Starbucks in Kensington and Chelsea

I had great help in choosing the right drink for me. I love a milkshake but Starbucks doesn't do milkshakes. So lady suggested how about a ice latte strawberry it was delicious

This is one of the best Starbucks I have had the joy of visited and has become one of my regular haunts. The store is always really clean, even during very busy periods, even when other customers to their best to make a mess, haha. The speed of service is always exceptional considering the level of traffic the store can sometimes receive. You never have too long a wait during busy periods and the staff always are very apologetic if there is a wait; even if you tell them not to worry. Speaking of service, the team members at the Bermuda Starbucks are the definition of strong team. You can see that not only are they willing to go above and beyond to ensure customers get the experience they pay for; they work really well together and clearly are a very gelled team who look out for one another. They are all, really friendly and go out of their way to engage with even the wackiest of customers. Considering the challenge of the service industry, especially the fast food industry such as this, it is pretty impressive how they can maintain their professionalism, especially in the face of challenging customers. I have seen several times rude customers being aggressive with team members but they have responded with grace and diffused the situation quickly. Over my many visits I have seen team members come and go from this store but the leadership ensures that new team members are very quickly bought up to extend the same values and level of service that I have just praised. Lastly a special shout out to two of the best barista's I have had serve me in my many visits, Kaci and Imogen. Anyway enough gushing, go visit the store if you need a coffee fix, I'll be shocked if you come away disappointed.

Been four times, every single time they have got my order wrong or it’s been awful and I’ve had to ask them to remake it. Either the coffee is burnt or the caramel frappe doesn’t have any caramel in it. I haven’t been once and not had to ask them to make it again due to a mistake.

Good drinks snacks plenty space, just a shame seating is dirty and tables need cleaning!

I regularly use this store and find the atmosphere great. There are a lot of regulars that work from here and it always feels welcoming. I highly recommend.

Just had a drink. Lots of space inside. Can use your tablets and computers in there. Very comfortable. Easy access for wheelchair. Parking free but must put you registration of car in as you enter cafe. Will be going again if passing.

Limited food available for coeliacs.

In case visitors are not aware when you walk in the door you have to put your vehicles registration number on the computer.

Lindsey didn’t mess around when I asked for as much caramel drizzle as humanly possible. 10/10 - would drizzle again

Me and my partner received terrible customer service yesterday between 19:00-19:15pm. We went through the drive-thru and ordered two large lime refreshers which had no lime slices in for the third time now which is disappointing especially when you pay full price and extra for it to be made with lemonade (which we weren’t advised by the worker). When it come to paying it seemed as though she had an issue with me having to transfer more money to be able to make payment or she just had an issue being at work and serving people in general. It’s not the customer service you expect to receive at a Starbucks chain and we were very disappointed. I won’t be using this starbucks branch ever again. Not once did she smile and her tone of voice was just absolutely mardy! The whole experience made me begrudge paying £13.20 for two drinks that weren’t even made correctly. I didn’t ask about the lime slices as her whole demeanour made me feel too uncomfortable to ask. I even suspect she was a manager with the black and white uniform she was wearing, which is even worse. In future, I will drive to a Starbucks in Tamworth or Cov.

Sat in the que for 10 minutes to the have cash refused as a payment... No warning.. No sign to save the wasted time.. Never use again

Tried for the first time today, arrived at 0940 to be greated by the staff who had been waiting outside from 0800 for what I assume was the manager, said person arrived at 0950 (opening time 0800) offered no apology to the staff or waiting customers not even an hello , waiting inside for 10 minutes before being able to collect my click and collect order, other waiting customers offered a free drink, mine was charged as I'd ordered online , shocking

Coffee tasted good , but was not very warm . The worst thing was the state of the interior of the place . Scruff , dirty chairs , scruffy in clean tables . Place was a mess .

We both had a oat latte. And I had a piece of caramel toffee cake. The staff were very helpful and assisted my mother sorting out the toilet roll dispenser in the disabled toilet as the locking key latch was dropping down not giving loo roll out properly. My son explained what was happening and they sorted it out straight away.

Overpriced , tables not cleared , no juices suitable for children or hot drinks like in Costa Children spilled a drink & it was still not cleared when we left .Staff not obliging or helpful .

I come here most mornings for my coffee and I’m always without fail greeted with a friendly good morning and how are you. I have witnessed the staff have to deal with some very awkward customers and they do so very professionally and very prompt. I do not use any other Starbucks.

Worst customer service ever at a drive through. Window staff were most unfriendly and unhappy with no interaction at all. Basically showed me the payment pad and shoved me my order without saying a word. No hello, please or thank you. Never offered any condiments for the breakfast item I purchased. Just a man of negativity. Good job the food and drink are nice, as I’ve always enjoyed them.

Absolutely the worst customer service by Dany and Simone. Absolutely rude, unprofessional, lack of care. I've asked for my usual coffee, as i got there everyday and never had such a bad experience. They didn't manage to make my coffee right and they just started complaining talking between themselves. They also tried to deny it laughing at me. The company should hire people willing to work directly with customer service instead of those frustrated persons. Absolutely disappointed!!!

It's a nice coffee shop, although it was a bit dirty on my visit. The serving area where you collect your coffee was covered in coffee, crumbs etc. But I can let that slide as it was busy, even though a quick wipe would fix it. My biggest issue with this coffee shop it the toilets, they never have toilet paper, literally every single visit and I go a fair bit. So much so that I take a napkin or 2 with me. I've mentioned this several times, it's never resolved. It's quite disappointing.

Caramel latte & hot chocolate, both nice. Attitude of staff left much to be desired. No cash payments accepted either. Won’t be in any hurry to return. Staff need to learn better customer relations from Caffè Nero or Costa.

It's a Good Place to go for a drink, there is a drive-tru as well. The Coffee is really good, worth your Money for sure

Ordering coffee from this branch it's like winning a lottery.. Every time the coffee taste different.. It's a real struggle when ordering to be delivered.. I think they use the same beans multiple times.. I pay for added sauce and syrup and that's nowhere... It's really bad service... Through deliveroo you can't even claim your money back.. Quite frankly don't understand how are they getting away with this..

This branch of Starbucks has such a good team of staff. They make a huge effort with their customers and are kind and courteous. There are many regulars who come here, many of whom have got to know each other, and there is a lovely atmosphere. Well done to everyone and congratulations on your upcoming 5th Anniversary⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love Starbucks, however there is a really grumpy female staff member who I've been unlucky enough to have to deal with the last few times I've been to here who is sullen, unhelpful and borderline rude. You can't avoid her. This branch also frequently run out of food choices quite often and even 2 hours before closing refuse to do drinks in mugs (will still charge you to drink in with a takeout cup though). Not my favourite Starbucks, as it goes, could do better.

We come here as it’s open longer than our local branch. The choice of food is good although can be expensive which is why I’ve given it the rating I have. The service we get has been very good. The atmosphere could be better but then again the times we come it is quiet with not many people in which will affect it. One of the baristas we must mention at Bermuda is Lindsay (sorry if I’ve spelt it wrong.) She’s friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. If you’re not sure what to have to drink, she’ll give you a suggestion based on what you like etc, even down to the cakes too! 😊.

My absolute favourite place! Lindsey always provides the best service and makes my order exactly how I like it! She also provides great recommendations for me to try new drinks and has never steered me wrong! A great atmosphere to sit and read with my drink!

Delightful chap at the counter was most disgruntled when we pointed out one of our items was missing. Mind you, when he got visibly frustrated at us because our Starbucks card wouldn’t scan I shouldn’t have expected much else. After begrudgingly making the drink we’d just paid for he then turned to loudly remark about us to his colleagues as we left. To top it off they seemed to have forgot the almond milk for our almond milk order. Absolute class act by all. Think we’ll save the hassle next time and make our own coffee.

We have been visiting this Starbucks for years now at least twice a week it’s just so disappointing in customer service. I use Starbucks at Corley everyday and Starbucks Solihull 3 days a week which are far more busy and the most positive places to visit. This gives us plenty of comparison. What disappoints us is not the venue, not the drinks - it’s the lack of interest staff have. Some would say don’t go there. It maybe our fault in some way. We keep persevering in the hope one day it just gets better. It’s just sad the place has everything going for it. It’s just lacks that feeling of a welcome. I guess this will become one of those reviews perceived as someone who is just never happy which really isn’t the case. I just want staff to cheer up and take some responsibility in offering great service. Anyway we will stick with you and hope someday as regulars things will improve. Please listen.

I’ve tried various drinks over different times and it never tastes right compared to other Starbucks and also looks completely different. Coffee always tastes weak and watered down like it’s been reused multiple times

After three less than satisfactory experiences here with ordering then pick up, I'm actively going to choose to buy drinks from somewhere else.

I visit this Starbucks every now and then. It has recently been refurbished and it's lovely. Clean. Bright. Spacious. I was served today by a lady called Min. Incredible service from the moment I walked in. Always smiling. Min is a great asset to the team. I look forward to my next visit.

Bunch of bored looking teenagers (think 'Kevin' from the Harry Enfield & Friends show). Went in to get a clotted cream fudge brew they had as a limited time offer, and it took them an unusually long time to prepare it considering there was one other customer besides me in store, and zero drive-thru customers. They had plenty of time to stand and chat, though. To cap off the experience, the coffee was overhyped rubbish. The Starbucks in the town centre has better customer service (I don't recommend the clotted cream fudge brew)

Went there twice today. First time the coffee was cold. Second time we had to wait for ages whilst a previous customer had their card and phone payments declined multiple times, which led to a long and unnecessary discussion, after the transaction was finally completed with another card, about possible reasons, while the queue grew longer. Then, we were rudely told that we could only sit at one of two tables (although all the others were free) - one of the two tables was piled with uncleared rubbish and the other was dirty… The local Caffè Nero and Costa are really much better. Based on my experience today, this place is run for the convenience of the staff, who are rude.

Went with my family, for a coffee & chat.. firstly they don’t take cash, how annoying Starbucks needs to address this policy. 1 off the staff serving the drinks needs a lesson in customer etiquette. The caramel macchiato was cold.

Only 2 members of staff to work the drive thru and main till. Not fair on them as they can only do their best but waited far too long to get my order. Management needs to sort the staffing out.

Been here couple of times. First time I asked for an iced cappuccino with extra SIMPLE syrup and cinnamon powder on the top. I got a iced cappuccino with no cinnamon powder and with hazelnut syrup 😂😂 Second time waited in the queue for 5 minutes just to be told that the don't accept cash!!!! AMAZING! NOT ACCEPTING CASH! After a ten minute complete waste of my time with no signs or explanation why CASH isn't accepted! Absolutely ridiculous. You may have the name amd the nice atmosphere and atuff but your coffee and your service is trash. Would give minus stars if I could.

While ordering, the lady informed us that they were under new management and did not accept cash. I have finished my adventure with this company.

Perfect midday break on the terrace! The ham and cheese croissant was very tasty, and so were the coffees after adding some more sugar!

Young lady behind the counter was not really interested in any level of customer service today when I called in at around 5:15pm. I ordered a strawberries & cream frappachino/frappe and a chicken ceasar wrap. I was told to go to the fridge for the wrap. There weren't any there. I returned to the counter after looking for the wraps for a few moments where the young lady hadn't started making my drink order. I informed her that there were no chicken caesar wraps in the fridge and she was totally disinterested. Didn't even make an effort to apologise. She had an ignorant miserable attitude and as this cafe wouldn't take cash I decided to depart and take my custom out of the very empty Starbucks. FYI Subway nearby has pleasant helpful staff and they take cash.

Overpriced food and drink ,no atmosphere, Too much sugar in most products..

Drive through ordering was the worst. I was waiting by the window for my drink to be passed over by the three talking and laughing girls. They were chatting and laughing and not paying attention to who is waiting and what is being poured. The worst drink, tasteless.

The coffee was ok but the place has no character, it's more like motorway services not a proper cafe. There are no trays to take your order to the table, no cutlery apart from wooden ones and no staff to clean the tables.

I've used this place numerous times and it's had the usual grumbles but today has taken the micky. Today on the drive in we had two Iced drinks and after being handed them the top slipped off one going over myself and my seat. Sticky toffee creamy cold milky coffee. After then being told yeah the lids do not fit very well and some new ones are due in... I'm sorry what a joke.

Kind staff and comfy seats. They were cleaning when I was there but I'm guessing it's because it was a Sunday. My drink was lovely and was perfect to have when reading my book.

The whole place is very dirty and the seats are sticky with dirt.

Always get the wrong order!!!!!! I always order an iced caffe mocha and they always send a which chocolate mocha!!!! It’s happened at least 4 times now. I must be dumb to keep ordering from here.

5 staff working! I have never experienced such a long wait for a coffee. I opted to go in as the drive through had 5 cars and still took 20 minutes for a coffee! Staff were not expressive, didn't engage and obviously didn't want to be there! So 2 years later I popped in, only take away cups, 3 selections of cake, saw a 3 pack of cakes which I thought I could cut in half and share for more variety but no knives! All in all still only a one star! No stars! Update, arrive after 7 and despite not closing till 9. Only take away cups avaliable!

Not a coffee lover but the hot chocolate is spot on!

Staff are friendly however after 6.30pm all drinks inside are served in Take away cups due to the dish washer needing to go on! We’ve found this alittle disappointing as it detracts from the experience and overall feel.

Amazing staff! Joe, Beau, Marshall, Caitlyn all the lovely ladies they’re all so helpful. I always pick up my customised caramel Mac from them and they make it exactly how I want. The manager is really helpful. Him and the staff goes the extra mile to make sure the customers are happy and I’ve never had any problems with them. If somehow you don’t like your coffee they’ll make another one for you. I couldn’t praise them all enough. They’re lovely bunch of people and so full of life.

Long wait to be acknowledged at the order box. Store wasn't busy at all had 2 customers in the drive through I thought they may have been understaffed but saw 3 women working at the window. If I pay rolls Royce prices for a coffee it's nice to get a prompt and efficient service. I will avoid this coffee shop in future

The guys at Starbucks Bermuda in Nuneaton are great, always friendly and a great service. Try a warm cinnamon swirl absolutely amazing with toffee nut latte.....

Love how much space there is to chill and relax... the eggnog latte if available is delicious!! Recommend half and half with semi skimmed milk though...

Stayed in with a friend for a drink and cake last Saturday, got our drinks in a paper cups.. Service is good, but staff was constantly cleaning the floor, and it made us a bit uncomfortable, like they want us to leave. Saturday was not a busy evening. it was calming and relaxing atmosphere.

Customer service was good; polite and helpful barrister. However, the floor isn’t regularly swept. Previous customer’s food crumbs, straw wrappers etc. The table and upholstery was also unclean. Such a shame as the coffee shop has huge potential to feel more welcoming.

Unless you buy a drink and leave, go elsewhere. Pros: lots of spaces available Cons: not clean, food around, on the seats and on the floor, on main table. You will probably receive bigger orders from the phone as separate orders. Don't get them confused. Cake didn't look fresh and didn't taste good at all. Looked like it sat there for some time. Premium prices paid.

Went with a friend for coffee and chat .I had a wite choc hot chocolate which wasn't bad. Floor inside needed sweeping, upholstered seating was tired and with some stains, zero atmosphere, everyone in their own little world. Quite busy so had to wait few minutes for service. Disabled toilet clean,but last person had not flushed. Fortunately only paper there. Overall not bad, but not somewhere I would go regularly as can't afford £3.99 for a drink each time.
