I convinced my daughter to try this with me (she does NOT like ice cream). She lived it and so did I...the perfect treat on a warm day after Portabello shopping. You can pick your flavors a d it's presented in a beautiful flower shape! Perfect and delicious!

Loved the different and unique flavors - thankfully we didn’t have to queue and had our gelato fast - wonderful treat after walking around Notting Hill!

Hopefully, mine is an exception, but I got this micro - supposedly medium - cone with an unpleasant follow-up. The person who served me did not remove the paper from inside the cone, which I realized while I was having my expensive ice cream. This can happen. The irritating part came when I went back to the shop expecting a new cone. The manager gave me a new cone but decided to fill it only halfway based on the fact that I had eaten the top of the other one with the paper! I did not get this pathetic logic immediately, and when I protested they made me feel as if I was trying to take advance of the situation. I will get over this ice cream trauma, but, I mean... really? Any normal shop would have apologized and, of course, make a new ice cream.

Walked past on Sunday 12 of July at 12:08 midday and simply asked if there was a toilet, and the response from the lady was “Of course we don’t have a toilet!”. All she simply had to say was no, the manner in which she spoke was terrible. I’ve been to other branches and they have been lovely.

I popped in for an ice cream yesterday around 17.15, and I stood in front the ice cream display smiling to one of the member of the staff and waiting for her; she ignored me carrying on with what she was doing, which is totally understandable but I expected from her to tell me something like: "I will be with you in a minute", but nothing, she seemed annoyed because I was there. And she kept this attitude even while she was serving me, even though I was kind with her and very quick to choose the flavours. It seemed like she couldn't wait for me to leave! And totally I stayed there no more than 5 minutes! This is the worst behaviour to have with a customer, especially with a new one. In my past I used to work in a coffee shop and I know how stressful it could be dealing with people, but for sure I am not a diffult customer indeed! The ice cream was really good (a bit expensive, but I assume it was average based on the area). I will not go to this Amorino branch never more.

I went with my friend to buy an icecream after i leave i recognize that i was charged twice and when i called them no one answered, now my flight has came and went back to my country.

Wanted ice cream and was in the Notting hill area and noticed this on goggle maps. We were not disappointed, very good service, friendly and happy staff. The gelato was very tasty and was much needed after a lot of walking. I had the pistachio and blueberry cheesecake regular tub and at £4.90 it’s quite expensive but you have to pay for quality. We will return when we’re in the area again.

Fabulous ice creams in a shape of a flower: each petal has a different flavour. My son’s favourite is hazelnut, which I must confess is divine! They have a few shops across London.
