We had some lovely pizzas and deserts here. The chorizo pizza was lovely. Very friendly waiters with good service

After three days of London food we looked for a pizzeria. Consulting the reviews on the internet we found this pizzeria. Neapolitan pizza chef and pizza very similar to what you can eat in Italy. We have eaten worse in Italy.

The service was excellent! The food was delicious, the wine was spectacular and the waiter was inviting.

The taste of the pizza is very bad. Today I brought a pizza. The employee was talking on the phone and did not finish making the pizza when putting it in the oven. Another employee came and finished it and I asked for a pizza with vegetables, and when I took it home there was nothing but eggplant on it with tomato paste 😔

Our last night in London noticed the sourdough pizza stopped into Franco manco had three incredible pizzas and very great service. Thank you so much!!!

They managed to find us a table even though we hadn't reserved. Quite noisy restaurant. The aperitif board and the pizzas were very good.

It is a pizzeria in pure Italian style, we were served by a guy who spoke Spanish very well, it is very cheap for London, we had two pizzas for dinner, with garlic bread and large water for just under 25 pounds. Marinara if you are vegan is a great option!

Personally, the worst pizza I have so far. We went in quite late, however, the waitress still said we can still order. We eneded ordering three pizzas. The first one begin with three small pieces of ham(the size of my thumb) on pizza and salt. We barely get the feeling of the cheese. The rest are pretty much the same, We have ordered 3 pizzas with one garlic bread and none of them are fully cooked, all three pizza dolls are chewy. Moreover, the cheese on top of pizza cover less than 50% of its surface. I have been eating here multiple times and this is very disappointing. Even the waitress just seem to be make the situation worst with how they treat us. I personally don't mind if they just told us before we sit that it wont be enough time before the closing time but if they already accept us and charge the full price, then better not destroying the brand.

Numbers 2, 4, and 9 were all delicious, and the person was very kind.

I had number 2, number 4, and number 9, but personally, number 9 was the most delicious!! The dough itself was delicious, and the other pizzas were also very delicious! And the owner is so kind!

Love this branch of Franco Manca - come here regularly with a group of friends and we always get great food and service, along with a friendly greeting from the manager who has always been quick to sort out any issues on the rare occasions they have occurred.

Very welcoming place, with a truly relaxing atmosphere. All the pizzas I saw arriving at other customers before being served looked really inviting and tasty!! I first ordered a platter of cured meats and an aubergine parmigiana (both excellent choices!!! The preparation is done at the moment, so everything is very fresh!!!) and then a Margherita with buffalo mozzarella instead of English mozzarella.. ..WOOOOOW!!!! The house lemonade is a must try!! Fresh and refreshing!! The tiramisu made on site is also excellent. The pizza chefs and the manager are really professional but friendly and very approachable. The waiters are very quick and offer truly excellent service. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Earls Court again. The pizzeria is a stone's throw from the metro station and the quality-price ratio is fantastic!!!! I highly recommend this pizzeria to both Italians and tourists of other nationalities.

The best pizza by Franco Manca I've ever tried is at Earl's Court. Rachele is so kind and the pizza maker Vincenzo is so good and funny. The atmosphere is great. Naples is there. Music and neapolitan songs. I felt at home

Went there with my brother two days ago and the food was really good. They're real Italians and the food is delicious and affordable. They had a lunch menu for just £10. The ingredients are really high quality and the service is really good.

This was the most depressing and stressful visit in my entire life. I never seen more bad customer service. Why you charging for service charge??? There's no service and no hospitality, there's just miserable unorganised faces and poor attitude.

Great atmosphere! I was pulled in by the £10 pizza and soft drink deal. Pizza was tasty but needed a bit more salt, I also heard some other customers saying the same thing next to me too. Would be keen to try a few more of their dishes in the future.

The pizza itself was really good! Honestly one of the best pizzas I've had recently but I had to wait 15 minutes for the collection even though I turned up at the time they told me to arrive to collect.

Staff is very rude and lazy . Order is never ready or if ready they don't wanna bring it and don't even talk to drivers.

Poverty. Rubber pizza, burnt on the edges, average taste. Bruschetta is inedible, but what's on it is bearable. Nice service, but the place has no atmosphere. Empty - maybe no wonder. The place mainly sells cheap pizza with delivery. Avoid.

So I was looking for a good pizza place and I was planning on going to a place close by were I was staying but decided to try this place instead to give me a little walk. Small location where you sit by others, a spot where you can see your pizza being made. Not too bad, lemonade was ok as well. Only bad thing was the pizza sadly didn’t give me a lot flavor. Only flavor I got was from the salami that looked like it was just dropped on top of the pizza. It was good that it came out hot, But if the toppings alone have to give the pizza flavor… then I wouldn’t return. Not Neapolitan pizza like the other Neapolitan pizza places I had around London, or Italy, So I wouldn’t come here if your looking for that flavor, only good for the oven and to watch your pizza get made.

It was busy when we got there but managed to get a table for two, the waitress took out the order, didn't offer any water. The pizzas were undercooked slightly in the dough, the toppings were scarce. I had been to FM for a while and it used to be my favorite pizza place, seems like they are skimping on the ingredients or maybe it was this branch. And when did the no logo beers get that expensive. I wouldnt recommend this branch

It was the first time I visited this Franco Manca branch, and it confirmed the good quality of their pizza. Ingrediente were good as always, and the serivice has been quick. I'm glad to say that the offer of the pizza improved compared to few years ago, now you can choose between several pizzas with different ingredients.

We ordered the halloumi veg pizza, the organic tomato + olives + anchovies pizza and the garlic bread with tomato. Would have liked an extra anchovy (or two) on the pizza. It was a fantastic experience; great food and the staff were very friendly. Would love to visit here again.

Enjoyed a gorgeous pizza with tiramisu dessert. Served by Amira, very friendly and welcoming! Would recommend the chef special number 10, also their mint tea was refreshing afterwards.

Edit: customer service complaint dealt unprofessionally and with the attitude and skills of a 5 year old. Never got compensation or apologies. Substandard service, underwhelming and pizza for the franchise. Waiter didn't know what he was doing & didn't understand me. Pizza (meat special of the day) had barely any toppings and was more like a tasteless sourdough pancake. Was offered lukewarm tap water too.i asked before seating if I could pay cash &, told no problem. However seems to be an issue as waiter left to come back without the receipt or QI code for the app stamp. refused to give me the receipt as I wanted to check for service charge. Nearly £13. Was told they can't issue a receipt as table is closed. Too bad won't be using any of their restaurants as I don't like being ripped off.

It has been a discovery. A real Italian pizza, in a traditional wood oven. With excellent treatment. We loved it.

I was staying with my wife Mary in the Milenium Hotel round the corner, we went to a musical my wife was dying to see. We passed by and as it was very cold, a nice and warm ambience called from inside. The smell from the fresh products brought directly from Italy was so seductive, as it was our waitress Lorena who helped us to choose one of the best pitzzas in town. Totally recommended, try their Francesco Mazzei pitzza creation! Top!

Tenía el hotel cerca y encontré el lugar por casualidad. El local era muy agradable, nada más entrar me atendió Cintia. Fue muy amable y atenta conmigo. Me recomendó unos entrantes que me encantaron y una pizza número 10 que estaba riquísima. La verdad que la comida, el trato y el ambiente fueron excelentes. Estaré en Londres unos días más y casi seguro que repito la experiencia.

Salad with beetroot was tasty but the walnuts seemed rancid to me. Vegetarian pizza was super thin and poor in reality. Tiramisu cake was normal
