Really enjoyed my visit here, staff were very friendly, and efficient at getting your order. As expected Heathrow was very busy, but the order was delivered quickly, and of the quality expected from a large coffee chain

Sorry, besser nicht noch einmal. Am Panini habe ich mir sofort den Gaumen verbrannt. Die heiße Schokolade war mit Wasser gemacht. Für den Preis.... nie wieder.

i understand the busy days at the airport, what i don't get is what starbucks is doing... you know its busy during the day specially mid morning so why no additional staffs to serve. i have no issue with coffee serve i supposed there is no question about it. Its the service and the efficiency of the staff.... Please note you are located at the airport, one of the most stressful place anyone can be so as establishment you can help to ease the pressure.

2019年4月に伺いました。 やはりスタバはどの国に行ってもあるし値段も味も安心だし、価格帯だけは国によって前後はありますが全体的に安心できる要素がとても多いと思います。 この店も安定の味で美味しかったです。 ケーキもマフィンもコーヒーも全て美味しかったです。

What a disgusting attitude of your late night staff. Insulting clients and threatening to call security all because tired and delayed passengers sat in the seats and she wanted to clean. No manners nor etiquette. She should be fired. You will know who she is when you check staff list for the night. Goodbye Starbucks.

Der Latte ist wie gewohnt gut. Man zahlt für den To-Go Pappbecher 0.05 cent extra. Es gab leider keine laktosefreie Milch wie in Germany 😏
