Pizza Hut Delivery in Hillingdon

Appalling when I called in to tell the pizza don't seem large .....so dry became like brick within,30 min.... reception was so rude ..

Today ordered chicken pizza order#442370. One of the worst pizzas and there were so little chicken toppings in both chicken pizzas. The base was half cooked and it had lots of raw semolina all over the base!! Really disappointed

I wish I read the reviews before proceeding with this mess. I got home from work and was hungry and needed something to eat. I went on Deliveroo and ordered what’s supposed to be a beef sizzler pizza (large) from Pizza Hut Yiewsley. It turned out to be the most terrible , nastiest and disgusting pizza I have ever had. How can one do this and even send it to a customer? Was it fried ? Was the pastry soaked in oil? The toppings and cheese fell off the pizza as soon as I picked up a slice , leaving me with empty bread. Was this pizza made in a deep fryer? Or was it coated with oil. I don’t just get it. I was so hungry and it was almost 11pm, I tried to eat it , but goodness! This is beyond disgusting, I’m actually shocked at what I have witnessed tonight. Because I was starving, I had to eat the toppings and throw the pizza slices away , I also ended up sleeping hungry. £24.54 gone to a total waste. Terrible!!!!!

Well done guys u managed to cook the worse cook pizza I've ever had. ( very very dry half cooked base ) bin great in the past.

On the first go I was experiencing a delivery-difficulty. After correction everything was as expected. Pizza is the ultimate best flavour for the year by far-Well Done for the arrangement and for the Customer Service!

We called for a pizza was told be 45 minutes a hour came we called they said it be 15 minutes another 15 minutes passed called again said its not left the shop waited another 15 minutes still no pizza called shop a lnd said to cancell the order 30 minutes later it arrived at the door they wanted us to pay for ut but we said we cancelled it never ordering again

Food is nice and tasty ,but every time i do order, I never got the drink what I ordered, always something different .

Rohit was great on the phone. I ordered for delivery but didn’t realise it was collection so he sorted my order out. The food came hot however the dough was so greasy couldn’t finish a medium size pizza.

So far orders have been on time, hot and taste good.

My garlic bread was missing cheese even though I had ordered cheesy garlic bread.

My pizza was really greasy and the bbq wings came cold

The delivery was missing the four bottle water I ordered and I was counting on them. So I am very disappointed

I was suprised how nice this was, ordered extra cheese and was just right. Shouldn't have to order extra cheese to make a pizza right but that is how things are, too many cut backs.

My god is this what you do to regular customer's and just because you think your going to close its eleven o'clock you'll get away with it no pizza hut this is disgusting I took two bites and had to bin it its tasteless apart from the Burnt bits.

Food was shocking! The pizza was extremely thin crust (I didn’t choose this option), dry and about a millimetre of dough was used - hardly any toppings either. Tasted like paper. Wedges were plain and undercooked. Would never order from here or any other pizza hut ever again!

i normally have great experience with pizza hut but this time the food wasn’t even in the process of being prepared until i had called them (around 8:30pm) i then received my order at 9pm when i decided to call them again other than that the food is great as usual.

Took ages to get here the driver was an A hole he was on the phone the whole time and the food was cold and wrong food and burnt. Ridiculous!

They got my order wrong as I ordered Vegi Supreme instead received meat Supreme which contains beef and other meat products

THE WORST PIZZA PLACE IN HILLINGDON. Should be called SLOP HUT. Absolutely disgusting pizza. These guys haven't got a clue on how to make a pizza. The bases are alway inconsistent the crust is bigger then the pizza. There's You can't lift a slice without everything slipping off. Definitely will not be using this place again and definitely will me making a formal complaint. If your after a nice pizza try Herbie's pizza or Papa John's

We ordered two large vegetarian pizzas. Both came with very little toppings. I called up the store to request if they could send another pizza with more toppings or if they could offer something for next time when we order. I spoke to the manager Mohammed. He initially apologised but then also argued that there are enough toppings on the pizza. I asked if there was anything he could do to reimburse me to which he quickly became rude and told me that he will do nothing about it. All I wanted was more toppings, he could have offered something for customer satisfaction. I literally had some slices which only had cheese on them and one pepper. I had paid for the pizzas and felt robbed. He was unhelpful and clearly didn’t care about customer service or about the business. We have been loyal customers and have ordered from here many times before. However after this experience we will not be ordering from here again.

My food did not get delivered to me, even though it says it was delivered. I would like a refund

Rubbish. The caramel cookie dough is advertised as cadburys chocolate with caramel and I was sent a box of white chocolate cookie dough. When I called the guy was incredibly rude and accused me of not telling the truth.

An absolutely delicious and speedy service delivered by a very friendly driver. Certainly better than the food at the travelodge I was staying at.

Ordered for delivery via phone. Pizza came 10 minutes early. Honestly one of the best pizza's I've had from pizza hut. Mac and cheese also very tasty

My food was cold when I opened it

I was waiting for my food at Brunel University. The driver phoned to say that he couldn't come into the University and could I come to the barrier? I went to the barrier at Eastgate. Ten minutes passed and his manager calls to tell me to go to Station Road. I had no idea where this is, I'm only here for a couple of months. I eventually get to Station Road, the far side of the University Campus. I did say that the driver could get in the other side where I was, but neither wanted to hear and seemed to prefer that I walk across the University to them. I will NOT be using them again. NB: Other delivery firms have no problem getting into the University.

The pizza was over cooked. The garlic bread was burnt to a crisp.

Never normally write a review but I had to , haven’t enjoyed a pizza like this in a long time food came fresh and hot my order came very quickly and the person who took my order by phone was very polite thankyou

They refused to deliver the food to the place and insist me walking a good 300m to get the food in 5 minutes or they will cancel the order. When I arrived I had to wait for another 5 minutes before the driver arrive.

Disgusting service! They sent my order burnt and when I called them they refused to speak to me and hung up the phone. Disgusting how they feel comfortable to take peoples hard earned money and send them what was clearly burnt food and not even edible. It’s not like the item was packaged and I got unlucky with a faulty item. Someone saw they had burned it and sent it anyway. Disgusting

The cookie dough and one bottle of drink were incorrect, we didn’t receive a Pepsi max cherry or a White Chocolate Cookie Dough

the food was damaged, the food was cold, made me miss my first order due to the fact that they could'nt follow simple instructions that was left on the order note. The delivery guy gave my order to someone else without even finding out who they were delivering to. The guy delivering the food was also extremely rude. never ordering again

Twice I have ordered from here and received appalling food/service. The first time the pizzas were really undercooked and soggy and our ice cream was missing from the delivery, the person on the phone asked if I wanted it sent (as if I would say no to something i had paid for) he then said he would send it and when I said thank you, he said "Safe" as if we were friends on the street (very unprofessional). The second time I asked to make sure nothing was undercooked as my partner is pregnant and I was assured they would be well done, however they turned up just as soggy as before. I will definitely never be using this branch again and I wish I could give less stars as j have spent almost £100 on food that couldn't be eaten by myself, my partner and my kids 👎👎👎👎👎
