Mcdonald's Restaurants in Kensington and Chelsea

McRib! Yessssss. Took my friend who lives with a mild learning disability. He's been wanting to try one again ever since the last time it was available. He was so happy 😃

Sat at a table with our food, told to move to other table at the other side of the restaurant as staff were closing the area to clean. 😠

Standard service. Unfortunately, when I ordered a coffee, the lid was not on properly so it spilled over my top

Food was good and spacious place as well to be honest when restaurant busy staff freezes. My order took time more than half hour to cook only one meal.

Always check your order from this McDonald's, I always have to ask for my dipping sauces that were ordered with nuggets. On other occasions no syrup was provided with the pancakes and the occasional item missing like the extra cheese burger I ordered. It's a shame you need to check and ask.

Burned burger buns, staff members more interested talking to the disrespectful school children pushing their way to the front when their ticket is no where near close to being called. Male toilets closed, also handicapped toilets. Bit of a disaster really.

Full with homeles people sleeping. No place to eat your meal.

Ladies toilets are a disgrace. Taps look as though they need a thorough descale, floor needs a grater on it and I felt like I needed to wipe my feet on the way out! My husband tells me the gents is just as bad. Yes I reported it, but got the feeling nothing will be done about it.

They probably shouldn't call it "fast food" when the average order takes 15 minutes. They also forget to include all of the things that you ordered, so if you want a quick complete meal, go literally anywhere else

The toilets were not very pleasant. As soon as you opened the door from the restaurant to get to the toilets, you could smell urine. The tables were filthy. Not what I expected from Notting Hill Gate Mc Donald's.

Lazy stuff ! Stuff don’t wanna do their job

On waiting time seeing how the staffs working around the customers was friendly, customers waiting for their foods with no problems, eating and enjoying their food. Toilet was bit untidiness.

Tired concept trying to be vogue, staff tired and indifferent, but do not blame then, they have to deal with a lot of front line customer service and are rarely thanked for it. Only an absolute emergency would I ever use this chain ever again.

By far one of the worst mcdonalds i have ever experienced, i used to work here in 2016 and it was elite back in the day now its fallen down, Ive constantly had items in orders missing constantly. Today my mum accidentally ordered from this terrible branch And long behold yes a cheeseburger was missing, i said its ok i will go and ask for it, i drove all the way and guess what the manager (indian guy) basically told me to get lost in other words he told me to complain on just eat even though just eat has nothing to do with their bad service and forgetting to put in a cheeseburger. Just eat is useless and do not give a flying poo about people so i know they wont do anything, the order was at 11:55 today 13/09/2024 The manager said he was covering so “he doesn’t know” what kind of people are you employing ?? I just said to him you know what its okay im not going to get upset over a cheeseburger and left, i got there around 12:50. Going to be running an email to mcdonalds support after this, honestly dont employ people who have no logic or sympathy this is why this country is grey now a days. Also their chips always come out terrible, ive gone to many of them in the past and realised drive through mcdonalds do the best.

The Mac is still the Mac even in London outside Liverpool Street. Be careful that you eat outside the restaurant which DOES NOT have tables inside

This is not McDonald's McDonald's maintains its brand image If you have any thoughts, I would like to tell you to close this store. The kiosk placed an order, but the order is missing. Staff doesn't care about missing orders The 10 teams who ordered after us received their food. Then I got a cheeseburger and chicken. In London in 2024, at the global chain McDonald's Can something like this happen? As much as the time you visit and stay at this store It will make up for my disappointment in London.

The restaurant is frankly a scary area, and our phone was stolen in the restaurant from a sharpening unit in it, so be careful

Perfect to rest and have a quick drink

First, I needed my card PIN number... There were a lot of twists and turns during the payment process, but the clerk was kind and helped me.

I had to wait 11 minutes for a cheeseburger menu and a cheeseburger. I selected eat here but they gave my order in a bag.

No plug sockets to charge mobile phones. Wifi is weak.

McDonald’s has 10/10 fries, but that is about it. It’s great value but not the best food.

Oh dear, doesn't come much worse than this. No ticket from the machine, wrong order, cold food, glaring stares when I asked for a receipt, the correct food and sauces to go with it. Think you need a reset guys. But... I guess this is London 😂

As far as a mcd goes this was a good one. Dirty loes, but what do you expect.

Fries were inedible! Was delivered cold and the cheeseburger was a half thrown together mess. The speed is also impressive

Visited on Monday at 9 am, 08 Jul, no toilet paper in the female loo, and one of the toilets was covered by poo. How could this be already so dirty in the morning. Just disgusting.., definitely more regular cleaning required.

Service started to become so slow recently

Service was the slowest ever, full of drunks sleeping at tables and service was generally just rude and told me if I wanted it faster I could come and help, I waited 20 minutes for a meal.

Miserable staff rude to customers polish manager lady black hair why are you rude to customer..also people with mental health issues shouting at elderly customers..1star//zero

Classic Mcdonald's not "very central". Not overly clean, very basic service. But you always appreciate the price and convenience. A stone's throw from Notting Hill tube, a few steps from Portobello Road.

As in Spain you don't eat anywhere, even at Mc!

Some of the most incompetent McDonald’s staff. Unable to correctly pack an order, items are frequently left out. Refund does not reflect the price to replace the items missing, so you lose out financially.

The big mac was horrible around 11. I had to throw it away. The is not freshly cooked

THIS is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen. The toilets were disgusting, the tables weren't wiped and the rubbish piled up at the return point.

Normal McDonald's food and service

Been order salad with balsamic, And 2 special edition pounder mill. Salad came without balsamic , no knife and forks, all burgers without salad inside, just onion and ketchup. Long time to get your order. Service and attention to your order is really disappointing.

Six years after my first review (4* then) of this place I've decided that it’s one of the worst McDonald's branches in London. This restaurant is consistently prolific at serving lukewarm food, think unmelted cheese and stone cold burnt muffins.

This restaurant lacks the capability to prepare a burger to an acceptable standard.

Nice fast food restaurant to enjoy with family. I like kids options here

Food was fine, we waited for a long time and it was kind of dirty

Awful service half chips. Waited ages for food and it wasn't busy they made deliveries a priority. The guy put 3 meals in one small bag and all the chips upside down. Asked them to fix it as this was unacceptable. Gave me new batch which were half full. See pic. Food was cold…chips were awful Hygiene is non existence. No washing hands and no hair nets. Manager rude. They also always send the wrong order if you order on Deliveroo! Always Awful staff management and attitude

I have never experienced a longer wait! Why is it referred to as fact food?

How is it difficult to get a breakfast order wrong, McMuffin was rock hard, and it was so quiet they still got my McMuffin wrong!! 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ cmon guys, it ain’t that difficult! 😑😑

A McDonald's more like any other, fast and friendly service. The only thing I could fault is that it has few areas to eat and I had to wait to be able to sit down.

It's a McDonald's. What can be said? It was lovely, my steak was cooked to perfection and our server suggested all the best items from the kitchen and a coordinating wine. Wait..... That's for a different restaurant. Reality.... Generally nuts. Lukewarm food. Ordering changes used to conjur fresh cooked food. Something has changed. How can it get lukewarm from a freshly cooked burger in a 2 minutes? Credits.... This particular one was saner than most. The staff try very hard. And I keep coming back . Mainly to get a half a**ed meal for £3.

I never thought I'll be leaving a review here, but this is absolutely necessary.. You have a diamond in your hospitality sector by the name of Sophie.. I have never come across such amazing energy, and it's very rare to have that at McDonald's!! So well spoken and amazing tonality with the personality!! She has set the benchmark for McDonald's hospitality and I believe that she is destined for more!! I would highly recommend that the GM looks into her case and promotes her to possibly head of training into the corporation all hospitality members must learn from her!!

the manager was awesome and changed all my food for being too cold, not once did they moan or ask any unreasonable questions, i can come here for lunch or brunch

The worse Mac Donald’s is in Notting Hill Gate London I have ever been to, food is always cold and not fresh, employees changing regularly not polite working slowly their hairs always out working without gloves the place is dirty usually and not pleasant to be in. Not recommending!

They didn't put all my order in I didn't checked and when I got home I just realized poor staff

I asked for my burger to be changed because it was cold, but the manager said no he would not change it because some of the burger was now eaten. McDonald’s used to have a customer is always right policy but not anymore. In fact, I’m quite sure that the manager was in breach of consumer rights.

This is the worse McDonald’s. (Notting Hill Gate branch). It is my local one. And the food is getting staler, it’s like they make the burgers and it sits there for the whole day. It’s not fresh enough. Very disappointing what’s happened to this McDonald’s. Another thing they always seem to mess up the order. It’s 90 percent incomplete or some item is missing. I only go there because it’s my closest one.

Sophie's hard work and dedication was the highlight of my day i've never seen anyone who work as hard as her. I appreciate her friendly attitude and her willingness to go the extra mile. She is a valuable asset to the McDonald's team. I am sure that other customers feel the same way. Sophie's hard work and dedication make McDonald's a more enjoyable place to visit. I highly recommend her for any award or recognition that she may be eligible for. it was not only me who was. happy to see her but also other customers !

Had to wait 10 min for no salt fries as there was no communication between the staff and the person in that station kept sprinkling salt all over the fries. The rest of my food was cold because they were put in the bag while waiting for the rest of the order. Large number of staff around the counter looking very confused. Such a mess

Le pire McDo de ma vie ! Aucun goût! Les nuggets sont fades, les frites ne sont pas salées ! Les sauces ne servent à rien (pas de goût, pas de sucre)! Les anglais n’ont-ils pas de palais ? McDo il faut se ressaisir! Ça ne mérite même pas l’étoile que j’ai donné. C’était degueulasse! En plus, quand on sert une salade, il faut des couverts ! Réfléchissez !

So many times I have gone here got a take out and got home and loads missing but yet they took my money never going here again 😡

Take out my dinner consisting of Macplant and some drinks. Contactless and cash both payment options were available. The food quality and taste was awesome. Also enjoyed my morning breakfast there consisting of pancakes 🥞 with syrup. It was tasty as well with Mid black coffee.
