Pleasantly surprised by how good the pizza was

Fancied a pizza for lunch and thought I'd give Pasqua at Harrods a try as I was passing. I was impressed with the service and attentiveness of the serving staff - very welcoming. The pizza (ham and mushroom) was pleasant enough, but nothing 'special' given I was in Harrods. The prices however were - £40 for a pizza and half pint of draft Moretti lager incl. cover and service charge. I'm used to paying half this amount (in London) and having a far tastier pizza. Not the best value for money from a food point-of-view, but if you like luxuriating in Harrods, Pasqua is a handy, relaxed stopping off point for some refreshment.

Pizza restaurant on the second floor of Harrods Very delicious, the pizza is crispy and the mac and cheese with truffles is very delicious after all I recommend it, it's worth a try!

I've been visiting this place for the past ten years, and the quality has remained exactly the same Ristto 10/10 Picana Pizza 5/10 Burrata 10/ 10 Truffle fries 10/10 They change you optional 12% service charge but I didn’t object as their service is exceptional

One of my favourite Italian restaurants in London. However, pastas used to be better a few years back. The vibes of this place and friendly welcoming staff are impeccable.

What a treat to dine at this cozy spot in Harrods! I was so happy to sit at the counter in front of the pizza oven with no wait during dinner hours. The pizzas are made to order and the truffle risotto was flavorful. The staff were very welcoming and attentive to my needs as well. A great alternative to the other eateries within the store and I highly recommend it after being on your feet shopping!

It is located in the same building as Harrods on the upper floors. Italian food. The service is excellent and fast. We ordered pizza and pasta. We liked the pizza. The pasta was delicious. I did not like the drinks. They have a high price in the bill. Be careful. There will be an additional price for the service. Payment is optional. You can ask them to deduct it from the bill. The sessions are always crowded. The atmosphere of the place is nice

Its a must when you visit London or pass-by Harrods. The Arabica pizza and Lasagna is the best. Prices is a bit high but worth it.

The Atomosphere restaurant in general is really nice, and the person holding the tables is helpful and kind when it comes to eating. The mac and cheese truffles are nice to be honest, but I didn't feel the amount of truffles was a lot and a little light. As for the traditional Neapolitan pizza, it is ordinary, and I did not like the lasagna at all, as the taste of the meat is not sweet. The Buratia salad is strange, but also ordinary.

An Italian restaurant inside the Harrods store on the second floor. The food is delicious. The service is excellent. Sometimes you need to stop the queue between entering. Their lasagna is very delicious. The pizza is delicious. It is a nice place to have lunch one day.

Visited during the afternoon on a Saturday, it was busy but we got seats straight away which was nice. Ambience was good and it was nice to have some hustle and bustle. We ordered a couple of soft drinks and for mains we had the special for the day which was the truffle Mushroom linguine as well as the truffle mac n cheese. Both were delicious and would highly recommend. The service was excellent and our server was nice and friendly, with food arriving in good time. Would highly recommend and go back again.

Small portions, pasta too al dente, spaghetti was confused with penne. Bolognese tastes like nothing. Coke mini bottle for £4.95. Toilets feel like 100 m away. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I was disappointed with my recent visit. Google Maps stated that the restaurant closes at 9 PM, so I took a cab and rode for 20 minutes to get there. When I arrived at 8 PM, I was told that they actually close at 8 PM. This discrepancy in hours caused a lot of inconvenience

An Italian restaurant in Harrods.. Every time we return to this restaurant, the restaurant is usually crowded and the waiting time is long.. If you want to avoid crowds, you should go early...the service is fast...the food is delicious The arrabiata is delicious, the pizza is delicious, and the risotto is also delicious If you visit London I suggest you try their pizza London wouldn't be the same without this restaurant

Today I had lunch at Harrods restaurant. It received a lot of praise, which is not normal, but unfortunately it is false praise. The food has no taste at all, to the point that we had to change the type of pizza, and the same thing has no taste, and the food smells bad! Unfortunately, the taste didn’t meet my expectations! The food is very bland, with no taste at all, and only the dishes look delicious until you try them out. The best Tiramisu in town! The garlic pizza bread is not very nice. Aubergiene Parmesan Tomato dish is excellent. Great pizzas. Parmesan Mushroom soup is okay, like not the best but not bad. Definitely try the Tiramisu.

The lasagna is very delicious 👍🏼 And the penne pasta means there is never anything missing The pizza is delicious 👍🏼 The salad is delicious, but the presentation method is unsuccessful. If the salad was all cut and the cheese was crumbled, it would be much tastier, and the amount of salad is once small. Prices are very high They charge a fee for the service, about 15 pounds, which you receive on the bill

I dined at the restaurant for the first time, they staff are welcoming and the food was served freshly made right before us, truffle macaroni and cheese, my favorite! Definitely coming back.

If you would to eat original Italian pizza, you should go to Pizzaeri. We were two and ordered; 1 Pizza (half margareta/half verra), 1 Burrata and 1 penne with pink sauce and Mushrooms. Definitely one of the options for a quick lunch especially of you are shopping in Harrods 👌🏻👌🏻

Premise: the 5 stars are for the food and the experience in general - which I review objectively - and I recommend you try it if you want to eat good Italian food (I'll talk about the service later). We sat down for lunch after a stroll through Harrods. We chose to sit at the counter to see first-hand the team working on preparing the dishes. We started with a plate of macaroni and cheese and then finished with a pizza, all accompanied by two glasses of prosecco. Both dishes were excellent, you can see the Italian touch and the use of quality ingredients. Absolutely worth trying! Coming to the service, what I unfortunately absolutely DIDN'T like was hearing the staff's comments directed at the people sitting at the table. The staff spoke to each other in Italian and, alas, being Italians too, we understood everything. I'll spare you the type of comments, as they are offensive, but it's certainly something that really doesn't suit a place like this, especially in an open kitchen with customers from all over the world. On this point, the place deserves ZERO stars. As I said above, the food is very good and I really recommend trying it. However, I also advise the restaurant manager to keep the staff at bay to prevent certain expressions from being used towards customers. If the manager is interested in finding out more about the incident, I am available.

The setting is very nice, especially if sitting at the counter. However the pizzas are very average and incredibly overpriced at £83 for two pizzas and two beers (yes, I know it's Harrods, and my review would be very different if the pizzas had been excellent, but they were not). For years, Pizza Ria in Harrods has been our destination, and Arabica is our favorite pizza 👌🏼. Sitting at the bar is fun, especially in the presence of the chef who sings in Italian and plays with pizza dough.. a strange atmosphere 🎵 🍕 Shawarma pizza is frankly ordinary, Arabica is the best.

Pizza here is good, the Bianca is just a notch up from it. Loved it. Service in the bar was great as well. Friendly and very attentive.

Been coming here for 10+ years always friendly staff never had an issue even at their busiest times they stay friendly along with the bar staff, came across lily since last summer and she’s still working here she is truly the friendliest staff and just the most pleasant energy to be around! :) The tiramisu is always the best along with their penne arrabbiata

Beware the hidden charges! The food does the job, however, is steeply priced, and while many may attribute to it being a resident at Harrods, you may be surprised to know that it is largely down to clandestine charges such as a flat £2 cover charge and unreasonably service charges for what can only be described as mediocre service. Picture this, you are a tourist that sits down at this establishment. You order a coffee and a pizza. The basic pizza arrives and you drink your coffee, only to discover the bill is a whopping £42. You look down and see £28 for the pizza, a fat £6.50 for the coffee, and a ridiculous £2 cover charge alongside a stupid service charge. That is 2 Nando's. That is multiple adopted animals. That is a nice meal at Goucho. Do yourself a favour, and go elsewhere!

The pizzas are always A1. Macaroni & cheese is 7/10 so not bad but stick to the pizzas they’re a winner :) the Filipino lady (sorry we forgot to ask your name!) is super efficient and knows how to talk to guests very well. Keep it up Harrods, in this day and age where good service with a smile is hard to come by, all your staff were great- despite some challenging patrons needing to be spoon fed 🥲
