Quick service. Not expensive. Food is quite normal, nothing special, but it's good and convenient for those in Premier Inn of course.

The food was nice, portion sizes decent, and it’s well worth the money if you purchase the meal deal when staying at the hotel. It does get quite busy so service can be slow, and there don’t seem to be enough staff, but they are pleasant even when clearly rushed. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice - just don’t try to toast your bread twice because it causes smoke! As it is buffet style some of the food was a bit hard or cold having been out longer than expected, but it was still tasty overall.

I had steak and chips (£17.99) and was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews. Wasn’t the best I’d had of course, but it was cooked well (medium rare) tasted good, and came with a proper serving of chips (i.e. more than a handful). Lots of serving staff available who were friendly, if a little over attentive. I was served quickly and my food arrived within 15 minutes. As I said, pleasantly surprised.

Sat on the chairs which were torn up, clearly needs to refurbished. We had one member of staff serving us, he was fairly polite but clearly over worked. The food now. It was an awful experience. The chips portion size were more or less non existent , we received literally a palm full of chips. The burgers didn't feel like they were cooked properly. They didn't char on the outside, but somehow still managed to be over done and extremely chewy. I would have had a better meal if I brought a portable air fryer to my hotel room and cooked tesco value burgers and chips in my hotel room. I would highly recommend eating before arriving especially for the price. Could have gotten nandos for the price of the double burger meal.

Checked in to premier inn Heathrow. Had dinner at the sports bar which i was told food was cooked by Thyme restaurant. We ordered the double stack burger allegedly with chips. One burger was over cooked the other uneatable. Only a kids portion of chips. Not happy about it at all.Waste of 14.99 each

No meal deal just evening meals of fish and chips and beef and ale pie with chips and drinks. Very tasty and good value.

Diksha was an amazing host and the service was amazing, very nice experience

Very slow service (waved for 30mins to be served), food is mid (especially the cheese cake), the burger is acceptable.

Always found the service and food here to be excellent. Special mention on this latest visit to thank Abdul especially for his exceptional customer service standards, always going the extra mile, and always having a smile which goes a long way. Abdul is a true credit to the company.

Food was good, service was quite prompt and efficient, and the restaurant was convenient to go to as a guest of the hotel.

Absolutely terrible service,they seated me in a area where all food was left on peoples plate,very disgusting and made me wait ages for for someone to serve me,no one did in the end,I told the main counter and they found it funny,I walk out in the end, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I always find the food here tasty and the service really friendly and helpful. The portions are just okay but wish they would change the menu now and then especially if you stay at PI many times. Breakfast is usually very nice , this time everything was really good

Portions could have been bigger, dough balls were stale and hard. Vegetables were cold but they replaced them but not the entire meal. Replace vegetable came at the end of the meal. Not enough garlic in the garlic butter it was just butter. We were not impresse at all. Could be better.

We ate here due to the convenience. We were flying out early the next morning, so we wanted something close by and of decent value. We booked the meal deal when booking the Premier Inn, so eating here was a no-brainer. The evening meals were great and filling. We also had breakfast, which we didn't think was as good. The eggs weren't runny and a bit dry. Staff were amazing though, very friendly!

Placed a takeout order with Deepti, she was very pleasant and helpful. I got some curry and chicken strips, and my wife got steak. As far as hotel food goes, it was incredible.

A downfall of the food I experienced is that there was no orange juice, which there should be for another option, but there was only apple, cranberry, water, or tropical. This led to a member of my family being disappointed and annoyed at the fact.

Decent service and pretty large inside. I’m impressed that they have a non-gluten containing menu (I think legally they can’t say gluten free?) with lots of options gif celiac - which was a relief! There isn’t much else in the area, so I was happy.

Friendly and welcoming staff, well looked after buffet, clean and cosy environment. Maybe more choice would be welcome. Highly recommended.

Have been dining here whenever we stay at the Premier Inn Bath road. Advise to book your dinner table if the hotel is busy. We always go for the ribeye steaks, it comes with a choice of sides plus grilled tomato and mushroom at £18+. Sauce is very tasty and goes well with the steaks, we ordered a portion and it’s enough for 2. The steaks are well cooked and of good quality. A bottle of Merlot £19. The staff are efficient and attentive. Always enjoy our dinner here and would recommend it. Will definitely return. 👍🏼

Food quality is pretty average and portions are a bit small compared with the price. The staff is lovely tho.

Sadly , not recommended. Food good if your hungry like we were travelling all day but chefs could do better . Pay for what you get! 😉

Great staff , food average , chicken makhani was nice , calamari left a lot to be desired , have the chicken wings is my suggestion we had them at lunch , delicious, good wine choices, meal deal is an absolute bargain , nice bar area after for a night cap , especially if you like sports on the TV 👍

I purchased a 'meal deal' yesterday for 2 days, £26-99 a day. I was very disappointed in what I got! I ordered fish goujons starter...and I got 6 deep fried ,hard crusted goujons...no salad with it ,just 6 goujons in a bowl which looked lost. The curry id ordered came within 5 minutes from finishing and again the portion was small! Now I've another deal tonight and I'm hoping for better. Otherwise I'll be talking to reception about it. I've got a feeling that because I've got the 'meal deal'....you get a smaller portion which is not what it should be and definitely not advertised as such. Sorry, but that's what I thought.

I am a diabetic so we thought we would give the bar a chance to give us a hot meal before going to bed. The starter was OK The main meal there was a problem with all 3 meals the chips were cold on 2 meals the mash potato was cold on the other I am not happy with the way it was dealt with. There was no sorry for their mistake and just got a plate of chips and a bowl of mash that had been microwaved Me very upset customer b

I’m sorry, I am not one for complaining, but the service in this restaurant was just awful. It took us a good 20 minutes just to be seen too and then we never saw our waitress again. The food was mediocre and the staff were not attentive whatsoever. The training needs improvement drastically. The managers were not involved on the floor either which I find very weird. The waitress put through the wrong dessert for my wife and didn’t even apologise. Shocking.

The staff are nice enough, but there isn't much choice on the menu. The allergens are good and well provided, but there aren't many options that are suitable for people with a basic palate, or people with sensory issues. There is a children's menu but there's an age restriction on it. It's clean but pretty pricey

Food came fast and was very tasty, but there was only one other person in the restaurant so that probably explains the quick delivery.

We ate here during our stay at the hotel and the food was lovely, very big portions! We had a Caesar salad, garlic pizza bread and a jacket potato with chilli between two people and we were stuffed couldn’t even finish the food! The waiters were lovely and went out of their way to give us a good service. We would recommend to others.

Very basic dishes , mixed grill costs nearly 20 £ , quarter of small chicken breast , bland sasuage , slice of ham and really tiny steak served with few chips and half tomato , without any sauce other than ketchup / mayo , shame coz it's a place with potential but expect to get a better quality at any local café in Hounslow

Lovely restaurant and nostalgic atmosphere. The Breakfast Buffet and Coffee was good as well.

Sadly our order got "lost" and no burgers left by time we had asked where our drinks were after 40 min wait". No naan left for my second choice, so had some chips with it.... all 8 of them!! Mixed grill quite small too. Felt sorry for staff, but not a brilliant exoerience sadly.

Food was well cooked. However there was a long delay between courses. On arrival, I had one full set of cutlery, which I used on the starter and I had to ask for another set for the main course. Not a great hardship, but it reflected the lack of attention by the staff. Overall, I felt that I was being tolerated rather than being welcome. A shame, because last time I ate here I was impressed by the attention I received.

Awful food save some money and eat out or order in. Longer than an hour wait for mains and was just about edible when they arrive.

We were served by Zane on Saturday night. She was absolutely excellent! It was our mums birthday and she organised a dessert with all the staff singing for her. It really made her birthday! Thank you so much, we loved it x

The website sats that they have a gluten free menu but when I asked the member of staff was really rude and said no we don't and walked off

We were accommodated with no fuss and shown to a table very quickly. Staff were amazing, very attentive and friendly.Drinks served quickly followed by delicious food which was enjoyed by all of us. Haven't had a prawn cocktail in years but it was simply worth the wait !!! Breakfast the next morning was again another enjoyable experience. Good variety of cereals, fruit and pastries. Cooked food was well done, hot and very tasty.Could not fault this restaurant, an enjoyable experience, excellent food, amazing staff, what more could you want

Food was spot on , it came out quick and all needs we're catered for. But best of all was the service , a waiter (I think his name was Nico) was very knowledgeable when it came to the food and was more than happy to help with the fussy eaters (kids) amongst our group. 10/10 would eat here again.

Standard menu of steaks, fish,chicken ,pizza etc if you have eaten in one of these at a premier Inn you know what to expect.nice atmosphere and pleasantly decorated.

Great food menu, good service and reasonably priced. Only downside is the opening times are restricted, the bar menu doesn’t offer much choice when the restaurant hours are closed. Quiet as well as nice ambience, for couples, families, professionals etc....

Better than I expected from a hotel within a development near a major airport where quality and service normally suffer, but not so here. Cosy ambience, good service and surprising good value food and drink. Would use again when using Heathrow fligjts

If I was staying here I would rather eat at a local takeaway.

Part of the Premier Inn on Bath Road, spacious and not too busy on the Saturday Night, though the hotel check in staff advised me to book a table. I had the Soup of the Day, a Sirloin Steak and a bottle of Brewdog Punk IPA, my bill cane to approx £25. The soup was Coriander & Tomato and was excellent, my main course was amedium Sirloin served with thin cut fries. Ive had better steaks and steaks a lot worse, this was ok. The fries were a bit on the bland side. Service was initially a little slow but fine later. If youre staying at the hotel and can't be bothered going out the restaurant is worth a visit.
