The restaurant located in the lower ground floor in Harrods. The restaurant served delicious and great food The staff so friendly and welcoming It’s considered as an expensive restaurant but it worth it I recommend the restaurant to anyone who’s shopping in Harrods or want to eat in Italian Cusine

6 of us went here for lunch. Service was great. Food was good we had roast chicken, salad with chicken, pasta with truffle, fish and chips, burger. Everyone enjoyed there meal. Table fit the six of us and we had a good experience

Good service and good venue I ordered truffle pasta and dessert. The dishes are simple but show off their skills.

A beautiful and aesthetically pleasing ambience. A wonderful place to unwind after a days shopping. The food is excellent and exceeds the highest of standards. Service is great! A must visit. The cauliflower and truffle soup is divine, the saffron risotto is impeccable and not to mention the unique array of deserts!

We needed a drink after shopping at the legendary Harrods. Had a snack and was very impressed with the quality of the food, even though we didn't eat much. The drinks were exceptional cocktails. On our next trip, we will go back for dinner.

I really enjoyed my food there, especially the drinks , Lamya made me a second cocktail just because she thought the first one was not good, it's not necessary for that but she did, so I'm so happy that the restaurant treated guest well.

The food was ok, however the nutritional information is all a lie and when prompted, the staff were very unhelpful when providing any more information about the nutritional value in any menu items. Decent experience, but for any fitness heads out there, AVOID.

Foodwise this is good/ average but not excellent and also not level of JA. Have been at this place 3 times for business and friends dinners. The best thing it is not crowded and noisy

Terrible portions, £36 for essentially a fish finger and 6 dry oven chips, I have enjoyed nicer food in a kfc and you actually leave feeling full, this place should reduce the prices and then there wouldn't be so much to complain about, in conclusion just reduce the prices 😉

Usually pretty quiet and quite often has deals on Fork. Food is delicious but service is disjointed / uninformed

Wonderful restaurant in Harrods. Everything about this experience was a joy.

Went to this restaurant thinking there are vegetarian options on the menu. When questioning the menu as to if the dishes are vegetarian the clueless waiter just said there’s no meat. After then asking the chef regarding the cheeses and oil used it turns out that none of the dishes are suitable for vegetarians whether it was the risotto, burrata or even the chips. Very disappointing.

Ristorante situato all'interno dei grandi Magazzini Harrods, servizio degno di questa Società sia alla reception che poi al tavolo; non tantissima scelta ma quello che abbiamo mangiato è certamente super, in particolare citerei il mio risotto al tartufo veramente squisito! E' vero che il prezzo delle portate è più alto della media ma non ho niente di cui lamentarmi vista la qualità del cibo e del servizio.

Incredible, it's been 13 years between trips to Harrods and the house pink champagne has only gone up 5 pound. Food was very good in the Harrods social, very much recommend the Caeser Salad, quite light compared to the offering in the market upstairs which is very creamy.

Loved everything. Delicious food - had the beetroot and burrata salad then the chicken sandwich with truffle. Was nice and quiet when I visited, great service.

More formal than we expected. The beer drafted just for Harrods would alone get a 5 star rating.

They say they have the baby chicken but it’s horrible portion of rice doesnt fit any human being and the quality of the chicken isnt good its not the same anymore

Was looking forward to this as love Pollen Street Social. Knew it was more bistro but the food was awful. Don’t normally remove service charge but gone tonight. Chef needs to rethink some dishes and how much salt is put on their food.

Lovely waitstaff, delish coffee, everything was fresh. Allowed us to chill after a hard day's shopping 🛍 🤣

Went for lunch and ordered from the set menu as a Christmas gift. The staff and waiters there are incredibly friendly and the service was exceptional as you'd expect! Looking out for you and making sure everything was alright with our meals. They were the highlight. The food was really good. The pork chop especially was delicious - and a little shout-out to the sourdough bread starter! Obviously a little bit pricey and not sure it's quite value for money but it's well worth a go if you have the chance.

Considering the location and the frequent promotions they seem to do, it is relatively speaking not an expensive place to dine at at all. If you always drink wine, it is actually one of the cheaper places to dine at in the entirety of London because you can access the wines at (slightly inflated) retail price from the neighbouring Harrod's wine shop at a reasonable cost. Steak was meh and everything else was delicious here.

The Caviar was super delicious. Everything was great. Highly recommend this place for a quick lunch.

It’s really sad that they charge GBP7 for bread that comes warmed out of a microwave. It’s shameful for a restaurant of this caliber. No remorse or apology when the issue was pointed out.

Fantastic. That's the only way to describe it. BUT should have a dedicated mixologist for cocktails rather than other guests having to wait

Had a lovely Father’s Day lunch! Our waiter was very kind and attentive. Good food, service is fast and I really like the booths. My dad really enjoyed the Sunday roast and the portion was generous! I do feel though that the starters and desserts are a little overpriced if I’m honest!

Came for a surprise 50th birthday meal. Booked in advance, mentioning my husbands celebration and they had a birthday card on the table. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Sunday roast for both of us (the roast beef was so tender), then a chocolate tart and the olive oil sponge (a very light lemon sponge cake). Husband had a chocolate Happy Birthday sign on his dessert. Again, both delicious.

The cloakroom facility was very convenient and the hostess greeted us and made us feel welcome. We came for a birthday and they wrote a card which was such a lovely touch! Kelvin, our waiter, was attentive and gave us really good recommendations. The cocktails were delicious and paired well with the food. I ordered a steak which was cooked perfectly, the temperature was just right and the timing was great. Overall, very satisfied with Harrods Social and will definitely recommend.

While on the pricier side, the food was definitely worth it. Had the crab starter which was tasty and a good portion size. For main course, ordered the Dover sole which was cooked perfectly but could have been seasoned a bit more. We asked for truffle on our chips and the kitchen were happy to accommodate. For dessert, ordered the chocolate tart which was great, very light. I would definitely return here.

Superb place for dining. Definitely recommend the confit potato with caviar, beef tartare, mushroom risotto, and mac & cheese. Peppercorn squid was very disappointing as the squid was very tough and the sauce did not go well with it in my opinion.

We were seated for Sunday lunch but were then informed that Sunday roast is a special request at the time of booking, since looked and can not find anything advising this on there website, disappointing as we travelled by train from Uxbridge as a family of six just for the meal.

Came here on a Saturday for dinner. The restaurant is on the ground floor near the luggage section. I found it quite difficult being in a restaurant which had no windows or air ventilation and which seemingly had no bathrooms. We got the confit potato with caviar which was nice- well seasoned. We also got the ribeye steak which was cooked well but lacked seasoning- we had to add salt and the peppercorn sauce was not it. The dover sole was the same, quite difficult to eat and again lacked seasoning. French fries and triple cooked chips were nice. We had a discount but the bill still totalled £80-90. It would have been £140 without the discount. Service was good but we weren’t offered sauces like other tables.

As one would expect from any of Mr Atherton's restaurants, the food is to a high standard. Nothing fancy, but clearly good quality ingredients prepared by a competent kitchen. Well worth a visit as part of a day in Harrods.

Fantastic restaurant to be for some lovely British food. The beef tartare was really flavourful and really go well with the red wine. My steak was cooked perfectly medium rare and the halibut was baked to perfection. It was great experience dining here in Harrods. Price was on a higher end side but probably worth the price for the quality of food.

Salad was generous with the dressing. The potato with the caviar was crispy. Overall, pretty tasty place to eat, although it does come on the pricier side with a service charge.

Sadly didn’t have the best experience here. I had a voucher for the set menu & champagne and immediately we caught a vibe that we weren’t ‘normal guests’. I’d told the host & the booking agent I was coeliac but the waiter wasn’t told so I had to tell her and she really wasn’t convincing when asked which meals were gluten free. I asked her to ask the kitchen to be sure as I was coeliac and she looked very annoyed. Once she came back she told us they’d run out of 1/3 of the starters and I could only eat one of the remaining - burrata & beetroot salad. It was nice but super basic. Burrata was probably the only good quality produce I could taste all evening. Mains was a similar story, I only had one option and it was very average I could even finish it. It felt like what you’d eat at a buffet somewhere. It was poorly cooked chicken breast’s with 2 tiny pieces of poor quality feta, a couple of diced olives & tomatoes (again poor quality) and topped with rocket & Parmesan w/ balsamic & olive oil. Was truly shocked at how bad it tasted. My partner ordered a beer (only one on the menu) and they’d also run out of that. Seems like they might have stock/supply issues. Surprised they can get away with charging as much as they do for a meal like that. Desert was pretty average again - creme brûlée was okay but the milk icecream & pear with it was awful and inedible. I rarely right reviews like this but it really wasn’t a great experience and hopefully this can help them improve. I was told Jason Atherton food was Michelen-standard so I was super disappointed overall.

A wonderful experience with attentive service and great produce. The restaurant is tucked away under Harrods, very spacious and new. Unfortunately the steak was on the saltier side and the side salad was over-dressed but all other dishes (fish, steak sandwich and bread) were excellent. Highlight is the potato with caviar. Would recommend and definitely will return

Located in the lower ground floor of Harrods next to the wine section. It has a nice interior with spaced out tables. Had the sourdough and butter as an amouse-good Had the beef tartare and Devon crab as starters: Both excellent dishes. The mains of Gigha halibut and Cornish Hake: again good. Felt that the fish was kept warm as the outside was cold but the inside warm-Was on the dry side . The triple fried chips was good. Excellent chocolate tart. Good service.

I love the atmosphere and it is quite if you come early afternoon. Their food is heavenly; I adore their seafood selection & their service is wonderful. You can expect the best when you come here

We did the pre fixe holiday menu and it was fabulous! Our appetizer, meal, and dessert were all fabulous, came out hot & fresh. (Halibut & chocolate tart in photos) Wait staff was very attentive and polite.

Having previously been to Social Eating House and Pollen Street Social, I was really looking forward to lunch at Harrods Social. Unfortunately, our visit was quite disappointing. We booked a table for 12noon, and the email confirmation we received confirmed that the table would be ours for 1 hour 15 mins, so we assumed this would be a speedy affair. We turned up exactly at 12noon, but had to wait at the "please wait to be seated" sign for a few minutes whilst the staff prepared. We ordered drinks but unfortunately one of the wines (English sparkling rose) wasn't available so we opted for an alternative. We chose from the set festive menu (great value at 3 course for £55). The starters were good (gin cured salmon & terrine) and came out in good time. Once our starters were cleared, we waited for 5-10mins and then one of the staff came over and let us know that the halibut wasn't ready for service, and so my wife would have to choose something else. A bit annoying that one of the 4 menu options wasn't available but not normally something I'd be fussed about. However - it was more annoying that we were only told this 50mins into our meal (rather than being told when we ordered, when our starters were cleared, or at any point during our meal so far). Obviously, this then meant a further delay to getting our mains. Main, and then desserts were nice (but there was a wait for desserts). Overall the food was decent, but seems like we got unlucky in that the wine and main options we wanted weren't available. Service was polite and friendly, but a little on the slow side. Other tables seemed to come and go - so perhaps we just got unlucky on our visit with our choices.

We had the ceaser salad, but this was just literally some salad with mayonaise and chicken. For this price this was just unacceptable.

The food was great but not having a toilet in a restaurant is criminal. A 20 minute queue for the closest toilet in between courses completely ruins the experience and lesves you seated alone. I wouldn't recommend for this reason.

A fantastic meal. The crab salad starter was light, the ribeye was juicy and the chocolate tart was delicious. A good place to eat after some shopping. I would happily visit again.

A very good lunch experience at Harrods Social by Jason Atherton. The Caesar Salad was very generous and the Beef Shin Mac’N’Cheese extremely flavoursome! The dark chocolate tart to finish was also very punchy. Regarding the service, nothing tkt criticise either. It was very attentive and prompt. Although, even if the overall experience was good, I have to take down one star as I admit I wouldn’t have paid full price for it as I felt some items on the menu were very expensive (my partner and I took advantage of the 50% discount offered by The Fork which made the bill more acceptable).

We had the most delightful lunch here recently. Particularly having enjoyed the Beef tartar (with the finest sourdough crunch you've ever seen), the Cornish hake (with some tangy, yet delicate flavour combinations of miso and ponzu) which was our favourite dish of the whole meal and then the Olive oil sponge just topped it all off. Such exquisite flavours and beautiful presentation of food. This will definitely be a place I will be saving up for to come another time.

A little bit disappointed with the taste and the portions of the food. The sides were also very average, the broccoli were just either boiled or steamed with some almonds on top. The lamb racks are tiny and also the fish portion is very small and doesn’t taste that fresh. The gravy was also very salty and nothing special to the mesh potatoes. Just in general I had higher expectations of the taste of the drinks and food. The drinks selection is so poor and not many choices for cocktails.

Not very good tables. You sit like on a school desk long all one table. Next people hear your chat! No privacy. Staff not well trained. Opening the botle of water in tye kitchen. I expect they open it in front customers!

Went to Harrods social by Jason Antherton restaurant for a celebration. What a gorgeous meal! We literally loved every dish we ordered. Service was fantastic. The waitress called Tiziana was really professional and super nice! I highly recommend it! The following dishes are from dinner a la carte menu: ❤️ Devon Crab (very fresh, pear goes well with crab meat surprisingly) ❤️ Seared Tuna (love the sauce combination) ❤️ Mac & Cheese (omg, that cheese is really so rich, it completely changes my view of this dish) ❤️ Whole Dover sole (no bone and the fish quality is great and fresh! The sauce is also the highlight! ) ❤️ Roasted Cumbrian lamb (lamb is cooked perfectly. Again the ingredient quality is really good) ❤️ Ice cream box (the most creative part of this meal. Adding bit fun to end your meal. It contains 5 different flavours ice cream in white: goat cheese, milk, yogurt, lemon, coconut? I can't remember exactly now..) ❤️ Valrhona chocolate tart 82% ( If you are dark choc lover, you will like this dessert)

Food was incredible! We went to try it as they had the 50% off food with The Fork and we were pleasantly surprised! Everything was 5stars! You can tell they use fresh and very good ingredients. The sourdough and butter were amazing, and we also had a caesar salad to share as starter. Salad was super yummy! We then went for the club sandwich and omg that steak is super soft and the whole sandwich is super tasty! Would defo go again!! We ended with the box of ice creams and creme brulee - a great experience too, as they have ice cream flavours like cinnamon, goats chesse, lemongrass, milk and yogurt! All in all a great experience and I highly recommend it!

Exquisite food, superb atmosphere and brilliant customer service!

Service was great. Error in billing corrected professionally and speedily by management. Food was hit and miss. Highlights: tuna, crab, risotto, ravioli. Lowlights: beef tartare (greasy taste), lobster (mushy and burnt)

Food was well presented especially the starters, however, had to wait over 40 mins for the main course to be served due to order being completely missed by the kitchen in a not too busy Friday evening

Really good fine dining experience - the macaroni cheese is exceptional!

I had the 3 course and glass of Prosecco for £42. Great value, great service and a lovely place to sit in Harrods. You can tell by the quality of food the head chef has a huge influence. I would return!

A group of us visited for the Sunday set menu with bubbly option. The staff and service was wonderful, everyone was mighty helpful and just so pleasant as well as informative. Super understanding and helpful, we came with a four year old who was instantly given some crayons and colouring / her menu ;) The set menu, supposedly offering less options was ample and allowed a roast, a pescatarian as well as vegetarian option. We really appreciated the Sunday roast meat swap from beef to chicken. Overall I cannot praise the staff enough and it didn’t hurt that the food was phenomenal, presentation stunning and enticing while the decor was just lovely. A++ service and I will most definitely return P.S. we loved the complementary chocolate Happy Birthday disc 🤩👌🏻

Tucked away in LG floor behind the book stalls. Came for birthday and the deal from open table was well worth it. I believe it was 40 pounds for a starter drink, main and dessert. As a meal deal the food was excellent! I really enjoyed it, very fine detailed dishes. A la carte menu and drinks away from the meal deal was expensive though and not worth the price. One slight issue on the night was the fish wasn't cooked right the first time, but chef replaced it without a fuss. Service was also excellent, drawing paper with crayons for kids, and birthday plate on dessert was provided. A good experience in all!

Exquisite food and super service. The set menu was astounding value and the food was simply sublime. A casual “fine dining” experience in the heart of Harrods. A varied and well appointed wine list with some great cocktails complimented the food.

Just DELICIOUS! A must go when shopping at Harrods. The staff is SO friendly, the food is amazing….We went for the three course menu and it didn’t disappoint at all, so many flavors and surprises! I can’t wait to go back 😊

Went for Sunday lunchtime, managed to snag a booth for the two of us which was nice. Attractively placed glass screens between tables so all very covid safe. Service was top drawer from all the staff, friendly, knowledgable and efficient, and mostly not intrusive, a fine line tread carefully by all. Starters and mains were excellent with particular mention of the seared tuna to start and the cob chicken with truffle mash for mains, really well balanced and flavoursome dishes. For me, the star of the show was the olive oil sponge cake with yoghurt ice cream, outstanding! Not to sweet, refreshing and perfectly baked sponge. Music and decor was really neutral, balanced and cosy while feeling sophisticated. Three courses including amazing bread and butter with a glass of wine and mocktail was £175 which is not cheap, but frankly, it was worth every penny. Usual Atherton level quality and really lovely and interesting menu for anyone familiar with his other projects, this is consistent and does not disappoint! Highly recommend.

Went yesterday and it was a lovely experience. Great food and wonderful service. Staff were attentive, polite and just fabulous. We liked the environment and setting. So glad its tuck away quietly away from all the other busy floors. I went with my cousin and we both agreed that the food were very well done. We had a wonderful time and I am going there again next week with another cousin.

Lovely atmosphere , delicious food and a great addition in Harrods. The team is great, but their lunch menu is misleading when there were only 2 main courses on the menu - chicken and halibut and they ran out of both due to supply chain issues and had to replace with Hake (only 1 option for main course in their lunch menu on the day we went) While this seems to be an issue in UK at the moment, surely it wouldn't take the staff too much time to update their daily set menus so as not to appear sloppy?

Visited Harrods today with a friend and tried out the new Harrods Social. Beautiful and elegant decor throughout, mouth-watering food and excellent service from Nathan. Highly recommend a visit to this new masterpiece!
