. Very good atmosphere in a great location. The service was very friendly, the girl with orange hair was very kind. I will come back definitely.

I visited Itsu on Wednesday and had a fantastic experience! I got free meals through Vitality and was impressed with the quality of the food. The staff were lovely, the place was spotless, and the location is perfect—right next to a busy park. The sushi is definitely my favourite! 🥰

Paid extra for spicy sauce. Didn’t receive spicy sauce. Staff started an argument with me rather than just acknowledging a minor mistake. I was baffled by the rudeness of the chef and server, along with the refusal to do the absolute minimum. I will not return.

8£ for a "chicken teriyaki" which had 5 small pieces of chicken on top and just rice + rice + rice.. Sushi pieces tasted refrigerated and not fresh 4.39 (eat in) for a chocolate mousse smaller than a standard yoghurt. Tables were disgusting, very sticky and with hairs stuck in.. Service is bad, some items you have to pick up yourself from the shelves , other items we have to wait at the till.. All over the place, not clean and food quality is low Expensive considering other places around, quantities served and quality.. Won't return Blonde young lady was friendly

Whenever I work in Nottinghill, I always stop by for lunch. The food is delicious and you always can find something for yourself. It offers cold and hot meals in reasonable price. It has large sitting space upstairs that is not too busy. The stuff is very kind, they always greet you with a smile. Grażyna, the shop manager is really helpful, she explained me the itsu app, so useful to have it! I'm definitely going to come again. Thank you

I'm a recurrent customer my 7 years old boy love itsu He feel itsu like homemade food. When he was sick all week I was there buy the food for him is the only food He ate in all week. The stuff is amazing super friendly and super helpful. Always ready for help and support the customers. Amaizing atmosphere in the place.

Itsu just stole me!!!! Itsu needs better customer Service and hospitality personnel. I’ve just been charged for a lunch I did NOT have today; nobody knew how to refund; they tried and charged me again. Told the manager is only around on Monday. Front of house just said: I don’t know how to do it, next please! Would this not be theft? This is my question to you itsu! Young, inexperienced, people that don’t care to be the face of the company . I’ve been charged, left with NO FOOD TO EAT, stressed, wasted my time ( it took a gooooood time) and was charged again! Again!!!!!! I hope the company has some sort of compensation! 🙄

I remember the excitement when Itsu first opened in Notting Hill Gate, friends were talking about this new sushi restaurant ... perhaps it was one of the first branches to open? There seems to be an Itsu in most busy parts of London now and it's less a restaurant (even though you can sit in, of course) than a healthier takeaway option. I love their sushi selections (plenty of choices for squeamish people like me) and have eaten my way through most salads. Notting Hill Gate doesn't have much excitement to offer but I am always happy to find a reason to stop over.

Tried the new warm salmon bowl with veggies and rice. It was pretty filling and tasty. Good deal for the price. (6.99)

Petit restaurant rapide sur la route vers Nothing hils. Le libre service est une bonne idée 👍 le lieu est cool, et soigneusement décoré. Repas classique sans plus, cependant trop de coriandre (si j'étais eux, je me passerai rapidement de cet aromate car très mal supporté par une majorité de personne, j'ai eu l'impression de manger du savon). Bien pour manger sur le pouce.

Been coming here regularly and Store Manager Anya never fails to light up the room with her warm welcome and service. Very friendly and helpful staff too. A pity Itsu has made so many changes to the food menu over the past 2-3 years - they’ve removed my favourite chilli chicken udon and significantly reduced the amount of protein and fibre in each dish, substituting with more carbs and low value items. I understand higher cost of supply chain but it doesn’t seem reasonable to increase cost to consumers AND decrease quality of food at the same time. For example, removing the chicken off the chicken udon and replacing with gyoza is not a 1 for 1 replacement. It does not make sense why it should cost close to £9 per pot with 5 pieces of spinach leaves. I hope itsu can look into reasonable portion sizes and nutritional value per pot - it’s really declined tremendously in recent years that it’s making it hard for me as a loyal customer to want to return to itsu frequently

The rice with chicken tastes like dog food with wayyyy too much salt I know the food is not prepared on site so it’s not their fault but there are limits to how disgusting fast food can be . It is clearly not fresh. until now I came every day but I think this is defo gonna change . The team changed and so has the taste of the food.

This Itsu is my favourite for a number of reasons. 1) Its clean, fresh and fast service 2) the manager Grazyna is such a credit to the the company. She goes above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble . Infact she helped me to best use my app. A prime example of a leader who rolls up her sleeves and gets stuck in. 3) Its super reasonable in cost and has the best rewards platform. It seemed like such a cute spot for lunch out with friends. There is a ton of nice seating inside and it isn’t too crowded. The service is timely as well and the food is decently priced. However, the food itself was completely flavorless, lacking all seasoning. Would definitely not recommend the 374 Veggie Gyoza Crystal Noodles. Overall, it seemed great, but in reality the food was quite bad.

Itsu ist eine Fastfoodkette für asiatische Noodlegerichte. Mehrere vegane Gerichte werden ebenfalls angeboten. Das Bestellprinzip ist von den großen Hamburgerketten abgeschaut: Mehrere Terminals zum Bestellen und Bezahlen. Einige Minuten später kann man sich das Essen vom Counter abholen. Entweder zum dort essen oder als Takeaway. Alles wie zu erwarten extrem durchstandardisiert. Das Essen ist insgesamt lecker. Allerdings gibt es nur eine Unisextoilette für das gesamte Restaurant, das wohl etwas weniger als 100 Gäste fassen kann. Für gelegentlich ist es in Ordnung.
