I had the pleasure on Queen's Arms and I must say, the service was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and hospitality our saver ,Payal.She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The food was delicious, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the impeccable service. Every detail was taken care of, from prompt refills to thoughtful recommendations. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. If you're looking for a restaurant where you feel truly valued as a guest, this is the place to go. Me and my partner went there because there was no where else to eat we stayed at the hilton i had pea soup and i complained as i had some plastic in my soup my partner had cheese burger and chips but the chips wasnt cooked it was quite pricey wont go again

Completely underwhelming English Breakfast. Toast more like stale bread, so pale. Everything was lukewarm, wish I was flying from T5, better there at Weatherspoons.

La comida no era fresca - mi comida era una mezcla de patatas fritas secas, un huevo era de cuero y el otro era un huevo corrido. No estaba jugando a probar el jamón. Pedimos cervezas de jengibre que se anotaron como 330 ml. Eran de hecho 200 ml. Nos dieron la razón de que el menú acababa de ser re-impreso y era un error de impresión. En su haber, nos suministraron otra botella para compensar los 600 millones que esperábamos. Éramos un grupo de tres en un restaurante con otros cuatro comensales. En la hora pico de la comida, esto es revelador. El lugar está bien para una copa, pero me cansaría de comer allí de nuevo.

I liked the food a lot, I ordered English Breakfast, quiet atmosphere and to order or eat in the place is very good, the service is not slow.

The rest of the reviews are completely accurate, food here is an insult to cooking. Got the burger, chips completely stale and clearly been under a heat lamp for several hours to get that dry, I ask them to replace them. What I got was undercooked chips on top of even more stale ones. Whoever is cooking in there shouldn’t be! Pretty sure I’m either throwing up or this is coming out the other end as liquid very shortly.

Staff was extremely rude. She was one of the most egoistic and probably a bit racist girl. Had no etiquettes at all.

Table was dirty, cutlery was dirty and there was a 30cm hair in my chips. Waitress was very apologetic and gave me a discount but avoid!!

Extremely poor food, but helpful staff. Just finished eating a Full English Breakfast. Most of the food was tepid not hot and the plate was stone cold.The bacon, mushrooms and tomato were very bad, only a couple of items were of a good standard. Is a hot breakfast served on a hot plate really so challenging? I wouldn't recommend this place.

It's OK. Some food is good (club sandwich) but some is not so good (burger). Coffee is really REALLY bad - the flat white was basically instant coffee with frothy milk - avoid! The beer is ok though. Service was very pleasant, tables were clean, excellent range of seating options and fairly quiet despite being in the departure area. Only a few charging points at the bar leaners.

En la Terminal Dos, sus opciones gastronómicas son bastante limitadas, así que le dimos una oportunidad a este lugar. Pedí una hamburguesa que llegó bastante tarde, y tuve que preguntar por ella yo mismo. La carne estaba seca, y el resto de la hamburguesa era bastante agobiante. Los chips sabían claramente a plástico. También conseguir porciones pequeñas parecería algo bueno, dada la mala calidad de la comida, pero el precio era extorsivo. El camarero tuvo la amabilidad de retirar el 20% de la cuenta, lo que aprecio, pero fue una comida decepcionante en general.

El servicio del personal es muy malo y todo es pegajoso y sucio, incluso cuando no está ocupado terminal dos no tiene mucho creo que este lugar realmente lo decepciona. Debería ser un buen lugar para ir y relajarse antes de su vuelo, no un lugar que le haga perder el tiempo o posiblemente le haga enfermar.

I honestly enjoyed my meal here. It was really filling and the service was also really good. The lady who served me today, SUSHMITHA, was especially nice and I enjoyed her service ☺️.

Today on entering the airport I went to The Queens Arms with my family, I was served by an Asian gentleman with a beard, his customer service skills were OUTSTANDING !!! He went above and beyond, he could see we were trying to find a table for drinks so he made it happen to we quickly got a table for my family 👍👍

I would really like to say as we were passing through this morning we visited queens the waitress were so welcoming and felt hearty welcome and ordered veggie breakfast with a Latte it was really awesome the taste was amazing and the Christmas decor was good the waitresssushmitha who served us was really joyful and treated us with more love and take care of us wish to visit again such a lovely place to visit highly recommended

Hola pedimos pastel rancio y patatas fritas y una hamburguesa y patatas fritas tanto un montón de patatas fritas y nuestro pedido de bebidas no apareció, así que le pregunté a la camarera dónde estaban ella respondió que voy a ir y averiguar pero no volvió. También pedí un poco de salsa que tampoco apareció. Le pediría a la gente que evite este llamado pub el personal no estaba interesado en absoluto

He estado aquí dos veces y en ambas ocasiones fue bien tratado por el personal. Sin quejas. Obviamente estaba esperando entre peleas así que no tenía prisa por lo que el servicio rápido no era el problema. Siendo viajero en solitario me preocupaba más la 'seguridad' de las pertenencias desatendidas al realizar mi pedido. O visitando los baños distantes. El personal estaba feliz de seguir llevándome una recarga en el asiento y otros viajeros solteros se mantuvieron rotando de ver las cosas entre sí. Me sentí bastante contento con el servicio de haber dejado el "otro lugar" después de la hacinamiento y la tarea desesperada de custodiar mi mesa mientras re-pedido. Evito Heathrow donde sea posible, pero casi espero mi próxima visita en la comodidad de los brazos de la reina.

Would have preferred to pay £25 for a Greggs pasty than what I got Ordered a steak pie as I don't think I'll eat one for a while. The mash and veg were unevenly cooked. The pie was mainly a paste inside and the two corks of steak I did get were venomous with vinegar. Asked for English mustard but they only have American. (Sat thinking of any redeemable points, and setting to analyse, I've realised it came with cold gravy!) Decided to pick a steak pie as I'm moving abroad and thought that I should have a proper British meal as I might not have one for a while. I suppose it was proper British in the fact it tasted awful? Just another happy reminder of why I'm leaving this country.

I had the misfortune of being trapped in Queens of Arms today after a cancelled flight. The ‘Nachos’ are an unseasoned meatless dry bowl of chips with the words smallest amount of sour cream and cheese. It was giving ‘hard times’. I was shocked when I saw a chef in the vicinity, or maybe it was a costume? It’s almost impressive to make such a flavourless dish. I’m forward to the plane meal now. The man who served us was lovely and super efficient, I’ll take the small win..

Quality and service at airports is usually poor, but the staff at this place is beyond the pale. Stood for almost 10 mins at the bar to buy a drink and absolutely no-one provided service, not even acknowledging I was there. I counted 6-8 staff members most of them talking very engaging amongst themselves. Saw a few others customers also wanting to be attended…

So I went there with my mother due to wanting something to eat before our flight, and this place had decent reviews so we went in for their breakfast. Just an eggs royale with a classic veg English breakfast nothing exceedingly fancy and quite simple. The best part of my English breakfast were the chips, they had a nice taste and what you should expect, and the toast was quite nice as well, beans are beans, but the rest of the items were terrible in comparison. The veg sausage didn’t look like any sausage I’ve seen and was not only undercooked but also had an over abundance of salt, the poached eggs where really runny and had almost no taste, the spinach felt like they where cooking it forgot about it and left it to cook for another 10 mins. And then the mushroom, was absolutely the worst part, it taste like you just gave a person a raw mushroom and had a terrible fungal after taste that keeps hitting you well over 30 mins after just tasting it. While I didn’t have the eggs royal, I tasted a bit of the salmon, and it also was old, it was extremely bitter and felt like it went bad well over a few weeks ago. The worst part however, is it that it took 30 mins for it to be ready, which if you were in a hurry to get your flight, would royally screw you over. Now I saw the rest of the reviews and it seems like it mostly focuses on lunch and dinner items, which is fine, I’m just posting and saying, if you want breakfast, it would be better to eat it at home then to come here.

Chips were yesterdays or older that had been refried. If you are going to charge £16.50 for a medium sized breakfast, then let’s at least use fresh chips please. Poached eggs were served broken. Not fussed if I’m eating at home but please let’s have some finesse. Waiting staff friendly. Oh and the place is 2x the price of outside an airport but what do you expect ?

Staff lovely. Unfortunately I chose the plant based Hackney burger (£17.50!)which was utterly tasteless and had the consistency of stodge. Worse still, when the bill arrived I did not pay enough attention and did not notice that 12.5% service charge (optional) is automatically added and paid it. An extremely disappointing experience. Whoever chooses the menu should be made to eat it! Never again. And the air con was set to fridge. My son has the cheese burger and was satisfied

Comienza con el personal muy bueno conmigo a las 6 de la mañana cuando aparecí por primera vez después de seis horas de gastar dinero comiendo bebidas alimenticias, etc. Me pidieron que me moviera a la mitad de mi comida porque alguien no quería caminar arriba, así que su disposición de los asientos era más importante que el hombre que ha estado sentado allí durante siete horas gastando dinero, creo que esta es una gestión terrible. For 12.50 in an Airport I expected my sandwich to be minuscule, but I could barely finish it! Food was really tasty, great selection of drinks, but most importantly, lovely staff. Every member of staff was very patient and polite and overall, very welcoming. They deserve a raise!

The burger and fries were nice, the staff were great, the beer was nice, the setting was good....just totally let down by the child size portions. I'm not a big eater but ended up getting a WH Smith meal deal immediately afterwards. I wouldn't have minded but it wasn't cheap.

Food wise, it’s a standard place. However, I received the WORST service here than anywhere else in the UK. In particular, one waiter directly put the bill on my table and expected me to make payment with the machine, after I just finished eating. No words were said, he just stood there, waiting without even look at me. I didn’t ask for the bill, and was about to sit for a while before boarding. I still can’t believe it.

Located in the departure area with a stunning view of the runway, this spot is perfect for spending hours watching planes take off. The food is delicious, though the service can be a bit slow. I ordered the English breakfast, which was tasty, but they served French fries instead of roast potatoes—quite odd! It's a fantastic place to hang out with friends and family before heading through security.

5 minutes waiting for the waiting to attend me after she is just talking to the airport people that are there to just have a coffe... After this 5 minute she then say the kitchen is close with the poster and menu outside...

An experience memorable for it's awfulness. . Starters and main courses arrived together. Unappetising plate of humus and tapenade splattered on a plate. South Downs ham, three thin slices of supermarket ham? A beef burger of dubious content giving the jaw a good workout. Chips, indescribable. One can only assume that the awfulness of the meal would make any flight disruption completely irrelevant . To add salt into the wound a bill of £78.25. If this was the last meal before leaving blighty then we are more than fully deserving of the bad name we have after being served up this mess of postage.

If you’re eating here it’s because there’s nowhere else to go. And it’s clearly the best bad option on this side of security. I’ve eaten here a few times now. It’s never been good, but it was never so bad that I felt compelled to tell someone about it. Until today. The “American” pancakes they served were the worst I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve had frozen pancakes that were better. They were undercooked, gummy. Inedible. Again, if you’re here, it’s because you have nowhere else to go. Just order eggs and toast, though. Service was great!

The supervisor is very friendly I was welcome and he directed me to have a seat I ordered with the waitress also very nice...... problem no some waitress are very rude...I was told if you're done eating please pay and pack your luggage and leave we don't wait for food to digest

The guy took forever to take the order because he couldn’t work the tilt excusing himself they they have a new menu then he called someone else who then told me kitchen closed at 8pm. We had couple of hours to spare before our flight back to India....we went to queens arms cafe... We were attended to very courteously and the dishes we ordered were great...just as we had expected them....the portion size is just enough for a person .....no more

God... I felt I need to write this down. How do you manage to make a club sandwich with cold bread? How do you do that and consider yourself a cook? Bad food and attitude. I blame easyJet for making me go through this.

A great pub setting in the departures area in Heathrow terminal two. I ordered the full English breakfast and loved it, but my only concerns were the quality of the bacon - it felt cheap and like bad quality streaky bacon. Secondly was the cleanliness, the tables had diet in between the wood on the table which wasn’t nice to see. Other than that, it was a nice breakfast! Would definitely recommend :)

Was not welcomed here. Staff need better training on how to greet customers instead of blocking entry and interrogating them before allowing them to sit down.

Thank goodness I didn’t have a flight to catch because the service was so slow. I sat for well over half an hour with an empty plate and glass in front of me and my wallet out on the table waiting to catch somebody to ask for the bill so I could leave. I finally caught a gentleman who was clearing a nearby table who obviously told one of the wait staff and was pretty shocked to see her add a tip onto the machine in front of me. Considering it took well over an hour to get the bill for a single pint of beer and an order of humus I definitely wasn’t planning to add on a tip. Particularly as there was no cutlery or napkin for the bread that was drenched in olive oil so I was left with incredibly greasy hands and nobody I could even ask to get me a serviette. I also would have gratefully had a second drink given how long I had to wait but again nobody came to check on me during the 1+ hr stay nor did I see anyone I could ask. Food was good and views are lovely.

Waited 8 mins to be served for my 1st pint downstairs, and another 8 mins for my 2nd on 1st floor. Pint had to be poured and brought up from downstairs bar, qite a bit missing when it arrived. What staff behind bar, not enough, were slow in serving UPDATE - now ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I was given a complimentary 🍺 by the barman on upper level. Thank you

First impression was not good owing to rather brusk greeter: we needed to wait to be seated but in the end we were directed to sit upstairs (with my elderly parents) despite there being empty tables on the main level. Food was tasty but tables and chairs and floors need cleaning. All the other staff were polite but the greeter needs re-training to manage her dining areas effectively.

This meat is mixed beef. It has no juice and is not mature. It should be delicious for 19 pounds, but this one is too tasteless. It tastes worse than MacDonald.

This beef burger is made with mixed beef! It lacks juiciness and the authentic taste of beef! The beef should be 50% cooked, despite its advertised price of £19. Unfortunately, it falls short, tasting even worse than McDonald's. The meal ordered at 10:30 was served half an hour late at 11:30. The service is really poor, and the hygiene is also subpar.

Food expensive, chicken burgers were small, chips small portion as well considering the cost of the burger, salmon sandwich ,bread was not fresh was starting to go hard would not recommend to eat there

Helpful and efficient staff. The breakfast menu at 07:30 was a bit restricted but they were willing to adapt the pancakes for vegetarian preference. At this early hour the place was quiet, so there were no problems about getting served promptly.

It was a very unfortunate situation i along with my wife saw a lady chef howling and abusing a lady sever in the restaurant at top of her voice from the pass. I was taken by suprise that no one stood in favour for the young lady.
