Food is good, but service is bad. They forgot my main dish and kept me waiting. Also, they don't have alcohol drink in the menu although I saw costumers driking wine!!

Some of the best Lebanese food in the world.

Went on 22 May 2021 and now in 2025 to Ishbilla ordering a range of hot and cold items. The food was simply poor, and the hot items cold.For the prices that you are paying this is not waht you expect. The service continues to be really poor and un-attentive. In the past plates being removed with food still on. Water taking 20 min to arrive and to a service charge apart from the table charge. Standards have not improved but continue to fall. Avoid.

2 of the staff were very rude. These 2 staff members were making us uncomfortable, and we felt we were not welcomed.The rest of the staff were fine. The food quality was very good but very small portions and very expensive.

I paid £25 for what was meant to be chicken shish, to unfortunately receive bland, flat chicken pieces, maybe 6. It was terrible. I think that’s daylight robbery. And the fatoush salad which is meant to have crispy bread on the top didn’t have any. How is this place calling itself authentic?? I’d rather have gone somewhere else. What a shame. And the waiters were so passive and kept coming to our table to remove the plates and we weren’t even done eating. We had our table booked for 2 hours but they kept coming up to us before the one hour mark and rushing us like telling us to leave. So overpriced for what it is. Don’t waste money here. Elsewhere has better portions and nicer service.

I have been twice with my family and the restaurant is ideal if you have children as there's a warm atmosphere and a suitable selection of food options for them. Always love the aubergine fatoush!

If you like Lebanese cuisine you have to go to this restaurant. Best food in London. All the dishes have the real Lebanese flavor.

Beautiful, but in the beginning he said that without reservation, the day we entered, he allowed us and said reservation + the food is wonderful and sweet + the treatment. He asked us if we suffer from any type of allergies.

We a family of four when we enter restaurant one of the waiter he asked us whether we are having booking we said no then he told us to wait we waited then within 4 minutes he gave us table for 4 anyway 1 girl came and took our order and we ordered 2 mixed grilled beer drinks 1 more item with bread. But then manager came to our table and he gave another menu and he told us that each of us have to order 45 pounds each he wants to make sure he gets 180 pounds per table. I don’t mind paying him 200 pounds but he acts stupid with us we’re hungry for food but we didn’t beg for free. I’m not a big person but I feel for my kids cause they have choose your restaurant please ask your manager to obey for small business or big business manager should be good and provide great service. So please attach your menu saying that 45 pounds each person so that customer will think twice to enter your restaurant thanks

Ishbilia has long been my favorite Lebanese restaurant in London, and it never disappoints. Their mezze dishes are perfectly crafted, with a hummus selection that’s especially creamy and delicious. The most delicious Lebanese restaurant I have ever eaten in my life and one of the most delicious London restaurants I have tried. The food is all fantastic. Hummus, Shish Tawook, everything. The receptionist, Riad, set a table for us without a reservation. The bag helped us with the order a lot 🙏🙏🙏🙏

First time trying this restaurant in Knightsbridge. High standard service and food quality. The menu is simple but every dish is authentic and delicious. We got few starters to share and a main. Perfect for two people. The freshly baked bread makes a huge difference in experiencing the hummus and all other side dishes. The salad and the zatar were my favourite.

Visited Fattoush last night with some friends, food was excellent, Fattoush Salad was surprisingly excellent, despite having meat dishes this was the standout for me. They gave fresh vegetables and olives as soon as we sat at the table. Then we had Fattoush, houmus, zaatar manakish and batata Harra, all of which we enjoyed. Then I had the lamb chops for the mains which came with bread and grilled vegetables. Very good food and probably the best Arabic food I’ve had in London, look forward to visiting again. Only 4 stars as food is pricey but not like you visit every day

We have been coming to Ishbilia for more than 20 years. The quality of the food is excellent every time. The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly and attentive.

Although the place has big windows it's got very poor lighting so it's hard to read the menu! The waitress didn't seem all that interested in my needs and I didn't feel particularly welcome! They also had these little side plates with these green shoots that sting so much when you eat them you have to stop eating them! In general it was grey and dismal experience! Pity because the food wasn't that bad!

It is clear that the paper is of very poor quality, and the filling is unfortunately worse, and the grain is very large?? Unfortunately, some restaurants distort the image of Lebanese food?? Food was pleasant in general. The meats of any dish were tender and flavourful. The hummous - I didn’t really like it. A bit too pricy for certain dishes. Atmosphere was normal, with heating available for outdoor seating. Good service

This is one of those restaurants that you walk into and feel at home. We showed up without reservation on a very busy night and they worked us in. Within minutes., a bowl of (very) fresh vegetables arrived. We both ordered one of their specials and they came in large bowls with serving spoons making it easy to share. The food is excellent Lebanon. A French merlot by the glass was exceptional. Go soon.

I would say average to poor. Very over priced. Small portions. Subpar service, but the main issue was the poor quality of food with a hefty price tag. Was disappointing and wouldn’t go back unfortunately.

We were at Ishbilia five years ago and the food was wonderful. It’s a great Lebanese Restaurant and we couldn’t wait to come back. It didn’t disappoint. The staff, chef(s) consistently wonderful. An elegant restaurant that makes us want to return again and again. Wish we had them in Southern California!

Excellent food and service! The only thing is k ordered hummus with cumin, I would recommend the other type. This was too dry for me. Overall the staff were super polite and accommodating. The restaurant was very busy which is a good thing. Lebanese food is divine. Absolutely recommended!
