Waited seven minutes in the queue for my coffee only to be told when I got to the counter that contactless payment is not working. They could have saved me my time by informing me when I joined the queue or by putting up a sign. Seven minutes I will never get back.

A harsh review because a coffee shop needs to do at least 1 thing well and, unfortunately, the coffees we received were swill. Burnt. Coffee needs to be poured with water at 92deg or thereabouts, not at 100deg. And as for the female "barrista's" attitude, she needs to drop that as well, she has no idea what she is doing and no interest in serving decent coffee. Train your staff, calibrate your machines, and stop wasting coffee beans.

Probably the best Caffè Nero I’ve been to. You get to see the planes land and take off on the runway, the place has a nice airy vibe about it with relaxing music and high ceilings. They also made me a very nice flat white and the couple next to me said their cappuccinos were good.

Probably the worst coffees I’ve ever had from a chain, including Starbucks. Ordered a latte and a cappuccino, and both just tasted of milk - no coffee flavour at all. We also ordered a pain aux raisins, which seemed stale. We had to throw everything away - if we’d been closer to the shop, we’d have taken it all back. Terrible coffee and ridiculous prices (£12 or so for what we ordered). You’ve been warned!

Unprepared staff. It took the girl 5 minutes to find the right button on the cash register. The tables belonging to them exclusively are not cleaned. We were forced to stay for more than an hour waiting for the flight, and no one came to clean up. Ruined armchairs and chairs. Decent coffee. Poor sandwich. Almost worse than Costa.

Excellent service from Damian, professional & fun at the same time. Great food overall! The gluten-free sandwich lacks a lil of flavor to my taste, but I'm being a picky Frenchman, here. The tomato-basil soup is excellent, though. & the Moccachino is excellent, great job!

One of the pathetic places! First of all the food is old and low quality and overpriced. Secondly, the staff is sneaky! They charged my credit card and then said it didn’t go through and took cash from me. They will never hand out receipts proactively. It’s a trick they learnt i guess, how to cheat customers- they will ask you, do you need receipts. Most customers will say no because you will anyway throw the piece of paper, so why take. That’s their way of not handling out receipts, and when you Complain of overpaying/ overcharging, they will ask you to produce receipts! Failing which they won’t consider your request!! They tried the same trick with me, but when I said i will raise fraud, they agreed to refund the extra charge!! The staff is a bunch of wannabe Indians, with fake accents, overall a major disappointment!

Awful customer service. I ordered a coffee and babychino with marshmallows on the side for my child. Coffee and babychino were handed over but missing marshmallows. When asked about it they told me they were in the coffee then proceeded to argue back and forth that it was what I had requested - this would never have been the case. In the end they said I’d have to pay extra for more or they’d take them out my coffee. I explained my young child could not have coffee covered marshmallows. So staff reluctantly handed over fresh marshmallows but took my coffee off me to remove the mallows in that and throw them out as I hadn’t paid for them. Ridiculously petty reaction to their own error having not actually listened to my original order. Will never purchase from them again.

We arrived in London for transit to Edinburgh via Heathrow Airport. While waiting for the connecting flight we decided to have some coffee & bites at this place in T5. The coffee is super hot but nice. Love the pastry as it is sweet & creamy. Price wise is reasonable 😋

This is for the landslide departures branch. A good option and far less crowded than the pret by the check in desks. Some tables have runway views, but you'll be lucky to have these. If killing time waiting for someone in arrivals this is probably a better bet than the coffee shops downstairs, just take the lift up.

I am so disappointed to eat a cold sandwich, that too on the pretext of some obscure rule. I selected a hot drink and chicken sandwich and paid for the meal. The sandwich was served cold. On going through the food isle once again, I saw an option that could be warmed up and served hot. I took it to the till expecting to exchange the cold sandwich with the warm option. However, to my surprise the guy at the counter told that they are not allowed to exchange the food. I wonder what happened to the cold sandwich in a couple of minutes and why it should not be exchanged?

Coffee tastes like astray extract. Pastries stale. Tables dirty. Chairs worn to threads and beyond. Seat cushions worn so badly they lost all their, well, cushioning. Absolutely awful place which used to be so pleasant.

Had a good experience here. Tuna melt panini was very delicious, slight spicy which was nice and meet my taste. Hot latte in cup was good as well. I enjoy waiting for my flight here.

The customer service at this place is absolutely horrendous. Nero sort this out. Staff stand around talking for ages at a time before even deciding to make your drink. My food got forgotten then they had to make it again and they were very rude. Awful!

I had been with my friends at pizza hut restaurant at Uxbridge bridge road Hayes on 6/02/2025 around 5:45 pm and the waiter told us that we need to order online. Not realising that the pizza hut app and restaurants operate differently I by mistake made an order on the app for collection. As the pizza hut address showed up as Uxbridge road I thought that it's the same one. As the waiter inquired of us, he told us that it was a big mistake and I have to cancel the order there and re do it online. So I called up the delivery hub for cancellation and had a word with than manager but he told me that the order is already in the oven. The waiter at the pizza hut restaurant took over the conversation with the huts delivery manager over my phone and later he advised me that the manager said to contact the customer support for refund. After that we had a whole new order placed at the pizza hut restaurant. After that I sent an email to pizza hut customer services and they took about a week to respond as they waited for the hut managers update. However it's very disappointing that the manager has declined my refund application even though they were the the one who had advised me to apply for refund through customer care. I am not able to believe that such a renowned brand like pizza hut could do anything like this. I ended up paying for food that I didn't collect just because they adviced me that it would be handled by the CS pizza hut. And now they say that they can't do anything it the manager declined the claim. Why in the first place was I given false assurance. I would rather Go and collect it than to order again in the restaurant. Would never give a thought of having pizza hut again.

The worst experience I’ve ever had ordering from anywhere. They said they’d deliver within 30 mins and didn’t show up for an hour so I went to Pizza Hut and apparently they were about 2 hours backed up but hadn’t bothered to pick up the phone (which was ringing off the hook) or inform any of their customers. I was in a line of angry customers who had all paid a delivery fee and ended up waiting over an hour for their deliveries. Abysmal. Never eating Pizza Hut again.

Food is disaster. Beef in burger was completely dry and hard like stone , you can feel it like burned hard meet cracker. Chips are wet and full of oil. It was mentioned in menu that all burgers served with chips and salat , but eventually no salad … Also it was cold in area , no blankets available … Our room was dirty. Do not recommend this restaurant and this hotel !
