Hummus was great, kebab was not as good

My favourite Lebanese restaurant, I always visit it when I'm in London. Delicious food and great service. Kind and sweet waiters.

Good place near Harrods, especially convenient for a quick meal with the right flavour. The Shawarma meat was spiced well, but a little bland and dry, the spicy and garlic sauces were really good, perhaps a little poor in choice of ingredients such as vegetables to be inserted inside, the piadina was also a little dry. It's a little too firm. Overall, quick and effective meal, very friendly and pleasant staff.

Had dinner here last night and got food poisoning. Been vomiting throughout the night and now recovering from all symptoms on new year's eve. Not recommended.

Food absolutely disgusting. I found a black hair in my food absolutely vile. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eating in this place. Please if you are looking for somewhere to eat please don’t eat here

Poor or no hospitality, the waiter asked us to leave after paying because he needed the table.

The food is not good , especially the shawarma. The service is very bad, as you ask for something and they bring you something else. . The bathroom was filthy, Price is very expensive for the bad food/Service I will not visit this place again.

Very busy, so tiny , there is always confusion of queuing and the food I believe doesn't deserve all this busy , you barely can stand inside the shop to wait for your order to be done.

The hummus beiruty is probably the best in London. Been here a few times and never been disappointed.

We come here a couple of times a year. We are a large family. We find the food is great and the menu has a super variety. The staff is patient with children. They actually like families coming in. For the money this is one of the top 5 restaurants in London…for families. We would highly recommend.

Tourist here, a lot of delicious food at a crazy good price considering the area. Try the mixed grill with extra pickles and salad instead of rice. The salad is out of this world good.

A Lebanese restaurant. When I visited it on the weekend, it was very crowded and I could not find a place to sit. I will try it again later, God willing.

The behavior of the employees is racist and disgusting, and they raise the prices, and many of them are barbaric. I ordered, paid, and left the food with him because he does not respect the customer.

The food is of good quality, but in the past it was better, and their shisha is excellent, but the prices have risen very much since the past.

We dont have our main dish yet , but tried the BABA GANOUSH with pita bread so satisfying.

I ordered a lamb doner kebab. Instead of the thinly sliced wafeea of a normal kebab, I got lots of little scraps of odds and ends and lots of fat which I couldn't chew and had to constantly spit out. Placed in a wrap and rolled up instead of opening up a pita bread. Not worth £7.50 at all. Btw I specifically asked for a doner kebab and they did not correct me to say it wasn't if it wasn't. They also had a cheek to say to my mother she was standing in the way while we were waiting for our order. Where else do you expect us to stand in the cramped interior? It was also very clear they wanted you in and out as quick as possible and rush you. Just in it for the money. Will never go back.

Al arez is such a cosy place with halal food. The food was so delicious it was to die for. The whole menu is amazing.

Came here twice cuz I work nearby, have recommended colleagues as well. For the same dish, I get charged differently , my colleague got charged £16, I gor charged £17 and second time £19. I don't understand why gives price randomly. Will never return

We have been seeing this place for the past few days and wanted to go but always had an reservation for something else. We finally promised ourselves we were going before we left, well we were mad that we waited. The food was wonderful and our waiter, Waqas was so attentive and funny. Dont pass it by, you won’t be disappointed!

Order a wrap staff was so rude asked me to pack it by self rudely replied, I only make wraps I don’t pack when I asked for tissue again replied rudely go get yourself. Very disappointed with the behaviour

First time here and went in for takeaway. I ordered entree and main for 1. The serving sizes are very generous (enough for 2+) I asked when picked up if it was all for me. Friendly and very clean. The falafel is delicious and likewise chicken. I’ll go again for sure.

Frankly, it is one of the worst restaurants I ate in in London. The shawarma meat is all greasy and has a strange smell. By God Almighty, if we stop eating, we will not eat, and the cleanliness is very poor. The waiter himself feels the coal and the shisha, and he brings the plates and greets his friends in the street, and he holds the plates by the side, and the cook’s clothes are dirty, and he does not appear to stand on it. It's not the best of the Al Arez range and I prefer the one in South Ken. Although main course was tasty they didn't have dessert I wanted and didn't think waiters were all that fast on the draw!

I come here for shisha very regularly. The service is great, and the tobacco is good quality. The food here is also very good, very authentic! Brompton Road is very loud so be prepared to hear a lot of loud super cars. Love this place!

The food is not delicious. The shawarma has acidity compared to the chicken. As for the meat, I do not recommend it. It tastes not delicious and I expect it to be pre-cooked.

There is an Egyptian employee who is ill-mannered and does not respect the Gulf people. I hope that the restaurant management will not employ anyone who does not know the value of respecting others and winning customers.

I’ve been going to Al Arez for many years with my family, I cannot fault the food, atmosphere and service. I’d highly recommend visiting Al Arez.

Went as a pretty large group and was very well accommodated by Malik. He provided great service despite us being 3 floors up! Order was spot on, food is aplenty, and prices are reasonable for the area. Highly recommend. And Malik is doing a great job.

The restaurant is opposite the northern part of Harrols. The food is delicious, especially the Lebanese hummus. They serve garlic and chili as a hospitality with the food. We ordered hummus and kebab with potatoes, and the price was 34 pounds.

The restaurant is nice and the food is excellent. We ate shawarma and it was excellent. The service is bad. There is an annoying Egyptian shark who annoyed the girls with us and made himself cute.

The man standing outside dressed in all black serving shisha is extremely rude. He has no respect for anyone & talks in a rude manner. Will not go back to Al Arez because of him. Shame on u for such rude staff.

Very good Lebanese restaurant - lamb is wonderfully tender and delicately seasoned, chicken from the charcoal grill as well as the halloumi are very tasty and the portions are generous. It's enough for two of you to share a main course alongside the lavishly portioned starters. We took something with us and therefore didn't notice anything about the atmosphere on the upper floors. There are also hookahs on offer. Highly recommended!

Wanted to eat there but a kid wouldn’t leave us alone trying to sell us rose at 10:30 at night so didn’t go in.

Amazing food and amazing service. Staff were so friendly and so attentive, made the whole experience worthwhile. Also food was on point, will definitely be going back.

There is an Egyptian serving shisha. He provoked a Saudi. The Saudi wanted to make a mistake about him. He started shouting at a man. Some people hit me, and of course the Saudi closed the topic. Be careful of him.

This restaurant offers a delightful dining experience with excellent food, amazing service, and a pleasant ambiance. Brother Fadal was very kind, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a amazing meal and amazing service. I went there with a group of friends and got takeaway for my husband and kids. They absolutely loved it and planned to visit this restaurant soon. I will definitely be returning.

Words cannot describe how good this place is. We kept going back to Al Arez 2 the whole time we were in London. I’d go back to London just for toum and hot sauce at this place! Luckily the next best toum is in SoCal if you can’t make it to London, a place called Zankou Chicken.

Yeah, I have visited this restaurant with my friend at 10:10 pm on 27-06-2024, We were trying to order food but there are two waiters are there no one is ready to take order even if I called them for 7 times, as same she and he both were happy to take orders on other tables.... We felt really bad... Even the food arrived for some customers who ordered after us....

The staff were rude as soon as we mentioned that we wanted something slightly different from the menu. I know it's a bit more work for them but the waiter just couldn't be bothered and made that clear. We left and went to My&Sanne - super friendly staff and better atmosphere.
