The Commission in Hillingdon

Looks like a nice place, but service was shocking. We waited ages to place our order in the first place, then it took a while to arrive. We asked for water FOUR times before a supervisor made sure we got it. Would not go again.

Would like to say here that it was a long time someone didn’t provide me with such an excellent service as Godfrey! The restaurant is nice but much better is this waiter who attended me. Charismatic, polite and nice. It worths every penny!

Came ere for a meal before our flight. Wonderful greeting and fast service. Good choice of food. We had crispy duck salad with broccoli side plus a beer and gin and tonic. He broccoli was nice as were the drinks but the duck salad was very average. Lovely music, very comfortable seats and great ambience. £45 for all of that.

I am a fan of Drake & Morgan so I was pleased to find this restaurant at Heathrow T4. A great welcome and very flexible service. I enjoyed some good food and a couple of cheeky cocktails to start my Christmas break.

Awful. Big fan of drake and Morgan in London but this is really letting the brand down. Ridiculously long wait despite it not being that busy, and no communication which is especially bad being in an airport. When we were finally seated, and had to wait ten minutes and ask three times to place an order. My husband wanted two mains and the server told him they may not have one. It was only when the food arrived at the table he said they didn’t have it, so he didn’t have the chance to order a second. I ordered a salad and it was missing the only carb ingredient. We then had to wait another 5 minutes for cutlery and a long time for the bill. There was absolutely no obvious reason - just staff who didn’t seem to have a clue what they were doing and were working at no pace at all.

Lousy - queued up to be greeted with a "Yeah", then told there would be a 25min wait for a "food table". This was despite the restaurant being about a third full with empty tables everywhere. Really shocked at such a lousy level of service with clearly interest in your customers.

This restaurant had excellent service from start to finish. They were quick, efficient and friendly. It will be my first choice when I pass through terminal 4 again. Thank you Godfrey you have started my holiday off well 😁 the food was great and it was served with plenty of time for me to enjoy it. I would highly recommend.

Staff asked me to.move half way through my drink due to me not ordering food despite the manager saying I could sit where I wanted to when first seated. Next to nothing available food wise on the menu except chips. No IPA's..such a shame because Staff seemed friendly to begin with, incompetence and confusion showed shortly into my stay.

Currently sat here waiting for 25 mins for my bill when it's half empty. There is a sign at the front that says wait to be seated and ques forming and staff seemingly unaware of this. Service is very slow, and staff are more concerned about avoiding customers. Food is very average and way overpriced. Not recommend.

Terrible food. I couldn’t eat it. The onions rings were over greased, the fries terrible too, the plate of burger smelled strange, the mustard jar they brought to the table was with leftover food from other people's cutlery.

Queue for 15 minutes and wait a further 15 minutes to order even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. Avoid if you are in a hurry or don’t want to waste time in the airport

Make you wait for 10 minutes to be seated when more than half of the seats in the ‘bar area’ are empty. Then que at the bar to be told the only draft they have left is Meantime and everything else is off. Then when I asked how a pub could be dry of draft that ‘this isn’t a pundit, the pubis at the other end. One pint, a cup, a long stand and an insult all for just £9.75!

Arrived at 6.30pm selected a burger, but they were out of all 3 burger options! Were very slow bringing the drinks. Staff are friendly, but they need to get their act together. Please get you burgers on order!! Food quality poor.
