The best restaurants in Heathrow Villages Hillingdon London

Overall, food was alright but a dish of siu mau was raw, it was cold and the shrimp and pork was uncooked. They were nice and offered to bring us a new one though. However, my cousin and I have ate one and hopefully we don't get food poisoning! :)

I went there and the service was terrible and the staff were incredibly rude. Food was below average and the service was below standard. If in the airport definitely recommend finding somewhere els to eat and the prices are criminal.

Rudest staff ever, two female managers both ridiculously rude have no idea how they got the job, our breakfast was missing sausages and had to ask twice for our drinks

Nice fresh selection of sushi, lots of variety of menu freshly prepared, staff are friendly but need more professional training for food servers

Nos dieron la comida buffet como parte de un parque, el hotel y la comida de oferta. Obviamente este comentario sólo tratar con el buffet que estaba lejos de ser perfecto. Poca variedad para empezar, 2 posible principal,, pescado que hecha o chili, que era muy bueno. Con solo 4 o 5 lados vegetales o arroz este era simplemente no era lo suficientemente bueno. Desayuno en el mismo lugar era realmente muy bueno. La parte del restaurante donde comer su comida era precisión por un comentario anterior como un "café supermercado. No fue un gran comienzo de nuestras vacaciones ya no estaba destinado a ser un regalo. Evitar el buffet de la noche si puedes, pero tienen el desayuno. El personal era educado y servicial.

Had a reasonable good meal here, and provided payment via card including tip. Then left but was chased out into the terminal concourse as the payment hadn't gone through, so went back in to pay again. Then discovered much later that I was charged twice. Can't find a valid phone number for the restaurant, even Heathrow don't seem to have this. Very frustrating, annoying and very poor.

Really enjoyed my visit here, staff were very friendly, and efficient at getting your order. As expected Heathrow was very busy, but the order was delivered quickly, and of the quality expected from a large coffee chain

Food was OK - expensive and really small portions. All the waiting staff appeared to just want to move people on as quickly as possible even though there were lots of empty tables.

service is so bad👎🏽👎🏽 waited 30 mins for one milkshake even when the milkshake was made they didn’t give it to us instead they just let it sit and marinate for another 10 minutes

Had a great experience at Caffè Nero in Heathrow Airport! The food was fresh and nicely presented, and the coffee was just what I needed before my flight—smooth, rich, and served in a reusable cup. The staff were friendly and efficient, even with the busy airport rush. The atmosphere was surprisingly cozy for an airport café. A perfect spot to relax and recharge. Highly recommend!

Food is disaster. Beef in burger was completely dry and hard like stone , you can feel it like burned hard meet cracker. Chips are wet and full of oil. It was mentioned in menu that all burgers served with chips and salat , but eventually no salad … Also it was cold in area , no blankets available … Our room was dirty. Do not recommend this restaurant and this hotel !

Good visit to this food outlet set up as a pub. We needed to have a small bite to eat before our long haul flight to Bangkok. We found they did small plates so had lamb kofta and tandoori chicken- lovely- found the staff were so friendly even though it was busy. 10 out of for their service and smiles. I know it’s Heathrow but it was a lovely experience and well worth a visit if you’re using Terminal 2. The rest of the menu looked good as well.

Bangers & Mash y jamón, huevos y patatas fritas pedidos y ambos eran satisfactorios. Cerveza y bebidas calientes también como se esperaba con el servicio siendo 'parche' (a veces demasiado lento y a veces demasiado rápido!") El servicio y la calidad seguirán siendo los mismos que para todos los establecimientos de "postseguridad" donde la elección y la competencia son limitadas.
