Bubbleology in Kensington and Chelsea

The cashier who served me on Monday, 22 January 2024 at approximately 8pm at the Long Row Bubbleology branch (Nottingham City Centre) had the worst customer service approach and actually told me she couldn’t make the drink which I requested, not because she ran out of ingredients, but because, “it would take too long to make”. She never smiled. She asked me what size drink I wanted as a substitute and I requested a small Oreo crush, but the drink was not crushed. I guess she didn’t feel like crushing the ice either. Three quarters of the cup was filled with ice cubes rather than crushed ice. I only realized after I left the store what was actually in the cup because she had covered the contents with cool whip. Since we were in a hurry to catch the tram, we didn’t have time to speak with the manager or request a refund. Lousy customer service overall. They could’ve had a loyal customer but after this experience I’m not sure I’ll be returning.

I’m a matcha lover. I ordered Hot matcha with less sugar and tapioca. It was very tasty and a little bit sweet which is so good and refreshing. I ordered two times and different branches. I got the same flavors and very tasty. The tapioca with hot matcha is very soft. I love drinking hot matcha during the cold day.

I wasn't going to bother leaving a review but my train is cancelled and I'm in a bad mood so naturally I remembered my last visit to this place. I don't think I have ever gone to a place of work where the staff just cannot be bothered as much as they do here. The first time I came here, there was a young Asian lad who served me, he looked like someone had crapped in his morning coffee and sighed with every word and movement that he made. I can't fully blame him though, food retail is an awful job and I can only imagine the abuse and bull**** you have to deal with, especially in a place like Nottinghill where everyone smells like kale and acts like their **** don't stink. The second and last time I came here though was an annoying experience. The lady that served me, again, was clearly not happy that a customer had walked in, asked reluctantly for my order. After I made my choice and told her, one of the other members of staff imitated my voice loudly and basically made fun of the way I sound. I didn't see who it was as the rest of the staff were huddled in the seating area further into the room. I paid for my drink, waited, said thank you and left. Definitely not coming back here. Shame that Indonesian place next door closed, I started getting my bubble tea from them after that nonsense. If you don't mind being served by students who are dissatisfied and bored with their job and decide to take it out on their customers, then this is the place for you.

Only go if you absolutely cannot do without bubble tea; in my humble opinion, gimmicky and unnecessary

Went there to treat myself as I came from a busy morning shift. There was a queue therefore I patient waited. Whilst waiting, noticed the floor was wet and dirty. This is high risk for anyone to slip and fall. But i was thinking maybe they’re so busy. Ordered 2 drinks: oreo special and fruit tea. Paid and waited. There were 2 guys after me who ordered more than 2 items, I was patiently waiting. Then, was surprised that those 2 had theirs first before me and like they have loads of orders. The staff asked if I had my order already, I was surprised as I wouldn’t be there longer if I had it. Like I was not really happy, it was poor customer service, lack of communication within their staff. I hope the management will look into this as this greatly impacts the turn around time and hopefully they will treat their client equally without biases. Thanks.

I got served by a lovely young lady called kya who was helpful, bubbly and most importantly helpful. She recommended a drink which I now love and everytime I come in and she’s there she makes sure my friend and I are welcomed.

We were so happy they were ooened for delivery and takeaway. There’s a limited menu mainly due to supplies issues; still olenty of choice. The staff were amazing! Friendly and so quick in dealing with the orders. I dropped my drinks and made such a huge mess. They were so sweet in dealing with it I felt really bad! Hapoy to come back again. The staff were very careful with social distancing and took great care to limit the number in the shop.

Not entirely sure what this place is for - looked intriguing from outside but pricey and pretty standard servings inside. Seems to make milky tea as complicated as you possible can, and just not worth the effort in my opinion

Just wasn't that great. Expected more because of all the hype around it but was just a bit dead. Me and my friend came here on a day out to westfield and for a drink we though we would try bubbleology due to other people's good experiences of it but we were very disappointed with the outcome. :(

Me and my boyfriend when at this place to have a tea around 12pm and we’re very excited for it but as soon as we walk in we said hello to the girl with green hair over there and she didn’t reply, she was doing something and she stayed there and did serve us, she didn’t look at us at all even to say like “give one minute and I’ll be there”... terrible customer service, we will never come back

Desayunamos aquí antes de entrar de lleno en Portobello, y no estuvo mal aunque no es nada del otro mundo. Cogí el especial de Easter que incluía nata, nubes veganas y un conejito de chocolate. Los precios no están nada mal.

They have a decent selection of jelly and boba, and the flavours were great. They make their own flavour combo's and the ones we tried were amazing. I would definately go there again. Only criticism was that they didn't ask if I wanted ice and just put it in. Otherwise loved it.

ロンドンでもタピオカ屋さんが次々にオープン。こちらはノッティングヒルのお店。紅茶、コーヒー、フルーツジュース、カクテルベ ースがあり、店内は赤、黄、黒、白、緑などカラフル。ブルーベリーなどフレーバー付きのタピオカもたくさん。組合わせは無限大？私は無難に抹茶ミルクにブラックパールのタピオカを頼みました。タピオカは日本で飲むより少し固めだったかも。

We were tourists in Nottingham on a hot summer day and this was a great find. Many flavors of bubble tea available including many flavors of Boba! We had to wait a bit in line.

매장이 많지는 않은데 직원들도 유쾌하 고 영국 우유가 워낙에 맛있어서 그런지 몰라도 버블티 엄청 맛있게 먹었던 기억이 있습니다.

White Peach PLUS Ice PLUS apple boba (no tapioca). That's my winning formula. You can't go wrong with it.

OK. This is supper special. I had it for the first time on my way back from Portobello market and it was very refreshing. I had the bubble tea with Passion fruit and cucumber!

Great selection of flavours and the optional to have the bubbles. Unusual texture after a few. Visited in the evening for refreshment. Would try again. Staff were friendly and helpful.
