Complete waste of time and money

Very dirty, all toilets broken. Food tastes strange. Had stomach problems afterwards. Not recommended.

No good the table was very dirty i asked the personel to clean but no one come

Ordered a fillet of fish. Absolutely disgusting, burnt. Requested another abd got the same thing. Do not order from this branch. Staff also rude

There's nothing to be done: outside Italy the quality of these restaurants isn't even good enough. And this is no exception. Decomposed sandwiches, thrown away salad, old chips. The only positive aspect is the price, just lower than the Italian one. To be chosen only if you like fruit.

I ordered hot chocolate but while drinking the taste was like water it's not like a hot chocolate drink I am disappointed 😔 I lost my money

Closes at midnight and was told by staff closes at midnight and was refused entry more than 5 minutes before closure because they didn’t want to serve anyone else

We ate nuggets and breaded chicken with various drinks. The food was good, but the table was dirty and they didn't come to clean it. The tables very close to each other.

Dirty bathrooms....scandalous!!!!

McSpicy like an old shoe and didn’t come with any sauce. 1/5, would not recommend to a friend

Everytime I order online from this branch an item (usually a burger) is missing. Literally 4 out of 5 times I have ordered here the burger was missing. I don't know how's that possible but I've seen other review here that say the same. The managers should investigate it further.

Slightly dirty environment, napkins are always missing

Worst team, inattentive. Fast food chain, the food wasn’t close to fast. Don’t get me wrong, I have full understanding of hospitality and the difficulties in it. However, having at least 4 staffs hanging around in the morning and not have the only order made until I spoke about it after another 5 mins was not quite acceptable. If you don’t want to be here, let yourself know and walk away. Don’t let your customers suffer.

Exactly what you would expect. Going there only to save money; no other reason whatsoever!

My husband and I just got the worst food poisoning of our lives eating here. It seemed to be the only thing open Christmas Eve in the area. We thought at least McDonald's is supposed to be the same everywhere in the world. (Nope!) This one was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. What a merry Christmas it was violently puking all day.

Seems like a miserable atmosphere inside with lots of crappy food, however am grateful for being able to urinate at will inside. Thank you for providing a valuable customer service in allowing sometimes homeless people to urinate inside.

Despite waiting for about 7 minutes for the burger, it still managed to be both cold and dry! Loads of dirty tables.

Just a standard McDonald's, what's more to say.. this one was alot better service though.

Very fast service and nice food

Very central near a park and very close to a pedestrian area. Very large terrace but it is not covered and cannot be used in the rain. Inside it is very cozy.

I'm very happy with the service I receive from Just Eat every time.

I took two terrible salads, they contained some rotten leaves, a Christmas dessert proposal far removed from the one proposed in the advertising video and photos. Terrible service, dirty tables, full waste storage area, empty accessories area, dirty toilets, broken bathroom doors. Stay away.

No inner lid on drinks all items in one bag- all food ruined due to coffee spilling and come spilling. Ridiculous to send items out not double lidded or to pack drinks with foods!!!

It got delivered but never came to my address

Sat at a table with our food, told to move to other table at the other side of the restaurant as staff were closing the area to clean. 😠

Standard service. Unfortunately, when I ordered a coffee, the lid was not on properly so it spilled over my top

Food was good and spacious place as well to be honest when restaurant busy staff freezes. My order took time more than half hour to cook only one meal.

Burned burger buns, staff members more interested talking to the disrespectful school children pushing their way to the front when their ticket is no where near close to being called. Male toilets closed, also handicapped toilets. Bit of a disaster really.

Always check your order from this McDonald's, I always have to ask for my dipping sauces that were ordered with nuggets. On other occasions no syrup was provided with the pancakes and the occasional item missing like the extra cheese burger I ordered. It's a shame you need to check and ask.

Full with homeles people sleeping. No place to eat your meal.

I liked that there is a mobile charger

Hi there, i ordered food from just eat last night and did not recieve it. My driver did not contact me once, He did not come to my road. I live in a house which is on the ground floor so he could have knocked on my door. Then on the just eat app it said my food had been delivered when it was nowhere to be found. I tried to contact the driver on the app but it wasnt letting me, and as soon as my screen said delivered food i had no way in contacting the driver. He did not try to contact me once. I would like a refund as i am a school student and dont have enough money to be wasting. Thank you

SO BAD AGAIN! Hamburger missing fries missing mozzarella sticks missing This Maccas is going down hill and it’s annoying now when paying for ITEMS NOT THERE! Terrible

Only brought 1 meal I offered out of four , no desserts , after waiting one hour , then to top it off the driver said he will go and get the food and didn’t come back - lovely service Constantly missing items , honestly getting a bit disappointed

Ladies toilets are a disgrace. Taps look as though they need a thorough descale, floor needs a grater on it and I felt like I needed to wipe my feet on the way out! My husband tells me the gents is just as bad. Yes I reported it, but got the feeling nothing will be done about it.

driver arrived and said food was all damaged ,wouldn't give us order so we couldn't take a photo. asked for refund order was £20 the refunded £1.79, absolute joke

Where is my order? We have waited almost 3 hours!!!!! I lost my husband yesterday and my 7 year old lost her daddy. Thought a cheeky takeaway might cheer her up but nothing arrived. This is totally unacceptable. Please can I have a refund!

They probably shouldn't call it "fast food" when the average order takes 15 minutes. They also forget to include all of the things that you ordered, so if you want a quick complete meal, go literally anywhere else

The toilets were not very pleasant. As soon as you opened the door from the restaurant to get to the toilets, you could smell urine. The tables were filthy. Not what I expected from Notting Hill Gate Mc Donald's.

I do not receive all my order,

As usual I am disappointed only difference is the courier came to the right house. But this time delivered the wrong order. I spent £26 on breakfast for my family and received one McMuffin that had sausage and we do not eat pork with an orange juice that wasn’t ordered. SMH

On waiting time seeing how the staffs working around the customers was friendly, customers waiting for their foods with no problems, eating and enjoying their food. Toilet was bit untidiness.

Lazy stuff ! Stuff don’t wanna do their job

Tired concept trying to be vogue, staff tired and indifferent, but do not blame then, they have to deal with a lot of front line customer service and are rarely thanked for it. Only an absolute emergency would I ever use this chain ever again.

Never showed up and got refused a refund

By far one of the worst mcdonalds i have ever experienced, i used to work here in 2016 and it was elite back in the day now its fallen down, Ive constantly had items in orders missing constantly. Today my mum accidentally ordered from this terrible branch And long behold yes a cheeseburger was missing, i said its ok i will go and ask for it, i drove all the way and guess what the manager (indian guy) basically told me to get lost in other words he told me to complain on just eat even though just eat has nothing to do with their bad service and forgetting to put in a cheeseburger. Just eat is useless and do not give a flying poo about people so i know they wont do anything, the order was at 11:55 today 13/09/2024 The manager said he was covering so “he doesn’t know” what kind of people are you employing ?? I just said to him you know what its okay im not going to get upset over a cheeseburger and left, i got there around 12:50. Going to be running an email to mcdonalds support after this, honestly dont employ people who have no logic or sympathy this is why this country is grey now a days. Also their chips always come out terrible, ive gone to many of them in the past and realised drive through mcdonalds do the best.

placed my order with just at 5.14pm and didn't arrive till and hour later it was preparing for ages on the app when it arrived 45 after original ETA it was so cold and inedible my autistic son who the meal was for and all he eats refused to eat it so it's now sitting in my bin and it was my last £15 quid I had in my bank account and that's whats really wrong about this poor abysmal service is you've took my last bit of money so now I can't gt even go shop and get him something thankyou just eat

Missing items and chicken mayo was rock solid!

Took too long, driver on map showed him going out of the way, and then to my address, in this time my food has become stone cold and unedible and my drink has nothing in it as it has been dropped, I would like a full refund as this is not acceptable.
