LEON Heathrow T2 in Hillingdon

I ordered herby falafel and the GFC chicken. The staff taking and processing my order were personality less barely uttering. A couple of words to me. If possible, the chicken was even worse, dry, dry, dry, dry and not much taste. I might report back when I eat the falafel later.

Cashier was very rude, didn't give Club Avolta discount and didn't care if you ordered from the restaurant or ate somewhere else.

The breakfast sandwiches are amazing! Best I’ve had.

Prompt service and relatively clean despite heavy foot traffic. I stopped in for breakfast before a flight, hoping for something better than airplane food. Unfortunately, the "big breakfast box" was underwhelming, small in portion and barely an improvement over in-flight meals.

Visited Leon At Terminal 2...Feeling Nostalgic whenever I visit Leon...loved every bite of it. I ordered special wrap with chargrilled chicken, chicken burger, chicken mezze pot with gizzy's signature special Satay sauce. Great service by the whole staff, taste, quality, quantity all spot on. Wishing Leon a great Success.

Not all but one staff had a bad attitude and didn’t like his approach. He didn’t even looking at me when he gave my bill and didn’t tell me where to go to collect my food

Korean BBQ pork: This meal has nothing to do with Korean food. The Italian long grain „wild“ rice doesn’t fit, taste like an instant product, the pork meat has to be searched between the rice grains and the sauce is a normal barbecue sauce. Topped with pickkles? As a Korean myself I don’t know if food fashion has changed but for me this has nothing to do with Korean food. Very disappointing. Also putting to boxes in a paperbag to bring it 4 steps further to our seats makes no sense. They could have asked before polluting environment. Just because its recycled paper it doesn’t have to be wasted.

The BIG breakfast box for £8.99 is about a tad bit bigger than a computer mouse. BIG is an understatement. Tastes good however and is perfectly cooked.

Ordered the banana and cinnamon porridge and yoghurt, absolutely no flavour at all. Save yourself some money, boil some water and drink that, it’ll taste better.

Really rude service, as if you're bothering them rather than they are serving you as the customer. Also only take out after 8pm sucks

Burger took an age to come out and I got food poisoning. Wouldn’t recommend.

Such a dirty restaurant - used to LOVE Leon, but years with no refurb & no proper cleaning - don’t make a comfortable experience. Hair everywhere, so much food in the floor, tables aren’t cleaned …

The breakfast options were cost-effective, and the staff were friendly, though they could benefit from a bit more patience.

the green halloumi shakshuka tasted too healthy in a not good way

We arrived at this restaurant. Asked to be seated. Due to having a disabled person, we got one of the 3 sitting areas, close to the bar. We were asked to place our order at the bar. I had to go back several times back and forth to finalise the order, because some items were no longer available. Food arrived: burger was ok / fries were cold / pizza was half cooked / Cesare salad … well still waiting for it as I write this. I asked for the manager and gave feedback. He explained that the 3 tables are not being served, because their systems don’t allow it. I explained in detail, why this is not the smarted idea and proposed to report to to their management. Instead of being grateful for constructive feedback, the manager was trying to hide behind excuses. Food arrives: both Burger and Ceasar Salad had bacon despite the ask to serve without bacon. This place is run by amateur‘s and you can feel it throughout. That was for sure my last visit!

I was traveling from the US and stopped in for breakfast! It was amazing! The coffee was also delightful :)

Me and my family bought chicken sandwiches (chicken ceasar burger) that were pre made really stale tasting but what has been worse is that me and my partner both have Norovirus from eating here. This has obviously negatively impacted our holiday. Furthermore, staff were rude and the bin area stayed open for the whole of our stay. 3rd of March 4pmish

We got there when it was quiet around 4pm on the 3/3/25 the food was instant because it was left out for ages. Unfresh and stale. I know in fast food things can be done ahead so I didn't think much of it. As I was chewing the food was also cold and again I didn't think much of it. However as time went on 12 hours later I've gotten rhe worst food poisoning and it's ruined My entire holiday. Its shocking I paid for that food. I can only look back and see the signs. The staff wasn't that busy they just prepped so far ahead. Almost too far ahead because the buns on the burger had a rough texture that wasn't even bread like. Just stale. A woman spilt her coke near us and the worker wasn't very happy (no customer service face or tone) he even had a go at her as he was cleaning up. The coke was all over the floor and he didn't mop it up. It was starting to get busier as we was killing time waiting for our gate to come. He just left loads of blue roll on the spillage and left it like that for the flys to swarm around it. The bin also after time was taken out its bin area and hanging just outside. All these signs didn't alert me. I just wanted to sit and eat somewhere whist waiting for our flight/gate number. However this is now 48hrs later I'm still stuck by the toliet. Please avoid here if you want to actually enjoy your holiday. Thanks

I don't mind paying the extra for airport food but at least make sure it's warm. The girl behind the looked disappointed that she actually had to do something.

best meal I’ve ever had in an airport. fresh vegetables good portion really fast. Can sit and charge my phone and chill before my flight, it’s so nice it got me to do a google review which I never do

A cost-effective breakfast and lunch spot with a variety of morning choices, from eggs to oatmeal. Mediterranean vibes mixed with English classics. I had an egg and bacon bowl over greens with a savory white sauce that hit the spot. Coffee and the like if you want. Plenty of room to sit and eat, though they need to wipe surfaces more frequently (get napkins).

Fast service and tables with plugs, but the food is pre-made and the incredibly sloppy chicken sandwich was a little nasty.

Dont get their porridge, they skimp on the toppings. Picture full of blueberries, porridge then had like 8. So basically 5 quid for a plain porridge 🥲

Thought we’d try some breakfast at Leon in Heathrow Terminal 2 and was really disappointed with their breakfast as the food was just as bad as what you’d get at the hospital! How anyone can serve that kind of food is beyond me, just awful!

Food here is solid enough for throwing meals into a cardboard box. It is the most affordable in terminal 2 so that is a massive plus too. The veggie breakfast was tasty and hot. The halloumi could have ben cooked a bit longer. Beans were very tasty.

Seeing Naturally on the logo one thinks food will be fresh . Food was poor :(

They did an awesome job by serving the hot food cold and the cold drinks warm. Staff is lazy and unfriendly. Never will eat there again.

I was waiting in line for 10 minutes just to get my check so i could grab my food which wasn’t even worth my time and money, i mean WHO charges 10 pounds for shitty nuggets and there was only 4 of them.the staff were incompetent they took 10 minutes just to get my check and my cashier was just talking and when i told him “could i get my check?” He told me to wait and kept talking.

This Leon is not providing the same standard of food or portion size as some of the other Leon chain’s which is a pity. We ordered two wraps, the Korean chicken was overcooked, small and lacked salad. The halloumi wrap was obviously sitting too long under the heated area. The halloumi was not cooked enough and the salad was soggy, the size was also small compared to my usual outlet at the strand in London. Staff were nice though and service was quick but that meant our food was already pre-made not very fresh. Not the normal Leon value for money.

Absolutely horrible service from one of your Staff members. He had a short curly dark hair. I believe that his name was lavdeep as seen on the reciept. As i have come to collect my food he blatantly threw it on the counter, mumbling something quietly and he left. I wasn't sure if that was my order or that bag was supposed to be wasted judging by the way it was treated. Fortunately another staff member had seen what happened and quickly approched me with apologies and have handed me my food. He needs a proper training on how to behave towards customers. Completely outrageous!!!!!!!

Fries were cold and stale. Wrap was edible. That's about as high praise as I could give it. Server didn't even look like she could bother to breathe let alone serve me. Should have gone to pret. I miss Eat

Please hire employees that like to actually work in a fast food place like this. We were helped by Simcn. Very unfriendly service with an attitude that was unacceptable. When recieving the food rather than handing it over he half threw it on the counter and told us to take it. Then talking about the food the fries were great but the burger was Luke-warm. Please make sure that the staff is actually motivated instead of being there like they have to against their will.

I wouldn't pay 1/3 of what I paid for what I got.

We had a lunch in this branch. The Turkey Christmas curry is highly recommended. The foods are almost precook and will be ready quickly. The price is reasonable and affordable(£7.5 to £10).

I ordered a veggie burger and it worked well for me as I was bot very hungry...good taste...medium sized without complimentary fries burger...cutting 1 star for missing fries.

Was dying of hunger, spent £16 and I was so full I couldn't get up. Really good food, the kimchi fries were amazing. Affordable inside the airport and the portion is also good enough. Staff are very helpful Would love to come back anytime I am in T2.

I ordered a "Sicilian chicken meatball", horrendous, it has nothing Sicilian at all, three small chicken meatballs, I don't know how they were made, with rice and pesto and tomato, I have no idea who created this dish but it is truly disgusting, I ordered it because it seemed like something light and simple, but instead, disappointment! I think the food is much better in the hospital, considering that we are in a big airport and I spent money for nothing. In the end I had to get something else in another place because it was inedible, 9 pounds wasted, and then do yourself a favor and remove the word "sicilian", because you have no idea what cuisine in Sicily means given what you sold me

The chicken nuggets consist of 70% breading and 30% meat. Coffee was ok. service friendly. Electricity at the tables is advantageous

The sausage and egg muffin sandwich was one of the best I've had, with the sweet and slightly spicy sauce complementing the sausage and egg beautifully. The cookie was freshly baked, soft and melts in your mouth.

It's a fast food restaurant, what do you expect in terms of top quality? Chilled atmosphere. No rush. The chai latte was delicious, the breakfast...English. So ok to gather strength for the onward flight. Service very nice.

The food is fine, I ordered the Thai curry with egg-fried rice, and the rice had aromatic fried smell. But the chicken casar salad is dried and the chicken is not crispy enough. Smoothies is good.

Overall, only the drinks were tasty from the entire order. Chicken not cleaned, burger dry without sauce. I do not recommend.

I usually love to come to this leon before i fly. Today, however, the member taking my order looked so distracted by having fun chatting with his colleagues during I was still ordering. I mean, it’s ok bonding with your team members, but, could be better focus on customers at least when you’re getting order.

My favourite satay chicken suggested to me by their team member Anita and since then it’s been a favourite classic meal of mine with its protein packed chicken and brown rice which keeps me coming for more. I usually order extra chicken with it since more protein more muscle growth. Thanks Anita for your wonderful service one again.

One of the few airport restaurants that isn't insanely overpriced at Heathrow. The food you'd expect from Leon, but without the massive airport uplift in price.

A far better option for a quick pre-flight snack than the extortionate bar/bistro offering scrambled eggs for £16?? Insane Leon totally did the job for an easy, healthy-ish and quick feed, kid-focused as well.

As a family we had a great time for nearly two hours.

Staff quite abruptly told us we had to move just as we sat down as the tables were closing. Food was mediocre which is a shame because Leon is usually very good.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the rudest and unfriendliest customer service ever. The way they talk to costumer is unacceptable, although it’s their fault. The woman at the counter started screaming at me, because I took the wrong coffee and brought it back. Her co-worker told me to grab the coffee, and didn’t feel like clarifying the situation. The coffee is not even worth all this headache.

Food was cold and very miserable staff. Save your money or go elsewhere.

Aside from reasonable prices and fast service, nothing stands out at Leon. The food was all cold and the chips were limp - so don’t bother coming here.

Not only gluten free options, but also completely wheat free for wheat allergics like myself!

Every single plug socket was defunct. I tried them all and had to eventually charge my phone elsewhere. 4 stars for the gluten free food

Full breakfast egg pot is £5.99 per one, with this cup size, can you believe it? Tasted alright, it’s just the portion that surprises me. I know it’s the airport but I’m very stunned by seeing this ice cream tub size breakie.

Avoid. Food was cold, undercooked, unappetising. At 8am breakfast staples like porridge had a waiting time of 15 mins. After 10 mins in the queue. Staff look uninterested and demoralised. What happened, Leon? You used to be so good.

Great big breakfast box before flight

No hash-browns or beans. Their halloumi breakfast box was literally two strips of cheese, two eggs and two cherry tomatoes. Also, the staff could make more of an effort to be polite.

I liked mine lemon ginger tea with avocado crushed in sourdough burger banana oats were also liked by my friend and so were the hash browns. I like this place Staff is very nice and friendly which is not a regular thing in London restaurants but here generally everyone was was at least smiling

Looking for a vegan salad 🥗 here it is 👍🏻but when I started eating the Leon Slaw salad it was not juicy nor tasty and difficult to chew

Average at best. Vegan burger is ok and fries are crinkle cut. Soft drinks must get hot and cold all the time as they were noticeably gassy and will give you gas!

I ordered the chicken burger. There was hardly any meat in it, the meat wasn't tasty and the sauce tasted horrible. Really pissed off. I can't recommend it at all.

Had the Thai Green Curry with Leon Baked Fries. Good curry but fries were cold. I also ordered a Green Smoothie. I asked what was in Green Smoothie but was told (rapidly) a long list and 'that it was better for me'. Too fast......though the Smoothie was good! No trays. Small space to eat.

The food was not worth the price. Everything was expensive. I got a big breakfast box for £8.99 and it was more like a small one. The backed beans are the worst ones I’ve ever had. The egg was ok. My sister got a pian chocolat and it wasn’t fresh. The only thing that I liked was the smoothy.

Best gluten-free (GF) fast-food I've had. Kitchen cannot guarantee there was no cross-contamination, but it was worth the risk for me. Baked fries taste just like McDonalds Twisty Fries

Its 6am and the team at Leon in Heathrow is smiling, full of energy and in a great mood. Really pleasant helpful service! Probably my best experience ever at Leon and it’s usually my go to for lunch in central London as well as airport breakfasts. Really big shout out to the team working there this morning!

Reasonably priced and fast service! Though my egg and bacon muffin thing was only luke warm the Salted caramel latte was good not overly sweet but very tasty 😋 😋 😋. Recommended!!

Imogen the manager runs a good team. Despite the eggs being overdone, she resolved the issue. Good place for a quick, healthy meal.

Have eaten at this place a few times and will probably eat again as this provides tasty hot food and quickly. It is normally busy but service is quick. I ordered a couple of times through the app but their machine didn't work, so I still had to queue and tell them what I ordered, which wasn't an efficient way of doing things.

I am delighted to see an economical choice in the terminal. I enjoyed the rice and dal, and the nuggets are excellent.

Had a BBQ burger there for £8.50. Wasn't worth the money to me. There was no drink or fries, i.e. too expensive. You get your food at the counter and then take it to an outdoor table. This wasn't particularly clean either.

Ginger Shots and Thai curry. Am bullish for the flight now
