Came here for a pre-flight brunch. We were seated pretty quickly however, it took a long time for the waitress to take our order. The food was overpriced and average. The avocado on the muffin left a lot to be desired.

Very pleasant experience. Food was fine, joy to find home made ice tea but highlight was my waiter "Wilson's" attentive service.

The price is too expensive compared to the product, the portion is too small, the food is disgusting ugly, the service is not enthusiastic and does not care about customers when the table needs cutlery. What a waste.

Terrible service. The staff are lazy and rude. Food was good but overpriced which is expected in an airport. Shame the staff were not better organised and approachable. Will not be visiting there again, there are better places to eat and drink in the terminal.

Ik bestelde een pizza Champions en ham.. er lagen maar een paar flinters stukjes ham en champignons op. Ik heb er nog wat van gezegd tegen de ober maar dit werd weggewuifd. En de pizza was n.b. erg taai dus grotendeels laten staan. Mijn reisgenoot bestelde een burger met friet zoals op menu staat maar moest de friet extra betalen. Niet zo netjes dus.

27 Green LaneLunchtime today shared a nice Thai meal with a friend with couple of ice cold beers served by a lovely barman called Andy. He was very friendly and most welcoming for first time visitors. I will visit again once they reopen after their refurb. He said it was most likely to take 6 weeks, so already starting counting days from Sunday 16th January 2022.!

Riverside Way Phase 500Used this Beefeater for several years now closing. Never received my birthday meal. My son who also has a loyalty card has received 50% off because of closure I have received NOTHING. How's this for loyalty

Heathrow Airport, Terminal 2It's a pub/cafe in an airport terminal and as such it's going to have a mark up in order to take advantage of the endless trickle of hungry flyers. You don't mind when the food and service is good. The service in The London's Pride was acceptable but the food was highly overpriced and very underwhelming. Our food was barely warm, the sandwiches were dreadful and we left hugely out of pocket. And hungry.
