I was traveling from the US and stopped in for breakfast! It was amazing! The coffee was also delightful :)

Bars & restaurants at airport hotels, on the basis they have a daily supply of new customers can survive without the best of food!!! This establishment is no different. It’s styled in a British pub/sports bar. Staff are all very friendly & welcoming. We ordered a pizza to share with a side of chips. The chips were fine, however the pizza was clearly not made on site & was just about cooked. Food I guess filled a hole !!!

For all customers passing through, Italian or otherwise.... Avoid like the plague being served by Krzysztof B, i.e. the one who gave me the receipt... some people really shouldn't be hired and if you really made a mistake in selecting your staff, remedy it as soon as possible. Rude service with an air of arrogance, which is also unfounded. It's true that customers are passing through and are forced to buy, but certainly people should be kept behind the scenes, at the MC's plates.

Very friendly staff, reasonably priced food. I was especially grateful that I could take my meal up to my room as I was travelling alone. Perfect for a quick meal before an early morning flight

Went there to eat before our flight back home. We opted for the Minute Steak, Chicken Milanese and Kids Chicken Milanese. All 3 were satisfied as food was cooked perfectly. Highly Recommended Thanks From family Tanti

I must say very tasty food. I had chicken curry with Roti... delicious. I was searching this place on just eat but could not find even though at this place Just eat sign was visible.

Welcome back Il Basilico! Don't let the relatively plain decor and ambience influence you because you will have missed out on the delicious pizzas, pastas and other dishes available, created by the talented chef here. Long time customers. Note on door said it closed over the quiet Christmas holiday period to re-open in January 2020, with maybe some new themes (?).

Nice location, overlooking runway - but that's about all. The person who served me wasn't one bit interested in doing her job - in fact she was more interested in using her hand cream than the customers. Error made in charging - no apology - why am I surprised ! Numerous uncleared tables. Coffee was OK - no more.

Quick service. Not expensive. Food is quite normal, nothing special, but it's good and convenient for those in Premier Inn of course.

I know it s in the airport ..but this place is mega expensive.! Ordered onion rings and got 5 for £4.85! chips not much better value at £4.50 for small portion. Alcohol expensive too … around £6/£6.50 for 25ml Won’t be back

Desayunamos en la jirafa en la T 5 en Londres Heathrow. OH tenía el desayuno inglés que dijo que estaba bien, pero el tocino estaba muy seco. Pedí el aguacate aplastado en flor tostado con granada y semillas. En ninguna parte del menú decía que el plato contenía tomate - que *ODIO*. Cuando apareció, la mitad de la tostada tenía aguacate. La otra mitad estaba cubierta de tomate picado. Molesto, francamente, pero al menos es solo una aversión y no una alergia.

Watch out for the 'Dynamic Pricing' scam - they'll charge the bill in your card's home currency, not in GBP - at a VERY unfavourable rate. And then refuse to cancel and rebill after giving you the option - as required - to select the currency.

Pretty good Starbucks and I counted about 10 staff working a s moving fast. Well managed. Usual good standard and not bad for an airport.

Best place to eat food. Delicious and very clean. Weldone guys. Omg the pizzas chicen yumy yumy. We been there 4,5 days a week the guys work perfeck very good service
