Their fish tacos are unmatched. Chef’s kiss. The freshest ingredients. Great drinks too. A perfect place to get a quick little bite to eat any time, any day. My favourite place in the area.

As 2 men of color. We entered the restaurant tonight for dinner. As professional surgeons we were prepared to pay. The service was embarrassing to say the least, worst in London. We were looking at empty tables, but the server went to ask the manager where to sit us. They only offered us seating at the bar. It was racially motivated and I do not recommend this restaurant.

Delicious food, super fresh tasting. Staff were friendly and helpful - explaining things on the menu and recommended a watermelon margarita- delicious 😋 Really enjoyed all the 5 dishes we tried, wish we’d had room for more.

Great and authentic Mexican place! The vibe is very cool since the entrance, music is Mexican and they have a lot of amazing tequila options. I had tacos de pastor and even though the pastor is good, it is traditionally made in a trompo, so they are a little bit different, chorizo is authentic Mexican and the frijoles and guacamole are very tasty.

Decent Mexican restaurant. The food was excellent and priced just right. We also had the Margaritas that I recommend. Portions were great too. Deserts not as amazing but if you skip them and have extra drinks you'll be fine. Service could have been better.

Very sad to say that it was the worst ever food experience ! No love in anything they served ! The “guacamole “ was just mashed avocado …no flavour whatsoever ! No cilantro , no lime , no salt … The refried beans tasted of boiled beans ! Again no flavour and certainly not refried . The nachos were the worst possible commercial nachos you could buy !! Even a cinema would have better nachos …let’s not forget that Taqueria is supposedly a restaurant !!! Could not choose a Tequila for the Margarita …only white Tequila for the classic . Corn elote tasted of nothing …tasteless corn …sad ! As had the best corn elote at Happy Carrot on Portobello Road ! I was so very disappointed !! We left and decided to go elsewhere for dinner . Will never go back there !! Told a chef friend of mine about this terrible experience and she said we should have gone to Cavita !! Well …next time !!

OMG, I'm obsessed with the coconut 🥥 margarita and the plantain and steak tacos🌮. They are my top three menu items. I really can't get enough of them. I bring everyone I know here, and the sentiments are the same. It's a must-try!

This place is great for an easy casual dinning experience. The food is tasty, however I found the service lacking, drinks took a long time and it took a while to get the wait staffs attention. The restaurant, in the heat wave was also hot, though there was a portable a unit going it wasn't really affective

Great place to spend some time enjoying the food and music. I was positively shocked by the salad wedge which has cactus. Such a fun experience! Food is from the best in London and our waitress Ana was really kind! She really made our experience a 10/10. We will be visiting again.

Ana was great, she got our food out promptly and was very kind and attentive. We also got to talk to the manager, Sylvia, who told us about the history of the restaurant and showed real enthusiasm for the food they serve. We were super happy with everything and definitely coming back for more!

Not real Mexican and the portions are small

We loved the food so much. Everything we tried was super delicious but SOME staff were so grumpy, no smile, barely talking and some were looking up in the air not to come eye to eye. Even if we thank everytime they serve to our table we didn't hear any reply. The service was fast, no problem with the speed but I gave 3 as the service rate because of the unpleasant staff.

Speedy, tasty and friendly. A cozy casual Mexican restaurant in Notting Hill. But far away enough from the crowds. Quite a local neighborhood feel to it. Very good food. The portions are small but also cheap so you can order more. And they will be served within minutes.

Walked in with high expectations for the authentic taco menu but no… that’s the saltiest thing I’ve ever tasted in a decade. Way too over seasoned. Did the chef think he’s the salt bae lol ? Guys please skip the roadside chicken tacos for good unless you want be choked on salt.

Concerning food hygiene practices - ordered the salad for delivery - cut into the salad wedge, and there was a slug in the salad. Clearly not washed let alone checked. No follow up from the restaurant when told Deliveroo - I had to call and ask to send the video so they could show the kitchen.

I loved the flavor of the pastor tacos and the horchata water, the only thing but is the portions, I would order 3 tacos instead of just two :).

Taqueria is one of my favorite Mexican spots in London. I especially appreciate that they offer almost everything gluten-free. My favorite dish is the ceviche tostada—it's always fresh and delicious. If you love Mexican food, Taqueria is a must-visit.

Can’t recommend more. We are from California, and have eaten numerous tacos in our lives. We just had some of the best we’ve ever had.

If you like tacos, this place is for you. They have a very good selection of tacos, all very very good. My favourite is definitely the steak tacos. Also, margaritas are actually very well done. Even with margaritas you have plenty of choices! It was a nice day, so we sat outside and enjoyed this very lovely spot in Notting Hill

Management pay attention: you can’t get away with portions that can be measured with a table spoon The guacamole does not even reach half the bowl - that’s exactly two tablespoons! Prices are not low but the meals are not very satisfying!

Great place.. walked in without a booking and they were accommodating, we had a table for 1hr before the booking arrived. Food came out quick, was very delicious and those margaritas are to die for. Highly recommend and I’ll def be back!!

I booked a table here this afternoon with two friends, and we were disappointed with the service we received. The food and drinks were great as usual, as was the first server who greeted us and took our orders. Right after we had finished eating we were informed by another server that they needed the table back shortly, despite it only being an hour and 5 minutes after our booking time. We paid the bill immediately and were readying ourselves to leave when another server came over to tell us again that they ‘needed the table back now’. At this stage it had been less than an hour and 10 minutes after our booking time. We found this interaction to be quite rude and felt as though we were being rushed out of the restaurant for no good reason, considering the length of time that we had been there (our booking stated that we had 90 minutes), and the restaurant not being remotely full. It’s a pity since we have enjoyed coming here in the past and were really looking forward to our meal.

The pengest micheladas and tacos

Tacos were great! My fav was the tuna tostada. Would recommend the watermelon and spicy and margaritas too 💛 Service rating wasn’t a 5 because the waitress was constantly clearing the table as we were eating and I’m a slow eater. This meant I lost my cutlery and napkins mid meal. Was quite annoying.

The best fish tacos from here to California. This place is one of my favourites in London. Better than some of Michelin star places here. So many fake reviews for this restaurant. Don’t pay attention to them and report them. The competing restaurant is clearly is trying everything they can to take some business.

Had the beef tacos . It was so salty and really not much going on for 11 quid or so for two pieces. .

By eating here you will disrespect Mexican values. This place seeks to appropriate Mexican culture and has the nerve to sue an authentic Mexican restaurants for using the word “taqueria”, which belongs to our culture and no one establishment. As a Mexican, I can only advise you to AVOID this place at all cost.

Great location and vibe. Service was excellent. Food is just alright. If you're looking for authentic Mexican, keep looking. Food is tasty but is on the posh side both in presentation and price. The horchata (traditional rice milk drink) was quite bland but the crisps and salsas were great. The chicken tacos were just alright.

We are local, and latin so we want to love this place. We’d go regularly but the quality has been going downhill for the past year. To add to that today we waited 45 minutes and never got our mains though the restaurant was empty (aside from 2 other tables of 2) when we ordered. We got two sides (bland and stodgy) but never our tacos despite asking three times. The service from the one waitress and manager was non-existent and what little there was, bordered on rude. We were told to wait because they were busy with deliveroo orders. They couldn’t care less about customers- when we said we had to leave, we were charged for food, water and service. There was no empathy, no apology. We paid and left, hungry and upset. Either way we will not be returning again. There are many much better options on the same road!
