Roast and Bake in Kensington and Chelsea

“Yesterday, I ordered a cappuccino from Roast and Bake, and the coffee tasted really great! However, there are no tables, which is a bit disappointing. I really wish they would add seating because the coffee and the place are worth enjoying!

Been here multiple times and gotten nice latte art so many times which I appreciate because the cafe is extremely busy. Bless the staff I have seen them deal with ridiculous customers sometimes like one who annoyed me specifically who asked for extra syrup when he was making it for her after he put a pump for her then she returned and complained that it had too much syrup and they made her a new one amidst the busy rush hour, they literally just smiled and apologised and made her a new one even though she was the one in the wrong and she requested extra when they were making it for her, so strange, a lot of people were waiting for their coffee and she ruined the flow a little bit but they were so fast and I got my coffee fast even though she caused this issue whilst I was waiting for mine. Thank you for the nice staff and I am sorry you have to deal with people like her, we appreciate your hard work

@nony_fly I love them and their coffee is excellent and I order them if I want coffee quickly or in a hurry I tried the Americano and cappuccino, and they were all excellent They have a fruit tea with warm yummi. The taste of Vimto is warm and bitter, and it was nice with the winter weather. The carassoun is delicious Their baked goods are the same as Harrods baked goods from within They open early and close early Previously, in 2019, there were external sessions, but currently there are none @nony_fly

I recently visited The Coffee Bar inside Harrods. I had an Americano and a slice of strawberry cheesecake from there. Both items were the most that I have paid for them but they were also the best ones that I have every had. I was very excited to learn that "Roast and Bake" uses the same coffee blend as The Coffee Bar so I was excited about my visit. Unfortunately, my coffee experience was not the same. The Coffee Bar's Americano was absolutely smooth whereas Roast and Bake's Americano's had a sour hint to it, despite both using Harrods own Knightbridge blend.

Great coffee but service was lacking. You would not expect this from Harrods especially as they have EL&N as a competitor.

Good coffee. But staff insisted it cost £3 even though the menu says £2.50.

Coffee was so good I had to have a chat with staff: turns out this is run by Harrods with some serious attention to quality, La Marzocco machine, properly trained baristas and a plan to roast their own beans. The place is tiny, two small tables outside and a narrow shelf on the glass pane facing out, good enough to rest your elbow for 3 seconds after downing your Nth espresso of the day. This is my new favourite coffee place.
