Holy Zam Zam 4 in Hillingdon

I must say very tasty food. I had chicken curry with Roti... delicious. I was searching this place on just eat but could not find even though at this place Just eat sign was visible.

I came after 5yrs to this branch..I ordered a chicken biryani which wasn't warm. And a alo tikki as they didn't have chapli kabab. The lady at the till seems rude and fed up. I sat and ate there and all they did was moan and didn't keep quite.

Told them i wanted aloo keema and roti and proceeded to give me cold food , after telling them to warm it up lady behind till got rude and said should of told me before i packed it. Asked for warm pakora but also gave me cold after saying it was warm. Had to give back for it to heat up . Then lady proceeded to talk crap in her own language to another customer about me and the situation

I stayed at a hotel (BW) near Heathrow Airport. I searched because I wanted to eat Chinese food. It's a small 8 minute walk from the hotel. I bought some fried rice and mushroom/chicken stir-fry at a reasonable price, bought some beer and whiskey at the convenience store next door, and ate it at the hotel. It was delicious. Please note that this is only for take-out!

In small portion of chicken. The lady workingon the counter deny to give me leg piece. Even 1 day before i took two burnt kewabs. reported on phone to mr. Naem. But my son was not well so I didnt went back to harlington highstreet zam zam to return it back. As i bought it from highstreet hayes harlington zam zam. Today again i went to by small portion of chicken curry the lady said my boss said no leg peice in small portion ifyou by something else also strange shocked. Never go again they are just molestatting peoplei you by big box then only you will get good pieces. Even yesterday other lady game me the same. What type of take away is this.redeciulous. Shame lady with specs unprofessional. Never never go there.

Discovered Zam Zam on a weekend Tour de Heathrow bike ride of which it was definitely the highlight. Delicious… really delicious… inexpensive home cooking from great people… a fantastic chance find.

It's a brilliant place to order & takeout, I am not sure if there is seating available. The food is great for a lunchtime & dinner pick me up. Chicken biriyani, with plum & a small tub of special sauce which rids the chilli 🌶 in your mouth. Their chicken curry is also tasty. I would definitely try the rest of the dishes available on their menu. They also have a restaurant on the bath road, not sure if it's owned by them too. Definitely check it out if you are in the Harlington area.

Don’t expect a smile but the food is pretty good , chicken biriani £5 & samosas £1 each , 1 small table which seats 4 but it hasn’t not been wiped down all day by the look of it, the biriani is full of flavour really good but the samosas are surprisingly bland , they’re actually better in the newsagent a few doors down !!

Food was very nice would definitely go back my friends loved the food I suppose the ladies could cheer up a bit.food was banging

Best biryani in flavor ! It is economical so you don’t get service or atmosphere but the owner is very kind and a nice Person!!

Not value for money, across the road you have Biryani for half the price and better in test & quantity

Need to improve customer service

it use to be delicious briyani ever however this time it was very tasteless… whenever i come to london I always try this biriyani.. this time it was not flavoured, biriyani was white colour,, but i will try again next time ..i hope it will be delicious

Tried the chicken samosa, lamb kebab and chicken biryani. Taste only so so. Sadly, there is no lamb biryani.

Their behavior is very bad They think that the customer is their servant her, I went today to buy bread but this woman has forbidden me. Our bread maker did not come, and this has happened many times before I request to owner please explain to this lady don’t misbehave with the customer

Contrary to some of the comments here, I have always had good experience in this place and been coming for years, visited last night and as always, the lady in there was very friendly with me, their biryani is very tasty compared to other cheap biryani places, I got the chicken curry too which was quite nice, their homemade chapatis are a must have, I recommend this place 100 percent.

The Biryani was very tasty; it was mostly rice with 2 very small pieces of chicken. The woman behind the counter was not very friendly or helpful and repeated that we could only eat inside for 10-15 minutes.

Absolutely disgusting unhygienic, went in the offer Of a friend and was excited there is no menu. Resturaunt is so filthy and table is dirty no tissue a available, the chicken biryani was undercooked slimey and cold. I’d think the place would have some sort of cleanliness since it’s owned by Muslims but Clearly not. They need to be shut down ASAP

The biriyani was amazing and all the food I tried were delicious, chicken korma, daal, veg sabji, chicken curry. Just amazing. Must try!!

Used to be very good but flavour has gone downhill if you driving just to have Biryani don't bother.

Biryanis there are like no other.

First time & last! The woman behind the counter was not helpful. No menu, just a stand with some trays of food. I could not tell what food they were serving. The only sign I saw was for the chicken biryani. So I ordered that. She pulled it from a cooler in a pre-packaged container put it in a bag & took my money (cash only). It was mostly rice, some undercooked, and two pieces of dark Chicken meat, some small chicken bones were also mixed in. No vegetables, no taste, it was awful and a total waste of money!

Cheap and the food did taste good but the hygiene is awful. Uses same gloves for handling food and money etc.

I buy biryani a lot from this place, no doubt its tasty, but I have noticed that they use the back bone pieces of the chicken in the biryani which doesn’t have any flesh, the only thing the piece has is the blood stuff inside the back which is not removed while cleaning chicken. They remove all the fleshy pieces of chicken and make gravies and sell separately. This is not fair, don’t cheat customers. Also the ladies who are working are very rude and do as if they are doing favours to the customers by shouting out loud over the counter as if they are working in factory.

Went there to buy 4 rotis. The woman serving said she will only give me three because I was not buying curry. How stupid and ridiculous is this. Her customer service is absolutely poor. She needs to learn people skills and how to serve customers who are paying for their items and service.

Good food and good service this time price still same as before

Biriyani was really tasty. Serving Lady was very kind and welcoming then while we were sitting and waiting for food, suddenly we don't know what happened she become little angry I don't know why. No complaints, if there was something we said or did that made her angry then we are sorry. But still she treated us nice she tried well not to show her anger but it was clearly visible.

Unhygienic place for takeaway with rude attitude

No yogurt sauces No receipt for the purchase you made and also telling me that the machine doesn’t work.. On the board there the prices are wrong because I have paid attention that always I am getting less change from there and I have asked why you giving me less change when the price of biryani showing at 3.49 and they have answered that this is an old price.. now it’s 3.50 So change it there don’t give wrong information to the customers ... The staff are rude and the place is unhygienic..

I would like to share my experience ordering food from this restaurant.Very bad customer service, the ladies have no knowlege of good customer service. They can literally understand english, very unprofesional. They all grumpy and depressed..also because of them the place looks very unhyginec from inside. I mean COVID instructions are very clear publicly like attending customers with face mask, use gloves while serving/packing food but i m afraid the staff is completely out of sense, putting others life at risk. I think we all should raise the voice to local council to verify their hygiene certificates. They dont deserve a star, rather a good jet wash from the local car wash over the road! Guys stay away from this restaurant if you care your loved one.

Quality of food basic, better of cooking yourself

After a long flight, l was really looking forward to a lovely hot Indian take away meal in my hotel room. I bought some dal and nan. When l got to my hotel 3 minutes later, not only was there not a spoon or a fork in the bag but the food was ice cold. Not what you would expect from a take away place. This was a very unkind way to treat a weary traveller.

Love this place for its superb biryani and chicking on the bone curry. There are other dishes too that look and taste just as good. I've never tasted such delicious food. . And at such good prices. You won't be disappointed. Staff are friendly and always give me smile when I walk in. Love it! Try it!

Delicious homemade indian food. Chicken biryani costs only 3.5 £ for a big portion. I really like it, i took take away. They cook everything there so its very fresh. I will definitely come back!)

Food is nice.. but customer service stinks and seating is limited.. you are better off to go to the Zam Zam in Cranford

The food is absolutely fantastic. Very tasty. It's like when your mum makes it. BUT, the customer service stinks. The counter ladies are very rude. There is no Thank you or please from them. They should go to customer service school and learn how to speak to their customers. If it wasn't for the food, I would never go there.

Food is nice but staff are so rude I wanted to lose control. I have not experienced customer service like this. They will definitely lose customers. I will pass on my opinion of this shop to my friends

very disappointed with the rice and the price, i usually go to zara1 catering in hayes but someone recommended me to zamzam4 unfortunately it wasn’t my kind of place. at least make the place reasonable presentable guys good luck with your next customer, never again for me

Unfortunately cannot rate more then 2 star because the staff are very bad on customer service and they should improve on that...plus on information on google said close at 22:30 went at 19:55 everything ready to close. Great biryani nice and tasty worth to try but as a regular customer I will never come back until they don’t get better with the service.

Nice taste but no place for family

Very very rude staff, ( woman with glasses) the last time I eat there, the delivery for the chicken they use in the biryani turned up, a lady in a ford focus opened the boot and started unloading the chicken on the floor in plastic bags on the shop floor. I told the staff that the food shouldn't turn up in a private car but a refrigerated van, and why would she just dump raw chicken on the floor. There are very serious health and safety issues here. I suffered with food poisoning the following day later.... bon appetite, guys.

Fantastic place for your biryani fix! Service is always on point and you can tell the queues how busy this place can get at lunch. £3.50 takeaway!
