My wife and I stayed here after reading about it in Rick Stevies' London guide. It was one of the mid range hotels he recommended. I felt like it well exceeded the value for what we paid for 3 nights. The rooms are small, and the bathroom a little cramped, but the quality of all the appliances and bathrooms were excellent. The breakfast options were simple but delicious. There are lot's of good eating options in Earls' court and the Hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Underground. I felt like the value of this hotel far exceeded what we paid and it's a great stay for those not wanting to break the bank with a hotel closer to London central.

I cancelled my reservation due to my mother's passing. I asked for a refund and they didn't give it to me.

Great little hotel overlooking a quiet park, steps from the Underground with lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The owner/manager, a very nice lady, went above and beyond to take care of me (early check in, breakfast to go, etc.) Thank you!

Great updated small hotel. The staff were both helpful and friendly! The staff allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel after we checked out for a few hours as well...

We did enjoy our stay in this hotel, which is a kind of small in terms of the size of the rooms and dining room, but all the more cozy, clean, and most importantly, with empathetic and friendly staff. The hotel is situated not far away from the city center, in a residential area, the underground station, or bus stops are so called round the corner, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The hotel is literally 2 mins walking from the underground stop, in a residential area. When I checked in, I also had the luck to meet a very furry staff member 🤩♥️ Small but well-equipped room, very clean, kind staff. Continental breakfast, it does not offer a great choice of food though. All in all, I totally recommend this hotel!

Update 01/2025: This was my 3rd stay and it certainly won't be the last. The hotel is very well located 2 minutes from the metro station served by 2 lines, there are shops and pubs/restaurants around the corner. The Single room is certainly small but has all the necessary comfort including a kettle and a mini-fridge. And if you book in advance and via the hotel's website, the prices are very attractive. ************** Lovely hotel in the center of London. I booked a single room at a very interesting price. The room is very small but very well equipped. Breakfast is ok. 2 min from the nearest underground station

We had a great stay! The staff were friendly, rooms were clean, the breakfast was filling and the location was close to the subway. We would stay here again!

Having stayed in numerous hotels over the years in London, this is one of the nicer ones but it is very small. The rooms are nice and spacious, however the lift fits one person and our room was LG, the heater didn’t work so was freezing cold. However, the continental breakfast was great, they had fruit, deli meats, yoghurt, boiled eggs, filter coffee and tea. But it is only until 9:30 so no sleeping in I suppose. Shower was good, small but good strength, complimentary tea, coffee and chocolate/biscuits. Location wise Earls Court is a bit inconvenient but the rates are lower than the more central places. We mostly used the bus, but this hotel is right beside the station too. The price for this hotel was still expensive though, so I don’t think I would stay here again.

Very nice little place in Earl's Court with a wonderful staff and a homey vibe. They include breakfast in the rate (which we didn't have but appreciated) and welcomed us with an early check in. We had room 4 downstairs and it was really cozy. The only complaints we had were with the shower - the water pressure was abysmal and the shower needed a deep clean (looked like mold on the caulk / grout). They were able to hold our bags for a few hours after we checked out which was nice, and if the shower situation was resolved we would recommend it and would return.

We rented the small room. What was not specified is that the bed is 1 meter wide for 2 people. The staff is not very pleasant. The continental breakfast is very ordinary. The only positive point is the location close to the metro and a few pubs.

The air conditioning sent us cold, additional heating on wheels to compensate, but the window did not close tightly, we were taking in the frozen air from outside 🥶, very unpleasant in the middle of January. Small bed, only 1m20 wide, but comfortable. Decor of the cute little room, very practical mini fridge. Functional shower room but the grout between the tiles was missing, an uncleaned mark on the floor did not look good. No auxiliary heating in this room ☹. At breakfast, no scrambled eggs or beans, what a shame for a London hotel, however served in a pretty veranda. The last morning at 9:45 a.m. we were pushed out by a very unpleasant employee who had to clean the place. No commercial gesture to compensate for the discomfort of this fridge room in which we stayed. The hotel is near the Earl's Court metro, in the adjacent street there is a Marks and Spencers, fast food (McDonalds, Burger King, Paul).

Shower was really poor infant cold, just cold! Arrived at breakfast ten minutes early to be confronted and asked why I'm so early. "If your here tonight don't do this again"

A small and clean hotel, the room and bathroom are very small but that's normal for London. The breakfast, not English but European, was sufficient and good. Except the filter coffee, but that shouldn't detract from my positive impression of the hotel.

Hola!

The restaurant located in the lower ground floor in Harrods. The restaurant served delicious and great food The staff so friendly and welcoming It’s considered as an expensive restaurant but it worth it I recommend the restaurant to anyone who’s shopping in Harrods or want to eat in Italian Cusine

Really excellent service at the rotisserie counter, great choices. Amazing quality ham and loved the carrots too. Macaroni cheese was super tasty! They’d run out of rotisserie chicken unfortunately so had beef instead. Didn’t enjoy the beef it was rather chewy but the rest great! Large meal portions great value for money!
