An incredible experience at this restaurant. 10/10 service. Very friendly staff, and service in Spanish. Everything was perfect. I would definitely return.

Ok, the décor is rather 80s/90s, but don't let that put you off coming here for a meal. I found the service to be good, the food well prepared and presented and the taste very good

Been twice - both times place has been empty. Remarkably my 2 friends and I were denied entry even though it was 9pm on a Friday and the place was 80% empty. Bouncer said we had to book (after staring at my trainers and looking me up and down ) With idiots running this place, it won't be open for much longer.

Complete waste of time and money

Very cool place, great food and very friendly staff. Fully satisfied! The Micheladas and the fried calamari are super recommended!

We were looking forward to breakfast here on a very cold day. Arrived, nice and warm inviting space. We were a couple and there were two tables for four free. The waiter said they had no tables. When I asked about the two tables for four he said they were for bigger groups! So 3 or 4 v two of us. He then said if we would wait outside (back in the freezing cold) then he would get us when a table was free. I said really? We can’t have one of those tables and you want us to wait outside in the cold. He said yes. We left! Such terrible customer service. Tables free but not for us and couldn’t wait in the warm but had to wait outside. Rude.

Soy cliente habitual de esta sucursal de McDonald's . especialmente en la mañana, ya que vivo cerca. hoy, 8 de noviembre de 2024 alrededor de las 9 am pedí mi taza de té pg . como pedí y fui a mostrador mi taza de té estaba listo sin espacio de tiempo. me di cuenta más tarde cuando tomé el pedido y salí a beber mi té. era té frío muerto como si se hizo para otra persona hace mucho tiempo y el personal me entregó el mismo té viejo y frío para deshacerse de hacer otro té fresco. Estaba muy molesto, pero no volví al personal, ya que conozco al personal que es miembro superior del personal y en su mayoría se vuelven groseros con el cliente. Por eso pensé que en lugar de arruinarme el día quejándome de esa personalidad debería seguir adelante por mi día... Como fue el mismo personal el que me entregó la taza de té frío... fue un truco realmente malo de ese personal...

Precioso pedacito de Italia. Personal muy agradable, deliciosos postres, y ambiente acogedor! Gran lugar para traer niños, amigos y su apetito! (También un gran spot de fotos de instagram)

The cashier who served me on Monday, 22 January 2024 at approximately 8pm at the Long Row Bubbleology branch (Nottingham City Centre) had the worst customer service approach and actually told me she couldn’t make the drink which I requested, not because she ran out of ingredients, but because, “it would take too long to make”. She never smiled. She asked me what size drink I wanted as a substitute and I requested a small Oreo crush, but the drink was not crushed. I guess she didn’t feel like crushing the ice either. Three quarters of the cup was filled with ice cubes rather than crushed ice. I only realized after I left the store what was actually in the cup because she had covered the contents with cool whip. Since we were in a hurry to catch the tram, we didn’t have time to speak with the manager or request a refund. Lousy customer service overall. They could’ve had a loyal customer but after this experience I’m not sure I’ll be returning.

Service très très lent… nous avons tout d’abord attendu 15min pour la prise de commande. Nous avons ensuite attendu plus de 45 minutes pour recevoir deux pains perdues, un brownie industriel et des tacos mexicain. Nous avions demandé de l’eau, celle ci n’est arrivé qu’à la fin… (de l’eau du robinet… on se moque de nous) Climatisation très forte alors qu’il ne fait que 22 degré à l’extérieur… nous étions glacées… À FUIR
