Really excellent service at the rotisserie counter, great choices. Amazing quality ham and loved the carrots too. Macaroni cheese was super tasty! They’d run out of rotisserie chicken unfortunately so had beef instead. Didn’t enjoy the beef it was rather chewy but the rest great! Large meal portions great value for money!

Beautiful food - delicious sandwiches and cakes. The food hall is fun to walk around, even if you don’t want to buy anything. Can be busy though!

The food hall looked chic and swanky and gave off an impression of premium dining. Service was typically english — courteous but not very efficient. The food was, unfortunately, atrocious. I had some sushi, sandwiches, and some pastries. I suppose one wouldn’t expect quality sushi at a place like Harrods, but I was frankly expecting the sandwiches to be better. Underneath the great presentation, the sandwiches were inferior to Pret. The pastries were decent, but as a whole the food hall catered to people who eat only with their eyes.

A food hall with nowhere to sit once you get your food? Eek. The Harrods food halls are as people describe: elegant, bountiful, and illustrious. But they leave out the fact that once they heat up your food, there is no where to sit down!! The seating inside of the sit-down restaurants cannot be used to eat the food even if you buy something from them as well. I was directed to a bench area- with ONE bench- and told to eat there. Do better Harrods. There is loads of space for you to put benches where the ONE public bench is. Instead of having people eat on the floor, maybe take care of your guests just a little.

Very nice decor, lots of choice but the quality is not there, I had sushi from the deli, super dry as if they were from the day before, same for the ravioli. For the price I find it limited...

Amazing array of hot and cold foods, visited due to recommendations. Best is the gymkhana naan wraps, and the rotisserrie chicken box, and truffle mac and cheese box, and the crab cakes, and the egg mayonnaise sub brioche rolls! Absolutely delish and the portions are more than enough for a couple of people to share. Will definitely return to try their sweet treats! Amazing!!

Went to Gymkhana to try their famous chicken wrap, what an absolute disappointment, nothing is fresh everything reheated inc the naan, the wrap had a sour after taste and the moment I saw the garlic naan being reheated I knew it was game over! Order the garlic naan and chicken tikka masala with salad and mint and chilly chutney. How they have achieved Michelin stars is beyond me! If you want the best 10/10 chicken wrap visit Norbury Kuku Kebab they will make everything fresh in front of you inc the chicken.

For those who follow a halal diet: The prawn sandwich contains alcohol.

Lovely food hall in harrods. If you’re looking for a quick snack on the go using the best quality ingredients this is the place to come or even if you are looking for fresh produce. They sell the finest cuts of meat and fish along with fantastic range of organic vegetables and fruits from all regions of the world. Prices are on the higher end however there is no comparison anywhere else when you are searching for quality.

Best Ramen. The beef ramen 😋 is the best.

Service can be improved, girl cut the line in front of me and took the last product i was waiting for. The fruits are exotic, some very expensive, others worth the money. I recommend the extensive chocolate section, and also the bakery.

I've never been served so badly in London! Maybe they didn't like me, but I couldn't sit at the table! They offered me a counter with several empty tables. I complained that I wanted to sit at the table like the other customers. Bad service from the women! Improve!

A great place for you premium groceries, restaurants, bakery and ready to eat food

Mushroom risotto: rice kernels slightly rough, 🍄 mushrooms taste excellent, fresh and delicious, sprinkled with cheese. The mushrooms seem to have been roasted, with a different beauty. Lemon peel was the first time I saw it in risotto and gave the food some freshness as a spice. Vanilla🌿 ice cream: fresh and fresh, milky and vanilla flavor mixed very well, not up, not bad, but also not profound impact. The cup sticks to the hand. The ice cream has a good texture and is very chewy, unlike other ice creams. Authentic Italian Cuisine overall

Found a seat to be in one place and not get in the way of other people and got a much needed Cappuccino.

We came for dinner for 2 consecutive nights. We had ramen on our 1st night and the grill on our 2nd night. Great atmosphere with live music!!

Had the basil chicken from chaisan, had it hot and the portion size was very good and filling , taste wise it was very nice and spicy which I really enjoyed ! Would only say the chicken itself was a bit fiddly and seemed unfresh but maybe it’s because I chose the readymade boxes , was also halal!

Amazing 5 stars food hall that is more like a functioning restaurant rather than a mere food hall. Selections are a lot and looks tasty. Expensive though like anything else in Harrods.

I watched Zhang Xiaohui’s London video earlier and recommended Fish&chips in Harrods Food hall. I went to try it with my sister. It was a killer fish and chips😢. The price is more expensive than other similar fish and chips, and the taste is not particularly amazing. The accompanying fries are chubby and a bit cute.

We ordered some Indian things from Gymkhana, super tasty! But be careful, it is very expensive.

On this occasion I decided to pick up the premium lobster rolls. Very disappointed, as they tasted of moist lettuce with no flavour. I couldn't appreciate that it was lobster in the rolls. I dont recommend them. Very sad.

I had visited harrods recently and I tried out their best grill chicken from rotisserie and then decided to have a fresh juice from the food hall and the experience was so amazing the restorer was my fav and service was good and the staffs were so active and kind with positive attitude I guess the staff was name was Shairam Charlie from juice bar would definitely recommend harrods

Harrods Christmas roast dinner was like a hearty, protein-packed meal with roasted vegetables, including carrots and potatoes, alongside slices of beef. The vegetables seem nicely cooked with a glistening coating, suggesting they might be well-seasoned or roasted with a glaze. The bacon-wrapped element adds a touch of richness and smokiness to the dish, likely intended to complement the beef. Truffle Mac and cheese was under whelming. Overall, while the concept of the meal is appealing, the dryness of the beef could detract from the overall enjoyment. Ensuring the meat is juicier or paired with a flavorful sauce might elevate the experience.

London’s best food hall. Great selection of produce.

Stayed in the food halls for dinner and decided to grab some ramen. Expensive but the tonkotsu ramen (pork) was really good. They even invited a small band of three people to perform for the crowd. Unfortunately, no pictures of the food since we were too caught up eating. Staff was kind too when I requested for softer noodles and the noodles were actually softer (I compared it to my family's). Great service.

A beautiful food court with high-quality food. Lots of variety and service excellent. Many years ago, the food court was a lot larger, and you can really feel the "squeeze" now. But still a great place to treat yourself - especially at Christmas !!!

Started v well had fun at the Food Halls w my sister ( visiting fr Australia ) but v disappointed at the Gift Section when we witnessed a couple blatantly stealing and putting stuff in their backpack. Informed SECURITY staff, SHE did NOTHING and was not bothered ! . It spoilt our experience of the day.

Yes the food is displayed in an amazing enticing way. Very yummy looking. But when we wanted to buy 2 breads from the bakery section, the girl behind the counter seriously had no clue what she was meant to do. She was entirely untrained. Didn’t address us. Didn’t help us. Looked grumpy. She looked scared even, avoiding our gaze. Until her colleague took over. Please train your new staff better before letting them loose. Because this wasn’t it. Bread was very nice though and actually reasonable priced at £6 per bread. (I paid £3,70 for just a danish at Starbucks that morning.) This was on Friday 29th November

I paid £8 for a steak & stilton pie. It was extremely disappointing. Very thick pastry, not a hint of the stilton and completely tasteless. You would think a pie from Harrods at this price would top one from Morrisons, but no. Half the price from Morrisons is miles ahead.

The manager at the Dim Sum named Dep Gurung was very unprofessional when we addressed that one of the staff named Monika charged us the wrong bill. They expected us to pay for our actual bill and made it difficult for a refund process and couldn’t accommodate a plan of action for their mistake. The food was good but the service was very poor and unprofessional. I would not come back again mainly due to the level of poor service I witnessed today. It was very frustrating and time consuming.

I booked Dim Sum by China Tang for my husband’s birthday - it was our first time experiencing food at the Harrods dining hall as we have dined at the China Tang restaurant in the Dorchester which was beautiful. Firstly we ordered two bottles of coke and even though I specifically asked for ice in a separate glass, the waiter served us two big glasses filled with ice, even though he double checked with us before going to the bar. We ordered another coke and why am I not surprised - it was half the amount!! If the waiters or waitresses are unsure, what is the harm in asking. Secondly after ordering a variety of dim sum dishes and two main dishes: Schezuan chicken + egg fried rice and Fried rice with Prawns we had a few spoonfuls and asked for the food to be packed for takeaway - we paid our bill and forgot to take our takeaway boxes thinking they may have been moved to the bar or at our table - we stepped away for less than two minutes to the bakery section to buy cake for our family - I quickly remembered the takeaway boxes and went back to ask for them thinking the attentive staff would at least wait for 5 mins or so. But to my dismay one of the waitresses who was helping us throughout the evening, Monica told me by directly laughing at me that the food isn’t there. I was shocked and confused having said I left only two minutes ago and her reply to me was I’ve thrown it in the bin, I said it can’t be and she had a smirk on her face and continued to laugh and tell me if you want it it’s in the bin. Speechless. My husband and I were at the bakery section paying for cake and one of the new managers, Jack kindly overheard our conversation and kindly offered his help and time to speak to the duty manager. He told us to wait for an hour, took my details and two freshly made dishes were prepared without the egg fried rice were provided to us by the duty manager Sam, thank you.

Fish and chips and lobster roll are just ok, not so delicious. Ambient is good. Avoid peak hours or reserve seats in advance would be recommended.

Honestly not worthy the money. I do understand that we are in London but this is too much. The wine selection also just target to people who doesn’t know about wine but only have the money. A mediocre luxury

The food hall is packed with great quality items and a great place to dine or stock up on some great food, to dine at home or take overseas. The wraps are exceptional good value, freshly made and filled to the brim. People presume it's overly expensive but the quality is exceptional and well worth paying a little extra.

Overated, I've gotten better food at sainsburys. Wont go again. The atmosphere was really unwelcoming and uncomfortable. i was going to have a meal, but I didn't due to this. Didn't regret going elsewhere.

A diverse Indian, Japanese and Italian restaurant in one place that serves food according to the person’s choice in boxes. There is no place to eat inside. The service is excellent and fast.

Very nice atmosphere and a choice of beautiful and delicious premium products, here you can find literally the best of the best and try cuisines from different parts of the world. I liked the balaganush, samosa and mini hotdog set. I also take chocolate-covered cherries and strawberries as a gift more than once.

Bought from the patisserie section last month and they were sliding around in the packaging. Went again today and the staff damaged one of them and it was sliding out of the box in the bag but still tried to simply wipe the card box then gave it back to me until I asked for a new piece. Returned home and realised our box was mixed with another order, we bought 2 yet only received one, a wrong one— Victoria sponge with a mouldy raspberry.

Bustling delicious touristy but not terrible. Fun way to experience Harrods. Don’t sleep on the naan wrap from Gymkhana.

Loved the Harrods Food Hall. It was well priced and extremely tasty! Weirdly cheaper here than similar items would babe been in Edinburgh. I’ve no doubt you’d be able to pay hundreds but not for normal Stuff.

Great place to visit, very tasty food, lots of choice, but very busy. The disadvantage is that there is little parking space in the area and you cannot eat on site. What you buy, you have to take with you and eat outside.

We don't live in London but when we are up in town we like to stop for a coffee and a slice of honey cake. The staff here are excellent. The lady that served us made our small order seem like a huge order. She was super attentive, checked for any allergies, friendly and approachable. It would be easy for staff to go through the motions in service delivery as the store is a big draw, not so from what I saw today .

It was way too crowded. The food we had was alright; my son got the beef at the rotisserie and after eating half of it, he found a hair. My food was okay, but nothing to make me go again or recommend.

Always wanted to go here. We bought Rotisserie Chicken with broccoli This was alright and somewhat dry but good thing they have gravy when I went Chinese Noddles with Chicken This was alright as well Dessert area which I forgot the name but there eclairs and banoffee pie really tasted great Bought some drink as well at the fruit corner Its nice coz there is a lot of selection but its kinda stressful coz its really crowded

Whilst every dish and food on offer looked more appealing than the next, I must admit the experience felt overall rather disappointing: - the lights in the food hall are dimmed which does not make it very easy to read the labels and identify what the dishes are thus giving the impression of buying food in a nightclub - the food hall was extremely busy and there was absolutely no queueing system in place, so do not be surprised to see individuals jumping the queue despite others waiting for the best part of 10 mins for their turn. You will also be shouted at by fellow customers if you dare challenging their queue jumping tricks. - If you purchase food to be consumed hot it will be warmed up in the microwave - There is no dedicated sitting space either for the food to be consumed on the premises so you will need to find a bench in the street or walk to the closest open park, by which time your hot food will have gone cold. Quite frankly Harrods, your food hall experience is a far cry from what one would expect when purchasing food from such an high end store. You have fallen victim of your own success and do not seem to value customer experience that much!

Since I was kid always I go with my late mother to Harrods .. and is a must visit the food hall in Harrods is amazing so many delicious foods and drinks.. wonderful decor and beautiful atmosphere also nice ambiance too so elegant.. quality food .. nice also for imaging the Victorian and Edwardian culture is here to stay … is a must to visit the Harrods Food Hall

I just took half a grilled chicken for 10 pounds, and before I took a small chicken for 10 pounds, the place is luxurious and contains the bounties of God Almighty. I wish someone would deliver it to the hungry in this world, especially the hungry Muslims everywhere. Harrods food hall has great food. I love their Caesar salad. Some stuff may be overpriced (that’s Harrods), but they do sell some items that are a great deal. Highly recommend for food, snack and take away meals. Their olive sticks are also great!

I love it! The food is 10/10, just a chef’s kiss! I have salad mix and match for 💷3.5 100g which is little bit pricy, the food is fresh and flavorful though. So I recommend pick what you like and share with someone go with you, therefore, you can have as much as possible in case of waste. Staff is friendly, and busy though. The overall atmosphere is great. The dark decor makes everything look fancy.😄 However, the worst thing is there’s no place to dine in. I have to find a place outside on the street. It’s embarrassing to eat fancy meal(according to the price) with gust wind and light rain.

The food was great, but there is no place to sit and eat. We got food from the Chaisan and Gymkhana stalls, and were told to go outside to eat. Outside there was only a singular bench, but a food truck and seating for chaisan. We tried to sit down there, but was told to leave. Quite ridiculous to sell hot ready to eat food but expect people to stand on the street and eat as many were doing…

Bought £50 worth of sweets at Harrods Food Hall. I didn't get a bag to carry the whole thing out, unless I paid £5 for a "Harrod's jute bag". Great principle of letting paying customers still pay for their purchases. A very friendly lady from "Ladurée" Paris gave me a free bag.
