Hmm, quite a crowded place, you can buy sandwiches that are quite tasty. Price and quality do not match a bit. Average coffee.

Unpleasant experience, wonky tables, split seats, not clean. This is the usual shoddy Pret a Manger experience. The place is not looked after, not very clean, half the tables are wonky, the seats are stained and ripped. How hard is it to maintain your furniture? Why should I have to sit at a dirty, broken table? Not good enough.

Reasonable but tables were not clean.

Quick and efficient customer service, but there's one that stands out: Aakash. He always greets all his customers with a smile and a kind word. The coffee is good and the food is okay.

My Pret. Nice crew. Very helpful. They're quick . Food is usually well stocked but I'm here for the coffee. And watching the people on the avenue. This Pret make proper cappuccinos.... Like a real coffee shop. Order it strong. They're not lattes and calling it a cap. At most Prets this is not the case. Yay Holland Park Pret.

Awful experience, there is horrible man Keanil [Kanil] sexiest , treat’s women nicely, making a man to wait until he gets bothered to serve, lady as he would literally make you to wait until he can or to avoid serving you, horrible person, horrible place

I really enjoy visiting this branch of Pret because they offer a wide variety of food options. The space is also very roomy with plenty of seating and tables available. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, creating a lovely atmosphere.

This coffee shop has friendly staff, making my experience delightful from start to finish. Their warm smiles and excellent service create a welcoming atmosphere. The coffee and offerings are equally good, leaving me with a smile on my face. A must-visit spot for a friendly and enjoyable coffee experience!

I’ve been to many pret and this has to be the second worst I wait ten minutes to be served to only be agreed by the moodiest person I encountered that whole week she had blond hair from what she was wearing I believe she is the manager. Not only was she not welcoming but I order a oat latte since I’m allergic to semi milk she completely ignored my request. I had to go hospital for my allergic reaction the worst is to come when I called the shop asking to speak to the manager she said ‘ well did you die’ and started chuckling. My health is not a laughing matter. I would like hr number right now and for her to be inspected or fried. Please contact me as this is not the right way for managers to talk to customers. I would advise no one come to this one there’s one further up that is better in every way.

Has a OK range but noticeably the chicken inside the Chef's Italian Chicken Salad bowl, has dramatically reduced to the extent it is almost £7 for largely green leaves. Please increase significantly the actual part of the dish that it is advertised as, as 2 forkfulls is very ungenerous for the price. NB Addition following response from manager. Thank you for response. I will certainly return as the food is lovely and I hope that the portion increases to reflect the main advertised ingredient. Would be 5 stars otherwise and atmosphere only marked down as don't spend enough time in there to notice. Thank you.

They will take your order promptly and then just forget to make your coffee for you and there you are waiting ten minutes a day you have to ask again and they don't know if they've made it or not, there is no control as many coffees made in mistake and customers just agree to take whatever is accidentally made instead. All tables dirty.

Good food and coffee quality is hit and miss. Customer service is like in other Pret's - not that good.

I have just been in the store waiting for 12 minutes for my drink. I ordered a warm cappuccino and after 12 minute wait it's piping hot and I've burnt my tounge. Customer service is basic which comes qcross as rude

Toilet is extremely filthy no toilet roll no hand soap tried to talk to anyone no one is interested this is the second time

This one is always full of people and the toilet is not working, but the food is good, the workers and atmosphere, but expensive.

Staff and food are amazing;). The only 1 extremely annoying issue is toilet - always out of order so you not really can order more then 1 drink tbh …. It’s shame especially when you have subscription.

I was here on a Sunday morning around 10:30am. This review is not a complaint, but rather an observation. Staff didn’t look happy to me.

When did Pret Manger get rid of their trays? I had to eat off the table.

With 2 attempts of trying to order different drinks from the menu I was told we don't do that. So I tried one last time to order something and had the response of "I don't know what you're talking about' and then I was completely disregarded . I asked him again and again to which the response was the same and he was obviously irritated by me and had a look of disgust. I said look I'm asking you for a drink from your menu which is behind you on the board. Again he just shrugged his shoulders and looked away. I just had to leave and go to Starbucks a few doors down. I was appalled at the customer service here. Fair enough if something is out of stock or unavailable I'd understand if it were put to me in a polite and professional manner but these staff members were obviously not trained on how to speak with customers to explain things. Had better service in the other coffee shop!

Nice sandwiches, expensive drinks. Hey, its Pret. Always place to sit and enjoy your meal with free wifi and place to charge. Love it.

Food was ok, service was great. Had a baguette, filling was great, very tasty but nearly broke a tooth bitting into the bread, a bit over baked to say the least.

So far was tasty. After last time loaded with additional amount of gluten. I do not know how... cost me lots of stomach pain. Never any more... Also poor customer service, not respecting customers waiting in a queue

This pret encourages discrimination against students. They evidently have hatred for school students and do not allow them to eat here, even when we buy from here. Feel looked down upon and disrespected. Boycot this pret. Rude staff. Extremely disappointing.

The whole team basically hate subscribers like me, I’m regularly drinking 3 coffees a day and one of the cashiers said: “ You know what we are all working for you! “ It was basically a hate speech

Rudest staff ever. This afternoon I asked for a Latte and the girl at the till started to chit chat with the barista and didn’t say hello, or reply to my “thank you” or goodbye. I understand they get low wages, but at least treat me like a human being who’s interacting with you in a respectful way. Plus the milk in the latte was old and gave stomach aches and diarrhoea. Learn some manners or change your job!

Unfriendly staff and poor management, asked for a breakfast item at 10 am since there were no more on display. The manager acknowledged that there were more in the kitchen but refused to bring one out since the kitchen staff were "now making lunch". I should mention the store was empty and three staff were sitting around chatting. You would think in this economic climate, your staff would be trying to ensure your customers have a good experience and at the very least, provide basic customer service to people who are trying to make a purchase at your store. If your staff refuse to serve breakfast items at breakfast time, you have a bit of a problem. There are many people seeking jobs right now, Pret should consider giving the opportunity to somebody who actually wants to be in the service industry to manage this store.

Closes at 5:30 not 6 as stated and customer service is abismal. Went to a pret up the road, used our subscription, something was wrong with the drink, came to this location 20 minutes later and they blatantly refused to do anything (have to wait 30 mins in between coffees with the subscription). Due to wrongly posted closing time we weren’t able to wait to complete the 30 minute gap, so no replacement as they were closing a few minutes before that. Zero flexibility or understanding, nothing at all.

I went there yesterday, there was no one to enforce Covid 19 rules at entrance. I ordered a toast and seat down as many places doesn't allow you to wait by counter to allow social distancing . No one brought item to the table once was ready , so I had to collect it from the counter, seating there. I had to clean my table before use. Two clients left the table besides mine , no one cleaned the table before other clients seat there!! Also no tracing in place. This store it's not following Covid 19 guidelines , putting people's health at risk!

Great coffee! No room to wait to get your coffee though. No structure or strategy on how to cope with increasing customers due to new subscription offer. Staff seems to be struggling.

Food not always appealing to the eye, lots of avocado sandwiches you can see difference with fresh and what's been there for a while too long. Lots of room to eat, work etc.

Pret a Manger brought very bed culture to Holland park.They don't fit the area .I visited today lunch time all the tables were mass people were using there as a office every table was kept one person I couldn't find any place to sit.Pret a Manger was great place a few years ago now only care about sales customer service is zero quality is below zero such a shame as a local resident to see Holland park invaded establishment s like this .I don't recommend local people to go there.

Asked for a white amo with fluffy milk and got this very disappointing

I had been to visit an art gallery nearby on a cold winter's morning, so decided to pop in for a refreshing coffee to warm myself up and to relax before going on my journey. The location is convenient, near the tube station, and there is seating outside for brave souls, and probably very popular in warmer weather. Inside was the usual quality range of Pret's freshly-made sandwiches and other food, with friendly staff and a pleasant environment. Just what I needed.

Clean and tidy. Was a quiet time Saturday after Christmas but there where customers. Pleasant staff and hot coffee that seems to be a problem at Notting hill Pret.

Nice spacious branch with lots of seating. Clean and tidy however was disappointed with the lack of sandwiches available at lunchtime .

Kicked me and my friends out because we were having a drink from Tesco whilst in their shop to stay warm in the freezing cold winter of London.

Pret A Manger is the place to be for a great selection of fresh juices and interesting mixes... like the Hot Shot (fresh Orange Juice and Pepper) or the Ginger Shot or many more chose from.

After a busy Saturday with one of my daughters, we were.driving back home in Surrey when we saw the maroon stars and decided to stop to have.some.late lunch. We chose a warm wrap of halloumi.and meetballs and a tuna toastie and two coffees. We really enjoyed the wrap and the toastie and the coffees (black americanos) were delicious. Just what we needed. Good customer service is already trademark so it is nice to know you will only be greeted with a smile and you will be helped speedily. The restaurant is bright and modern. Pret-à-manger will see us again soon.

Starts preparing for closing (like flipping chairs over the tables on all unoccupied tables, ect) 1,5-2 hours before the actual closing time. This happened few times in a row now. Wonder how manager doesn't say anything as it really puts off from coming in.

I have been working in the Holland Park area for the last few weeks using Pret quite a bit for breakfast and lunch as the food is reasonably priced and of a good standard. The biggest plus to this outlet is by far the staff who welcome with a smile and recognise the importance of a welcoming smile. A big thanks to staff and management for starting my day on a positive note.
