Papa John's Pizza in Hillingdon

Utter Rubbish pizza ordered at around 10.40pm they close at 11pm so they gave a pizza which wasn't fully baked and I collected it at 10.50pm. A white pizza you can clearly see in the picture. This outlet is a joke. They don't care about the customer. Half baked pizza utter nonsense.

Order delivered was slightly wrong, got choc brownie instead of giant choc chip cookie, otherwise I was happy with my order.

- Wont let me change order after calling them - Rude when they were on the phone - Forgot one of my side orders when it came, only an empty box - No apology and said I will get credit and just hung up on me. - The pizza was cold and was not good at all. AVOID.

It was so pathetic we ordered two pizzas one chicken and one veg .the guy on the call who takes the delivery literally misguided us when we asked for veg pizza .Also their menu says the works pizza is available in vegan but it's not and it had pepperoni and ham which clearly misguided we also asked the guy who was taking order he gave us wrong information and later when we called him he started yelling at us and disconnected the phone. What a bad service and the guy he spoke on call and took our order very rude

NEITHER RECEIVED MY PIZZA NOR THE REFUND. It's a pity that there's no 0 (zero) rating feature for the reviews. It actually deserves less than a zero. I placed a collection order on a Sunday around 10pm. Opening hours showed that the store was open till 11pm. Placed the order and went to pick it up. I found out the store had already closed at 10 pm. I contacted the store and complained. I was advised that online profile is managed by back-office elsewhere, so I requested a refund store manager said to contact head office for a refund as the order was never materialised. I called the head office, and no one ever picked as the person responsible for public relations was always away from his desk, and they had no one to take the calls for a week. Then, I wrote emails, but there was no response to the first email, I wrote another one, and a response came after a week, and I was assured of the refund. I waited 15 days after receiving confirmation of the refund. I emailed again and sent the response attached in the photo. Neither got the pizza nor my money back. Pappa Johns never refunded my money. Could have done better than that.

Driver did not call my number and gave my food to someone else at my university.

I ordered the food from just eat , when i called the restaurant to check as there was no update asif was giving false information and was extremely rude and put the phone down and said this is the last time he is sending me the order. also, the driver didnt came upstairs to deliver the food which usually just drivers do , the driver mentioned he is not a just eat driver and also didnt give me just east receipt . I asked for dips which I had order the driver opened the food box on road and showed me the dips which was very unhygenic . The manager and owner of papa johns who mentioned his name as Asif was extrmely rude . The food ordered doesnt look nice and it feels like its been purposely damaged . I need you to take action against the restaurant and issue me a full refund .

Tots were undercooked, garlic bread was over cooked and the bufallo wings were greasy and had hardly any sauce

Ordered two large pizzas online to collect in store. Collection was fast and staff were friendly. The taste and quality of the pizza was okay, not the best. Was happy with the quantity of toppings though. The special garlic dips didn't taste much of garlic for me, mostly butter. The garlic and herb dip was nice, if only there was more of it.

Food delivered on time. Still hot from the restaurant. Happy with delivery service. Won't order again. Not my kind of pizza.

I’ve called the restaurant saying my problem on how the tango I order had pieces and chunks inside it and missing an expiry date which is a massive FSA, and the pineapple on the pizza was for sure off and cold. I was told I would get a new drink, even though I did not want it, because it comes from this place which already showed me some red flags. Man on the phone proceeded to say it’s impossible that it was cold or off, I have reached out to just eat, and they are refusing to refund me any thing. This matter will be passed on to FSA Hillingdon council, as I am now in a bad belly pain and neither of the restaurant or just eat will help.

Order pizza today Sunday 13 March. The delivery driver didn't deliver to the door, I had to go outside on high street opposite tesco, to collect the order from him. On top of that he was calling me to tell me to hurry up because he couldn't park anywhere. On a Sunday evening. The driver was rud, driving a grey Honda civic. So no more pizza from Papa Jones for me.

The operator realised it was a similar incident from before and said that he would get the order made up straight away. Delivered a pizza that was incorrect in terms of toppings. Would like a full refund.

Order was misplaced or mid-delivered. Had to phone the restaurant who thought I should have received it. Was extremely late arriving. Restaurant did provide a comp bottle of Pepsi. In terms of food quality, it was VG.

Driver call me to go down but he wasnt there i sayd that i am alone with the baby 3 months old i was 2 times down to wait for him ..very disapointed

I have order with Papa Johns before. Used the Papa Johns app and ordered a large pizza, got a mediam and it was cold and not cut, (had get a knife and cut into equal pieces). I called them two times they where nit helpful at all. Shoddy custmer service. Maybe its becuase I used the app itself. Papa Johns you just lost a customer, well done.

I did not recieve my food yet again. I was standing outside my Hall for almost 40 minutes asking every car that went past if they had my food. This has happened 3 times now. Not happy about that

I called to find out if anything was halal, the man who answered the phone said the people who worked there are halal?! So is the chicken. Creepy reply! Eww I then placed an order on their website which i thought can't go wrong. Pizza and dessert was wrong. The bbq drizzle was missing and they gave a vegan icecream? When I called he guy said you didn't order dessert you ordered icecream?! Okayyy Now waiting for my replacement,which he wasn't happy to do. Shame Papa Johns has such rubbish and rude customer service, back Herbies. Only ordered here as SANTANDER was doing a cash back offer.

We ordered the pizza which would have costed us £11 on papa jones website with delivery. We paid £32 from your app. On papa jones website it was 60% off with home delivery, where as we were charged full from your app. We have been cheated. Can we please get our refund on the difference.

First the order was confirmed by the restaurant as per just eat. But when I clicked to check the status, restaurant called me saying they havent got the order and that they are cancelling the order and I should re-order again, which I did. Dont know where it went wrong.

The Papa John's food itself was good. I Airways enjoy this. However the Ben and Jerry's ice cream was absolutely disgusting. I don't know where you're keeping your ice cream stored but it didn't taste fresh from a freezer at all. I had to throw it straight in the bin! Waste of money.

I should of ordered direct with papa Johns it would of been 50% cheaper

This Papa John's is very dear to me, not only because they serve vegan pizza and now also other vegan options, which I have yet to try, but because they are always so welcoming and friendly every time I call or when I go to pick up. They usually add extra sauce too!
